My Daughter in law availed an abroad education loan in the year 2013 and avail 30 Lac loan amount. we have paid interest during the moratorium period and close the account before the stipulated period.
but bank has not given one percent interest subvention which is more than Rs 70000 .
we have inquired the matter on SBI website that rule is "one Percent concession to be provided for full tenure of the loan if full interest is service during the moratorium period.
but bank has given reply that "one percent in rate of interest to be provided for full tenure of the loan if full interest should be serviced during the moratorum period .the interest should be serviced promptly soon after applciation but not later than the following month of avail the concession.

kindly guide us what rules is applicable in my loan account bank is not providing rules details and date of effect of rules .what action is to be taken against bank .

    I opened my SBI savings bank account on[protected] after visiting the bank which is inside the NIT Rourkela campus nearly 5 times as most of the times they gave me the reason of server problem. After that it is already[protected], still I have not received my debit card yey. I got a message the card was dispatched but till now I have not got my card. As I am a research scholar it is not possible for me to go to the bank the every next day. I am facing a lot problems. Please kindly help me to get my debit card as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I would like to bring to your notice that there has been some series of fraudulent transaction carried out through which a sum of Rs.40000/-(approx) has been debited from my account # [protected], SBI Barmana (HP) (IFSC code ‎SBIN0010068). total 2 no of transactions happened and Rs 20000 was transferred on 15th Jan midnight and second 20000 on 18th jan midnight and I got to know about this on 19th january 2018. the form of transaction showing is INB (internet banking and the trail of transactions is between 3-4 accounts ending with the same account no, i have registered the complaint thru SBi manager, but cyber cell email id is not working and i have not been able submit complaint. I have been following up with bank since 19th Jan, still nothing has happened till date, they say that you will get you money but dont know when. all the account no are of SBI and these accounts should be traced and reported by SBI itself as there is a safe breach in there online site as anyone can now hack and transact from SBI accounts.

      please provide for refund of my account of RS 40, 000 which have been transacted.

        Dear sir

        A refund of 1000 rupees was successfully processed on 30/07/2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          Sir I have an account with neyyattinkara Branch (Branch Code 10112). Originally, this account was only in my name but as I am on verge of retirement, I got in done Joint with my wife name Smt Rajasree G S which has been done by the Branch. Thereafter, I applied for a cheque book to be issued in my name and my wife name (Biju G Nair and Smt Rajasree G S) on 02.11.2018, today I got a cheque book printed only with my name which should be in both name otherwise how my wife either or survivor will operate this account. As now it is requested that a new cheque book should be issued printed with my name and my wife name at the SBI cost at my address Dakshin Bharat Area Signal Coy, Fort Saint George Chennai - 600009

            Sir,
            I have an jointSB A/c along with my wife.My name is Sri Bholanath Chakraborty and My wife 's name is smt. Dipti Chakraborty. My account is with MIDNAPUUR branch, Branch code 132 located at Rabindra Nagar, Midnanur, Dist West-Paschim Medinipur.
            My Sb A/c no is -[protected].I am now holding a MAGSTRIPE debitCard.As per your declaration, on[protected], I approached an assistant of your bank and applied for changing the present magstripe debit card .His first remark was"you are holding many Debit cards". you have to pay Rs.354/-for issuance of new EMV debit card.Practically i am now using single Debit card No4591 xxxxxxxx6561, which is a Magstripe debit card.This for your kind information that upto[protected] I did not receive any New EMV
            Debit card issued by Bank. If already issued but that has been undelivered to due to Postal man and that has been sent to the Branch.The Assistant of the Branch(DEALING ASSISTANT) did not spare a minute to search whether he has got back my debit card returned by postman.I am also in the dark about issuance of new debit card.Without searching anything, he (Bank's Assistant)
            whimsically asked "if are ready to pay Rs.354/-then I shall process your application."But Deputy Manager has reported me that the new EMV card has been issued in my favour before[protected].Now who is telling lie.after updating passbook on 03-11-18, The dealing clerk has deducted Rs.354/-from my a/c. Finally, that very dealing Clerk is very idle and not pro -customer.He is annoyed and feel disgusting in every question..
            Now, please suggest What shall I do for the penalty already paid by me.

              SBI is showing wrong wave off even after settelment with them after their full and final settelment rs 20000.00 and paid by cheque same cleared by me still wave off 23000 showing

                Against a bill of rs 66049 i paid only 65050 due to confusion ie 1000 rs less against the total bill of 66049.
                This is unfortunate the total interest charges are rs 7925. 39.
                I called sbi call center and told same and they assured me to reverse the debit. But after some days i got the mail stating that this cant be done.
                This is totally fraud and is unberable for just rs 1000 rs i have to pay 7925 rs.
                Kindly help me in this regard so that i can get the money back

The person said that you had applied for ATM because of your old ATM card blocked permanently. I am speaking bank manager Umesh. please tell me details of your old ATM card so that I will re-activate your ATM. I got confidence on saying about the application for ATM. I told the details of old card. but after sometime he called me again and said to give the details of another card which is issued on same account. I again gave the details of other card. he said to give otp for activation of card sent on your register mobile no. I told him otp four times one by one. thus he cleaned swipe my account Rs. 42000/. related document uploaded.

                              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                I am one the sbi customer since 10 years. On that last month of march 1st, transfer some amount to one of my other bank beneficiary. But that amount has not received to that opponent. I contacted sbi customer care and further sbi branch too.in the branch staff's also don't know where that amount is placed. Till now problem is persisting, that detected amount is not transferred to either my account or my beneficiary account. Kindly let me know what should i do further.

                                  Since i have lodge complaint, no solution is found. All bank staff, including manager interested only in collecting their salary & perks. On one is trying to solve the problem...
                                  Passbook entry machine of sbi-395005 (Sbin0010975) is not properly working for last 2 year. No one is looking for solution. Manager is only seat in the chair in a/c, and interest only in salary+perks, all officer in the bank is rude with client, they are not have courtesy to talk with client properly. Atm machine is also not working regularly. For last 2 years, atm & passbook printing machine is not working regularly in every 2 days in a week. Also atm machine located at palanpur patia-395009 is also stopped working regularly & very slow to operate. No one is interested to get solution.

                                    Dear sirs,

                                    I retired on[protected] as joint secretary in the ministry of home affairs. At the time of my retirement, my basic pay was rs 65, 550.

                                    My ppo number is[protected]. My pension account is in sbi (Erstwhile sbbj), krishi bhavan, a/c no. [protected].

                                    On my retirement, my pension was fixed at rs 32, 775. By the 7th pay commission, my pension from 1.1.2016 was fixed at rs 84, 232.

                                    According to deptt. Of pension and pw's office memorandum no. 38/37/2016- p&pw (A) dated 6th july, 2017, my pension is to be revied. As per table 51 of the concordance table attached to it, from 1.1.2016 my pansion has to be revised to rs 86, 100. This, however, has not been done. Therefore, please do it at the earliest as i have been waiting for it since a long time.

                                      I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
                                      As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
                                      When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.
                                      Please do the needful..

                                        An amount of ₹17500 has been withdrawn from my bank account which is not done by me.I am in kanpur right now and through net banking i came to know that amount is withdrawn through PNB ATM in EAST WEST DELHI.. i made a complaint through customer care of SBI and they said the case will be looked after within 90 days.
                                        The reference numbers of 2 transactions of ₹10000 and ₹7500 are[protected] and[protected] respectively..
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I havnt received any notification regarding the progress on my case yet..i am having financial problems as the fraud happened on the eve of diwali. So plz look into the matter quickly..
