I applied for loan 3days ago but I forget to change my bank account as my previously added bank account is closed then immediately I contacted with one of the customer executive they told me that they are processing the cancellation and next day I saw that my loan was cancelled but again next day I got a message of disbursal of amount then again I contacted with customer executive they gave me assurance that if my bank account is closed then the loan will be cancelled then again I contacted with my bank they also told that the amount has been refunded but it's not updated in stasfin...I have been trying to contact with stasfin customer executive from tomorrow but they are not responding..
It's not expected from stasfin 😓..

        My brother took loan from the app but he was unable to pay on time because he havnt recieved his salary for the past 3 months and our financial condition is also very bad. So please grant some time for it or allow us to pay in installment if it is possible.

          These people are threatening

          I want to make complain against these people threatening language I don't know how to behave or react to these people I have made my payment still they are calling to putting other charges when I asked them they litrelly misbehave with me on calls talking about religious things using bad language I have all phone recordings of them these company is fraud...

                Hi Team Stashfin,

                My registered mobile number with you is [protected].

                I am your customer for line of credit since 2018 and I was provided with a physical card which you replaced in 2019 after it expired and then again in 2020 you informed me that you will replace my card as it expired and blocked my old card. You sent me a message in December 2020 that you have despatched my new card through Blue Dart Courier, which I never received. I have raised multiple tickets since December 2020 till date with the most recent ticket which I raised today (442839), I have not had a single call back from either of your customer care support team. Kindly let me know the status of my physical card and if you cannot provide me my physical card in the next 5 working days, I have decided to opt out of your service.

I received on Noc copy .but my cibil report show on suit filed .why are u put on suit filed .I will paid full amount . kindly clear on my cibil report this is spoil on my cbile report only ur stash fin is bad critical on my cibil .

                    No e-mail ID, No customer service, No chat support, Nothing. This is like an dead company with website and Instagram account. I f i call customer support it will not connect as it disconnects after selecting every option. This is an worst company. Even after paying every EMI my cibil says i took settlement. Now nobody available to contact. I am feeling really bad for taking loan from this company in my worse time. Please don't go for any service with them.

                        My name Mohammed Zubair number [protected] I've took loan last year due to some financial issues couldn't pay the loan now I'm ready to clear the loan but stashfin has penalised me with 12k extra I'll clear the loan with interest which is 5900rs but I cannot pay penalty late charges I want stashfin to waive off late charges

                          For this covid situation I lost My job and I don't have money now.I took a loan of 9000 from stashfin and due to pendemic I'm not able to repay the loan.They are calling my reference number and harrasing.Ipromise that I will repay your money within 1 month..Still They are harrasing...Is it a company policy to harrasing someone.I took loan before also but there was no delay.You should understand this situation

                              Dear Sir,
                              This is inform you that i had availed a loan in 2019 for Rs.7500/- and had cleared it in on 4th August 2019 but on 5th August 2019 i had paid an excess amount of Rs.8300 apart from closing my account.
                              After contacting the customer care they assured me that they will adjust the excess amount which i paid for my old loan will be adjusted if i avail another loan. On that basis i had availed again a loan of Rs.7500/- in the month of December 2019, but i am very sorry to say that the excess amount is not yet adjusted against my new loan account and i have continously harrased by the legal department for payment. When there is an excess amount of Rs.8300 with your good self why should i pay the amount. Please do resolve the matter at the earliest otherwise i will have to file a case of harrasment against stashfin which you may please note.

                                I am Tahmina applied for a loan of 500 only but it didn't credited in my account but I am getting constant message related for the EMI payment . So I rang in the grievance number but no body is picking up the phone. Hence I send a mail in the grievance mail id grievance.[protected]@stashfin.com regarding my issues but no reply came. After some days a lcustomer service representative called up and said if any how if my account is got closed then I have to submit the closing account statement then they will cancel the loan from their end otherwise I have to give the EMI. I have submitted the closing account statement in the grievance section mail no reply came yet. And also I am getting constant message that You can apply for a credit line card and the amount will be disbursed in 90 seconds. I didn't reply on that. Hence my concern is ithe disbursed amount has been returned to them as the account of mine got closed so from that time onwards I am constantly getting the message of apply for a credit line card and amount will be credited in 90 seconds. 3 times a day I am getting the message. So why the customer service representative is calling me and saying I have to submit my account details otherwise I have to pay the EMI. Any way I have submitted my closed account details in grievance.[protected]@stashfin.com. Let's see when the reply comes . I tried to call in the grievance number also but no one is picking

                                To resolve my complaints today 22nd June customerr service representative Rohini Sharma called up from 9319754863 number and said I need not to pay my EMI as the amount which has been disbursed returned back in their account. And also received a mail from no [email protected] mentioning ticket no 433120 has been resolved. . Thanks for the cooperation & service to consumer complaints department as well as stashfin for taking prompt action.thanks

                                Today once again I called in the grievance number but no one is picking and once again I send a mail also yesterday but no reply came. And continuously 4 times today again the message came that apply for a credit line card and amount will be credited in 90 seconds.. It seems they are aware that the amount has not been credited in the account hence they are sending several times for the credit line card.. As the EMI payment date is on 23rd June 2021 and since the amount has not been credited in my account so it is not possible to pay the respective amount. Hence please do check the matter from your end sir and tell them to close the loan from their end and send a message related that. Thanks
