I paid my monthly emi of 4100 on 20th mar using gpay still till date they didn't update the payment. Send the payment screen shot to 10 of there agent who are calling me evey hour?!!

Checked with my bank to see if there is an issue, bank also confirmed that payment was sucessful still they are not checking and updating. On the top adding late payment charges on daily basis.

Contacted there support and they said we do not have customer care no for customers!!! Are they still allowed by RBI, where cx will call if they need to complaint?

Requested a call back from manager none called so far.

Seems they do not operate .

How to complaint to RBI as well.

I applied for my second loan but the amount hasn't been disbursed yet in account. Can't reach customer care services as no one responses.

Recently andhra bank merged with Union Bank and they have changed IFS Code also, because of which my EMI was not honoured, after a thorough research, i just came know these details. My EMI date was 12th of every month. After checking on 17th march, i voluntarily done the payment through their App. For that they have posted Rs. 1000/- as late payment, Rs. 100/- as overdue, and Rs. 230/- charged for payment through App. This is highly objectionable. This happens when the corrupted RBI occupies the top positions. How dare these companies work against the laws !!! How should i be charged for GOI's policy decisions. I am leaving a ticket everyday to stashfin as they don't have any customer care number or email id. With a great difficulty i could get their grivience officer mail id, and for the last 3 days, he doesn't have time to respond. How can a company doesn't have customer care number or email, how can they get the licence, only corrupted politicians and RBI officials should know.

I have signed Nach for different account and the ECS submitting to another account and its a fault of stashfin not my fault.Kindly look into it and clear it. some more penalty charges added to me which is not fair at all.And i got an email that they have given to collection agent and they will recover.below email msg sent to me

I have taken the loan 9times on time repayment
But this time I applied the new loan at March 6.loan was successfully applied. But loan amount disbursed at March 7
5days ago not credited money in my account..
But show the display due date was April 6.why?
Not credited the money in my account 6days ago already?
Unnnesssari due date April 6 why?
Please reply immediately?

Loan was approved by stashfin and disbursed but jot reccived to my bank account.kindly check nd resove the problem ....

Hello Stashfin team,

I S Dakshina Murthy, regular use of the application. I have applied for a loan on your application on March 6 and it was approved. On March 7, I received a communication from your side saying that loan amount will be reflected in 24 hours. So far I haven't received the amount in my bank account. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Here I am enclosing the screen shot of the same.

It has been more than 5 days since loan was disbursed but I have not recieved any funds in my account, and emi has already started.

I had a loan for which last emi was on 2nd March but executives started calling and asking for manual payment to be done. After online payment done again ecs was debited so now emi has been deducted twice. Raised complains, no response, calling executives, no response, review given on playstore no response. Hi Stashfin Team,

I applied for a loan in the stashfin app and it is disbursed on 06th March 2021. I received a message sating that the amount will be credited to my account in 4-24 hours, but till date i did not receive the loan amount. The EMI dates are been showed. Trying to send an email to [protected]@stashfin.com but the mail id is not in use as i got an undelivered message.
When contacted on the IVR helpline number provided, it stated the loan amount will be credited in 48-72 hours. We are paying you so many charges, but your service is getting poor day by day.

Kindly see that my loan amount is credited or else please close my loan immediately.
