I am a satisfied user of Magic Mop over the last 18 months. While the mop is still working condition. However, the White Round Cap which joins the mop cap has broken. I would like to have the contact details from where I can have this spare purchased, preferably locally in Pune or can also be ordered out. Kindly advise.

I purchased two JMC in different times through on line. The JMC purched latter one is not functioning while using the small jar. The warranty is for three years. The problem was from the begging. Kindly take necessary steps for the same.

    I have placed an order of Bhalaria Dinner set but due to some personal reasons, later on i have also cancelled that order, Though the order was cancelled, still the docket has been delivered to my address and erroneously the same was accepted by one of my family member. I have called on[protected] and requested for taking back the docket, and as confirmed by your customer care executive the docket will be taken back in next 3-4 days and refund will be processed in next 7 days. However now i am getting response that once the order is accepted the same can not be taken back. Would like to request you to take the order back and process for refund at earliest to avoid any legal proceedings

Our MCB gets trip immediately after we connect it.           i am really disappointed with the starcj services. the order placed by me was a combo saree of georgette. but the material received was polyster with such a bad quality and dull color of material. i even cannot think of gifting these sarees to any body. i am shocked about the attitude of the people servicing in starcj . They totally refused me to return these sarees .the business of these people will end soon. such a lootera company is this. please anybody please donot go for shopping with starcj.please beware of these companies.i will certainly go to consumer court for this . If you have no quality of your products you ad on Tv or internet please shut the door of your company.

              I ordered an item which didn't get placed at first and poped an error try later other time, after some time i placed the order and it was a success, in the evening i got a message dat the order got placed twice so i called the service and explained him the situation and told him to cancel one order he listened everything and told me to call after 1 hr, in 10 min i got message dat both the orders are cancelled, i called them again to ask what happened they said their senoir will call and try to solve as he himself was getting error for placing my order. i waited for three hrs nobody called. i called them again to know if they cant order it i will order it from someother site, dat person kept me on hold for 10 min and den he was able to place order, i got my order in next 2 days at 1pm and got a message again dat at 3 pm dat my product will arrive in the evening, i ignored it initially but seriously some other courier wala came and brought the same product . i mean whats going...they are not able to cordinate with the consumers nor with the delivery ppl. as a first time constumer i am really disappointed wth dem, and would not suggest anyone.. .

              One more time some other courier person got the same product today, whats going on starCj can't u cordinate with ur courier guys...i feel sorry for the delivery boys too...

              Attached is the proof of the message i got from starCj where both my orders has cancelled when i told him to cancel one order, still poor delivery boys are bringing dat order to my doorsteps...

              Really bad service. poor cordination and useless customer care service...

                Hi, I have ordered an fitness slim belt worth of rupees 1, 690 in the month of 24th April 2014 and my order no. [protected] from Star CJ alive. In the advertisement displayed by them on Star CJ channel, it was working perfectly fine and basis that we have placed an order. i have got the product which i have not place instead of placing the slim belt they delivered jewellery and subsequently I have made complaint to the star cj the product was returned product and they have received 17/05/2014 they send massage to me they are cancelled the order which i have placed, Since then I have almost call 20 to 30 times to Star CJ call centre for refund of my money which i paid i had spoke with the senior one his name kissan he said within two days you will receive call from us he said in the month of August till today no progress. Even today I have called most of the times they will make my call hold for a 20to 30 minutes. Kindly make my money will refund. Thanking you. vijaya [protected]

                I am going to do consumer court case on STAR CJ because, Dear Concern, I had ordered Utkrishtt Priyatama Collection as item code : [protected] on order no. [protected] & its delivered on 13/09/2014, 12:10 pm. That neck less' quality was very bad as i shown in Live Program on television so i did not want that neck less . After that i returned it to STAR CJ via their local collectors . NOW NO ONE IS RESPONDING OR DID NOT GET ANY CALL FOR CONFIRMATION FROM star cj alive to take my payment of Rs.3195 .                   Hi, I have ordered an ELECTRIC PEACH COOK WELL APPLICANCE ROTI MAKER worth rupees 1, 699 in beginning Sept from Star CJ alive. In the advertisement displayed by them on Star CJ channel, it was working perfectly fine and basis that we have placed an order. We have go the product delivery on 11th Sep'14, Invoice # is[protected] and order # [protected]. We have used the roti maker the very next day but its not giving the result which was displayed in the advertisement. Since then I have almost call 4-5 times to Star CJ call centre for replacement or at least arrangement of a demonstration but everytime they provide me contact nos of retailer which either in a no response condition or wrong no. Please help me on this as I am feeling cheated here, seems these ppl show wrong advertisements just to impress customer and post delivery of the product they dont even bother to help customer if wrong product delivered or customer is facing any issue.                     Hi Team, I am really disappointed...I had place an COD order -order no [protected] on 23rd of September for INR 2090. The quality of the sari's "SUNEHRI" brand is really poor. I wanted to return it back, unfortunately I was told that it cant be returned and that this info was given to me when I had placed the order! I don't remember this info being given to me and even if it was given - I don't think looking at he quality of the saris anyone would like to keep it. Moreover I am surprised that unlike all online shopping portals, where return/refund policy is available, Star CJ doesn't have such one! Its like robbing people of their own money ! Its quite frustrating too when you speak to the customer representative who calls up to enquire about the reason why product needs to be returned, who speaks to you in a rude manner telling you that when placing the complaint over the phone, people who attend those calls don't know the return policy! I have paid INR 2090 and would like to be refunded with the money, don't want to keep saris which are available for 150 rs in a local market! And Star CJ should change their policies or else they are bound to loose customers, I for sure would never recommend it to anyone! Thanks, Aruna Gaikwad

