The sbi branch at sector 14, gurgaon, lists landline number[protected] as its sole contact number. The bank staff refuse to give any other contact number, mobile or otherwise.

But this number is also used by the bank for fax, and is almost never accessible to the public. So, if a customer wants some simple information, s/he must personally visit the branch in these hot months at risk of suffering a heat stroke.

This is the ugly reality of the staff and the management of sbi, irrespective of their media publicity initiatives launched from time to time to present the image of a very customer friendly bank.

    Dear ma'm,

    This is to bring to your notice that i am your customer for last so many years in sbi cloth market indore branch (Branch code-30020).

    My a/c no. Is [protected] and i am the joint holder to my father mr abhay kothari.

    I had deposited a cheque in the branch for clearing (Cheque copy attached) which was of rs.100000/- drawn on icici bank rajwada p y road branch. Cheque no is 918693 dt. 13/04/2016.
    This same cheque got cleared for rs.10000/- in my a/c on 21/04/2016 (Copy of statement attached).

    As soon as we came to know about the same we went to the branch where the the staff found out the cheque which was actually amounting rs.100000/-.
    The mistake was found that the sbi claimed 10000/- for the cheque and icici too cleared the cheque by the same amount.
    We immediately gave a letter to the branch to get the credit of full amount.
    Next day the sbi staff might have produced a letter (Copy attached) to icici rajwada informing about the same and giving the credit of full amount.
    After that we contacted our party (Saurabh saree emporium) about the same then they informed that the wrong entry was reversed and correct entry was passed on 28/04/2016 by icici bank.

    Knowing this we kept following up with sbi to find out that where is the amount lying please credit it to our account. But they failed to do same till date.

    They also sent us to sbi py road branch for further follow-up or procedure but the staff of that branch also could'nt do anything till now.
    He just told us that he will call us as soon as he gets any clue of where the excess amount is lying.

    Please arrange to credit the full amount of the cheque (Rs.100000/-) asap to our a/c with interest as we were not at fault anywhere and still are suffering.

    Please debit any of your internal a/c or the a/c of staff at fault and credit my a/c immediately and then keep searching the excess amount for as long as you like.

      Mr. Ashoke kr. Sahoo working as a service manager in sbi haridevpur branch he doues not have any idea about customer service where he is allocated for the same. He harassed us for three hours to open an account after that when we replied for the same he said "if you want to open a account you have to open it like this or else do not open, we dont want a customer like you". I think he is representing sbi bank and being this kind of negative and unhealthy attitude towards the customer not accepted, even the brunch manager also does not have any control on that as he said go and complain who so ever you want. Kindly take immediate necessary action about this person for a long run of the organisation.

          I received a fake call from this phone number - [protected] on 16.05.15 they had to refund me rs. 5000/-againt my booked item of an air cooler in askme bazaar. So i gave my bank details and instead they have done a fraud transaction on my sbi debit card. They have created a fake state bank buddy account in my name and transferred rs 5000 from my sbi debit card. The amount has then been transferred to another account please help immediately.

            On 29th april 2016 i had applied for sbi credit card from tilak nagar branch new delhi through agent bhuender singh. I was promised that i will receive my credit card within a week.

            After making inquiry for delays i came to know that the agent bhupender singh was sacked and replaced by agent rajkumar who further asked me to contact his superior mr. Hemant nagar for facts regarding delays.

            Upon conversation with mr hemant nagar on 12th may 2016, i was informed that my application is received but was incomplete and i was asked to provide my office address and pan no. And was promised that i will get a verification call before card issuance within a day or two but whole week is about to complete and i am still awaiting for any positive developments. Please note that i have also not been provided with any application number or receipt.

            Kindly note that i fear identity theft as i am not able to get a positive response.

                      Sbi's new irctc sbi credit card has been a big pain for the new customers. The third party executives pestered for a very long period to take up the irctc sbi card. After having had the conversation, the very next day one of the executive walked to my office and completed the formality. After a couple of days they started to pester me to send my existing hdfc card details to get approval for my new card.
                      It was very unprofessional to insist the customer to send the hdfc details as images through whatsapp. Further, the executives pestered me for add-ons like accident coversage policy etc. However i clearly told them, i'm not interested.
                      So after a month now, i have a standing due of rs. 1500+, mind you i have not used a single rupee from the allowed credit. I have called the customer care many a times to cancel/deactivate my card.
                      Now, there is no show by your executives, dear sbi. However, they are literally after one's life before selling the product. Kindly revert back and cancel my account.

                        I had a tata credit card, which i got registered to in the month of feb 2013.
                        After that i changed my house from murugeshpalya, bangalore to bellandur, bangalore.
                        Since the credit card date expiry was in the same period, they sent me a new credit card. Now since my current address did not match the one registered there, i never received my card.
                        But till date i am receiving my credit card bill. I even wrote to the company that i dont have the credit card, how can they charge me and they did acknowledge that account is closed and there is no outstanding amount.
                        Even after that they kept on sending emails with amount due. They closed the account on 25/9/2015 but i am getting the credit card charges till date.

                        I don't know how much has this sabotaged my credit score and the amount of harassment these guys have done is beyond measurement.

                        I really would like them to stop and correct their systems. Also correct by cibil score rating by whatever percentage they have caused it to decline.

                            On 26 april i made three transactions of 15000, 15000 and 10000 . but when i counted i recieved all 1000 rupee note but one note of 500 rupee .. overall recieved 39500 instead of 40, 000 rupees. i called on toll free number and registered complaint but they said all three transactions were successful and documents send to branch regarding this.i visited twice in branch .. but the mamnger talked rudely and said do what ever u want to do . even he did not show me documents which were sent . i sent an apllication to regional office of sbi in lucknow but letter came back to my home.

                            When I am depositing money in a non home branch why inter city charges should be levied. After all in CBS all a/cs are in inter-net only. Instead of cashier at home branch another cashier is accepting the amount and crediting in the a/c. What is called any where banking? No other bank levies such a charge.

                                  I sumitra upendi a holder of sbi account no-[protected], while trying to pay for my amazon seller services, i made a transcation of rs 1969.00 on 07/03/2016 at 12:27:45 from my atm card twice and my money has been deducted second time but not credited to amazon seller service due to technical problem. So please refund my money as soon as possible. I already made complaint to sbi coustermer care they give time for return money about 45 days. But till now my money is not returned and they closed my complaint. They told me that my money is returned by my home branch.. So I consider there is some loop in sbi cc department. And i urge the cc customers not too share any sort o[censored]r cc/acc details with tele callers. Bank pupil never ask for card details. Please sbi cc team look at this.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      Already registered complaint on 1may but they are not solve my problem.
                                      According to my settlement later i had paid my all settlement amount in 7 (September 2015-march2016) emi till march 2016.
                                      I tried many times for noc but i don't got noc till today.
                                      My credit card details a/c details-

                                      Card no-[protected]
                                      So please provide me noc asap on my given email id.
                                      And why they are calling for payment.
                                      I got every day payment follow-up calls.
                                      O please stop following calls.

                                        Sir,
                                        On 7th may i contacted with ppf account dealing personal/incharge of sbi main branch ajmer branch code 603 regarding
                                        1. Nomination in my ppf a/c-instead of nomination he rudely asked to me that bring your old passbooks to check. I requested them to check in your record. And requested to make nomination by my wife. But they refused to do.
                                        2. I requested them to change my present address and then due to harrasment i asked to transfer my a/c for which i submitted application on 7th may16 with id proof to change the address.
                                        But without changing address they have transferred my a/c. You can verify my application in which i have mentioned for my address change with copy of address proof
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
