[Resolved] Star Cj — A case of cheating from your customer care personal Mr. Khanaya | |||
Dear Kenny Shine, Congratulation for boarding Star CJ as CEO, sorry for putting a complaint with your company as your representatives are giving false commitments & cheating the customer . I had purchased some facial kit in the month of August 2014 with a opffer of getting a gift voucher of 4000/ Rs. which is yet to be delivered. Customer call centre is busy in misleading us with giving date by date & telling us that our head Mr Khanaya will cal us back on the dispatches. I had made complaints on 20/08/2014 /04/10/2014 & recent one with Mr. Shubam Kumar with complaint number[protected]. I request your quick action on this for further bussiness. I was complained that four items are missing. 1. Strawberry peel off mask 2. VLCC Kajal, 3. Hair band and 4. Gift voucher. Next day one person from STAR CJ call me to know about my complain and inform me that missing items will be send by 2-4 days.
But another surprise was wait for me that when I received next delivery (that was also comparatively large box) I surprised to see that it contains only hair band which was also not similar items which showed in the TV show.
Hence once again I complained for other items. But there was no response from CJ's end. I once again complained and today one lady call me and say that she will send only gift voucher. When ask about the other items she inform rudely that she only know about gift voucher.
Anyway, I will wait for some time and complain to consumer cell.
In the mean time I request every body not to buy any things from Star CJ (a cheater).
