Dear Sir/Madam, I, AVNISH KUMAR SHARMA was placed the purchases order of Item Name ‘’ReeV 110 pcs SS Dinner Set’’ by Telephonic conversation on dated 20th -Dec.-2014 at 08:00 PM approx through telephone No.+91-[protected]. when your advertisement (Tele shopping) program was going on in Television. Thus I am very sorry to say that I received the product Item Name ‘’ReeV 101 pcs SS Dinner Set’’ on dated 25th-Dec.-2014 at 02:45 PM. Although I immediate paid the total sales invoice amount i.e.Rs.5, 999/-(Rs. Five Thousand ninety hundred & nine). In this respect I wants to change the product Item due to various variation in the received the product Item Name. For the justification of the various variations between Purchases order of Item (Name ‘’ReeV 110 pcs SS Dinner Set’’) and Received Product Item (Name ‘’ReeV 101 pcs SS Dinner Set’’), I attached here the scanned copy of the Product Item Contents Slip which was received by me and also copy of Sales Invoice. As I think, you will do the needful action and provide the same as per cited request for the customer satisfaction. Kindly Attention Please:- In this respect your customer care executive insists me to take and accept the product. They told me, there is nothing any variation between the both and they will send the short items and registered my request (Request No…….??). -- Avnish Sharma.

    This is with reference to my order no. [protected], invoice no.[protected] dated 4/12/2014 we have bought a videocon mobile A53. The mobile came with a mobile cover and other gifts which were of very substandatd quality. The mobile cover has totally worn off within 20 days. The quality of the cover is very very poor and it should be replaced. Can we opt for item return also? Please look into the matter. N.K Puri

      I ordered two weeks back two set of pendent set and chain with free offer of bangles. When I took delivery and opened the boxes in one of the box found only free items and the main item of pendent set and chain was missing. I lodged complaint last week and still your team is not replaced the same. Every day I am calling your team but no proper response Pls arrange o deliver the same immediately.         we would like to inform you that we you have delivered the 4 burners gas stove about 2 week back and we have installed 3 days before, it gives red flame which make all utencil black from the bottom and also consume more gas.             I have purchased a pack of 6 dress materials from star CJ alive with order no. [protected] (My registered number with StarCJ is [protected]) on alive starcj TV show material was to good but the actual product was too bad. Regarding this I have submitted the complaints and they had issued me new product. But the new product which I got, it is more worst than previous one. So Request you to please process refund for me.                 I am buy a datawind calling tablet order no is [protected] from star cj live, when i received a products speaker is not working and tablet is hanging i am register complaint same day and his exe says me our exe call u but i m not received any call from ctar cj.after two days again i call on customer care same replay from star cj customer care after two days again i call to cust care and exe says same thing after i receved call frm star cj and that exe say me for tablet complaint u go to datawind service center and for speaker we exchange it and i call u after some time for more clarification.but no call between 21/11/2014 to 11/12/2014 after i call to star cj exe says me u go to tanz(speaker)custemer care and resolve your problem.i m staying at unjha (Gujarat) and At unjha no service center from Tanzy speaker.so exchange it ASAP. I am doing regulary shopping from online but experience with star cj is pathetic. kindly take strict action & reply for the Same as soon as possible

                  Dear Sir, I bought canon all in printer through Star CJ along with free gift of rs.1000 /- worth travel bag on 10th Oct., 2014. After purchasing I received only printer not bag. I asked Star CJ, they told me that go get the bag through canon within the period of 45 days of registration; bag is canons free gift not Star CJ. They also told me that there is no time limit for registration whenever you register you can get the bag within 45 days from Canon. I register 17th Oct., 2014. Now it is almost 60 days over I have not received free gift of bag. Canon people telling that you’re not register for free gift you register only for warranty and also telling that 15th Nov 2014 registration time is over you can’t get the bag. Star CJ blaming on Canon and Canon blaming Star CJ. Still Star CJ people telling that there no time limit for registration. Star CJ miss selling the products they never told me that 15th Nov 2014 is last day for registration. Now both of them simply blaming each other, not responding properly and transferring calls one department to another putting me on hold for 10 to 15 mints and simply disconnecting my calls no body taking responsibly to solve the problem. Both of them absolutely cheat the people and they not guiding properly. This is not a matter of Rs1000/- worth free gift, matter of miss selling the products and cheating the people.                     I have ordered Lotto shoe combo pack (containing 8 items including the shoe) vide order No.[protected] dated 29.11.14 and have received a packet on 3.12.14. However on opening the box, we found that the main item "Lotto Shoe"is missing.since from 3rd December we are complaining to them every day but not giving any satisfactory reply and replying casually. Please guide me what to do? This is really frustrating.

                      The product was delivered on 24th November, 2014 and is defective including the free gift provided alongwith it. Advise of the manufacturer was followed still the product is not working. I don't want the product please take it away and refund my money. I am fed up of making nearly 5 to 6 calls everyday since 26th November, 2014 and registering my complaint & your executives raising a complaint.I have till date not received any call from star cj to resolve my issue.

