Sir/Ma'am,
On 3rd january, 2015 I ordered item code:145357/colour: none/size: none /Sku: 001/item name: Prestige omega deluxe 3 pcs Byk Set (with outer lid) . In accordance to the commercial shown on channel STAR CJ ALIVE, the combo consists of a tava, a fry pan and a kadhai with free outer lid pressure cooker.
The order was delievered on 5th january, 2015. But the pressure cooker was missing in it.
I complaint for the same on 5th january, 2015. They promised to deliever the pressure cooker within 10 days, but its pending till date.
I requested them to cancel the order and make cash back. But no action has been taken regarding to the complaint .
I request you to look into the matter and to resolve my problem, as soon as possible.
I am so dejected to see this reckless and irresponsible working of star cj alive company.
Please tell the name of the person or authority liable for this delay in delievery of money order. I also want necessary actions to be taken against the liable person.
If not heard, then i shall go to the consumer court for necessary actions.
I am also providing all the necessary details about the order placed by me.
