    I have ordered "Wellberg 11 Pcs Stainless Steel Induction Base Cook & Serve Set" with order #[protected] worth 2375.12 Rs on 04/07/2014 and done payment online through credit card, the order was not delivered on time so I cancelled the order on 14/07/2014 customer care told me that refund will be credited in you account in 7 working days but it didn't happen. After this I have called customer care almost 21 time and raised N number of complaints but nothing is done from there side initially they say money will be credited in 7 working days. After some day they said our executive will call you in 48 hr then they reduced time to 24 hr. Its more than 2 months now, I have cancelled the order but no one called I have already spent 75/- of talk time calling and talking customer care. Still I haven't got any reply from Stra CJ, what is status of my compliant. Few days back also I called to Star CJ, as usual they don't have any updates after some discussion, I asked for complaint number which they don't have apart from my order number, again same sentence we are sorry for the trouble our executive will call you in 24 hr etc... When I asked them to connect me immediately to some senior, customer care guy hold up my call for 15 mins until I get harassed, in short they forced me to disconnect the call.

        Hi Star cj My order number is [protected], on 13th sep on TV there was a offer buy 2 get 2 free for kitchen combo set where i was suppose to get 2 hand blender and 2 grill but i got only one hand blender and one grill which is cheating. i want the same offer as showed on tv or if it was a cheating showing on TV just to cheat people then kindly get me the refund of 1999 i don't want this product.           I had placed an order for a Pigeon glass cooktop on 30.06.2014 from starcj. The money was paid online at the same time. On July 5, 2014, I received the cooktop which was not sealed and packed in starcj packing and also in an damaged box. I immediately called up the starcj call centre and was informed by the girl at the other end not to receive the same and return the parcel back to the courier and they would arrange to send me another packed item. Since I did not receive the item by 8th July 2014, I gave a call to the call centre again and the person at the other end told me that I would receive the same after 2 days. Again when I gave a call on 10th July 2014, Thursday, the person at the other end informed me that I have not placed an order for redelivery and this would have to be done now and I would receive my item after 4-5 working days.I told the person that on 8th I was informed that I would receive the item after 2 days and now I am being informed that my order has not been taken and I would receice my item after 4-5 days. The person would not be able to tell me anything and went on telling me that I have to place an order again. I refused and asked to speak to a senior and later on asked for a refund of my money. Even for the refund of my hardearned money the company made me call them up umpteen times and each time the executive or the team leader at the other end gave me promises that my money would be received soon but there was no sign of my money. Finally after a fairly long wait of more than 2 months, on 2nd September 2014, I received my money. The company is very casual about customer service and the executives have no coordination in the department. I would like to claim interest and damages for the harassment caused to me as there were not contacts from the company regarding the status of delivery of my item after the return no any intimation regarding refund of my money and each time I had to make a call to check the same. Also, the company gave umpteen excuses for the delay in returning my money.

            After seeing add on TV on 9th of Aug'14 I order for breakfast comb which compromise of manual juicer, Kettel and toaster for RS. 1999/- but the order which i received had hand blender, sandwich maker and Slicer. after seeing i called to the given no customer care no, they assured me that they do the needful but next day i got a call them.They said that their executive has processed the right order so now it can't be changed. My concern is when i don't have the product code, while ordering for product, i told him about the product details and the date when that add was aired, that executive checked that day's add and then only he booked my order. Kindly do the needful.

              hello guyz, My name is Arun Kumar. I placed an order to purchase a Datawind7C+ tab on 3rd September 2014 (order no- [protected]) from Star CJ. I received it on 5th September 2014 (Invoice No[protected]. But i found given defects in this product. 1) Its charger is not working from the first day. 2) Touch pad is not working properly and there are a lots of scratches on it. 3) It does not detect sim card 4) It is looking like a second hand product. I registered a complain regarding these problems to Star CJ (Complaint no- 0908hr5716). I called to Star CJ customer care and talk to Mr. Sandeep ( senior customer care executive/manager ) and told them about my problem but he didn't give any satisfactory answer to me. He said that I had to go to Datawind service center (which is located in Panchkula around 150 km far from my home) and arrange a D.O for any kind of replacement of this defective product . it is not possible for me to go to service center and arrange a D.O for a new product ( defective product) (it is too far) I purchased a product from STAR CJ first time and facing such kind of problems really it is very disappointing I want solution of it and i hope you understand the value of time, looking forward for your early revert on the same please. This procedure clearly indicating the delay and responsibility of the firm . Subsequently, I cant find out at present where is the item and the item shipped by which Currier service. Please clarify my compliant on urgent basis

                          Hello Team, I would like to complain about the Star CJ channel, I have ordered the tablet (A Data Wind Product). I have received the damaged product and as per the policy we cannot check the product on delivery. I had very bad experience with the customer service, they don't know how to talk with the customers and never provide the resolution as per the policy on the website (Products may be exchanged only in case of manufacturing defect. Note that the conditions for return and exchange may vary from product to product and an exception to the above principles may be made at the sole discretion of the franchisee/seller.) The above terms and conditions clearly states that its a seller responsibility to exchange the product. When I had called Star CJ customer care they informed me to call Data Wind costumer care and Data wind informed me to call Star CJ as they are the sellers they buy product in bulk and sell them across the country. When i received the call from Star CJ they are not costumer friendly and used profanity on call, i have the recording of the call. I request you to take necessary action on this as my issue is not resolved yet nor i have received the gift (That is a keyboard and the cover for the tablet.)                           I would never ever would like to order anything from your channel nor i would suggest any of one from my group, the issue has not been addressed yet.

                            I have returned microwave within 2 days of delivery, its almost a month that i haven't Received my money refund cheque, When i call to ask for the same their customer care executives say sir you will receive your cheque within 7 to 8 days from the day when we picked the product from your address. The date on which they picked up the order from my address is[protected], its almost 20 days today but i haven't received it yet. Whenever i call at their customer care centre to ask for the same, the person again says you will receive it within 7 to 8 days and our back end team will call you back and when ask the executive to transfer the call to his senior/head the person who is on the call is not interested in listening what i am saying ...                                     I, Tukaram Kadlag, have returned Laundry Hanger in 2 two days as I was not satisfied with the product. Order No. [protected]. In spite of delay of a month and several telephone calls, the money is not yet refunded. Several complaints raised by your back end people but no one know what is the status. Every time I call & they just raise complaint & clearly make false promises. I had again called[protected] number on 29.08.2014 & the person again just raised a complaint. I asked him to transfer call to his supervisor but he told that the supervisor will call me in next 5 minutes but that never happened. He even gave us a assurance that i will get a call in next 8 hours from complaint department but even that did not happen. What do you people expect that i just keep on calling & then forget about my money, then that will not happen. This is not at all satisfactory service given by Star CJ & will never shop with Star CJ henceforth. Even I recommend others to be safe while purchasing from you guys as it is not a trustworthy retailer. I hope this complaint will be addressed immediately & money refunded soon.                                         10 days back I have booked Electric Tandoor, when delivered there was one free gift short. I have lodged the complaint, They tood 2 days time to respond and then 6 days time to deliver another product for replacement, but its a matter of regret that when today on 26th Aug this is delivered there two items short, and the hight is that they have given used product today I again I hv lodged the complaint. I have wasted 10 days and energy. I am fed up with Star CJ.If they can not deliver the product and give open delivery in next 2 days time then, return my my money back and infuture I will make sure that nobody from my circle take anything from star CJ. I had very bad experience from Star CJ. I in next two days I dont get either the product or money I am going to consumer protection Forum with media information to recover the damages.
