This is total fraud company. They debited emi amount from account and took cash from me also. There is no response or answers from there side. Customer care is of no use. Whole team is indulge in cheating. When you ask for the receipt there collection head uses abusive language and threats you.
The concerned person who took my money in cash-neeraj-[protected], [protected] is teling that he has submitted the amount of inr 8360 in the stashfin app.
The collection head of shiva collection-mr. Bharat mathur-[protected] who confirmed for the payment for 10-15 days after that stopped picking up the call. And now using abusive language and threatening for physical damage. One more person from the organisation mr. Bunty-[protected] also confirmed for the payment now he also not receiving the call.

I have two complain with the stashfin.

1.- i have taken the loan of 35K hence monthly EMI was 12K, i have paid my EMI on 7th (EMI pay date) but still twice ECS was deducted from my account even though my EMI was successfully updated on 7th itself, i called and mailed the Stashfin but received no reply. im chasing it from more than 15 days but no support received from Stashfin.

2.i took loan of 1500 trice, EMI and amount also disbursed on same day, but only 1500 credited into account but EMI started for 4500 rs, which is not acceptable at all. please check .

i messaged multiple time on chat support even called multiple time on Stashfin but received no support, even used there call back service but still even after 15 days received no call from Stashfin.

I have applied loan on 9th of December same day approval came but till now i didn't receive any loan there is no customer support to contact but they have collected all docs, the executives wont respond they will call for docs for every intervals that is missing this is missing all of sudden emails come like your approval rejected. They collected my empty cheque but they are not responding to emails and chat support also wont respond to queries.

Stashfin executive had collected all of my documents, agreement & three security cheques duly signed by me, before 10 days back with commitment that credit line card will be issue to me on second day. But still i have not received the same till date. Now they are not anymore contactable on their given numbers, on site.

I l bharth bushan ihave applied for loan in stashfin loan account number sebl[protected] and they have converted me in taking a credit line card after that i have applied for 25000 loan on the card date 09/12/2018 but till now i didn't disbursed any amount in my account and iam calling them from 4 days there is no response on call and chat and in mobile app it is refelecting that your emi will be debited on 09/01/2019 iam very very unsatisfied with them and i have raised a chat to them like cancel the loan that to no responce

My loan has been approved on 7th December but they didn't disburse the loan amount in my account however they collected the documents on 4th December itself.

I have tried to reach out to them many times over the chat and email but many time they just don't respond over the chat and I didn't receive a single revert of my email. And whenever I have connected with them they just said that amount will be disbursed by today...

I am very unsatisfied your service actually my loan was closed already. Please check my loan statement and you side details date 26.08.2018 you have without inform me reloaded card amount was rs.11, 434/- that time immediate we have inform you that i dont want loan amount your side accepted and we have neft same amount rs.11, 434/- date on 27.08.2018.. This is clear to that time so why you reminder to reminder me same loan amount.
My side evry time mail to yor side but not any responding. Please check immediately and closed my loan other wise we have strict action.

I am not interested in loan for stashfin.
My first time loan provide is 1000 only for 12 days . Under 12 days paid 1200.
So I want to close my loan . Bcz I am not interested. Please solve my problem immediately. And show my stashfin app after 1 days paid 2500 so please sir immediately close my loan and you will be provide customer care no. I am talking to one time customer care.

I have applied loan for rs 15600 on 22nd november, actually i received a call from stashfin and they said me that i am eligible for top-up of rs 15600, so i said ok, as one loan was already running, but after few days i checked the stashfin app and it was showing that the amount got disbursed on 28th november, but i didn't received any amount into my account which i had registered with stashfin already, i sent several reminders and tried to call helpline number but they are not responding, now in app it is showing that i need to pay emi of rs 5652 on 1st january 2018, which i am not suppose to pay, i am feeling that i am in a trap. Please help.

I have taken a loan from the Stashfin and they have very pathetic customer service, giving request through email and app no one has contacted from past 1 week.

This month Emi has been deducted from my account and I am receiving messages from Stashfin like my EMI is pending and dishonour for this month.
I am trying to contact for Pre Closure, no dedicated office number they have and their app is the biggest mistake of their lives giving chat support neither there is chat over it or support.

