loan reimbursed was less than what promised

I had taken medical loan in january 2019 i had been given lesser amount then what promised by around 34000/-

I was promised the balance amount will be given within 15 days but it’s been 10 months no amount was refunded and above that representive stopped taking my calls

I don’t whom should i approach as i don’t have the number and their official email ids

constant harassment

I had taken a loan of rs. 75000 from your company. I have paid only one installment of mine to date. I do accept that i have been a defaulter but it was never intentional. I had not paid my emis for 3 months and i was ready to make the payment last year when an executive of your company had visited my office premises and not only threatened me but had also threatened my manager. request for credit card block

My compliant against stashfin.

I am using stashfin (Federal bank) credit card since 14 days. Now i am not happy with company t&c and policy that’s why i want to close my credit card i have send the card block request on mail but they are not doing block my card. I want to block the card on immediately, my another concern is that in stashfin application in my profile side it showing your loan amount...

I haven't take any loan from stashfin (Akara capital) but same company is showing rs. 20, 000 loan & they are deducting emi every month from my hdfc account.
As per stashfin app my detail is as below which i havent done with them :-
Loan id - semg[protected]
Emi start date :- 08-oct-2019

From then they deducted 02 emi i. E 1st on 06-sep rs 1000 & 2nd on 01-oct rs 1920. By akara capital.
Main thing is loan taken date is 08-oct-2019 & emi deduction start date shown from 8 july 2018 (As attached pic).

I have tried many times to contact them but no response from them.

I want my money back

And also they showed this in my cibil record & spoiling my cibil score.

Plz kindly solve this.

We Have Called On this Same no. so many times but this is recorded call and after 4..5 min call disconnect. We can not call them directly or they don't have any registered office in any city.     no solution for my complaint

    Regard stashfin
    I already tell to stashfin customer care on chat that i didnt receive any loan i shown them my bank account statement but they call me again and again, and harrassed me.
    I tell them from 24 september but they messaging me calling me every day till date no solution is given by them, i am going to harrassed by such situation. Also they fraudly messaging me by message about police complaint....

    loan amount not yet disbursed to the bank account

    I have applied for a loan with stashfin 10 days ago and got a call msg and email saying that my loan is approved. Documents have been submitted on the same day. After that i got an automated call, sms and email saying that loan has been disbursed on 30th october but till not it has not been credited to my account. Not able to contact them via call or sms. No response for the chat and email. So how will i know when the amount will be credited...

    excess amount not refunded 16 days gone

    Already I have complained 1 week back against stasfin i am yet to receive the refund amount of 3960 which was wrongly transferred to him .       Loan amount is rs. 3, 00, 000/-
      Disbursed amount is. 2, 88, 906/-
      Emi amount of rs. 10991/-

      First emi start as on
      4th april 2019 and same emi amount paid till 4th june 2019

      After that i had clicked on one link by mistakly which is changed or converted my emi amount from 10991/- to 10738/-
      So as per changes i had paid amount of rs. 10738/- from 4th july 2019 to 4th oct 2019

      stashfin credit line card

      I applied for 30k loan on stashfin and money is not disbuesed in their card till now and i am getting emi reminder messages, so kindly give your opinions what should i do, they do not have customer care number so that i can call them they have chat option but everytime they said we will call you in next 24-48 hours but its been 10 days no call received. Should i remove all my funds from that bank account or is there any other way....

      deducted my hard earned money from the card.

      I have received my replacement card with zero balance, i just want to know where is my balance in the card. The balance should be transferred from the old card to new at the time of replacement these people are just fraudsters, there is no contact number to call, they will not reply to any emails at all.
      I just want to take this to consumer court....
