    I placed an order on 10th March 2015 at 11.59AM and through my phone number [protected] and someone picked my call and I placed an order and I confirmed 2-3 times that you place my order and he said "yes mam" and then I asked for my order number, he replied " vo to apke registered mobile number pr ajaega". On 12th march I called for my delivery status and I had words with Alok Kumar and he said there is no order of yours. So I lodged a complaint and he ensure you will get revert with in 2 days. And then I called on 16Th March 2 times. I talk to Prashant, Anand to know my complaint status but no one took it seriously and today is 18th march, so till know I didn't get any response and agents are not able to sought out my concern.

      Hi Star Cj, I my self vinod Kumar, i bought 4*1 Intex speaker but i faced very frequently issue in boofer. In this one speaker socket not working, i contacted to yours customer care many times but they not given me solution. Being a customer am very disappointed with your service even i contacted to customer care for Invoice copy as per them i was going to receive invoice copy within 24 hours but this is 15 days past and yet i didn`t get copy, i asked it for warranty support.         I had ordered for a pack of 6 readymade "SEHAR" kurtis after watching the advertisemnt for the same on STAR CJ channel on March 13, 2015. I had ordered for XXL size kurtis. They had shown in the advertisement that the chest size of XXL size is 46-48 inches and on ordering, the customer care represntative of STAR CJ mentioned that the chest size is 47 inches. My order number is : [protected]. I got the delivery of the product yesterday through GATI Couriers. On receiving the product, to my disbelief, the chest size of the kurtis were 44 inches for 3 kurtis and 45 inches for 3 kurtis. I have paid Rs. 2699/- for this product and it is a waste of money. On calling STAR CJ, the customer care represntative insisted that the size is 47 inches for XXL size but i informed her that it is only 44 and 45 inches. She could not sort out the issue and put me on hold for ten minutes with no person to attend the call. STAR CJ should be made responsible for my loss as it because of their false advertisment and false information gave by their customer care represntative that i purchased the product and my hard earned money has gone for a waste. Star CJ is responsivle for promoting such unscrupulous brands such as "SEHAR".

          I ordered for a pack of 6 readymade SEHAR kurtis advertised by Star CJ channel on March 13, 2015. My Order number is: [protected]. I received the product today through GATI couriers at around 1 in the afternoon. I had ordered for XXL size of kurtis. In the advertisment on Star CJ channel, it was mentioned that the chest size of XXL kurtis are 46-48 inches and on ordering the customer care representative mentioned that the chest size will 47 inches. However, when i received the product, to my disbelief, the chest size of the kutis were only 44 inches for 3 kurtis and 45 inches for the other 3 kurtis. After a lot of disappointment on paying Rs. 2699/- for the product, i contacted Star CJ.The customer care representative said that she cannot help in this issue and she put the phone on hold for ten minutes with no one to take the call. Star CJ must take responsibility for this loss as it their deceiving advertisment and assurance given by their customer care representative about the size that i purchased the product. They are responsible for promoting such unscrupulous brands such as "SEHAR". My hard earned money has gone for a waste and by these incidents, they are sure to loose a lot of valuable customers.

            I had ordered for a pack of 6 Sehar Brand kurtis on March 13, 2015 amounting to Rs.2699/- by order no:[protected]. The product was delivered through Gati Couriers 12.45 p.m on March 16, 2015. The Sizes were 2 inches lesser than what was advertised on their channel on T.V. As per their advertisment, XXL size (which i had ordered) was supposed to be 46-48 inches but on receiving the kurtis, I found that 3 kurtis are 44 inches and 3 kurtis were 45 inches. When i contacted the customer care, they gave irresponsible answers and could not solve the issue and they put me on hold for nearly ten minutes wasting my time and money. Star CJ should take responsibility for advertising such unscrupulous brands like SEHAR and lose valuable customers. I have lost my hard earned money of 2700 rupees.

I received a call from [protected] and was asked for my availability to receive the parcel. Behavior of delivery boy was very rude with us. Delivery boy was very ill-mannered. He did not have etiquette. We were ready to make payment. But he did not deliver the parcel & took it back with him. His way of talking was very rude. You are requested to do the needful.

                  I made a order of PRESTIGE 3.3 Ltr pressure cooker on 5th September 2015 by Television show on shopcj2.

                  Today(7TH Sep.2015) I got the delivery but The delivery boy who was delivering the couriers was very rude. That guy don't know how to speak with the customers especially with senior citizens. He talked very rude and abuse my parents .
                  I don't know the name of that person but know his mobile number i.e. [protected] Please do the needful against my complaint of that delivery boy,
                  My parents are senior citizens and retired from gazetted posts.
                  This is not at all acceptable.
                  We cant compromise our self respect.