Its been the biggest trouble taking a loan from a such a cheap company, which has no values and respect.

I have applied a lon with stashfin and got an offer for 45000 on the 1st of december got a message that the loan has been disbursed to my account and today is the 5th of december and have not got the amount yet into my account tried reaching out to them via chat and as well as tried calling them but no response from them need help they have collected cheque’s from me as well towards the emi deductions. This is to inform you that an amount of 5088/- has been deducted from account towards the emi of december month on saturday but it's not reflecting in my stashfin app.

I talked to chinmai mishra 2 weeks back to extend my emi tenure to 12 months and to remove the auto deduction from my bank account. She promised an email confirmation about this and after that never received any update.

Your support landline number and email is not working. I tried chat service but no use. I am not receiving a proper response from your end.

Hi,

The emi for the months of december has been debited from my account on the 1st but the app is not updated yet. Rather is shows double the emi amount now. I had been sending you messages through the app but there has not been any response at all. The amount is already gone from my account and it does not even reflect on the app. And i get the message that the nach is dishonored. So where did the money go??? You guys are the only emi i have on nach for the account. I would need a response form you guys asap.

Since many days i am trying to get my stashfin card unblock as well as requesting that loan disburse amount to be tranfered into my bank account but no response received so far from stashfin customer care.stashfin is irresponsible.also i would like to complain that i am unable to contact directly with customer care executive.while i call onto stashfin care there i dont find any IVR option to connect with stashfin customer care.and unless i received loan amount into my saving account the loan amount is still lying as card balance but i requested stashfin same amount to be reflect in my saving account.kindly look into this matter and solve it as early as possible.

My name is sandeep bhosale, since many days i am trying to get my stashfin card unblock as well as requesting them that the loan amount which is rs 6473/- shoulbe be disburse or tranfered into my bank account but no response received so far from stashfin customer care. Stashfin is irresponsible. Stashfin doest have good quality of customer care service. They dont answer to their existing clients queries.

I got sms from stashfin regarding personal loan showing just one click and money will be in your account. It was my 2nd loan, i clicked. Then it was showing that loan is disbursed in few seconds about 4.77 lacs. Very fast. But it was not appeared in my account. Then i come to know that they send to their own card given to me in which you can only withdraw cash from atm that to will come in parts every time 50, 000. Then i contacted them what have you done, my last loan was came to my account. They told this is different type of loan which was not explained earlier and letter i got with disbursement showing it will come to my bank account. Although it is very difficult to get in touch with stashfin staff everytime i struggle. They made emi of complete load and amount giving in parts. I did not agree. I told them kindly cancel this loan i do not want such digital forgery loan as i have not used a single penny from this amount and amount is not in my bank account it is lying with them only. Now for last 12 days i send several request by mail, from their portal, conversation by phone and even thru chat. Still no response. They are not cancelling it. It is purly a digital fraud by these company. They want us to encourage for black marketing by giving such type of loan which you can not transfer into your account but can only withdraw cash. Such type of loan should come into black marketing categories. And such companies should be blacklisted

I request you all, whoever are interested to take the loan from stashfin don't apply it. Because it is really very ridiculous service & it is a fake company the people are fraud. I have taken the loan from stashfin and i have paid and cleared my loan then also this people call and asks for the payment and after making the payment also this people are sending the reminder emails and warning emails. If we call also they will not pick the calls and in this company two executives are there who are really irresponsibble "aarti" and "dia gupta". Dia gupta has suggested me to make the full payment and i have paid and again i got a call from this other lady who is "aarti" and she said in stashfin company no one is available on the name of "dia gupta". And now after making the payment more than one week then also they are sending the nonsense emails and i asked to "aarti"and she has blocked my number in whatsapp is this the way to behave like this with customer queries. So kindly be careful with this company. If i'm saying anything wrong means you can check this contact numbers [protected], [protected] for your reference they won't pick the calls and they won't give a proper response. I don't know who is maintaining this company the management is not good & this is a fraud company.

They have taken all my documents and I submitted my cheques too . but now there is no phone call nor any reply . i dont know if they may use this against me. I need to make a complain. I am now worried because they are not answering the call and I am getting hassled because of the false domcumentaion i have been asked to submit. the person who came to my house also now is not answering the phone. i need my cheques back. please help.
