I've paid via paytm for a suit and a top that i purchased online using stalk buy love and there's no way i can call them, nor am i recieving any response for my mails. I either need my products within a week or refund.

There's a limit to what somebody can overlook. I'll file a pil and even if i end up losing my money i'll make sure they learn a lesson.

I ordered apparels from this online platform called as stalkbuylove. I placed an order for 4 tops which have a value total of approx rs.2000. But when i tried them on they were not of good quality and even the sizes were not true to the size they mentioned, hence i went to place a return request on their site on the same day for all the tops that i ordered, but when i went to place the return request the status of the order was still showing dispatched therefore i couldn’t place a request that day. I thought that may be in a day or two the the status will be updated to ‘delivered’ and then i will place the return request but days passed by and the status didn’t changed, so i wrote to them about the issue but their reply was not satisfactory and even they didn’t resolved the issue. I am attaching the screenshots of the emails. I also tried contacting them via instagram but still they didn’t replied to my message, i also tagged them in the comments of their posts by writing my query their but they still didn’t reacted to anything. I further went to inquire about the company on google and here i found the reviews of many like me who faces the same cheat cases by this company. I also tried to call them on the number given on their package but they have all things planned to cheat the customer, the number is not for incoming calls it’s only for outgoing and they have no customer care number. The company has cheated many and a strict action should be taken to make customers safe from such famous fraudulent companies. Here are the details of my order:

I ordered on 27th july 2019, order id is[protected].
By mistake i ordered on a wrong address and when i realise that thing i wanted to cancel the order which is pre-paid order. But as the ordered was packed and shipped i was unable to cancel it. Then i putted a email to stalk buy love customer support email id till now no response.
I wanted either they deliver my product on my current address or cancel that order and refund my amount. Now they are not doing anything. Not delivering to the wrong address and no response from there they on instagram or on email, there customer care number is not valid to taking incoming calls. I want consumer complaints forum to take a strict actions against stalk buy love its a fraud website. And help in getting my refund. I requested two times on email separately but no response. I placed a new order #[protected] with stalk buy love and i decided to pre pay (In order to get 21% discount on their app) on 7 aug 2019. But till now they didn't send me any details via email / nor they have any info on the app regarding the shipping, estimated date etc. It just shows as dispatched on 8th aug. I sent them emails and tweets/fb comment/instagram comment and there has been no response and to my horror instead of replying to any of my tweet they even blocked my account on twitter!! What should i expect now??? Why did they block my account instead of addressing my query? Is my hard earned money (Around 1000inr) is forever stuck with them?? They are active in twitter and replying to some users but they never replied to me. I m worried reading 99% bad reviews of stalkbuylove. I'm worried whether they will even send my product or not?? Their phone number is not working. When called we get to hear "the incoming facility has been barred on this number" there's no way to contact them. Kndly resolve my issue!!

After saying they will contact me within hours they didn't... I think it's fake.. Like i was a loyal customer... I'll complaint in the consumer office... Thus is ridiculous.. I just wanna exchange my product.. All i need is to confirm my delivery in my account so i can issue it.. But i think they are not doing it intentionally... If this happens continuously they will be called a fake company

I had placed an order of 3 pants, 2 of them were delivered, but I wanted to exchange the size which I couldn't as the delivered status was not updated on the website and so the exchange and return status was not active. One of the pants was canceled from their side for which I haven't received a refund yet. It's been 3 months now. Their customer care number [protected] is also not reachable neither are they replying to the email ([protected]@stalkbuylove.com) I've sent them. I'm stuck with the wrong products which they are telling me to self ship. I'm damn sure they'll keep the items but won't initiate a refund. 2 of the products I'd ordered in May are still lying in the delivery boy's office who has refused to return the products. Kindly help me

I had ordered 2 clothes from stalkbuylove and since were not upto the mark had to he returned. Clothes have been returned and I received the confirmation of return and since then it's been 2 months, I have not received the refund close to INR 1200. SENT MULTIPLE MAILS TO CUSTOMER CARE AS THEIR CONTACT NUMBER IS BARRED FROM SERVICE. It has become a hack chasing money from these people and these people do not even reply honestly

I ordered some clothes from stalk buy love worth 8, 000 rs and then i returned some of the clothes. They came the next day to pick up the return items but they never provided the refund for those. I am chasing stalk buy love from last 3 months for my refund of 4, 000 rs. Their phone helpline does not work and they never come back on the email. This is a fraud website. They never refund anyone's money, take so much time to deliver the products. Better close the business than to take everyone's money and run it.

