A cheque was deposited in the name of sri lingaswamy account of SBH, pochampally branch, nalgonda district, telangana state on 6 may 2017 saturday at 11.00 am for Rs 30, 000/-
Today when we enquired the status, sri James, assistant manager of branch intimated it may take further 5 to 7 days for crediting the amount. When I
expressed my inability about the transaction of cheque, then he told he cannot do anything and it can be brought to anyones notice. He also said that he is helpless with the procedure existing in the branch(manually).
Hence under the circumstances may I request your good self can see to the credit of my cheque. The act of kindness I shall be greatful. a line of reply in this matter will be highly appreciable.

This is srikanth from warangal.i had account in hanamkonda KU branch.i received my ATM card in January 2017, still is not received my ATM pin number I consult my home branch but there are not​ answer please resolve my problem.

    Request to lodge an inquiry against money debited from my sbh account# [protected] on 7th jan, 2017 at multiple atms without cash dispense to me.

    Due to demonitization and cash crunch i have tried for cash on 7th jan, 2017 in multiple atms (Hdfc bank, andhra bank, icici bank) but cash was not dispensed and amount was debited from my account. Please find the transaction details which should be reversed into my account as the cash was not dispensed but amount was debited.

And it failed to process my transaction, even though the amount[11700rs]have debited from my account so kindly retrieve that amount back to my account with concern.

      My CIBIL report control Number[protected] is showing two entries for my car loan number [protected] of state bank of Hydrabad (AP) Bolarum branch has been closed on 30 Dec. 2016 . But one entry is showing account closed . And second entry is showing overdue of RS 76910/-. Please send mail to CIBIL Mumbai to rectify the same . My loan application is rejected by bank .         My friend had done card to.card transfer from his sbi account to my bag account one day back.his account amount is debited but my account amount is not debited. How much time it will take to reflect.this is very bad service for customers.called sbi and sbh customer care, but sbi is telling to call sbh and sbh to sbi.what is this issue? Please solve as soon as possible.

        I recharge idea no. through mobile banking . TID ; FH37702780. I HAVE not get any OPER refer. and also recharge not done but amount of 99 rupees was debited. solve the issue.
        I have transferred the money on 8th may through IMPS mobile banking. From my account the amount has been debited but it has not been credited to the account which I have transferred. I have waited but money was not refunded back. So please resolve my problem as soon as possible

          I used to logon through my mobile to access into my account for payments online for long time. But after the merging with SBI, I am unable to access my account. It always says my user id or password is not correct but when I access through my laptop, it works properly. I had already informed sbh branch where I am an account holder regarding this. My laptop was to be given by the office and should be returned and I do not have Wi-Fi connection also. For this purpose I cannot afford to buy a laptop. Please help me access through mobile.

            Rtgs transaction is pending from 09.05.2017 in your waliv vasai east branch. We have corporate account in waliv vasai east branch. I am submitted rtgs form in this branch on 09.05.17. But till date that is 11.05.17, rtgs is not done by branch. I am already call to many time no landline & branch manager mobile no. & but no proper reply get from them. This is very bed experience with sbh, waliv branch. I am already tod that this rtgs is very urgent.

                Sir/Madam,
                We have taken agriculture gold loan by providing required agriculture land document copy by SBH, Kanigiri Branch, Prakasam District.AP.
                The amount we have taken was re payed to SBH with in 1 year time oct-2016, to avail subvention interest.
                But SBH branch manager keep on postponed to Financial year ending .i.e March 31-2017.

                Even till today they have not returned that benifit.
                Please do let me know whome to complain on this

                      I have a current account in sbh customers swiped card in my shop before a week. But the amount was not yet credited in my account. It has been more than a week. My cheque has been returned because of insufficient balance in account. And charged nearly 1200rs as fine. Because of the cheque return i got bad name with the distributors.when I asked in the branch they told to ask with customer care. When I called customer care they telling to ask in the branch office. I am going to file a complaint on sbh in consumer court. There is no response from the branch manager. When I send my staff to the branch the manager answers carelessly. And telling can't even pay 13000 for the cheque. But my amount neatly 1.5L is not yet credited to my account.

                            I have try to load cash with SBH debit card in AIRTEL payments bank a/c on 06/03/2017, with amount 2000/- +2000/- two txns two times total 4000/- amount was debited in a/c no [protected] but not loaded into AIRTEL bank a/c and also not refunded/reflected into my SBH account.I have given Complaint also in the branch with AIRTEL bank statement also submitted on 21/03/2017 in SBH home branch but till now no response.                                 SBH, Anandnagar, Hyderabad is charging Rs.11.50 per debit card transaction when it is used in petrol pumps as DOM Surcharge/tips dt. But as per the government, s directive no charges should be collected from the customer for using Debit card at POS counters. These transaction is digital. Central Government is asking us to use cash-less digital contractions but high charges are collected which is wrong.
                                Hence it is requested to refund the amounts which are deducted as DOM/Surcharge/tips.

                                      Bank o[censored]kkunagaram brach, visakhapatnam is not acknowledging the draft deposit voucher. Instead they are asking to deposit the form in the check drop box along with the draft without any endorsement of the bank in the counterfoil of the voucher. As a customer i failed to understand how a financial transaction is taking place in the bank without acknowledgement of the banking staff. If the draft is lost due to any reason how the customer will approach the banking staff who has not signed in the counterfoil available with the customer. I donot understand wheather such practices are approved by RBI . If not it is a serious violation of approved banking practices.
