I have sent DOA approved letter from Swipe for replacement of Swipe MTV Slash 3G Tablet at [protected]@starcj.com but still no reply. Please find copy mail sent to [protected]@starcj.com.

Dear Star cj,

Finally today i got the DOA Approved letter from Swipe for replacement of Swipe MTV Slash 3G Tablet.


(See attached file: DOA Approval.pdf)(See attached file: Tax invoice from Starcj.pdf)

I request, please send good tablet (Good Network, Good touch Screen, good Battery means long life and should not get warm immediately) so will not suffer again.

I have suffered for last 10 days contacting Starcj customer care (Spoken to Mr Amit (Supervisor) but he has not responded well) as well as Swipe customer care.

Please maintain good relationship with the customer.

    I have been purchased a Birla hand blender & chopper through Star CJ Network on[protected].Invoice No.[protected] dated 04/01/2014 and order no. [protected] with one year warranty. Before one year the upper lid of chopper was damaged and I contact the company's mobile which was available to me by Star CJ at [protected] and [protected] whereas on invoice [protected] was not in service. First time at contact they are ready to exchange the lid with old one but the charges of courier from Kota to Bhiwandi is Rs. 300/- + and the cost of new ones will 250/- so I ordered for new one and they ready to do this deal. After that there are no reply and message I got. I am trying too many times but they cant pickup my phone and star cj also tell me the contact on that numbers. Please help me.

    Till today I could not receive any response.
    Star CJ did not do more in this issue so once again I contact at available no. i.e. [protected]. Luckily they pick up my phone and said me to deposite Rs. 300/- in their bank account (Name Birla Retail and Distributors Pvt Ltd, Account no. [protected] Bank Name - HDFC Bank Ltd.Branch Goregaon East IFSC no. - HDFC 0000212).I deposited the said amount on[protected] and then till today I couldn't receive the required part. I enclosed the screen shot of the messages which was done by them.Now once again they do not pickup my phone.

    I got today the require spare part but it was different and did not fitted with my blender so once again I contact company and send them some pics of my blender and they said that they are not manufactured this type of product. Please tell me what to do?

      I hv ordered jwellery set from star cj in Sep2014 .but when i got delievery the set was toataly different as shown in the show, quality was very cheap and many things were missing and damaged.within half an hour after getting the product i call their customer care executive and tell everything.They gave me a complain no and tell that call will come from their side but it is more than five months no call came from their side.I m regular writing them mail but they didn't reply a single mail of mine.whenever i call their customer center they say wait call will come within 5 working days but God knows after how many months their 5 working day will complete.I am feeling like a fool.pls help mein getting my money back.

        Hi, i have a complaint against the service from starcj alive. My wife purchased a mobile (order no: [protected]) IBall Andi Tiger phone.the phone was damaged and starcj have the policy to complain before 48 hours and they will refund for that product and when i called them before 48 hours they told me to go to service center and they will replace the phone. when i went there they said its not our responsibility to replace but they gave me DOA certificate and told me to email to starcj. In all these procedures 48 hours exceeded. i emailed DOA certificate to starcj (dated: 29-Jan-2015) and asked them to refund my money and today is 27-Feb-2015 and approx daily me and my father talk to them but they never gave us any satisfactory answer. one guy said you complaint on 20th feb for refund so it will take 7-10 working days for refund but another guy said we did not received damaged phone but i have proof that i gave damaged mobile to their executive on 3rd Feb 2015. daily we are getting different different reasons for not getting refund till now. no one answered us any satisfactory answer and i don't think they took any proper action for refunding us.i am writing this after my whole endeavor. my father is getting old and he is a heart patient and like starcj executives harassing him, i am worried so i am here with a lot of hope that you will take immediate action and will resolve my issue.

          I have got a Juicer from Star CJ and its not working at all..since then we have been trying to get in touch with star CJ however they are just asking us to call different numbers and not ready to resolve the concern.. The most pathetic experience of my life.. i'll never ever recommend STAR CJ to any one.. And in case we do not get any revert from them by this week, we will go to consumer court and we will make awareness about the company to as many people as we can..

