I had taken loan of Rs 5000 in 2020. I don't remember the month. Since I was late I paid 4000 in the month of January, then I paid 4500 since I was late in payment. I paid in month of February. I had mail many times with details in Stashfin support. But I am not getting any response.

Here are my details of payment of 4500.

A data breach or digital tresspassing app. Assuming, you aren't in emergency using for necessity, you violate the privacy of another person, that person will feel the same way you feel violated if your phone is accessed.
Term access can mean many things. Physically or using a software, bare details etc.how you accessed can make you liable for legal action civil or criminal.
Executives from stashfin are access my contact and sending insulting or dishonouring messages to my contacts.

Who has given you permission for contacting my relatives and harassing them and asking them for payment?
How dare you are stealing my contact details from my phone? This is illegal.
You have defamed me and I want compensation for that. Else, I am going to sue you in the respectable court of law. I got threatening messages from this number +[protected]stashfin staff) . Take an action against this employee.

I applied for a loan from this (StashFin) mobile app and then the emi got delayed due to certain reasons. After a while I repayed the amount which was requested by the company via payment link. They have still not updated the dues on their system and I am receiving text messages on my phone to pay the debt. Please look into this issue and help me.

I took a loan of 1.5 lac in Stashfin and EMI's are paid on time auto debited from my account and i foreclosed the loan on 10th February 2021

and also i recieved the NOC

But In CIBIL credit report the loan account is active and it shows there is balance and amount overdue which is very incorrect and they have been doing this for many months.

I have raised multiple disputes previously in CIBIL but there is no change and tried contacting Statshfin they are not responding and DMI finance says its an issue with Stashfin.

It's becoming a big issue for me, No one is helping me.

Please someone take strict action on DMI finance and Statshfin and please resolve the issue immediately.

Please update correctly in CIBIL. its showing wrong data in CIBIL report as in the screenshot

I am unable to logging in my stashfin app it is showing error 403 and my loan repayment date is near please tell me what to do because of you all my cibil will go down and i will have to pay charges please solve this problem asap i am trying to contact u all since when but i am unable to do that after opening the app it is showing error 403

I am getting Harrasment and mentally torchering by frequently calls, i told them i will make the payment on 15 august due to carona i lost my job but i will ready to make the payment on 15 august.kindy do some needful for me

I’ve informed this Stashfin ###S on the day itself the amount has credited. On the agreement it’s 2, 60, 400 INR and on credit line card it’s 1, 50, 000 INR. Immediately raised the ticket and informed them it’s fraud and trying to extort ? Take your money back 1.50, 000. But no response. Again raised ticket and the Fxxxin unprofessional pathetic low life scums answer the calls. What is your problem and listen to the issue and end up. Each & every time I have to tell the issue and those ###S listen and end the call. This started in 2019 and I continuously making payments on time of every month EMI 10, 870 and parallel I been informing them to rectify the mistake otherwise you I’ll end up in court & penalties for wrong amount disperse and extorting.

EXAMPLE : on agreement it shows 3, 00, 000 - 3 lakhs and the disperse amount is only 1, 00, 000 - 1 lakh, then the balance amount 2 lakhs is interest, means isn’t fraud cheating and extortion???

During the pandemic times I’ve clearly informed to collections manager and other staff to rectify your mistake or see in court. Then the Stashfin ### says why court court ? accept you have no money.. I said you fxxxn ### cheating and extortion. Why you afraid of court ?? Scamming CUSTOMERs and extorting.

From that time I stopped the payments and they started damaging the CIBIL. Sending SMS messages o[censored]nknow amount 209280 INR - 2 lakhs 92 thousand and 80 Rupees.

Actually I have paid 8 EMI’s of 10, 870 INR every month on time and informing them to rectify the mistake. The Amount Dispersed is 1, 50, 000 INR and paid 8 EMI’s and balance 63 thousand have to pay without interest. Because you did fraud and extorting. So I’m paying EMI on time and informing them.

But This ### and low life scums are criminals and they know CUSTOMER will pay, if we damage their CIBIL. So I kindly request you to cancel the Stashfin company - Akara capital advisors license and punish this scums for the rest of the life in prison.

Note: I have the call recordings, chat transcripts and the email conversations of the Stashfin employees from day one 2019 to till January 2021. All the evidence will share in court and sue for compensation. For damaging my cibil even after informing them to correct the mistakes.

These companies license should be canceled and prosecute the employees for scamming and extorting.
