i ordered sadis (sari)from adah.that i received too.but quality of fabric is very very poor. It is very thin and nor at all wearable. I complained to star cj .and asked for return. But they told there is no return policy regarding quality of product. Even i told them dont give money back, adhust it with any other product .they clearly denied and my request was discarded. since i was regular customer of star cj and online shopings.this was my worst experience .i am very disappointed with there attitude.       I had ordered a jewellery set which was of not good quality thus I returned to them back but since I had paid cash on delivery thus I asked for refund which they said it will come by cheque. after following with them for many times in a month, now they are saying that the cheque has been dispatched by Vichare courier docket number 187263 but Vichare courier is saying they haven't received any such docket and asking for 19 digit bar code.

        Your service is terrible. The order placed by me was not delivered at all and eventually cancelled. The docket number given was a fake one as bluedart continued to show no such docket error message. I will never shop from this ecommerce website again. Although I am glad that I did not receive the order at all instead of receiving junk. And no use telling me that I was not at my place during delivery as I definitely have very strong reasons not to believe that particular excuse. Also I am not giving my details on purpose so as not to get harassed by your sales agents in future.

          Two months back i have ordered online juicer kenstar yuva plus juicer after one week coupling has broken down asked customer care according to manual called them after three smses engineer came after that i made 10 smses but nothing has happen.i feel very bad on my mistake that i will not make again buying products online.and second thing i learnt from this that videocon is only on selling and not for loyalty.

            Sir/Ma'am, On 3rd january, 2015 I ordered item code:145357/colour: none/size: none /Sku: 001/item name: Prestige omega deluxe 3 pcs Byk Set (with outer lid) . In accordance to the commercial shown on channel STAR CJ ALIVE, the combo consists of a tava, a fry pan and a kadhai with free outer lid pressure cooker. The order was delievered on 5th january, 2015. But the pressure cooker was missing in it. I complaint for the same on 5th january, 2015. They promised to deliever the pressure cooker within 10 days, but its pending till date. I requested them to cancel the order and make cash back. But no action has been taken regarding to the complaint . I request you to look into the matter and to resolve my problem, as soon as possible. I am so dejected to see this reckless and irresponsible working of star cj alive company. Please tell the name of the person or authority liable for this delay in delievery of money order. I also want necessary actions to be taken against the liable person. If not heard, then i shall go to the consumer court for necessary actions.               Dear all, This is to inform that I have ordered lotto shoes combo my order no is [protected] name of jitin pahuja it was delivered all wrong sizes, when I saw this ad on TV I place my oder they said UK 10 no size not available I said ok delete my order i[censored] can't have size then cancel my order they said ok sir, next day I got a msg from starcj sorry for inconvenience u can place u r order again then i call again they said ok will take u r order I said size is available they said yes UK 10 no is available then I place my order and when it was delivered I was not in town my family received the order and gave the cash amount of rs.3000 when I came back to my house I open all parcel I got surprised that I received shoes 7 8 9 no which I can't place an order and then I called to customer care they said u r complaint we can't take because it's more than 48 hr so it can't be replaced I need the solution otherwise I go to consumer court, and I want my order recording when I place this order to u r executive I want proof that I order 7 8 9 no shoes, it's just a request u to please replace only 1 pair of shoe that lotto white n blue sport shoe and watch I need 10 no UK size that's it .                 Respected Sir/Madam, I want to inform that I purchased 26 ltr Electrolux Microwave dated on 6th jan 2015; worth Rs 7490/-. On 14th jan 2015, my microwave stopped working due to some fault. I filed complain to Electolux service center. But no action was taken from customer care service of Electrolux.                       I ordered vlcc set worth 1400/- and the product which got dileverd is not as mentioned in the ad. The cj team is the worst experince to start with. The worst tele shopping experince ever. I wanted to exchange the product but to no avail. And the people in the call centre are illeterate.. especially Ms. Ruksar khan. Bad experince.

