Dear
I have submitted a saving account opening form on 22nd april 2016 in sbi kakching branch manipur. After that i have visited 4 times and meet branch manager 3 times with regard to account opening. After repeated request they gave me account no on a piece of paper on 3rd may 2016 and ask me to get the passbook next day. But when i inquired next day they are asking me come in the evening again. Even after my 4th visit they can't complete the account opening process.
I don't know what's gonna happen.
I would like to get email id of the branch manager and the concerned authorities who can look into such matters.
I am just one of the applicant from hundreds of applicants.

I have SBI loan account in Nishatganj, Lucknow branch. My loan EMI is deducted twice in month Mar-16. I complained to customer care also and got Complaint No : CR[protected]. Same Complaint No is resolved but amount is not credited to my SBI account. So pls let me know how can i get amount back to my saving account.

    I sent Rs.151/- to BSNL on 21.04.2016 for recharge through Net-banking. The recharge was not done and the recharge amount was not received back to my account. My Transaction No. is [protected]FH9192719 dtd 21.04.2016.

      I transferred one payment to wrong SBI account number through IMPS from KOTAK BANK (A/C # - [protected] - Parmanand Chaudhary) and now I want credit back to my Kotak Bank and also want to know "Can be same account number for different 2 banks?" I contacted both bank and they denied to take complaint regarding this.And I have been struggling regarding this since 20th April. So I finally decided to complaint you. I hope you will fix my issue as soon as possible.

        I have made a complaint and the same was registered with Ticket No.HL[protected] on 3-5-2016 at 2.58 p.m. On the same day I received a message stating that my complaint was attended . resolved and resolved. But I regret to say that closing my complaint without resolving it is a kind cheating the customer.The person who talked to me for finding the details was very rude.I think he is from Golibar maidan branch.He doesn't know how to talk to a customer.First let the Bank authorities give training to their staff to know how to talk to a customer.
        Though I have closed the Housing loan account, the old person sitting in strong room was very careless, negligent and adamant and refused to return my housing loan documents.I am the customer of Golibar maidan branch from where I took my loan.They are responsible to return my documents.

          Dear sir,
          On 1 May 2016 I transfer 100 rupees to fill the CRPF form via internet banking. Through internet banking traction charges is nill but Next Day means 2 may 2016 extra 12 rupees has automatic deducted from my account

          My branch manager also not listen my problem

          Agar is tarah se balance katega to shayad mujhe SBI se Sara link hi htana pdega

            Respected sir, I had opened a Jhandhan Yojana account in your bank on 19th March 2016 and applied for the debit card. Today it's 3rd May and till now I have not got my debit card. I went to the bank and this to them, they gave me the speed post no.(AQ[protected]IN) and told me to check in Internet and when I searched it, it is not showing anything. So sir please do it as fast as possible.

              I wanted to open an account in Sbi branch noida and went on to fill the form for the same. The service of SBI is very lazy, it took 1 hour for the person to verify my document, don't know what he was looking for. They told me that the account will be opened within 8 hours. Now its been 7 days and the account is still not active. Went to the bank and I was surprised with their answer, they said the girl who will open your account is on leave and don't know when she will come. He also asked me to come after 2 or 3 days to confirm if she has returned or not.

              I have a bank account in two other banks but never witnessed this kind of craziness.

              I got a call from [protected] and he is telling that my card got blocked from SBI i need to give some details to get the new card... and i told him that don't call me again i will book a police case against this number..i know you are the fraud i said..then immediately he said go to hell and disconnected the call.

                I have SBI ATM Card of 19 digits and my ATM card start date is June 2010 so, out of 19 digits sbi ATM Card number which 16 numbers should I entered in pli premium payment online .secondly they ask for expiry date of my sbi ATM Card. Sbi ATM Card have only start date that is June 2010 .In sbi ATM Card there is no CVV do which no should I entered in pli online premium payment
                My sbi ATM Card have mentioned card number of 19 digits and star date is June 2010 these two things out of it I have to find 16 digits expiry date of card CVV number etc. please reply me as massage on mobile no [protected] if possible

                  As per my telephonic discussion with the CPP card protection representative that I am not interested in renewal CPP card protection but today i received transaction massage of of CPP renewal.
                  This transaction done without my authorization.

