On 8 jan 2017 i added INR 11500/- from my sbh debit card to paytm wallet and my transaction is un succesfull.by the way from my account money has been deducted.from 8 jan to today there is no refund from paytm or sbh, i mailed to paytm so they said like this...

" We regret that the refund has not been credited to your account. Trust, Paytm has refunded INR 11500 to your bank under order [protected] on 08 Jan 2017 and your bank has shared a reference number (ARN or RRN No.) 30001270087008092982408 as a prof of successful refund with us.

.So I kindly request to forward my money to my Bank account. I had waited long time since 17days. I will take a serious complaint regarding this issue.please work on it.

I have done transaction with www.oxigenwallet.com where transaction failed and amount also debited from my bank !
I have already contacted bank but till 30 days passed but not reversed the funds, credit the amount immediately!

Till now funds not reversed, reverse immediately

I am a NRI from India presently in US..I hold an Indian cell phone of Airtel
no [protected]...Some one has used my phone and has been banking with
my telephone.. I get messages about transactions being done by him..As this is causing unnecessary SMS mssages to me, whenever I go to India, I give emails to SBH Khammam, the likely bank from where the transactions take place, butnothing has happened so far. Last August, I telephoned the bank but they simply ignored my call saying that I need not worry bcas there is no apparent financial loss to me..

On 26th december 2016, I successfully added Rs.2600 to my paytm wallet. But after 5 minutes I had added another amount of Rs.2600 again to my wallet. But the money is not added in Paytm wallet. But my SBH bank balance got debited with transaction Id:[protected]. I contacted the branch, till now no response is generated. I need my money (Rs.2600) quickly. You are not giving any clarification on my money. My paytm wallet is not showing this transaction. But when I contacted in branch it is showing the transaction details added to my paytm account.So I kindly request to forward my money to my Bank account. I had waited long time since 26days. I will take a serious complaint regarding this issue.please work on it.

Hi,

Today (01/19/2017) called customer support to get some info on my SBH account details and they asked to generate a TPIN through voice machine. When they routed my call to TPIN voice machine, its asking me to enter four digit TPIN with beep background sound. I tried enter a valid four digit number but there is no response from voice machine or from customer support guy to enter my new TPIN for second time and the call is getting hanged and disconnected after waiting for some time. Very bad technical support from SBH. I tried from almost 7 times wasting my 1hr time.

I paid Lic premium 6042 RS two times I paid but Lic premium not paid there Lic office. But cut money two times from my account. I went to bank they told money will back with five working days but till I have no refund money.
The money was cut on 02 Jan 2017 same day two times cut

I purchased a product from ecommerce website, later i returned the product bcz it is defective. The website initiated a refund and i did not receive the amount.

The e commerce website is telling ask the customer care by quoting this ref no where as bank customer care executives are not trying to solve the problem. Please help me out

Respected sir/man, I am an account holder of state bank of Hyderabad branch Gwalior. Now a days a new branch manager is posted in the Gwalior branch who is very rude to their customers.. he talks very badly and harshly to the customers . He doesn't even respect to the senior citizen customers also.. I want u to conduct some training for the good will of reputated state bank of Hyderabad.. After the incident happened just before a couple of days with my father I am very sorry I don't want to be a customer of state bank of Hyderabad anymore...

Hi Team,

I'm Priyanka with account number :[protected] holding an account at Godavarikhani SBH branch. In September, I raised a request at Godavikhani branch for internet banking and I was provided with user name and password. Later when I tried to login to the account, am unable to see the account number added to my login. I have raised multiple concerns over this and it went unattended, also sent a mail to the godavarikhani SBH branch and that too went unattended. Please take the complaint against the bank and help us in fixing the issue.

Note: Godavarikhani is my maternal place and right now am staying at Hyderabad. As I'm not a frequent traveler to Godavarikhani, if issues like this arise I wouldn't be in a position to travel everytime to the home branch for this type of petty issues. Please fix the issue asap.

After demonitisation, sbh team is donig a major scams i guess,

Suddenly in my account they made my available amount to rs.0.00 and lien amount to rs. 9000.

I don't have much idea about lien amount but it is showing uncleared amount as rs. -8, 187.82.

So i have gone to sbh and asked why my unclreaed balance is showing in - ve,

They said i did a shopping on so and so date due to that they deducted that money, but when i see the statement everything is clear and i do not have any owe to the bank and i dont have any loan agiast sbh.

When i show that statement to the bank employee he changed his version and said some other date. Again i took a statement and everything is clear.

What is happening and sbh should answer this.

I[censored]ser is not haveing a money in his account, is there any bannk which allows user to do a transaction using a debit card?

I have added a SBI account in my Third party on 6th december 2016 and by the end of the day i received a message to my registered mobile number stating that the addition of third party is successful. So i have transferred 1000rs to that account via NEFT the stated amount is deducted from my account but not transferred to the prescribed third party account.

Sir My S.B account No.[protected] at CC Branch, Karimnagar. The Rs:-27, 848.31 is debited from account on 29.11.2016. The Bank Officials are says the amount debit for SBI Credit Card. I am not having any Credit Card.
I am request for enquiry in the matter and the amount Rs:-27, 848.31 credit to my account as early as possible.

Respected Sir, The undersigned had gone to deposit a sum of Rs. 5000.00 in the Patparganj branch. Had a free turn for senior citizens.

I had taken the deposit slip from the bank.

I had filled up the slip while sitting in the cabin. Around[protected] hours. Somebody pinched my money from my bag. When I reached the counter the money was missing from my bag. When I raised am, the manager came and searched the cabin. He found a Rs 500 note lying on the floor. He said I might have lost outside the cabin. I searched and nothing was found.

I was to make FDs. When I searched my note book was also missing. When I raised alarm, the Attendant Raju gave me my note book after 15 minutes. I was totally harassed. When I asked him from where had he found my notebook? He said it was lying on the counter. I had not even reached the counter. I brought it to the notice of branch manager.

He said he will see the camera and will reply me later. I came back my home.

When my daughter spoke to the branch manager, , he replied he had Seen the footage. There is nothing on record. Moreover, branch manager cabin is not covered in the camera.

I request you to kindly have a deep look into the matter and help me in getting my Rs.4500.00 from the bank.

I am a senior citizen aged 63 years.