              I have ordered Aahana set 6 kurtas and received my product yesterday, the quality of the kurta is very cheap so called the customer care fr return and refund process but they simply ignored my complaint. Never seen such a fradulent company who entice thousand of people with all their advertising skill and deliver all cheap and low quality products In the name of discounts. Never will shop again with star cj in my life and going to warn all my friends about the Issue i have faced. Licence of such Company without proper customer policy should be pulled by government who cheats thousands of people

                I had bought a cooker through Star CJ which is promoted by Sanjeev Kapoor. The lid was not closing properly. So Star CJ told me to contact WonderChef. Star CJ just sells and do not give service. I will never buy from Star CJ. I also want to complain about WonderChef. I have not received proper service from them as well. After lodging the complaint, I was told that their person will come to collect the lid in 2 days time. I spoke to the Ladies Megha and Pooja. Even after repeated reminders, the person came after 5 days. Then they did not get back to me for 2 weeks. I again called. Then they told me they will enquire and call me back the same day evening. No call came for 2 days. I again called. Then I was told they want a copy of the bill. I said I had already given the bill to the person who came to collect the bill. Still they said that they can't find and I have to email the bill. So I did that the next day. Then I got a mail that they will replace the lid in 2-3 time. Nobody came for another 5 ays, so today I again called. Still I get a response they have sent the lid but they need to find out why it has not been delivered to me yet. Every time, I do not get a proper response. Its been 3 weeks since the first complaint. Why will I buy a cooker, which I cannot use it because of no fault of mine. Sanjeev Kapoor should not promote such products and such companies.

                      I, Prasenjit Saha from Kolkata, booked on 10th feb 2015 zte blade c v-807 phone order no -[protected], cash on delivery mode rs-2799, delivered to me by Gati courier person on 14th feb 2015 at 2.15pm. After pack open it found android phone Swipe konnect3 which i not booking online. After that i lodged a complain on phone no-[protected] & a reply sms send to me that my complain has been registered and soon Star cj request team will contact me, but till date no person call me in this regard & initiate change the phone . I Keen to get my zte blade c v-807 phone immediately . I made rs -2799 to Gati courier concern person Mr.Biswanath Tewari mob-[protected]. After that i repeatedly contact customer care no[protected] & [protected] from my mobile no-[protected], every time customer care person told me some one call me but no person contact till date.I;m disgusted on star cj support, I;m an senior Lawyer of Kolkata High Court very much annoyed such kind of support. Take immediate action from your authority & send me zte blade c v-807 mobile & also collect wrong article which delivered to me.                         Hello, My name is Vivek Kumar Chaudahry I placed the order with the star CJ Live on 03-Jan-2015 the order no. is [protected] for the combo of three sarees Costing rs.1999 but there was the quality issue its was damaged so i raised the request for the return and requested for my refund. so the courier guy came to pick the product after two days and he took that product. but its been almost 1.5 months but I still have not yet received the refund amount. I have been calling the customer care of the company but they have been ignoring this case. i have been calling them again and again daily even spoken to the supervisor many times they told me that I will be getting the call back every time I call them. but I have received no call from them till now. and now when I request them to transfer my call to supervisor they usually put me on hold and disconnected the call. I want to get my refund back please check and help.

                          This is Pushpa.Harish.Gupta, Order no.[protected] of Rs.1245/- We have received the WRONG
                          ITEMS ON ON 15.12.2014 after that we have return back the items & against for that we need to
                          received our amount back right.


                          Till now we have not yet received the cheque.


                          We are trying to reach so many people, but we have not get the proper response from them. And i waisted
                          money in the making a call to star c j people every time.


                          If i didn't received the my cheque by next week. I will make complient in the Consumer


                          This is my last request for STAR C J


                          About the Items :- I have order the Kota dori saries 6 pcs of Rs.2550/- [ Quality is not at all good


                          & in live TV they are talking so many things about the quality.

