I placed an order with sbl for a co-ord set on 5/10/2019 and even made an online payment for same from my paytm account of rs. 1343
My order still isnt confirmed yet after 19 days and their is not any cancel option on their app for this order.
I have mailed them my complaint as theire customer care number has incoming barred.
Its completely unprofessional to tale the money and not deliver the product.
I dont want the product i just want my money returned.

This is regarding one of my order i placed on 29 of september[protected] with stalkbuylove. I am frequent customer of sbl. But from last 5 days i checked status of the order is not moving into next step. All mails and contacts are barred of the company. Don't know how to contact them. It was prepaid order. I paid 1289 rs . Please help me out to deliver the order. I dint receive confirmation message till now of my order.

This is with reference the above mentioned Order ID. I had ordered some apparels
on September 29th, 2019 and its been more than 15 days and still no update on my order.
I have paid an amount of : 2932 and want my refund back.
On trying calling their customer care number, "incoming call is barred for this number " is the response I get.

i want my refund back as soon as possible and do not want apparels anymore

Updated by Nehalg08 I have recieved the order but I already requested a refund as the purpose for which I wanted clothes is already gone. I had ordered 6 appearls and somehow liked two out of them.
I request you to pick up the 4 apparels I no more need and initiate a refund for the same.

Updated by Nehalg08 App does not show option to return the apparels as they have not marked the items as delivered . I cannot opt for return as the app is not showing me option for the same

I have ordered two clothes from stalk buy love on 7 oct 2019. The order was prepaid.
However i cancelled the order before it was shipped because i could not track my shipment hence i asked for refund of inr 1069. But i haven't received any msg nor any refund initiation is showing on their app. Kindly help me to get the refund for order[protected]!

I ordered a product on 2nd october from stalk buy love and made an online payment from my credit card. The payment was accepted within seconds but after 2 weeks the product ordered was still under processing. When i contacted the customer care they didnt respond. When they finally did respond i asked them for a refund as they told me that due to some technical issues my order was not being processed. They asked me to have an online payment application in order to refund my money. When i managed to install the online payment application they never contacted me again. And when i tried to reach out to them they didnt respond. Their customer service is very rude and unsupportive and were not at all helpful

I ordered the stuff on 1st October, 2019. It was a prepaid order. However, I did not receive my order till date. Multiple attempts are made to contact the StalkBuyLove customer service via e-mails and customer care contact number, but no luck. On tracking, it shows that the order is in processing state.
This experience is very disappointing. Kindly look into the matter and help me with my refund.

ordered a red coloured top in first week of October. Have not received the top yet.
I have written so many times to the customer care but no one has bothered to revert
Such an unprofessional outlook. I cannot even cancel the order and cannot even get refund for the purchase made

I cancelled the order because the order was not being processed even after 7 days of placing the order. But there is no update about the product.
Also there is no way to call customer care as the contact number is not updated on the site.
I request you to resolve this matter.
Also please initiate refund asap.
This is not the way you treat your customers. This website has to be sued for cheating on so many customers.

I have placed an order of 3 items on 21 september via order number[protected]. The status of the order hasn't changed since then and is showing as ordered.
The customer care number is not working. It seems like they have just abandoned the site.
The customer care is not replying to emails also.
I can see similar issues for other people also where they are not replying.

I had placed an order on the app on 28th September. It wad showing confirmed at first but when I checked the order status the next day it wasn't showing anything. It has been paid for but it has been almost 10 days and I haven't received any further details on my order status. I have also mailed the SBL team regarding this but it is of no use. Their number has also disabled incoming calls. I would like to receive my order at the earliest. The order number is[protected].

I placed an order using there app on 18th sep and it got delivered on 24th Sep. I am trying to place a return request but the option is not active in the app. As per their policy we can return within 15 days. But still the option is not working. I tried contacting via mail but there is no reply and the no. listed on the app is coming invalid.

I ordered a white sharon cut out top from stalkbuylove on 2nd october 2019 and made an online payment for the same. They accepted the order but no advancement has been made in the order's delivery even after 4 days. They have not even confirmed the order, though they have accepted the payment. I wrote to their customer support to inquire about the producr but no answer was received. And they have a 5 to 9 bussiness days delivery. Please look into the matter. thank you

Also there is no tracking details availbale. Again i have written to stalkbuylove several times stating the issue but there is no response. Please look into the matter as early as possible. The website is very disappointing as it didnot respond to issues.

2. There is no tracking details available to me.
3. There is no mode of contacting the website, except via mail, but it has been unanswered multiple times. Moreover, the phone number provided doesn't work.
4. It is a prepaid order, so the responsibility double up for the seller.

Kindly help me to have a refund or facilitation of the process.

I have ordered the items from the application in june'19. I wanted to return the products of my last order but the option of return is not enabled. Also, i had tried to reach them through mail, website and contact no. But no response has been received. I have communicated through their instagram page and they said to send the product through courier an they will refund the courier and refund amount. I have send the courier in august'19 and they received the product. But these guys are not replying to mails, instagaram page, facebook messenger. Even their contact no. Is always reflecting that the outgoing services are not available of the number they have provided in their website.

Payment has been already done, and now I cannot track my order at all from their website, neither is there any customer care number working nor their email is valid. The weird part is that the site is still active to receive the orders but no customer services are responsive from their part at all. '

It is look like that they are trying to clear the stock whether it match up the customers expectation or not and have no intention to refund the money as no response on complaints.

This is regarding the order[protected] which i placed it on 15th sept 2019, there is no updates on that till now!
Order tracking section shows unavailable. Customer serivce number [protected] says incoming calls are bared!
Emailid is not found!
What the hell is happening i have no idea!
Shud kill this kinda frauds!
They have time to update fake # in instagram but they got no time for customers complain!
Please take a serious and immediate action on this bloody team!