                    I placed a order for Medium size kurta's(6pcs-anksh), they were too small compared to brands i were, then i asked for exchange for Larger size.but when i got the delivery yesterday, i was astonished to see that 3 pcs are Large & 3 pcs Medium.Horrible experience i faced being a first time buyer. i will suggest everyone not to go for Stat Cj.                     Things shown on star utsav VLCC products were above 100 but at the time of delivery that things are not found in packet. when i compalint about this to customer care, her behaviour was too rude and not satisfied.

                        Ive ordered sanjeev kapoor wonder cheif product and the person taking order gave me balarai product secondly the product is also damanged where i cant even use it. Its been 10 days now i'm complaning over the calls but everyone is on the same line saying complain department will cal you in 2 days sir. Do we look fool to you people? Its been 10 days and nobody turned up to solve my problem. On a very serious note i never had such a bad experience on online shopping like on starcj I[censored] people are not really faking to customers kindly have the courtesy to solve over problem and stop troubling us again and again.                             On dated 03/03/2015 i ordered 3 quantity of store smart vacuum bag AID through website of starcj.com. The order no was [protected], payment option was COD which was rs. 4170/- for 3 vacuum bags. On dated 07/03/2015 at 5.31 pm a delivery boy from GATI Transport ludhiana came & gave 1 bag, collect Rs.4170/-. When we opened the bag it is containing only 1 vacuum bag rather than 3 as per our order. Immediately i call to no. which was mentioned in bill and inform the all fact to them, they replied to wait for 4 working days. after waiting for the period i again call on customer care they again said to wait for 4 working days. then after 2 days i call again they said you will receive call from company then after your complaint will be resolved. But till date we have not received any response or call from company. Every time when we call on customer care they replied same to wait for company call or to wait for 4 or 1 working days. finally we are very harrass with this behavior of company.
                            Now i requested to you Please kindly resolve our issue at your end.

                            I had orders diamond pan, kadai & nonstick tawa as free gift on dated 17/6/15 of rupees 2999. But for kitchen, what I received is diamond jewellery set of rupees 2999. I had registerd complaint so many times to [protected] on dated 17, 19, 21, 26, 29, 30/6/15, 3, &6/6/15. But till date no response from starcj had received.

                              I have placed an order for Intex 4.1 Multimedia speakers through StarjCj.com on 7th March 2015.
                              I have received the product on 9th March 2015 at 10:AM.
                              Order number [protected]
                              I paid through Cash on Delivery.
                              When I have connected the products with PC, it didn't worked.I tried it with Mobile and Pen drive as well but it also didn't worked.
                              Finally I tried for FM and it also didn't worked.
                              After that I called at Star CJ customer care and they have connected me to Intex (Brand) customer care.
                              They ave troubleshoot the product over the phone after that they found it a dead product as nothing was working.
                              When I asked for exchange then both of them, the seller i.e StarCj and Intex (Brand) denied for replacement.
                              StarCj's website clearly says that if is dead on arrival they have to refund / exchange the product.
                              I need the replacement of this product as it is the case of Dead on arrival.

                              When I asked for exchange then both of them, the seller i.e StarCj and Intex (Brand) denied for replacement.
                              StarCj website clearly says that if is dead on arrival they have to refund / exchange the product

                                  Order no [protected]. I am very disappointed with StarCJ, such a fraud company it is. I just brought the mattress cover, which is shorted in dimension as committed. I call customer care and informed them about it. when I told that I am a lawyer and the conversation is recorded they first tried to waste the time and told transferring call to senior. then the call ring went on for 15 min and disconnected. Now they say it can't be replace or refund. This is third time happening with me. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. but I will not let them sleep peacefully on my money. I am going to file a legal action on them. This is for people who are going to buy some item, Please don't buy from StarCJ

                                      Dear sir /Madam i had ordered Bed sheets from Star CJ on cash on delivery . we payed 2799 cash for order on 25 Feb 2015. With order Number[protected] docket number[protected]. The malviya nagar Jaipur address was given on registerd mob numb [protected]. The material was not up to the mark so it was refunded.Till now 2 weeks are over the money has not been refunded. The company of Star CJ is not listening to the customer.Kindly take a suitable action.

                                        My father buy a gift for my mom from star cj live it was combo of 6 sarees tthey wwas telling itits silk saree on tv as papa ask them on call they said its silk sare saree its polyster sarees . when we complaicomplaints again it they said its name is silk its not silk saree and iit will not be refunded please help me to get my papa hard earnd money back
