I made online transacton with my debit card on 23/01/2016.but the payment of that transaction got failed but money was deducted from my debit card so please look into my problem and resolve it as soon as possible.
State Bank of Hyderabad customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Getting calls from uttar pradesh they are telling they are from ICICI BANK and SBH bank asking me about my atm card detail ..i made big mistake complainting here...

          Dear Sir/Maam, My Account No is [protected], name B LALITHA. I am operating this account at SHABAD Branch, On 08/08/2013 there is a transaction in my account Rs.20000/-. Amount is transferred to another account without my consent. I don't know any information relating who transferred and to whom. this is against the basic Customer Security. Please check into this.
          Recently Many banks in rural areas are doing these type of frauds.

              Hello Sir, I have transferred the 20000/- Amount on 12th December 2015 from State Bank of Hyderabad Net banking via IMPS but not it transfer to other account. The amount was deduct from my State Bank of Hyderabad account but not transfer it to other account. I am drafted mail to bank on 15 December, taking continuously follow up of his State Bank of Hyderabad IT department. They are not giving proper answer to me and not said to me how much time its require for that process.                 Dear sir, i s srinivas have account in SBH BANK A/C [protected] & taken car loan your Bank . i am staying at falaknuma barkas near the your barkas branch IFSC CODE SBHY 0020356, Today i went to your sbh bank (barkas branch) for opening a new account's for my spouse and as well as for loan also, But your branch manager (Mr suresh kumar ) didn't give proper response and saying that we are not opening any new account's here and we were stopped the new account's. then i asked reason, he is using walgurl language and shouting on us. i would like to bring it to your notice that in barkas branch they giving loan through the broker's (mideator) only other wise they can't sanction any loan with without bribe, they can't do any thing without money. because last year[protected] action plane SC, ST, BC and minority subsidy loan they were sanction through the broker's, that's why the manager was not agree to give any subsidy loan to genuine canditate's in this branch going all froud. kindly stop all illegal activities in this branch thanking you your faithfully s srinivas [protected]

                        This complaint is on behalf of my father :
                        My name is Vasanth rao Avadhanula,
                        I am from Warangal. There is no cyber cell in warangal. so visited near by police station and written complaint. The SI/CI of subedari police station said, they will forward the same to cyber cell hyderabad.
                        I received a call from Mohit sharma number [protected] saying he is from State Bank of Hyderabad. My adhaar card needs to be linked to my bank account otherwise my atm card will expire. He asked me the adhaar number, ATM card number which i gave. He said as soon as the process is done, i will get a confirmation message with OTP(one time password). He called again and asked me to share the OTP to complete the adhaar linking process. I shared my OTP.He also asked how much balance do i have in my account. I said i have 25, 000.I got an SMS which says Rs.10, 000/- has been debited. I immediately rushed to the State bank of hyderabad and informed the same. They said this is a fraud activity and needs to be reported to cyber cell with FIR. I visited near by police station and written a complaint and attached the bank statement which shows the transaction number.This transaction was done thru payumoney. I contacted payumoney and they told me the same to file an FIR with Cyber cell. Below are the details i received from payumoney. I called the mobile number [protected] and he is saying that he will refund the Rs.10000 if i provide him with another debit card number. I gave the phone to the State bank manager and he too spoke with Mohit sharma. He said "Do whatever you want, you may go to police or court, you can't do anything". I traced his mobile number through some website and it is from Jharkhand.
                        If SBH/PAY U/Freecharge would have taken action immediately and stopped the transaction I would have got my money back.
                        I just got a money of Rs.62/- left in freecharge.com wallet of fraudster on 13/10/2015.
                        I wonder how the details of customer like name phone number, name of bank got leaked to fraudster.
                        I filed a complaint using online FIR system of jharkhand police and received a reply from SP Deogarh that they have forwarded the enquiry to technical cell based on mobile number.
                        No FIR is registered till date with Local police(Subedari, Hanamkonda, Telangana).
                        Please help me file an FIR based on details provided.
                        I have list of all details like transaction, date and time, mobile numbers used for recharge, account number to which remaining amount transferred.
                        Please take action against him and concerned people who are involved in this fraud and help me get my money back.

                        Fraud activity happened on 30/09/2015 11:11am and was reported to the branch SBH in person at 11:20am.Action was taken on 08/10/2015.If action taken to stop transaction on same day then whole amount wound have been safe.
                        Complaint#566193 made online on jofs.jhpolice.gov.in .Attached is the status of complaint received from jharkhand police.

                            I am account holder of state Bank of Hyderabad ..my complaint is that I had to go for shopping from reliance digital so that time I was pay by my ATM card.but due to some reason it was declined.but same time 5499rps. Was debited from my account. When I discussed with reliance digital .They called we have not received any amount. Plz contact with home branch.I submitted the complaint in home branch date on 29/09/15 regarding this happened.they promised me amount will b refund in max.10days .today is last day.but I don't have received any amount. I am middle class .I have needful this amount. Plz refund as per as time possible.. Plz I request you

                              SBH top officials had been found to be involved in many scams, frauds a, corruption activities and characterlessness with its ladies employees and call girls in five star hotels. There are hundreds of crores scams are there and I had given all the evidences, fake balance sheets, bogus stock statements are the basis for sanctioning wrong loans in many cases for huge commissions and top officials join big companies to facilitate sanction of wrong loans and pass on commissions to top officials. Even CVC is supportinkeeping mum on these issues and thus indirectly supporting such officials. This is the main reason for the destruction of loss of public money and NPAs. I know all these as I was in this Bank for 22 years and fought against many issues but their loggy is large and hence bringing the facts to your notice. so be careful and do not deposit any money in this Bank for your safety.

                                Its around 15 days that I posted the complaint but till now I didn't get any reply from the bank people.Its really Unfair
                                excuse me.. you are the one who is joking. If you need a debit card pin--- you should visit the bank and not put up your request on public forums.

                                am unable to type the OTP at final step of purchasing. I tried several times unsuccessfully. How can I solve it.
                                I used my icici bank debit card at SBH ATM at Gokuldham, but the ATM did not disburse the money although the amount was deducted from my account. The ATM is located in the SBH officers quarters at gokuldham Mumbai.

                                  I am RAJU from Hyderabad, customer of SBH, holding bank Account no: [protected]. I have tried to withdraw cash of Rs.9, 500 on 03/07/2015, where I have got a slip of successful transaction, while I did not receive the amount. I have filed the complaint to our SBH Home Branch, Newvidya nagar, Secunderabad they say it is a successful transaction, with amount withdrawn, which is practically not true. The manager here is reluctant to take up any action on this, and he states we cant check CC footage as it is highly confidential. I kindly request SBH Manager of NewVidya nagar branch, Secbd and Regional Manager SBH to look at this issue seriously and if possible check CC footage of SBI ATM, Three Temple, 07.27 AM for clear understanding the problem raised. Please solve the problem, and refund the amount deducted at the earliest.

I want to bring to your notice about the worst customer services providing by one of your branch located in bhoopalpally, warngal, telangana. Till now they didn't attach my no so that iam unable to do perform transactions online. Right now i am staying in hyderabad so that i can't approach the branch in person once again.                                         Regarding about the salary or arrear bills submitted to sbh nuguru venkatapuram from sub treasury office venkatapuram for adjustment to concerned employees bank a/c's. But the bank staff not adjusted the amounts same day due to this a severe problem was arising.they are adjusting it to the succeding day last hours.
