I had ordered a package from Star CJ Alive containing a set of 17 organiser sets, 4 bed sheets, 1 laundry bag with free gifts comprising of 8 towels & 18 pieces container sets.To my surprise, the things that I actually received from the shopping portal didn't contain the free gifts. Also the bed sheets were not the same as demonstrated by Star CJ on television.When we called up the Customer Care of Star CJ, the Customer executive Mr.Sudhir accepted the mistake on the part of Star CJ and assured that we would receive the complete product within a period of 7 days. But the very next day we received a call from the Senior Executive saying that they cannot help us in anyway regarding this and that the package didn't consist of any free gifts. This is an example of how does a shopping network of such repute cheats one if its regular customers, who relies on the credibility of the demonstration.We had paid Rs4000 for the package which is obviously too much on the higher side keeping in the less number of products delivered at our doorstep. We expect the management to address the matter with sincere concern otherwise we will be left with no option but to approach the Consumer Court.

I have purchased HP printer from StartCJ on 14th Oct 2014, order number [protected] and invoice[protected] which delivered on 18th Oct and I did complaint on the same day that printer is damaged. I called StarCJ about this they said contact to HP and HP customer care said talk to StarCJ. No one replaced my product. StartCJ comitted that if product is in damaged state, they will take back with is two days but they never do that. They are making customer fool.

I am mentally harassed by these people... but after calling them on daily basis...they r not working on my complaints...also not refunding my money...i am really suffering from their behavior... I want them to return my money ...also with the compensation for the trouble given to me and giving wrong info on site...they r not responding me...they r always saying that they don't have info and people from their department will call me...but nobody called me for this issue from last 5 months...please help me getting me justice. I want 10, 000 for my suffering for compensation. I have cried and mentally harassed by their false promises, i have been on hold for30- 45 mints. Also i have called them 10-15 time in a day but they haven't responded back and no solution till now. It’s been 5 month i am suffering. No guarantee i[censored] replace also i don’t believe if product will be damaged or in correct form Review: the company never dispatch / supply product on time. This will be my last order. These even don’t bother to answer complaint. I[censored] can find where & how to complain They delay the dispatch. Then they send you the product. Star cj alive work for money only. I bought the Data wind 7cz table before 2 months back & now the same tab is dead & not switching on…….I would request you to please provide me refund otherwise I’ll go legally, as my brother is a lawyer…..I can file a case again star cj & data wind……requesting you to do the needful or else im ready to meet in court…….. I have purchased one sneha bandan jewellery set through Star CJ against COD payment of R s.2100 vide order no.[protected]. Which quality is very cheap and poor not up to the mark thy are trying to make fool to customer through television advertisement, the jewellery set which they had provided me is deffective and small size which unable to use and still It is lying with several mail communication has been done from my end to return back my money but they have not responded so far, now I am totally Helpless.

I have ordered 20ltr electrolux microwave against order no.[protected] of dt 14/10/14 & they had told me the delievery within 1-2 working days but till date nothng has been recieving while enquurng d same from star cj customer care they are not giving the satisfactory response. Its a shame that you were promisng the customers first & when d cusromer place d order u r not giving tgem d services at a prescribed time.

Hi I ordered PN diamond pan(order number:[protected]) from star CJ website after watching the advertisement. The advertisement was very impressive.The advertisement shows the Pan is a good quality non stick pan. You can use metal spoons also. But after first use only I came to know that pan is not at all having non stick qualities. Its worst. I contacted Star CJ customer care then, they lodged my complaint immediately but did not given me registered complaint number instead they sent me message saying that service request. Now they called me & told me that they do not deal with quality related issues. & now they told me to contact Damul trader navi mumbai for the quality related issues.[protected] .But the number is diverted to some answering machine no one i s replying. Please help

I am going to do consumer court case on STAR CJ because, Dear Concern, I had ordered Utkrishtt Priyatama Collection as item code : [protected] on order no. [protected] & its delivered on 13/09/2014, 12:10 pm. That neck less' quality was very bad as i shown in Live Program on television so i did not want that neck less . After that i returned it to STAR CJ via their local collectors . NOW NO ONE IS RESPONDING OR DID NOT GET ANY CALL FOR CONFIRMATION FROM star cj alive to take my payment of Rs.3195 . I bought Sunflame glass top 3 burner gas stove (roi) vide invoice no[protected] against my order no.[protected]. I received the delivery to-day i.e. on 15.10.2014. Following defects were noticed : 1. One of the burner went off when its knob is turned to minimize the flame though the gas continue to leak and can cause damage. 2. One of the knob was little bit damaged I contacted the Starcj customercare and talked to Mr Sudhir Kumar Singh at 7.02 PM on 15.10.2014 he replied my quarry has been forforded and after 6 or 7 days their executive will contact me. When I said I can not wait so much and return the material, he replied as you wish. Dear Sir/Madam I'm from Kolkata (430 Hesting Colony po+ps Tiljala kol-700100), I had ordered a tab phone worth 3999/- on 1st Oct'14 & received on 10th but tab is found with breakable screen. I has ordered home expressions comforters pack of 2. Order No.[protected] on 15/9/2014. I was surprised when i got the product it was a inferior quality and the brand name was Blanc while i had ordered the brand called home expressions comforters. Even in the invoice its return as home expressions comforters pack of 2. I tried n no of times in customer care but no one is giving me proper answer. Replace me the comforters or refund my money.

I have purchase 72362G calling tab at dated 03 Oct 2014 with keypad from star cj but that keypad is not in working condition. Immediately i called custmer care centre. they told me that they will call me. From that day they never call me, now the same number is not working.change that keypad immediately this is not expected from star cj my moblie no.[protected] order no.[protected]

I ordered my product of vlcc facial kit order id-[protected] and docket no[protected] on 7th october 2014 and was told that my product will be delivered within 1 or 2 days. But today it is 9th october 2014 and i had not received my product. I had also called the customer care center of star cj but they gave no response and no complaint no too. When i asked them for the complaint no he said he is texting the complaint no to my no but no message was received. So careless they are. I want the answer from them . Its the worst service ever received. I even suggest to others not to buy anything from them...they just waste the customers time. One more thing they just make fool and earn money from customers who call to customer centre bcoz their no are not tollfree and they talk nonsense when we call them just to earn money...
