We had purchased 40 gms of gold, on 11/11/2012, invoices attached, when sbi was selling 999 carat gold bars.
We had kept these bars in our locker in sbi itself. Now we need to make some jewellery from those, we saw that these 20 gms bars are corroded and rusted. Attached are the photographs front and back of both the bars and invoices of the purchases made from sbi, as proof of purchase.
The 2 names purchases were made were:
Mrs. Ushma vora - 20 gms.
Mr. Vijay vora - 20 gms.
We have not even removed the packings in which they had sold us the bars, as you can see in the pictures.
Kindly help us exchange these degraded bars with original bars, as these are substandard and not 999 carats, so of no use to us. We have paid an overrated price for these.
Is this how sbi sells precious metals??

    Sir, I on behalf of submitted application form for neet 2 2016 vide Reg. No. 6013169 on 30/05/2016 and payment of fees of Rs. 1400 + bank charges -/- was made from my sbi master card debit card number [protected] of Tanur, malappuram district kerala state branch using online sbi net banking on 30/05/2016 at Transaction but no cofirmation page have yet been generated by AIPMT with a plea that payment not completed . On attempt for re-payment SBI shows a message as "A payment has already been made for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed."       Dear Sir
      I did two transactions with my SBI debit card at two non SBI ATM counters in Nashik road city for INR 2000/- but in the first transaction cash was not dispensed but money got deducted from my savings account.
      In second transaction which was done at a kotak mahindra bank ATM I got the required money from ATM.
      So for the money deducted for first transaction and
      Even after waiting for a general time period of 7 days money has not been refunded to my account no. [protected]
      Plz solve my query as soon as possible

An amounting to Rs 60.00 Approx, SBI, Jalgaon (Mah)(IFSC-SBIN0011515 and MICR No[protected] has been wrongly debited in my account. When depositer visit to Jalgaon branch, the Branch manager tell him "The above amount deducted as a commission of the bank.

        2. I requested you to please take a necessary action and credit my amount and reply on email ie. [protected]@rediffmail.com.

          I Have applied credit card in 1st week on march application no.[protected]. I have received pin but not the card. I have contacted customer care through phone and email services thrice, Everytime i contact them, there would be couple of cards and they would give me a 15 days deadline by which ill get my card. Same is going on but till now i havent received my card.
          other issue is without getting card, i got sms and email to pay the late payment fee

            My self k. Prakash reddy sbi bank holder. I had went to the sbi atm center located in nandyal at kurnool dist my father mistaken ly entered 40000 rs at a time but the atm machine did not accept then again he withdraw 10000 rs in same atm when he pint out the ministatement he observe that the 40000 rs had withdrawn from atm so i request you to please help us.

                Complaining about negative balance in my account

                Sir i am a customer of your sbi branch uttam nagar new delhi. Sir my accountvis showing negative balance, but i didn't take kind of loan or any other thing. I had only 1583 rupees in my account.please resolve it asap.i tried through customer care portal. Kindly suggest me what to do to resolve this problem. Do i have to visit xoncerning branch or it will solve out automatically....

                Dear sir,

                The branch manager of shanti nagar branch, nagpur is too rude while i was went in bank for collecting my atm pin i was given all my detail of account even i show them my atm card and my id proof also then also then deny to give my atm pin to me he use to say that you should have to carry your your passbook all the time this is your i card for entering the bank and he abussed also i don;t know how managers are sbi appointing in their reputed brand who don;t have sense to work or talk with customer.
                Kindly request you to take action on branch manager asap and train them also that how to behave with customer and rules & regulations of the bank.

                  Respected sir,

                  I went to bank about 11.30 today to deposit cheque of rs. 50, 000/- into my wife's account at sbi gaddianaram branch, hyderabad. As i could not find any deposit slips at the writing counter, then i asked a person who is sitting near pass book update machine & asked for deposit slips, who in turn gave rude reply that no cash deposit accepted, you have to go to atm machine for deposit cash. So told him that i have to deposit cheque not cash. He said collect from one counter. At the counter the madam asked the same. After my explanations she gave and i deposited the cheque at the box. Is there any such rule that we must deposit cash at atm. As the branch manager was not available in his cabin so i simply returned from the branch.

                  In my last complain i had requested to surprise visit to the branch. At about 13.33 i sent sms 'un happy' to [protected], but not received any call till now. I was trying to lodge complaint by sbi complaint form but it was not going.

                  I request you to kindly quote the rule on the above cash deposit at atm and is there any instructions to the staff not to accept cash deposit at the counters.

