Dear Sir,
This is inform you that i had availed a loan in 2019 for Rs.7500/- and had cleared it in on 4th August 2019 but on 5th August 2019 i had paid an excess amount of Rs.8300 apart from closing my account.
After contacting the customer care they assured me that they will adjust the excess amount which i paid for my old loan will be adjusted if i avail another loan. On that basis i had availed again a loan of Rs.7500/- in the month of December 2019, but i am very sorry to say that the excess amount is not yet adjusted against my new loan account and i have continously harrased by the legal department for payment. When there is an excess amount of Rs.8300 with your good self why should i pay the amount. Please do resolve the matter at the earliest otherwise i will have to file a case of harrasment against stashfin which you may please note.

    I am Tahmina applied for a loan of 500 only but it didn't credited in my account but I am getting constant message related for the EMI payment . So I rang in the grievance number but no body is picking up the phone. Hence I send a mail in the grievance mail id grievance.[protected]@stashfin.com regarding my issues but no reply came. After some days a lcustomer service representative called up and said if any how if my account is got closed then I have to submit the closing account statement then they will cancel the loan from their end otherwise I have to give the EMI. I have submitted the closing account statement in the grievance section mail no reply came yet. And also I am getting constant message that You can apply for a credit line card and the amount will be disbursed in 90 seconds. I didn't reply on that. Hence my concern is ithe disbursed amount has been returned to them as the account of mine got closed so from that time onwards I am constantly getting the message of apply for a credit line card and amount will be credited in 90 seconds. 3 times a day I am getting the message. So why the customer service representative is calling me and saying I have to submit my account details otherwise I have to pay the EMI. Any way I have submitted my closed account details in grievance.[protected]@stashfin.com. Let's see when the reply comes . I tried to call in the grievance number also but no one is picking

    To resolve my complaints today 22nd June customerr service representative Rohini Sharma called up from 9319754863 number and said I need not to pay my EMI as the amount which has been disbursed returned back in their account. And also received a mail from no [email protected] mentioning ticket no 433120 has been resolved. . Thanks for the cooperation & service to consumer complaints department as well as stashfin for taking prompt action.thanks

    Today once again I called in the grievance number but no one is picking and once again I send a mail also yesterday but no reply came. And continuously 4 times today again the message came that apply for a credit line card and amount will be credited in 90 seconds.. It seems they are aware that the amount has not been credited in the account hence they are sending several times for the credit line card.. As the EMI payment date is on 23rd June 2021 and since the amount has not been credited in my account so it is not possible to pay the respective amount. Hence please do check the matter from your end sir and tell them to close the loan from their end and send a message related that. Thanks

                I tell your executive to cancel my loan while it not disbursed in my account but he didn't respond also i received Acall from your agent i tell them i want to cancel my loan he also didn't respond. I want to foreclosed my loan without any processing fee and intrest rate because you taking very high interest of amount 15000 to 18750.
                Total intrest 3750 for three month for the amount of 15000. So i don't agree either give me as 15000 to foreclosed my loan or reduced intrest rate.

                      Hello I am harish I was trying to reach stashfin from.past 1month and none of the taking action they don't even respond for my issue. I was paying my dues on monthly without delay but still they are showing in CIBIL the same I have contacted with DMI Finance on this this should update by stashfin they said the same I have conveyed on email and call to stashfin. They said they will take care in 5days but it's been 1 month no action am facing CIBIL effect more over am not getting any loan from.other bank. Please take action on this.

                        I am lokesh ratawa i was applied for a loan in stashfin and in application its disbursed but i didnt reccive any amount in my bank account and i check with my Yes bank for my account they told me that my account has been closed and there is no account of Mr. Lokesh Ratawa so please check in your system and revert me back i didnt recive any amount and my account is closed of my yes bank and in stashfin application its showing EMI of my loan but however if i my loan amount is not recive in my updated account. so i will not pay EMI for updated account no please let me know.

                              Is this what you teach to your employees to threaten or abuse to a girl ...your employees are calling me and telling to beg for 4 thousand...i am feeling afraid from them now...is this your service when every indian is facing high times...we are at homes from three months... although as a guarantee i paid 1 thousand i couldnt pay on time and asked for more time...i lost my family and also a single earner of my home...i m not having 4 thousand right now...will you kill me for this...jst a week more i asked to repay the loan ..shame on you stashfin and your employees

                              Don't worry daro mat, I too loan from them in September but they started imposing high interest on it since September till now I didn't give them even a single rupee and I won't pay them. Till now the payable amount is around 4, 500 so don't worry.

                                Harrassment by Stashfin.
                                My name is Udit Kumar, I took a loan from a company named Stashfin, now they are calling me again and agin to pay some amount if i want to close it.Their representative told me i have to pay this much to close the loan so i paid him.Now they are harrasing me by calling me again and saying your loan is not closed and you need to pay again.

                                Now they are calling my every contacts this is breach of privacy and harrassment.
                                Please look into this company name Stashfin,

                                How can they hack my contacts im ready to file a legal complaint against them.

                                    I have been trying to speak with customer care of stashfin since last 2-3 days but I am not getting a single response from the team nor I am getting any valid email id to drop an email.