                        Dear sir / madam I had order green apple gym product on 11/11/2014 due too some damage I had reten my product on 14/11/2014 after tht I called too customer care and inform too executive so executive inform me with in 3 day's u ll get a call but I received the call on 20th /11/2014 and from customers care and they had my about check deatil in tht name of on 21/11/2014 after tht they had inform me tht 7 to 10 working day's u ll receive ur check by post but already 15 day's passed till nowvi did not get my refund back to me and If I ask to c.c tht told me that they ll call form complain dep but till nw I did not recive the cal I had spoken to floor supervisor by name of 1.mis Riashida abbsi 2 jitendra aambe they both had promised me with 1 hrs they ll call me butbut Till Nw I did nt received any of call r msg I try exp u guy's but y for my money I should following like dog but till now I did nt recive any thing frm ur side and I llll attach u m call list to guy my product number is[protected] & mobile number is [protected] /[protected]

                          My name is Gopal Sharma and my mob no. is [protected]. I have order Iball Tablet on 14/11/2014 but product not delivered. When I call and complaint to Starcj on 22/11/14 and keep continue till 10 days. But everyday a new executive listen me and said 'soon it will deliver' or 'starcj will give u status by call within 24 hrs'..etc..etc.. I asked did anybody called to ur courier? answer was - "we don't call to courier" "we have no control on courier" and such type of foolish answers. There is nobody to tell what kind of action they take against my complaint. But after continuously attempt I defeated and stop calling. IS ANYBODY IN STARCJ WHO IS SERIOUS AND SHOW SOME ACTION FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ? CAN I GOT MY ORDER?

                            STAR CJ - order no.[protected] added gifts not received

                            I had ordered one smartab Android tablet 7 on 26/10/2014 this product show in star cj alive 2 on my vediocon d2h line this product show with gift articles extra 1 keyboard with 1cover 2 speaker's and 1 tuch pen. I have received only smartab Android tablet and I complain on 30/10/2014, 10/11/2014 and 26/11/2014 but above gifts article not received till date it is more than 30 day. Await his reply.

                              Purchased magic mop in April 2014. After 6 months, handle of mop became non functional. Spoke t customer care & was given tel no of dealers. There was no response from the dealers. Spoke to supervisor & was assured for a conference call with the dealers. Since last one month I am being put on conference call with the dealer but call has never been made through. I want to find out if the handle can be repaired or replaced. Also if I want to purchase new magic mop, what about warranty of the product? It has been a very exasperating experience with star cj. My rev mob no is [protected]. M S Barthwal

                              Magic Mop was not working i want the rod...plz give me urgent msg as soon as possible
                              I had Bought a Magic Mop in November 2014. It got stuck and not working now .I called to customer care of STAR CJ .They gave me another customer care number and that number was not being received the Magic Mop is still in warrenty period[protected]
                              Kindly can you arrange for the address and contact number in Lucknow where I can get a replacement as it is under warranty period

                                My order no is [protected] I have booked smartab on 21/10/2014 supplied by you on 27/10/2014 .The tab was not working at the time of delivery I complained for this on 2/11/2014 your costumer care assured me to solve this problem but not done anything I remind you and your service center no [protected] again and again but all in vain I visited to your office that is NSA TRADEX (P) LTD.and met to Mr.pandey ji on 10/11/2014 and 19/11/2014 phoned to you and service center many time but all waste of time So now I complained to consumer court and Indian consumer forum. Further I remind you that I sent a copy to PMO office regarding what type of service you are providing and how reliable your product are

                                    i placed an orded for6 kurtis of a particular six out of which 3 kurtis were of a different size i have been trying to get a replacement from almost one n a half month but still havent got my product back. This company is a fraud company and does not return the products but they know to publish the products and the irony is the tag line of the company which says "Good shopping India" which is total crap because they dont know the meaning of good shopping or good customer service. Even the TLs or Supervisors of the company are useless and fit for nothing and do not help the customer. The company is so dumb they cannot even give the address of the outlet nor the employee ids as it against the protocol according to them.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    Hi, this is Pradeep Sahu from Mumbai. I'm writing this to suggest me and help me out.

                                    I want to lodge an complaint against Star CJ a online shopping channel which shows its products in all the television now in all the homes.

                                    I had ordered a Puma shoes with 8 other items which cost was Rs.3199, I had order on 31st Dec'2014, for which I had also received confirmation thru sms on my cell with an order no. - [protected] with docket no.[protected] which was delivered on 3rd Jan'2015, but I found the size i.e 9 No. shoes, slippers & floaters are not fitting to my legs which was delivered to me.

                                    Then I called Star CJ customer care to change the delivered shoes, slipper & floater with a bigger one i.e 10 No. size on 3rd Jan'2015 itself, but Star CJ delivery person brought the same size i.e.9 No.with the docket no.[protected] on 7th Jan'2015.

                                    Then again I called on 7th Jan'2015.Star CJ customer care to say that you have delivered the wrong size, not the size which I asked for, on reply to this Mr.Lokesh / Mr.Aditya and two more guys don't recall the names, they said that we have registered your service request & complaint as well and we also ensure you that we will change the product within two working days and the your problem will also be answered by our customer care persons by 2 working days, but till date I have not received any call nor my product has been replaced by Star CJ.

                                    I request you to help me out for making further procedures for lodging complaint against Star CJ & now I want my money back as well and also the compensation against the harassment from these guys till date.

                                      My parents have bought spin massager from Star CJ.Customer Care person didnt know what ans they have give customer and again they repeat say same ans. They launch the compliant an dmisguide the consumer. My order number is -[protected] Product -Spin massager. In this product no attachment is working properly and we have raised this issue.But there is not proper response to customer. After sale service is not conducted properly.they are not responsible if any fault in product after their sale, giving guarantee for exchange and cash back if any problem at the time of ordering product but after ordered they are not responsible for what they had said.misleading advertise shown for product and also mislead the customer.