                          Let me start with apologies for not making out my Credit Card payments timely. I do not have card number with me. I had SBl Gold Credit card associated with
                          kumarra [protected]@gmail.com. last 4 digits would be 1444. on the name of Raj Kumar. contact no.. [protected].
                          Me and my wife have been getting harassment calls from SBl collection oepartmem. No just threatening calls but also abusive ones. Let me give your exact words:
                          Day 1:[protected]
                          Agent 1 (Hitesh): Tu ye bata bhosdike paise kab dega.
                          Me: Nahi dunga (l said this after listening abusive language)
                          Agent 1 (Hitesh): Nahi dega mat dega, teri Wife se baat karne ko mil raha hai kaafi hai, accha lagta hai baat
                          karna teri wife se.
                          Me: apni zabaan sambhal.
                          Day 2:[protected]
                          Agent 2 (Vikrant): Ma ‘am aap ye batao paise kab doge, aapke khasam ne aapki ayyashi me paise udaaye hain.
                          Wife: Please call my husband.
                          Me: Yaar aap log padhe likhe nahi ho kya, ye kya tarika hota hai baat karne ka. Main harassment ka case kar
                          sakta hun.
                          Agent 2 (Vikrant): Behenchod, Madarchodjo karna hai kar, mera naam Vikrant hai, 298, udhyog Vihar, Phase 3,
                          Gurgaon mera office hai, jo karna hai karle. Teri biwi ki choot phadunga tab para chalega, tere baski to hai
                          nahi uski faadna main fadunga.
                          Me: Blasted him with all the abuses Iknew.
                          I request you to stop them. l will be making payment of 51000 in ?ve EMls as discussed with one ofcustomer care executive who called me last week. Better you stop
                          them and take strict action against them or else I know the way to consumer court and police.

                                I Got One of the worst Bank SBI and their employee's attitude wow they feel god itself rude behavior with customer there is one or 2 deposit machine in Varanasi and all branches stop getting cash deposit from branch they said go for machine deposit, tell me why machine facility is given is it for customers or employees they once to said anything then they starts argued.then today money was blocked without any counting display due to machine failure once we complained then they said rudely and told us very wrong way.i feel so bad feel's to slapped him but control himself because he is senior guy's
                                His Name is Mahendra from SBI Assi varanasi UP branch. i hope sbi will recover with such kind of people who feel god himself once they sit on table someone told them there are lot's of brilliant guy's waited outside but they disappointed because of these kind of peoples.

                                  Sir, i reçeived a phone call at 16:13 pm (25/05/2016) on my mobile from a number [protected] a lady describing herself from the bank, she knew my name and she just told me that you are using a visa card, i just said what about that. She said well your existing visa card has been cancelled, dont use it, the new card will be send to you and she disconnected. Thinking about the call and i felt suspicious because the bank never calls for such reasons and the lady knew my name. The first thing i did is, i called back on that number. It rang and rang but nobody responded. The imediate action there after i took was, that i called the sbi branch, dandia bazaar, vadodara,[protected] and talked to the bank representative about the cal i received, he asked me whether the lady asked me anything else, i said no she didn't. The bank representative told me that there is nothing like that, it is just a prank call & please dont provide any details to such fradulant calls, he asked me my account number to confirm whether anything is wrong or not. He confirmed that things were alright and the call was disconnected.
                                  The last thing i did was, i checked the number from which i received the prank call in the true caller and to the surprise it showed the user as sbi, delhi. I agained dialed the number and try to see if any one responds to it, but found the number to be ringing and ringing but no reply.
                                  So, my complaint is that necessary action should be taken against this kind of incidents because the so called sbi, delhi number had more the 100 spams reported for the same number. And since the number is ringing after dialing, it is trackable. Please do the needful asap.

                                  The description was very simple, i called the bank and personally spoke to the person in the bank about the incident. the person in the bank just told me clearly that the bank or the employee of the bank never ask for such information and if they do. then it is sent through post to your residence. if there is any thing for which they want you in the bank, the postal message comes to the residence, reading that you can directly communicate with the bank and resolve the matter. nothing much just the bank gave me the assurance that nobody from bank has called you and its a prank call, They clearly mentioned that such calls are never made through bank and if you receive any such calls never provide your account number and card number, no matter what. call the bank for confirmation.

                                    My name is dilip prashar.I went to state bank for print my father's passbook. I start waiting in line at 11:00 am.my number was in line is 10th.till 11:45 am my passbook did not print. Because the employee mr vinod kumar who supose to print he took passbook feom inside his know personels. When the people start making a noice against him then he left his seat and told us go to the manager i will not print .go where you want to go. Then every one who was standing in the line, everybody went to the manager mr kamboj. He just say be calm he shoud for tiolet or drinking water.but mr. Vinod kumar was sitted outside the managers office untill managers came out to see him.when manager come down to stairs mr vinod was sitted his own seat.to shoing manager he was doing work. And the manager also said he is doing his work he did not say anything.alse.(note)manager have cctv camera he already saw him what he did.If we don'have a right to say against someone government employee doing wrong. Then government has to do, just print a note nobody say anything about anything . Government employee doing some work or not public don't have a right to say anything.

                                      I am using Mobile banking of state bank of india.its happening twice with me i make recharge amount deducted from my bank account & recharge had not done.I make a complaint to sbi customer support but they told me their was no such transication i.d available so no refund is provided to you.I have statement of bank with the transication i.d that is a proof of my recharge and deduction.
                                      I mailed many time on mb.[protected]@sbi.co.in no response is from there.
