I am unable to do my payment through sbi debit card it is very urget i am tryng a lot but it show faled payment so i hope consumer complaint wil solve my problem as soon as possible . my contact no is [protected] i hope you will resolve my problem.....

Am an account holder of state bank of india (Sbi) of vilangan branch trissur district kerala.
I had given a request for changing my sms service mobile number on 16/04/16.Till now it is not activated.
When i called them for information regarding thus they took my call only once after trying so many times.
Now they are not even picking the phone callls.
I wonder how a bank can be so irresponsible.

Got a call for sbi credit card. I agree to the card.
Yesterday 18/04/2016 got my card which shows the credit limit is very less.

I did call to the person who had contacted me for the card . She is now saying we havent say that.

I dont understand if you guys cant fulfill your words that you promise, at least don't cheat customer.

Requesting you kindly cancel my credit...

Sir i want a loan under mudra yojana but unfortunately manger not supported for that and field officer name as subash chandara ratha behaved me very badly when i asked about mudra loan. My father in law holds SBI credit card number [protected].
At[protected] we got a call from unknown person(women) calling from SBI bank.
she cheated my old father in law who is not familier with internet transaction.
She cheated him by getting all the card details including OTP code to make online transaction saying that bank needs all these details to replace his existing card with a new having photo ID

This complaint I am referring is for Branch manager Neeru from safdarjung SBI branch.

3 months back I went to open an account for my sister and the attendant failed to open an account, he was skilled enough to do that and asked for additional documents. This a very sad customer experience.

I paid the entire pending amount on the card before closing the account. It was account closer from my side since no longer i wanted to use the card.

Today I fill form of crpf and made a payment of rs 112 from my corporation bank account but I have not got any message from crpf site as payment was not made but rs 112 was deducted from my account...

But i don't get cash and got a message on my about my withdrawal

I have placed a complaint regarding hacking of my debit card no[protected] on 11.04.2016. But it is regretted to note your message says that trader informed the receipt of amount and hence you have closed complaint without attending the cause.

It was expected that you will ask the trader to with hold delivery of goods and details of hacker for further action. At least it should have been realized...

I was using sbi credit card "[protected]" since last few years but due to some financial problem i was failed to pay the credit card amount due to which my you mark me defaulter in cibil.

But in feb'16 i have already cleared my all outstanding amount & on behalf of complete payment made i receive one letter from sbi that my cibil score will be cleared.

my acc no is [protected]in sbi dabauli kanpur, i am not withdrawl by atm. Amount shows in account Rs 8895 but this money is not withdraw from account. May be ATM is blocked or anything else. So many times I will try but result is negative....

I had deposited nps (Tier-1) contribution amount of rs.50000/- in my pran no.[protected] through cheque no.034523 dated 21/03/2016 in sbi nariman point branch, mumbai-400021 (Branch code.6846) vide their receipt no.[protected] dated 21/03/2016 and debited in my account on dated 23/03/2016. I've used SBI international debit card here in Sweden. on 2nd and 5th of march ive used their card in a petrol bunk for 100krona(800rs) each time. this bank has charged me 8200rs and 6500rs for those transactions.
I made complaints about this situation and they are least concerned to deal with my problem. I've submitted the bills as proof also. i don't know what to do with this problem...