I ordered ILO All in one Kitchen Set at 2 feb 2015, and the order delivered at my home on 4 feb 2015, , then i check the product that i found it was wrong at a time i call in star cj customer care they said and registered my complaint on 4 feb 2015, and texts me on mobile on 4 feb 2015 is the complaint is register for cancelling the product and after a two days a person of star cj customer care calls me and said the order can not be exchanged. i call them many times they always says we change ur product but they cann't do.please exchange my product otherwise i will take a strong action on it. [protected] & docket no is[protected]. I have lot of time called to your customers care no & had words with lot of peoples & senior (Mr. Amit) as well. And complaining about my order. I am continuously saying my order still not delivered. Where is my order & whats the status about same? But nobody is having exact status. All people is giving me fake & wrong statements. I have fade up with your company & services as well. I'll never come back on your site to purchase further items. Your services is very bad & I'll never give reference of your site to purchase any items to any one. At last i request you kindly cancel my order & delete all my details in your system.                                 I have ordered maharaja jx 102 and receivreceive day but have not received 8 pieces of kitchen set 1 chutny jar and 3 yrs warrenty Before ordering it i have confirmed from star cj cust care twice and they have confirmed that I ll receive free gifts as well but I m shocked to c that such a blunder happened that i have not received any thing.                                   I ordered VLCC slimming and beauty products from star cj online. I did not get the gift voucher of rs5000 and beauty packages, which was just a one day offer. Also a diamond facial kit was absent. I complained to the customer service department and got a call back from a very rude adviser. Shanaya.

                                    i buy magic mop from star cj alive by order no [protected] dated 2.3.14 i got it on 5.2.15 on opening the box i found 2 no less magic mop head but in the adevetising and on booking they said they give 6 no magic mop head wen i call customer care they said that you now you used the product so they can't do anything abt this . i have no complaint abt product but i complaint that they send me less no of magic mop head so pls do nesseary action on this and give me my remaining magic mop head i shall be very than with regards bhupinder singh [protected] [protected]

                                      My name is Somanath & I Ordered for a mobile (Optima Smart - OPS 80) with Starcj.com on 24th May 2014 which i received it on 26th May 2014. When i received the product in my hand i found that there was a mismatch in the product and the invoice i received. When i called the owner of the invoice to get my original product invoice he was out of station. I also felt the matter there itself trusting that i can get the dupilcate of the invoice when i require. On 3rd Feb 2015 i had issue with with my mobile which i took it to the authorized service centre he asked me for the invoice of the mobile. I immediately contacted the customer support of starcj and raised a request to send me the invoice to my email id and provided the mail ids. Till today (5th Feb 2015) i have not yet received the invoice. i called the starcj customer care today (5th Feb 2015) many times (min 25 times) and the executives very very rude to me in answering to me. They put me on hold with the music and then disconnect the call. Finally somehow i spoke to the floor supervisor he promised to call me back which dint happen till now. A executive by name Sharik was very arrogant with me & i expect the concerned people look into the matter on a serious and will take strict necessary action against him. Finally they sent me a invoice at 3.30 (Appox time) which was wrong again. They sent me the invoice of a Grinder which i Ordered on 4th Feb 2015. the product was not delivered still but already got the invoice for that.

                                      I wanted the invoice for OPTIMA SMART MOBILE (OPS80). Kindly arrange the same for me and send it to [protected]@gmail.com and also to [protected]@gmail.com on VERY HIGH PRIORITY BASIS.

                                        Dear Sir, I had bought Canon Inkjet printer PIXMA MG2570 on 22nd August 2014 through Star CJ Alive via invoice No.[protected]. There was offer for free bag & speakers with it. I had registered with canon for bag on receipt of printer on 24th August as per the procedure told by executive at that time. Since then I am following up for the bag but not yet received, executives were saying to wait for some time. Today I again called up canon customer care via call reference no. 1111011 and I came to notice that there is no registration for bag offer and registration cannot be done now. My Printer serial no. is HADT58963. Request you to please look into the matter and resolve the matter. This is not the matter of a bag, this is the matter of customer trust.
