I did one transaction from my SBI account of Rs.10000 transfer to Union Bank of India account trough PhonePe application on 04/11/2018. Amount was debited from my SBI account but till not credited in reciever account.
kindly refund that amount in my SBI account.

      I raised a mail to mail id: agmcustomer. [protected]@sbi.co.in on 22 oct, but there is no revert till now.

      There is a refund from yatra with the reference number

      "the refund reference number (Arn/rrn) :
      74766518294841936225988
      It has not been credited yet.

      IRCTC has raised a refund on 22 oct and not yet processed in my account.

      Please check. And, let me know asap where it is.

      Attached below is the screenshot of irctc mail in which it says that the refund had been raised and if not credited with in 7 days then check with bank.

        I have SBI account ([protected]) in Agra cantt branch since very long,
        Currently I'm having problems with my saving account balance showing in LIEN account so that I'm not able to debit this amount.

        Yesterday I visited my branch but ank cleark was saying we don't know about this and can't help.

        I request you pls look into this and resolve asap.

          I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they gave me the reference numbers 39175954.When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address within 1 week.
          As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
          When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.

            I have cancelled a ticket in indigo airlines.They claim to have refunded the entire amount in three installments to my designated account, also they have provided me with three ARN id's to prove the transactions. when i asked the branch to check the details of my transaction they had some process done to check, after that process they said the enquiry says that the amount has been credited to the account .on successive complaints by me they had been enquiring again and again it has been months since the complaint. so i would ask you kindly to look forward and rectify the issue.i hereby provide the transaction ARN id's.

                Rs 295 is deducted from my account every month in a name of INVESTMENT INTERMEDI but I don't have any connection to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI and neither I have subscribed any scheme or something for this.
                Rs 10, 000.00 was tried by me from my ATM but its showing withdrawn status without dispensing the money.so please reverse back the amount to my account. the date of ATM trial is on 01/11/2018.

                    Hello sir/madam,

                    This is himadri shrimali, i wish to bring to your notice, a fraudulent transaction which took place form last week, from my sbi account.

                    My account is debited with the name of othpg *sbi* card fees google service with rs.7800 and rs.50 without any otp confirmation.

                    I did not shared my card deatil and atm pin to anyone even not to my family members.

                    I have blocked my card and tried to get satisfactory answer from customer respective but they are just repeated audio cassette so i request please provide me a solution and refund my amount as it showing sbi card fees

                    I have shared scan copy of two messages i had get from sbi about *sbi card fees* of ruppes 50 and 7800.

                    It's very high amount and transaction was without my permission of otp or pin so where is security lies of online fraud for sbi bank?

                    Hopefully your team will take positive step as soon as possible.

                    Death claim submitted all the documents to the BM still they are asking for surety.the SBI website says that no need of surety below 5 lakhs.
                    On 2 November 2018 . I was booking E-ticket of flight online on udchalo.com . When I redirected to the payment page then I got the error message which tell that you take much time to fill the card Details.
                    My money is deducted and also when I check my mail then there is also no mail of booking E-ticket.
                    Please reply us quickly.
                    2 times in a month&more.Rs.295 is debited from my a/c.so pls. i want my money back.because i m not invest in investment intermedi.its totaly harassed me.
                    My transaction while bill payment was failed on 18-10-18 against which I had to get refund of Rs 1, 129/- after some adjustments, which is successful from merchant side but not yet credited in my account. ARN no. for ref is been provided - 74332748293829310165168.

                      I ordered some product order number: oa517d7 on 19th october from nnnow.com but due to some reason it was cancelled. I talked to nnnow team and they said amount is already reversed. (Transaction reference (Arn) number is '74332748299829830410502') i checked my sbi account statement and found amount is not reversed from sbi side. Please have a look this issue.                         My name is shajan babu c. S. I am working in uae. During last vacation (August 2018) i approached sbi branch tripunithura - west fort, ernakulam, kerala to open a demat a/c.
                        A person name mr unni[protected]Sbi branch tripunithura - west fort) collected all signed documents and assisted to open sbi current a/c. I return to uae on august 30th. Later i make regular follow with unni for demat account status. He advises me to contact mr sarath chandran[protected] area head for sbi demat a/c ernakulam.
                        Since last three months regularly i am making follow up with mr sharath chandran and he is not responding properly to my messages.
                        I requested them to return my personal documents to avoid any fraud deal or to activate my demat a/c. Till today i have not received any valid reason or action from mr. Sharath chandran.
                        Kindly request way forward to find a solution for above issue.

                        I am using SBI card and failed to pay the amount of 25000 by 2 days and dont know what calculations they made and deducted 2777 and 500 gst for it. They are making fool. No interest rate can be matched for this deduction and then extra 500 Gst. This is totally rediculous.

                            I am jachindrakumar jena, a costumer of sbi, powai, mumbai, maharastra. My account no is,... My mob no is [protected]. I am a account holder of nine years in this branch. But i did not faced any ac disturbance. But in this november i am facing so many disturbances, namely investment intermedi. I have not selected any investment plan, but in two times, that is 10.11.2018 & 11.11.2018 (295.00 & 295.00) has been debited from my account. If it will not credit in my account, i will must take necessary action against bank.

                                I have an sbi savings account in sbi branch rasedi, dist.-baloda bazar, c. G.
                                However under my net banking there shows 2 accounts:

                                A.) account. No - [protected] (Other person's account, inactive account)

                                B.) account. No - [protected] (Mine account).

                                By mistake i had transacted an amount of inr 10, 000 in the inactive account of other person.

                                This mistake was happened as this inactive was showing in my net banking portal.

                                I have approached the bank multiple times and tried to explain them the case but the bank manager seems not ready to understand and has a lethargic approach to the case.

                                Kindly help me get my money back as soon as possible.

                                  I am a savings account holder with sbi banda who requested for a new atm card on 23/10/2018 with a clear indication of my present address as 173mc/mf det jaipur but haven't recieved it even after expiry of 20 days. The bank did sent a sms mentioning the speed post no. As mentioned above but i have not able to recieve my atm card and its been 15 days and in urgent need of money.

                                    An amount of 10000 rupees debited from my a/c (Saving) [protected] by upi payment mode without my knowledge when i complaint about this they did not give me any satisfactory answer still today 11 nov. Date amount did not credited back into my a/c..

                                    I am adding complaints details and complaints resolution from there side and also adding statement also from 21 sep to 3 nov. So that u can see not deposition 10000 back in my a/c...

                                    Although this transaction happened through upi but they are saying they i should complaints through atm transaction why???

                                    When money debited through upi then why should i copmlaint through atm...

                                    I am adding all the details about this as pisc see the pisc and adding transaction details as pdf

                                    Transaction date was 25 sep.

                                    On this day i made only one transaction of 1 rupee only..

                                      I am complaining that why my account has been debited ₹295 to investment intermedi a/c. It is very hard earned money. Without any reason bank has debited my money (₹295) two times. Please recover those amount immediately. I have not asked to debit any amount from my account. Please rectify immediately. I have my account at mukherjee nagar branch in nort delhi.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have blocked my card in nov-2017. I am still waiting for new card to be reissued. Though my card is blocked, still they are sending me bill. I have contacted customer care 3-4 times and complained. But everytime i got same answer that we have registered your complaint and you will get new card very soon. It has been a year and i am yet to get new card.

                                        Either you close my account once for all or activate my card.