                  I want they will refund my money and cancel that transaction immediately.

                    I had buy a Sony back door panel worth of Rs.305 it receive but it come wrong item so I returned it. Amazon said to refund Rs.235 on 25th April 2016 but till now 2nd may It not reflect in my account, Amazon provide me a reference no. IG0BUMPYW0.                       Sir, i have purchased a item from amazon on emis from sbi cards. But in the next bill the whole amount was shown. I talked to customer care, who told me your card is blocked and deposit rs 5, 000, then left amount will be converted with in 10 days. I did that, but when i talked after next 10 days, i was asked to deposit rs1000. I deposit it and then i called the customer care and and i was asked to contact the amazon for that, i send the email received from amazon to the customer care and nodal officer. But after so many communications and fallow-ups the issue is still not resolved and my credit card bill is increasing, even it has been blocked by sbi.

                      Recently i had downloaded the buddy app. Following the basic activation process it showed my balance to be absolutely zero... Which is not the real scenario. I had tried many a thing within the app but nothing seems to work. Kindly help

                        It was a bad incident of yesterday evening at 5:40pm that i was withdrawing rs1000 at sbg atm efnj[protected] mayur vihar colony, bhopal.And then the atm machine replied that timeout and the amount not come from the machine.And in the registered mobile no, a msg had came of withdrawal and amount debited from my account.Sir consider my complain and credit the 1000 rs in my account as soon as possible.

                          I want to inform you that i had settlement of credit card no -[protected] in september 2015 and proper paid in 7 installment in march 2016.
                          Total settlment amount 61, 300 payable in 7 installment against the total amount 82, 666.22.
                          After that raised the request on - ([protected]@sbicard.com) for
                          Closer of credit card, issue for noc and update the cibil report.
                          But they are not given any response to me and i got every day following calls for payment from sbi credit card.
                          As of now i did not receive such letter or communication from their end. It became very difficult thing for me.
                          When i had paid complete settlement amount then why they are not able to provide noc to me.
                          And why they are calling for payment again and again on my mobile no.
                          Please do the needful..

                            Once I recieved credit card but I recieved with wrong name so the courier guy said name is not matching with the I'd proof you provided, so he said he cannot hand over the card to me. And said he will card back with correct name mentioning on top of the courier pack so I returned it, sbi customer care people called me for right name details and I have given the same a month ego but till now I have not recieved the card, I even don't know the number of credit card but I recieved 2 months bill statement to pay with late payment of rupees 200, without card number and details how should I pay the bill and why should I pay the late payment as this mistake was from their end
                            Sir please help me, if they delay like again I will get 3month bill also,
                            There is no direct number to complain whenever I call it ask for credit card number which I don't have

                              Pest the notice of possession of house by sbi, rasmecc cum sarc, jodhpur, detail of property is not matching as per notice pasted on the property, authority not listening the facts. Notice showing road in south, open land in west, but in actual and physically road is situated in east side of my house and there is no open land, i am registered owner of the house and have original patta of state time. Actually bank has not properly verified the property when given loan to the borrower dilip singh who also taken loan from other bank.

With reference to subject cited above i would like to inform you that my sbi debit account is deducted @rs 505.74/- for 3 consecutive times on 5th march 2016 at around 2.30 to 3pm during my online apjee form fill up despite my online application is unsuccessful..                                     Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    We have conducted POS transaction by swiping card for payments against delivery of product by flipkart on 17th April, 2016 for amount of Rs.18, 989/- wrongly against actual amount of Rs. 19, 990/- for the actual invoice value due to oversight. Since, flipkart demanded total re-imbursement in single tranaction, and instructions from its Accounts section, Reversal was done with VOID Transactions within few minutes from my remittance to flipkart for amount of Rs. 18, 989/-, which was duly certified by SBI through POS to said effects. After contacting Customer Care repeatedly to confirm reversal as well refering to checking statement of accounts for over 72 hours, it was not returned back to my accounts as well beneficiary FLIPKART is also not credited for same amount till date nor it is returned to my account till date.
                                    You are requested to please look into this issue on most priority and please arrange to credit either of this amount deducted from my accounts for payments made against purchase from FLIPKART.
