Dear sir,

1. I ashutosh narain serving in armed forces and i has a dsp account no [protected] at sbi, chapra near pankaj cinema road.

2. I facing problem as whenever i logged in my internet banking and want to change my net banking registered mobile no then we rec'd a massage from online sbi site no account mapped for this account no.

3. I am trying 5 to 6 time on customer helpline for resolve the same problem but no any help provided. Ad the same think in home branch net banking dealing officer has not meet in every time in working day and when asked to another persons, said that still he is not in branch went to another work.

      Mytra refund initiated on 22nd october 2018 has not been reflected in my sbi account. I have tried calling up the customer care service, have visited the bank. Customer care says go to the bank. Bank says follow up with the customer service.

        Dear team,

        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because one time 2580 and many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account [protected] branch sillod ifsc code sbin0020015 saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

            If you want to waste your time and 12000 rs. Then go for home loan from sbi..

            Hello,

            My friends and i have booked flats in the same appartment of pride world city - pune and applied for loan in different banks, i chose sbi thinking that is a government bank and would be trust worthy, but i was wrong. First sbi have passed a sanction letter for 34 lacs for which they have charged me a processing fee of 12000 rs. N when time comes to the loan disbursement they have cancelled saying there is a legality issue, however, my friends loan - they applied in hdfc, icici, axis. All banks have disbursed the loan in 10- 15 days.. My friends are doing puja in the flats this diwali n m sitting here empty handed. I really cant understand how sbi fool innocent public.
            I simply want a refund of my processing fee thats it. But this fraud bank is not refunding my money.

              Sir with due respect i state that i did a recharge (Top up) of rupee 448 on mobile no [protected] operator airtel on 13 oct 2018 using sbi anywhere aplication under tid: uh55858026. It is a pre on post number. I didnt get any of the benifit also the amount hasbeen debuted from my account. I called the airtel costumer care. They said it will be refunded in 10 working days as i havent received any confirmatory message from airtel. Also according to them i needed to pay via retailer as this facility is not available and they havent received any money..
              For this deduction i filed 4 complaints to sbi under ticket no. [protected]

              And for each time my complaint was closed with out giving me the information where was my money... I also went to the sbi bank office where i have my account they also filed complaint again n again but there also i didnt get any help to know about my money
              According to airtel costumer care i need to go retailer and do a bill payment but i did top up via sbi anywhere app... Plz check the matter and refund my amount... Plz let me know where is my payment of 448 which i did via sbi anywhere app under tid uh55858026... As i havent get any benifit till now.
              I am attaching the message of sbi. As i have only this one... Becoz i havent receive any message from airtell
              Also the manager of the bank told me go file a complaint before that i cant do anything but even after filing complaints again and again i cant get any help from them my account is in sbi bank branch bari brahmana jammu coustmer name abiranjan singh...

                  I have received a mail confirmation from myntra towards issue of refund to my sbi bank account on cancellation of certain purchase order (The reference number along with the date of processing of refund is highlighted above).,

                  However, the amount is not yet credited in the bank account. Further, there is no resolution is being received from sbi and they are asking me to go to the home branch for the same which is located in different city.

                  Based on the above, request you for the resolution and credit of amount at the earliest.

                    I ordered a phone worth 6, 999 from amazon on 7th of october and used my sbi all visa debit card for the payment, on the same day i cancelled that order and the refund has been initiated from the amazon with a reference number which is-479530 but i haven't got my refund money of 6, 999 in my sbi account yet and haven't got any information yet regarding my refund status from sbi... Kindly help

                      It's been one month, i had take a sbi credit card (Prime), when sbi executive visited me for the card, he told me that there is no fee charged neither the monthly nor yearly, when first credit card statement comes, i was shocked, rs. 2999 is charged as annual fee, and rs 588 is charged as integrated taxon statement, these are hidden charges, i am not going to pay these hidden charges, please look into it, i also using icici credit card, no annual fee is being charged on this, please solve this as soon as possible, i am not going to pay this, i don't have that much money, my card number is [protected], my register mobile number is [protected], please help me.

                        Subject change of mobile number from old [protected] to new [protected]

                        Mobile [protected] of dr preeti singh dhoat was stollen at sgrc sbi vallah amritsar in front of navpreet kaur manager
                        But she refused to change or update new mobile number due to some unknown personal reasons

                        We have requested
                        Mrs navpreet kaur, manager at sbi sgrc vallah, amritsar, punjab 143001.
                        To update the stollen mobile (Number [protected]) in presence of the manager navpreet in the above said branch, in front of whom we have filled a complaint also. We have submitted a copy o[censored]pdating of mobile dully signed by the account holder i. E. Dr preeti singh dhoat to new mobile number [protected] and link the same with all accounts. But she refused to do so and waisted lot of time.
                        By all the misbehavior we have decided to close all our 4 accounts from her branch and transfer them to bank of maharashtra because of the managers misbehavior

                          Hi,

                          There is a property which is owned by my grandfather. He died due to illness. And there was a family dispute between my mom, dad and grandmother. Then we went to court asking property share.in the meantime my dad and grandma made the property to their name by fake signature of my grandpa who already died. Then they went to bank and took the loan without our consent and they didn’t bring to our notice that they took loan nor the bank. Now after taking loan they are absconding. And presently my mom and children are staying in that house. Now court also gave the judgement of property share to us. Now bank people came and asking us to repay the loan which they took and absconded. Now we don’t know what to do. Please suggest whether a bank can give loan to a property which is already in court?

                                    On 03/11/2018 at 12:21 pm received a call from [protected] saying that my debit card will be deactivated and 1270/- will be deducted from my account.
                                    I told him i will contact branch. After some time i called back to the same number and no one was receiving the call. I know it may be a fraud call. So i called sbi customer care [protected] around 1:13 pm and i told cc person to raise the complaint regarding this and he said there is no such option from their end and give a complaint in police station also i provided him the telephone number from which i received a call.
                                    Please do the needful.

                                      A refund of 10862 rupees was successfully processed on 23 october 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                        Did not provide information. When ask insulted me and told that she doesn’t know. How come a bank employee doesn’t know abt the bank details. Worst employee. Behaving very badly and rudely. No respect for the customers. There no such things as customer satisfaction in this bank. Thinking like then can behave as they want. Very poor approach. How can a employee insult a customer on asking information. Not at all professional. Other banks are far better then this. Please don’t appoint such people.