I am unable to return a product which is already delivered as these # havent updated in the system and the return request is not showing up. I have contacted several times through mail but bloody noone is replying! These fellows have barred their contact number also and even when you contact through email there is no reply. I am waiting since 15 days. Not getting return request option to raise a return from my end and neither are they updating shipment details or taking my complains!!!

It's been 22 days since i placed the order but it has still not been delivered. It's really irritating. There are no updates. Whenever i mail them, all they do is send a computer generated mail. Moreover that phone number is not functioning. I donot even have the option to cancel the order. What the hell is going on? This is really unacceptable...

I made a purchase worth rs. 5771. On placing products for return, i was asked to self-ship even though i have had pick services to my address in bangalore for the past 2 years. I wrote to sbl regarding this and again received no response.

Despite shipping back the products successfully on time and incurring an extract expense of rs. 236 i have not received my refund for over 2 weeks.

I have sent over 10 emails, opened multiple tickets on the website. Tried phoning about 50 times (But now even the phone line is dead). But, receiving absolutely no response apart from automated emails.

This behaviour by the company towards a regular customer is atrocious and i am planning to file a case in the consumer court.

I am absolutely disgusted by this fraudulence. Losing an amount of approximately rs. 6000 is no joke and cannot be ignored.

After getting the product order delivery still says it's dispatched... So can not issue refund or exchange... Even their support number is not working and they are not replying the mails... It's fraud... After contacting to the shipping company they said they confirmed it... The worst thing is their phone number is literally invalid... Now i think they are cat fishing us... Every customer service review is bad about the company... Never gonna buy again...

I had returned certain items and they refunded the the money to their online credit wallet despite the original payment method being a debit card. I requested them to transfer the money back to my bank account. After several requests they debited points from online wallet but they haven’t refunded it back in my bank account. It has been more than a month and no one is responding my mails. Their support numbers are a sham they ask for confidential information like it is no big deal for ex. One of them asked for my card pin. They are ignoring my messages on social sites.

I placed the order on 14th of july and i haven't got any updates on my order since then. I have few interviews and i really need those trousers and blazer. It's not getting delivered. I don't have all the time in the world. Get the order delivered as soon as possible. I am tired of sending emails and placing calls to which you guys never respond. Get the damn thing delivered. Asap.

My order status after 20 days of receiving the product says dispatched and unless it says delivered i cannot raise a refund request. I had sent 4 to 5 emails regarding the issue and apart from an auto-generated reply, i did not get any response regarding my query. I called the customer care number and it is out of service. Instagram is not responding to the mail. I need my product returned and my amount refunded as soon as possible. Mind that your customers are not satisfied with a delayed response.

I had returned some of the items that i had purchased from stalkbuylove and opted for refund in my bank account which was not done for long. When i contacted stalkbuylove via email for same, they responded that there is some problem with their bank neft, hence they can refund the amount in the form of reward points and once their neft issue gets resolved my money will be credited back to my bank account. Its been almost 3 months and my money is stuck with them. I have written a number of emails requesting to refund the money in my bank account but there is no response and all i get is the auto-generated email. Their customer service number is also under maintenance from a long time and when i tried calling today, i got the message that the 'the incoming calls to this number are barred. Please help to get my money back from stalkbuylove

I have raised the query regarding order no.[protected]

My order did not got delivered, hence i was told by the instagram customer care of stalkbuy love hat i would get the refund against that order, but it's been 1 week now since then, no refund has been initiated yet. I ordered this on 28th june, and its more than a month now, it didnt get delivered, it got cancelled, still i havnt got the refund

Why aren't you taking any action and not even replying to the customer.. Neither the stalkbuy love customer care no. Is active, nor on the mail's it's active, and then i had one expectation that the problem would be resolved at the instagram account, but still it's same, no answers for the refund.

Where should a customer go and raise the complaint??

I am a regular customer of stalkbuy love and still if this thing happens what would a customer do then, how would even we will be relying on such services

I ordered a checkered aria one sleeve jacket style jumpsuit on 23/07/2019... I need to exchange my product or return it cz it is small in size... I tried to connet them bt there no is always under maintaince... I mailed them no of times... Bt i haven't received any mail aur call bavk regarding this... It's so disappointing and they r such a fraud... I just need my product to be exchanged or else i will go through legal procedure... My ordered id is[protected]... It's better for there company to solve my issue as early as possible...
