Dear sir
Stashfin executive had collected all of my documents, agreement & three security cheques duly signed by me, before 10 days back with commitment that credit line card will be issue to me on second day. But still i have not received the same till date. Now they are not anymore contactable on their given numbers, on site.

I existing costumer of Stashfin from last 1 year..
recently i have pre-closed my loan account by 08.12.2018, but after closing account again ECS was 9001 rs. deducted from my account..

Dear Team,
Myself Rahul tayal from bhopal.
I have applied loan from stasfin.
The amount is credited in my account while they shows EMI for repayment.
While the bank detail has been changed by them.
The detail in app fill by me has been changed, how it can be possible.
They ethic the amount. I have attached a screenshot.
Kindly please solve my issue.
Because they will destroy my cibil.

Akara Capital (Stasfin) Loan has been Closed last year itself but still its showing i tried contacting your team from many sources but no Response kindly solve this

And i have not even took Loan for 3 lakh or 4 lakh

i have attached my app screenshot proof and also amount which was credited

Everything is cleared hence Kindly provide me Noc and Update it in CIBIL as Closed its been a year now

    I l bharth bushan ihave applied for loan in stashfin loan account number sebl[protected] and they have converted me in taking a credit line card after that i have applied for 25000 loan on the card date 09/12/2018 but till now i didn't disbursed any amount in my account and iam calling them from 4 days there is no response on call and chat and in mobile app it is refelecting that your emi will be debited on 09/01/2019 iam very very unsatisfied with them and i have raised a chat to them like cancel the loan that to no responce

      regarding the loan

      I have applied for a 75000 loan from Stashfin on 30th November. I have submitted all the required documents including my Id proofs, bank statements and 3 blank cheques. My loan has been approved on 7th December but they didn't disburse the loan amount in my account however they collected the documents on 4th December itself.

      I have tried to reach out to them many times over the chat and email but many time they just don't respond...

      My first time loan provide is 1000 only for 12 days . Under 12 days paid 1200.

      loan approved and poor customer service

      emi deducted from account but not reflecting in app.

      This is to inform you that an amount of 5088/- has been deducted from account towards the emi of december month on saturday but it's not reflecting in my stashfin app.

      I talked to chinmai mishra 2 weeks back to extend my emi tenure to 12 months and to remove the auto deduction from my bank account. She promised an email confirmation about this and after that never received any update.

      My name is sandeep bhosale, since many days i am trying to get my stashfin card unblock as well as requesting them that the loan amount which is rs 6473/- shoulbe be disburse or tranfered into my bank account but no response received so far from stashfin customer care. Stashfin is irresponsible. Stashfin doest have good quality of customer care service. They dont answer to their existing clients queries.

      false cheque dishonour case

      I had applied for a loan of 3 lacks. 2 lacks was approved and I was asked to verify aadhaar number with OTP online. Then on the same day they approved my loan online and the next day the loan was disbursed with out any delay. The service was the best I had ever witnessed.

      issue with cibil report information

      I just received my cibil report of nov month.in this report shows
      1. Overdue of payment and
      2. Late payment but in every month i have paid in advance and now i have clear my total outstanding amount i. E. 1, 00, 000
      3. My approved loan amount is 1, 00, 000 but in my cibil report indicate 80000 by name of dmi finance.
