Iâve informed this Stashfin ###S on the day itself the amount has credited. On agreement itâs 2, 60, 400 INR and on credit line card 1, 50, 000 INR. Immediately raised the ticket and informed them itâs fraud and trying to extort ? Take your money back 1.50, 000. But no response. Again raised ticket and the Fxxxin unprofessional pathetic low life scums answer the call. What is your problem and listen to the issue and end up. Each & every time I have to tell the issue and those ###S listen and end the call. This started in 2019 and continuously making every month EMI 10, 870 and parallel informing them to rectify the mistake otherwise court and penalties for wrong amount disperse and extorting. EXAMPLE : on agreement it shows 3, 00, 000 - 3 lakhs and the disperse amount only 1, 00, 000 - 1 lakh then the balance amount 4 lakhs is interest means isnât fraud cheating and extortion???
During the pandemic times clearly informed to collection manager and other staff to rectify your mistake or see in court. Then the Stashfin ### says why court accept you have no money.. I said you fxxxn ### cheating and extortion. Why you afraid of court ?? Scamming CUSTOMERs and extorting. From that time I stopped the payments and they started damaging the CIBIL. Sending SMS messages o[censored]nknow amount 209280 INR - 2 lakhs 92 thousand and 80 Rupees. Actually I have paid 8 EMIâs of 10, 870 INR every month and informing to rectify the mistake. The Amount Dispersed is 1, 50, 000 INR and paid 8 EMIâs and balance 63 thousand have to pay. But This ### and low life scums are criminals and they know CUSTOMER will pay, if we damage their CIBIL. So I kindly request you to cancel the Stashfin company - Akara capital advisors license and punish this scums for the rest of the life in prison.
Note: I have call recordings, chat transcripts and email conversations of the Stashfin employees from day one 2019 to till January 2021. All the evidence will share in court and sue for compensation. For damaging the Cibil even after informing to correct their mistakes.
These companies license should be banned and prosecute the employees for scamming and extorting.

i have sent many emails and raised many tickets in Stashfin but no use since 6 months. and also i have raised disputes in CIBIL. but no resolution in 6 months. on the other side DMI finance is saying its issue with Stashfin and you are not responding to my issues. every month DMI finance is updating amount delayed and overdue and you are just doing nothing.
Look at the screenshots below. the loan is closed on 10 Feb 2021. in CIBIL report, its showing still amount overdue and EMI delayed with DMI finance account and loan is active.
I will have to take serious actions on you. resolve the issue in very high priority basis.
