Sir/ madam,
I am an account holder in your bank with my saving a/c number [protected] i had applied in january 2016 for mudra loan in your esteemed bank (Sbi), but the loan is not approved for one or another reason. I have fulfilled all conditions and submitted all the documents as demanded by your bank staff but now they are procrastinating by saying that the loan cannot be approved because they are not able to find my file
I have many times raise complaints about my loan file but they are not responded i request you to consider my application again and guide me with getting my loan approved. Otherwise return my all loan documents.

Your immediate response will be highly appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam,
wish to bring to your attention that Rs 450 has been deduced automatically from my account on 25/10/2018 It came to my notice when I checked my account balance on the following day.
It was unprecedented to see Rs 450 missing from my account when I have made no transactions and have not withdrawn the money.

The details are as follows:

Branch: SBI Ashti Dis- Beed

Date of deduction of money: 25/10/2018

I was not given any notification of the withdrawal of the money either on the email or on the sms.
I request you to look in the matter as early as possible and return
and refund the money to me.

Before sometimes, to that type of charges cut from my SBI account.. kindly note my complaint, and give me my return Money.. otherwise I'll take action against this charges and against also your service

    I had applied for cheque book on 23 oct 2018 via sms and request no 668798.in this reference i received message that cheque book have been issued but after lapse of 20 days i did not receive cheque book as yet. I also applied cheque book in my bank branch two month approx but i did not receive any thing. Kindly help me to get my cheque book. Thanks

          I use my Bhim UPI account to link money to my Paytm account, today as I added 20 rs to my Paytm account, bank has deducted 20+18 rs from my account without my permission and is has been done thrice.
          Although my bank account is providing information of debiting the amount that I have added.
          I will attach a photo related to the money debited from my account but it was a different scenario in UPI.

            Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

              I am having Account in SBI, Raj Bhavan Road, Hyderabad with (SB A/c No. [protected]). I have with drawn amount Rs. 10, 000 (Rs. Ten thousands only) from Bank Of India at Chodavaram, Visakhapatnam(Dist.) branch ATM on 11-Nov-2018 with SBI ATM Card and the ATM card No. is [protected]. The authorized ID No. Txn#[protected]BOI ATM ACV8001) for the above transaction and I have not received amount from the BOI ATM. The Amount Rs.10, 000/- is debited from my Account and it was not automatically credited in to my account.

              Please look into this case seriously and help me.

                        Recently I made transaction in Flipkart through phone pe app amount of ₹6590 (using visa debit card). Because of order cancelled they refund my amount on 29/10/2018 but still it not credited. I contacted customer service representative they told me contact bank. But in bank they are not helpful in this. And told me contact phonepe. Please help me in this issue.

                          Hi,
                          SBI Legal team reached @ my home on 3rd. Oct'18. Before that i had received the letter of the Full and Final Settlement amount to pay SBI i.e. 220000/-. But when they reached to home they demand to pay the full outstanding amount i.e. 470000/- and warning to pay on or before 13-Oct-18, otherwise they will reach with police on 14th. Oct'18 for further proceeding. That tried to aggange money but unfortunately not able to pay that's why i had issued an cheque of 250000/- (As they suggested) on 14th-Oct'18. And we had discussed that, when i make payment they will return the cheque. Then after i had make online payment 40000/- and 160000/- on 20th and 31st Oct'18 respectively. And earlier i had paid 20000-/. In addition i had made payments 220000-/ by 31-Oct-18.

                          But yesterday (12-Nov-18), i had received an Notice No-SEC-138/EAST/RN/CHFF/903/06111/999 for the cheque bounce. But as per Full and Final settlement letter i had paid all. 200000/- payments done after the date of cheque issues. So how can it falls under 138, while i already make payments w.r.t cheque.

                          1. Why my settlement amount revised ?
                          2. Why the 138 Cheque bounce Notice issues, while i already made payments online after received bounce mail within a week ?
                          3. If they want to collect 470000/-, why they accept the cheque amount of 250000/- ?

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I made a payment of rs 2391.00 in favour of icici lombard gic ltd on their website through sbi net banking to buy a two wheeler insurance policy vide transaction reference no.[protected]igaesmqmw7 dated 08.11.2018.

                                Although the transaction was successfully completed and the amount was transferred, the icici website showed the payment as 'failed'.

                                Thereafter i contacted their customer care over phone and registered the complaint and received their reply on mail today confirming that they have not received the payment.

                                Actually i had immediately contacted your complaint forum no. [protected] but due to problem in your system your representative could not register the complaint.

                                I would, therefore, request you to cancel the above transaction and transfer back the amount of rs 2391.00 to my account no. [protected].

                                I shall appreciate your immediate confirmation.

                                      Hello there,
                                      I have availed the home loan from sbi in feb 2006 and repaid entire loan in sep 2018. However there is no information / update has been submitted to cibil.
                                      When i viewed my cibil score it showing as nh (No history in last three years). But i availed the sbi home loan in feb 2006 and repaid entire loan in sep 2018. When i approached to the sbi deccan branch pune they said contact cibil. I have asked cibil they said please contact to your bank, unless and until they will not share the details, cibil can update there records.
                                      I have approached to sbi deccan branch they say we are not update to cibil.

                                      Can you please help how i can update my records in cibil?

                                        I have taken an sbi styleup credit card and paid the first bill on 11 sept 2018. However, still waiting for the promised "fbb welcome gift voucher worth 500 rs". Now i am even concerned about the other promises which was made by sbi including anniversary gift of 2000 bonus reward point (Worth rs 500) every year on paying renewal charges (Which ideally make card free for lifetime).

                                        As per the sbi representative, when the customer pays the first bill of the credit card, they are supposed to get a welcome gift voucher of fbb worth rs. 500 which sbi did not provided.

                                        Its really disappointing to see for such small things, customer need to contact the customer care n number of times which they shouldn't ideally need to do and required lot of followup with sbi who is always in not responding state.
