Hi Team,

I am always facing issue with this stashfin. I got the loans for 45000 my approved limit is 75000 I was keep getting call as got 1L as principal and emi Is pending and need to pay 1.3 or 1.5, I was demanding them to provide information for 8 to 10 months after 11 months I got the info now their saying pay me 1.3 entire in one shot including unpaid. My question is when you people were giving wrong info and collecting money I was asking only for original report it took 11 months to give me clear explanation still why don't you consider my issue and your lawyer is threatening me to pay the money. I asking my side I am ready to pay but why you people didn't help me with the issue now your asking more money at least you must consider that your team failed to help me in clarification then you must consider.

      Online loan defamation

      Stashfin has passed my details for collection to bajrang collection and an agent from there is threatening to call my colleagues and family from my contact list. Also he provided incorrect payment amount without verifying. This is an offence under IPC. I wish to make a formal complaint against this agent and agency....

        My name is jatin sang i live in ambala haryana i took a small personal loan of rs3000 from a application named as stashfin the tenure of loan is 15 days and the interest on 3000 rs is 825 rs afyer 15 days because of lockdown i was unabled to pay the loan after lock down stashfin company agents mayank and vishal started calling me repeteadly for payement they also called numbers on my contact list they said that pay the settlement amount of rs 4800 and your loan will be close i payed them 4800 rs after paying i followed up on phone calls and msgs with them but they both did'nt give me the letter of loan closure and they said to me from now onwards you are not going to get any calls from stashfin regarding your loan repayement ... Now after 5 months stashfin company agents started calling me again and again now they are loose talking with me and my family members they are threatning me mentally harrasing me and demanding amount of rs 10, 000 now they are continuously calling all my contact numbers and also doing loose talking with them ... Pls look into the issue as soon as possible. Looking forward to your rply

          Your company hikes my mobile data information like that contacts and profile used unconditionally., and blackmailing and talked abused language. there are calling my contacts everyday who is given authorized. hikes my contact and contacting everyday sending my profiles and creating fraudulent and converted in cheater and used abused language, its not good way. it will not stopped complaint and taken legal action to your company and stashfin. already loan apps fraudelent case in running in telangana High court, so once i told you delete my contact and personal data. once repeating same issue taken serious action about you. your company call center members used personal mobile number and talk to me everyday, every call i am recorded that numbers are.[protected], [protected] and so many numbers. take action now. and stop this type activities.

            Hello Team,

            My registered phone number is [protected] and i took a loan of 7500/- i repaid my 1st emi on 12th of april.
            Left 2 emi's i paid on 14th of april 2021. But on the first attempt the payment got stucked so i tried again and i paid my left 2 emi's on the same time. But after 2 days i saw that payment has deducted thrice from my account. Here's all the proof of statements, Kindly refund back my amountasap.

              As my loan disbursed and i want to change my bank account i sent my bank statement to stashfin then customer care called told me to apply loan as the amount will disburse to new acount but amount never come and loan showinh disbursed in app my old bank account is permanently closed and there is no account now in in rbl bank my new bank acc is in finacre bank, my registered mobile [protected] please look into this as the account is permanently closed i think that disbursed amount is credited back to stashfin account
              i hope stashfin will understand the issue and will resolve this

                    My StashFin loan was approved about a week back. First of all I had instructed the team to disburse the amount into my bank account. They went ahead, decided for themselves and put it into the credit line card. Ok fine, I could atleast load it into the card and then use it. But every time I try to load the card it’s showing the same error LOC_006.
                    There is no contact number to raise a complaint, the chat support is very bad and even after I received a call from one of their executive who assured that it will be resolved in 24 hours, I still am not able to load the amount into my card. Now it has been more than 3 days since I raised a complaint and requested a resolution of the issue. I’m in urgent need of this loan amount at the moment.

                        I paid my monthly emi of 4100 on 20th mar using gpay still till date they didn't update the payment. Send the payment screen shot to 10 of there agent who are calling me evey hour?!!

                        Checked with my bank to see if there is an issue, bank also confirmed that payment was sucessful still they are not checking and updating. On the top adding late payment charges on daily basis.

                        Contacted there support and they said we do not have customer care no for customers!!! Are they still allowed by RBI, where cx will call if they need to complaint?

                        Requested a call back from manager none called so far.

                        Seems they do not operate .

                        How to complaint to RBI as well.
