2)Cheque book was not compulsory for issue when balance was very less in an a/c .
3)Again you have debited Penality Rs.1000/- due to not maintained minimum balance in an a/c.

    Hi,

    I have deposited account pay check in Uppal Branch on 4th of March and account belongs to Chaitanyapuri branch.

    On 14th I spoke to Chaitanyapuri SBH phone number that why money was not added to my account. She told go and check in Uppal branch.

    When I went to Uppal branch they are telling that they won't take other SBH branch checks and they ask me to drop check at Chaitanyapuri branch only.

    I told them that so many times I have deposited my checks in different branches like Habsiguda, Paradise etc. and money was credited in my account with in 3 to 4 days. But they told that they won't accept other branches checks.

    I ask them that you can call and tell the same thing on next day. They kept check with them for 10 days and they didn't even call.

    I am not sure how come Uppal SBH branch have different rules.

      But I have received a SMS on my phone number:- [protected] regarding a card not delivered to my address in Mumbai. The message is as below:---
      "
      Your State Bank Debit Card could not be delivered at your address. As a precaution your Card is blocked & sent to Branch 21137. Plz collect after 7 days
      "
      I want to tell you Someone is trying to open a fraud account with my details. Since it went to my Mumbai address and no one received it, it will go back to the home branch and very easily picked up by the person.
      I got your branch details from the branch code in the SMS.
      Kindly BLOCK THE CONCERNED ACCOUNT ASAP AS THEY ARE USING MY DETAILS TO OPEN A FRAUD ACCOUNT.
      My phone number is [protected] and my name is Seema Chattopadhyay.
      PLEASE CHECK WHICH OTHER DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED IN MY NAME.

      1000rs deducted from my account.I gave a complaint about this they told we will resolve it within 7 working days.
      But already 12 days over still also it is not refunded.

            State Bank of Hyderabad should not charge the printing of account statement which has to be submitted with the signature of the branch manager for availing home loan, etc. from the home loan provider. This is the facility being extended to the customer who is holding saving bank account with you, either he or she is government employees, private employees or MNC. Bank has to respect the customer. Now a days Senior Citizens are not respected by some of the bank staff.

              Dear Sir/Mam,

              I took car loan from State Bank of Hyderabad, Chandni Chowk Branch in Aug'2010 for 5 years for 4, 32, 444/-. I diligently provided them PDC's for entire loan period and this is clear from the sequence of cheques against which the payments were made.In Aug'2010 the loan got finished and I contacted the branch for a NOC. The bank did not respond for long and then sent me a message to pay 75, 000/- towards loan closure. When I called the bank many times, they bank staff Mr. kalyan admitted that the bank made an error and that 2nd year onwards the instalment had to increase which they failed to do . As a result a sum of 75, 000/- accrues including penalty and principal amount that I have to pay inorder to close accounts.

              Hearing this, I was very furious and demanded a resolution. Aftyer some weeks, I was intimated verbally that no resolution can be provided.Again, I was the only one calling the bank, they showed no apology and did not take remedial actions.

              I complained to banking ombudsman ref [protected] in Nov'2015 but again the said authority basis the investigation did say that the bank made a fault however no constructive resolution was provided to waive off the huge amount of 75, 000 as on Sep'2015 and this figure continues to increase as the penalty portion is just getting added as time is passing.

              After the Banking Ombudsman made their decision, I have contacted the bank a several times but all my efforts are in vain and there is no one at RASMECC(Karol bagh) or Chandni Chowk branches who is ready to take responsibility to resolve the matter. A mutual resolution convenient to both sides is not being worked at by them. They fail to respond to all my emails and I visited them in September'2016 and met Mr. Rajesh Kumar Pandey at RASMECC(Karol bagh) and based on discussion with him had requested bank to provide a mutual proposal as this fault is clearly the bank's fault.

              I wish to draw your attention to the Code of Banks commitment to customers -January 2014 issued by Banking codes and standards board of India whereby it clearly states under Clause 3(Information-Transparency) Subclause 3.3.1 Changes in interest rates as follows,
              " We will inform you of the changes in interest rates on our loan products and changes in the reference rate to which the floating rate of interest is linked within a fortnight of the decision by any of the following means i)Letter ii)Email iii)Sms". That as per aforesaid the bank officials are liable to clearly communicate any changes in reference rate and new instalment amounts which was never communicated to me in the entire tenure of the loan.I kept giving payment on time and the bank officials from time to time demanded PDC's that were also submitted within the deadlines and thus I have been having a good track record with the bank throughout.