                          I bought a Datawind tab from you and there is some problem with touch, i called your customer service and had a words with Datawind backed team but didn't get any solution. As there is some manufacturing defect so i need replacement. i already had a word with one of your agent yesterday night who assured me about replacement but today I got a call from your and datawind backed team they were not ready to replace.. Now it's not my problem to go and get it done with datawind store.. If you can replace then better other wise i need to contact with Consumer form.                             ufff... I don't know from where to start... These guys hav given the worst online shopping experience to me... I'm a frequent online shopper but this experience... i'll never forget.. They don't know even the basics of after sales service. The customer care executive was toooooo rude. He was literally shouting on my dad.. I was shocked to hear that they don't care if the customer is satisfied with the product or not. I think they don't know what they've been hired for -for listening to customers' complaints and taking care of them. Its just the opposite in this case. BEWARE! people.. they openly accept this thing that they don't care about the customer grievances. Once u've purchased the product, the responsibility is all yours. According to them, their work is over once the product is delivered. Not even scared of consumer courts..! They leave no scope for the customers like us to be patient. I've made the biggest mistake of my life by choosing "STAR CJ ALIVE". I wonder how they are surviving with this stupid and irritating attitude with so much competition present in the market, like my experience with Home shop18 has been awesome. The executives are so humble and handle the complaints so politely and efficiently. Learn something from them.. They set the perfect example of what after sales service should be like.. The harsh reality is... they won't survive for long if they continue with this attitude. After seeing the long list of agitated customers I can clearly make out that they have already lost so many valuable customers, including me. An unsatisfied customer will be your biggest negative publicity.. Disgusting service... Disgusting quality of products they offer... Disgusting executives.. Just there to earn money.. don't know what customer loyalty is.. I really feel cheated.. The product shown on television is not the one they sent, and they don't accept it now. Its actually not only about the product, its also about the after sales service that makes a customer happy.. P.S. STAR CJ Alive.. Please wake up guys.. U need a complete transformation.. Hire some capable staff.. The people u have now will literally blow u off the market..

                              My order number is [protected]. I made payment through COD & after receiving the product i made a request for return. The guy who came for the pick up has been taken back the product & gave me a receipt no.[protected] but almost 1 months passed and i have not yet received my amount. Also whenever i make call on call center (at [protected]) they use to tell me that the complain has been launched and i will receive my refund through cheque within four working day but till now no positives. Conteniosly I am following us and now they have started saying that your complaint has been launched & someone form finance team will give me a call within 24 hours but till now no response. Ever time they make me to speak some of their supervisors but no outcome. Please look into this matter on the priority basis & resolve it.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam I booked my order on date of 26 december to see it on television..got delievery on 29th december..but it's not exacltly seen on television..in television colors are darkish and thickness is good..but in my product pink and blue color lighter nd metirial is very poor quality also cloth metirial quality is very low wrinkels comes on clothesdate of delievery in television set it looks nice but when i get product in my hand it is very much thinner, no warmness in comfortor..I feels like cheated from star cj and blanc company, also stiffness is not seen as television poor quality..please take return your product and give me refund.. My order number is[protected] i already complain to star cj on date of december 29 around 6pm..he said you get solution in 48 hours but nobody contact me regarding this problem..even star cj contact me on 2nd january 2015 and said i understand your problem..but cant help you..our policy is this only.. i ask him what about customer's quality satisfaction..Mr.Mahesh Pujari said thats your problem if you unsatisfied with quality we cant help you.. I want to ask company why your complain department is situated only to give such a rudly answer?                                     order number [protected]- received defective sarees in oct 14 & i have returned back the saress & i was told that refund cheque has been sent to me, which i have not received till date. It is more than 2.5 months till now & customer care response is pathetic. i strongly recommend other consumers not to buy anything from star cj as they are cheating & will publish the same in other websites as well & take up with consumer forum for cheating in prime channels.