                      i ordered sheffield griller, juicer and kettle they showed many features on tv after which i liked it and ordered the product, after recieving the actual product, i came to know the size of the product was not as shown on tv and also the product features are not as i was shown on tv, i am cheated on this, when i complained starcj they supervisor called and disconnected the call without resolving the problem, no manner to talk to custoner, very bad customer service, refund my money, orelse will complain in police for the same as starcj has cheated me

                        I had ordered (order no.[protected]) sarees at starcj on 16.09.2014 by viewing an add on star utsav but the sarees are of different colors and material is of low quality (not gorgget sarees). Regarding this i had complained to customer care but customer care complaint department is arguing with me that the sarees which were delivered are correct so they cant help. I think this is the worst online shopping site because i have purchased for snapdeal, flikart, naaptol and others online shopping sites they deliver exact material which is ordered by us and if anything wrong delivered the whole amount is returned back and even courrier charges also. If i dont get any positive reponse regarding my complaint, then this is totally a cheating and worst online shopping site

                          my order No.[protected] dated 28.4.2014, my electric slicer is not working from may 2014, I have been continiously following up with starcj.com consumer no. about this complaint, sometimes they say that they would inform sheffield company, and twice i called up on shefield company which they had given and till date there is no replacement or call from the company. Inspite of this I am ur regular customer and u can go thru my records i have purchased many items from your company, please keep up the customer client relationsship otherwise u are the looser.

                            i have purchased slim belt instead of giving slim belt they have delivered a jwellaries and i ahve complained to the star cj so many times but there is no use and even i spoke to seniors also no use i spoke one senior by name kissan he told me with in two it would be done he said in the month of auguest but even today there is no change. if i will call they put on hold for a ofen hour and they will tell my senior is not avalable that is going on and on from the month of may even i have not remember my order no. also. even i use to call weekly twice or threes but no use on may 17 only that returned product has been returned star cj. therefore i request after this complainnant it will move on i hope for the good reply.

                                I had ordered smartab in july 14. Your member told me this is indian piece not china but i got china piece. that time i believed and didnot see details of tab on backside. watsapp and bluetooth is not working in this tab. i cannot listen call without speaker on, it is difficult me to talk in public place, i already did contact with nakamichi member but he also helpless. he told me to courier tab at delhi. please do favour. thank you

                                  I Muniram odered a vlcc jewel beauty kit (Aid) on 16/09/2014 and i recieved the product on 18/09/2014 but i when i opened the polythen bag in which the product is i got the box opened before I open it. and the product i recieved in it are Used.i call the customer care immediately but their lazy service disopoiented me very much they tool more time than say. I rate them In negative marks.

I have Ordered Bhalaria 91pcs dinner set on 23rd august but You they canceled it by yourself, after that I have again ordered same product with gift but you Send me 111 pcs dinner set. it was not according to my need . I want to replaced with 91 pcs with gift but there is no help from company end . I have totally upset with this company. They cant help or solve problems of your customers.                                       I am very much frustrated from bad services of STARCJ. If they do not resolve my problem ASAP then I am Going to forward the case in the consumer court. Because I have no other option.
                                      Same Situation faced With me... their services are and don't have sense how to guide and satisfy the customer if the customer is in problem. I have many times called them over phone and explained my problem in detail but they are not understanding my problem. So I will never recomend this site for online shopping so my suggestion is for other plz don't make mistake that I did.At last I want to say Star CJ is a froud Company.

                                        Dear Team, This is the mail regarding the dispute for the order number[protected] which was placed On 12-Aug for the product (Roti Maker) which i was received on 24 and that was faulty after receiving that product at once i made a call to[protected] and log a complaint for the replacement of product. I got a new product and when my wife used it there is current coming in that product and then we again call on the same number for the refund on 5th sep after making query over the phone one of your senior agreed for the refund and assured me that they will issue a cheque.When i tried to call and know the status for my cheque they told me they never promise for that. Ask there quality team for the recoding of calls. Right now One month is already passed and neither i used my Roti maker nor i have the refund. Now the user of that Roti maker do not have dare to use it due to the shock(Current).