              Please intervene and get the matter resolved at the earliest so that a NOC can be issued to me and I particularly do not want my CIBIL rating to get affected as this is the bankers faiult.

              In addition to the complaint registered with your esteemed office, I want to add and request the bank to advise on following pointers,
              1. The loan ended in Aug'2015 and till date(almost 2 years now), despite repeated reminders and trials from my end the bank and its officials have failed to take any concrete resolution . Though the bank admits that it was their duty to inform the change in rate of interest / new installment amount which they did not provide. Why a customer should be penalized and charged exorbitant penalty/interest and principal for the mistake committed by bank. Is it justified in law and as per banks'code of conduct?
              2. When I asked them to issue me the statement of accounts, firstly they sent me statement of accounts of some other customer and later they sent me incorrect statement . How does bank justify their act on privacy related to loan accounts. Is this not a compliance issue?
              3. I am a service class person and visited bank after taking annual leaves from my place of work to meet the officials of the bank . I met Mr. Rajesh Kumar Pandey at RASMECC(Karol Bagh) in September'2016. His actions and speech both confirmed that he was least interested to work towards the resolution. Despite acknowledging that this was a bankers fault, he assured that he will work towards resolution and get back in a week's time but unfortunately till date the problem stands unresolved.
              4.I am certain that the real picture has not been communicated to higher officials and banking Ombudsman related to my matter from the banker's end as a result no resolution could be worked out by anyone in State bank of Hyderabad till date.
              5. My car's value is depreciating each year and as a result of bank fault and I am not able to sell it till date .Would like to understand that how will the bank compensate my loss.

                I, G N MALLESWARI am a customer of JNTU Campus, State Bank of Hyderabad. It was on 19 the January, 2017 a refund amount of 643rs is to be credited into my account from the source APSRTC. The transaction ID of refund is 66305138, as told by APSRTC. I being out of station, tried to contact the branch not less than 70- 80 times since then. Later, I walked into the branch and gave a written complaint on 09th February, 2017, no response. I registered a COMPLAINT in SBH online site for three times for the Branch Manager, the AGM and the DGM. No one responded. The landline isn't working of the branch and the regional offices, Manager isn't available, staff don't know anything as they said( a team of 5 members staff with probationary officers also don't know anything), online complaints no response.
                I have been a customer of the bank since 8 years. I request you to look into the issue so that we can be confident about further transactions with SBH. Thanking you

                    I am retd state govt employee staying in Lingsugur dist Raichur I am receiving SBH cheque every month from sub treasury office and I am having sb a/c in Syndicate bank lingsugur so depositing the cheque in syndicate bank and for clearance sending to SBH lingsugur branch by syndicate bank. in SBH bank they are not receiving the cheques on same day for ex : I ahd given cheque on 31.01.2017 and sent for clearance to SBH bank on 01.02.2017 from Syndicate bank and in SBH bank they are not ready to take the cheques and they had taken on 06.02.2017 and till date cheque was not processed for that reason I had went to SBH bank for asking why its delay so Manager was not responding at all its not only my problem most of them customers are facing this problem on every month from 10 months. most of them peoples depending on pensions and it is very difficult to moves of life.
                    So please do the needful its humble request to interfere solve the problem.

                      With due respect i wish to state that my sbh account no is [protected] with sirpur kaghaznagar branch, sirpur kaghaznagar.
                      I had deposited a cheque no. – 074558 of rs 2.41.597.00 in sbh sirpur kaghaznagar branch on 05 december 2016. But the cheque is not cleared till now. I have visited the branch many times and discussed the matter with the branch officials in this regard but i couldn’t get any satisfactory reply.
                      Due to this delay in clearance of cheque i have suffered a lot in respect of time loss as well as huge financial loss including interest on this amount and mental harassment.

                                    SBH Anantapur, Ramnagar Branch manager is denying to provide Copy of documents which was submitted while taking house loan..I would like to transfer my House loan from SBH to other Bank as they offering Low interest rate.. As part of that we need provide copy of all the documentation which we submitted at current bank. The Branch Manager so rough and he treats customers like Beggars..

                                    Sir on 15/01/2017 at ghatkesar sbh atm i went to widraw 2000 rs, but it was not came it was strukked my amount, but came message to credited amount in my mobile so pls justify my and reverify transctions on 15/01/2017

                                        Rough Behavior of these Branch employee. Have a weekly three foughts in the bank with people and employees Definitely happens in this bank.
                                        Asking Any questions to an employees about interests, loans, Account Details, FD and any other will lead's to the aggressive arguments.These Employees Treat the customers Very Aggressive Manner if they asked any multiple querys on any Details. Even The Staff servant is also Not Behave good with Customers.
