wrong deduction and fraud

This is total fraud company. They debited emi amount from account and took cash from me also. There is no response or answers from there side. Customer care is of no use. Whole team is indulge in cheating. When you ask for the receipt there collection head uses abusive language and threats you.

I have two complain with the stashfin.

1.- i have taken the loan of 35K hence monthly EMI was 12K, i have paid my EMI on 7th (EMI pay date) but still twice ECS was deducted from my account even though my EMI was successfully updated on 7th itself, i called and mailed the Stashfin but received no reply. im chasing it from more than 15 days but no support received from Stashfin.

they are not providing the loan but they collected my empty cheque and they are not responding to return my cheque back

I have applied loan on 9th of December same day approval came but till now i didn't receive any loan there is no customer support to contact but they have collected all docs, the executives wont respond they will call for docs for every intervals that is missing this is missing all of sudden emails come like your approval rejected. They collected my empty cheque but they are not responding to emails and chat support also wont respond to queries....

Stashfin executive had collected all of my documents, agreement & three security cheques duly signed by me, before 10 days back with commitment that credit line card will be issue to me on second day. But still i have not received the same till date. Now they are not anymore contactable on their given numbers, on site.

Myself Rahul tayal from bhopal.
I have applied loan from stasfin.
The amount is credited in my account while they shows EMI for repayment.
While the bank detail has been changed by them.
The detail in app fill by me has been changed, how it can be possible.
They ethic the amount. I have attached a screenshot.
Kindly please solve my issue.

Akara Capital (Stasfin) Loan has been Closed last year itself but still its showing i tried contacting your team from many sources but no Response kindly solve this

And i have not even took Loan for 3 lakh or 4 lakh

i have attached my app screenshot proof and also amount which was credited

Everything is cleared hence Kindly provide me Noc and Update it in CIBIL as Closed its been a year now

      regarding the loan

      I have applied for a 75000 loan from Stashfin on 30th November. I have submitted all the required documents including my Id proofs, bank statements and 3 blank cheques. My loan has been approved on 7th December but they didn't disburse the loan amount in my account however they collected the documents on 4th December itself.

      I have tried to reach out to them many times over the chat and email but many time they just don't respond...

      This is to inform you that an amount of 5088/- has been deducted from account towards the emi of december month on saturday but it's not reflecting in my stashfin app.

      I talked to chinmai mishra 2 weeks back to extend my emi tenure to 12 months and to remove the auto deduction from my bank account. She promised an email confirmation about this and after that never received any update.

      My name is sandeep bhosale, since many days i am trying to get my stashfin card unblock as well as requesting them that the loan amount which is rs 6473/- shoulbe be disburse or tranfered into my bank account but no response received so far from stashfin customer care. Stashfin is irresponsible. Stashfin doest have good quality of customer care service. They dont answer to their existing clients queries.
