Dear Sir,
I Got One of the worst Bank SBI and their employee's attitude wow they feel god itself rude behavior with customer there is one or 2 deposit machine in Varanasi and all branches stop getting cash deposit from branch they said go for machine deposit, tell me why machine facility is given is it for customers or employees they once to said anything then they starts argued.then today money was blocked without any counting display due to machine failure once we complained then they said rudely and told us very wrong way.i feel so bad feel's to slapped him but control himself because he is senior guy's
His Name is Mahendra from SBI Assi varanasi UP branch. i hope sbi will recover with such kind of people who feel god himself once they sit on table someone told them there are lot's of brilliant guy's waited outside but they disappointed because of these kind of peoples.

    Sir, i reçeived a phone call at 16:13 pm (25/05/2016) on my mobile from a number [protected] a lady describing herself from the bank, she knew my name and she just told me that you are using a visa card, i just said what about that. She said well your existing visa card has been cancelled, dont use it, the new card will be send to you and she disconnected. Thinking about the call and i felt suspicious because the bank never calls for such reasons and the lady knew my name. The first thing i did is, i called back on that number. It rang and rang but nobody responded. The imediate action there after i took was, that i called the sbi branch, dandia bazaar, vadodara,[protected] and talked to the bank representative about the cal i received, he asked me whether the lady asked me anything else, i said no she didn't. The bank representative told me that there is nothing like that, it is just a prank call & please dont provide any details to such fradulant calls, he asked me my account number to confirm whether anything is wrong or not. He confirmed that things were alright and the call was disconnected.
    The last thing i did was, i checked the number from which i received the prank call in the true caller and to the surprise it showed the user as sbi, delhi. I agained dialed the number and try to see if any one responds to it, but found the number to be ringing and ringing but no reply.
    So, my complaint is that necessary action should be taken against this kind of incidents because the so called sbi, delhi number had more the 100 spams reported for the same number. And since the number is ringing after dialing, it is trackable. Please do the needful asap.

    The description was very simple, i called the bank and personally spoke to the person in the bank about the incident. the person in the bank just told me clearly that the bank or the employee of the bank never ask for such information and if they do. then it is sent through post to your residence. if there is any thing for which they want you in the bank, the postal message comes to the residence, reading that you can directly communicate with the bank and resolve the matter. nothing much just the bank gave me the assurance that nobody from bank has called you and its a prank call, They clearly mentioned that such calls are never made through bank and if you receive any such calls never provide your account number and card number, no matter what. call the bank for confirmation.

      My name is dilip prashar.I went to state bank for print my father's passbook. I start waiting in line at 11:00 am.my number was in line is 10th.till 11:45 am my passbook did not print. Because the employee mr vinod kumar who supose to print he took passbook feom inside his know personels. When the people start making a noice against him then he left his seat and told us go to the manager i will not print .go where you want to go. Then every one who was standing in the line, everybody went to the manager mr kamboj. He just say be calm he shoud for tiolet or drinking water.but mr. Vinod kumar was sitted outside the managers office untill managers came out to see him.when manager come down to stairs mr vinod was sitted his own seat.to shoing manager he was doing work. And the manager also said he is doing his work he did not say anything.alse.(note)manager have cctv camera he already saw him what he did.If we don'have a right to say against someone government employee doing wrong. Then government has to do, just print a note nobody say anything about anything . Government employee doing some work or not public don't have a right to say anything.

        I am using Mobile banking of state bank of india.its happening twice with me i make recharge amount deducted from my bank account & recharge had not done.I make a complaint to sbi customer support but they told me their was no such transication i.d available so no refund is provided to you.I have statement of bank with the transication i.d that is a proof of my recharge and deduction.
        I mailed many time on mb.[protected]@sbi.co.in no response is from there.
        Customer care provides me wrong email i.d or contact no. from where i won't get any response.

          Yesterday[protected] I transferred money through my SBI VISA card but today[protected] such transaction is not done as it shows "your mobile no is not registered for e-commerce".
          But I got SMS(s) for every transaction I performed including OTP(s) till the very last day[protected].
          In this circumstances, I am getting troubled to transact my fees to UPSC exam having its deadline on[protected].

            I have availed an education loan from sbi pudukkottai during 2005 and remitted interest regularly.As per their condition i have to pay rs 1610 as interest and i paid.But they have charged more than rs 2300 to my educational loan account.But i paid everymonth rs 2500 to my sb account.They debited only 1610 from my sb account.I came to know onlly during 2010 and from then on i send emails to them But i got no reply.As i have not received any reply i stopped reming any amount from 2012.In the meantime they instructed me to attend the lokadalat during 2015 and i attended it.There i informed them that i will repay rs 2 laksh as OTS.But the manager refused and also they have not recorded it.Now they have transferred the entire loan to relliance arc.As per SARFASI ACT they can transfere only secured loans.How can they transfer a unsecured loan?

              Sir i have applied online to open my bank a/c in Sbi yamuna vihar branch. when i went to there along with my documents to open my a/c, they replied negatively & replied they will not open my a/c
              they asked to go there another branch
              is there any rule that we can open our a/c in nearby branch only
              service manager is not suitable for that post also
              He replies very rudely like "jo skta h wo kar..i will not open your a/c"when i asked to write this that you will not open my a/c in your branch
              He replies arrogantly
              plz help me in opening my a/c in that branch only

              they want to avoid extra workload for their sake only...they don't care about customers especially sbi yamuna vihar
              & also they have so called service manager whose motive only talk rudely & unprofessionally..

              i m very disappointed
              i need my sbi a/c because when i apply ssc or upsc competition exams then i have to go sbi branch to pay exam fees
              & sbi is very largest public sector bank in india...this kind of behaviour hurts us

              please help us to sort out this issue

                Sir, "sbiepay.com"is not working at all. i am trying to fill THE formS of SBI P.O 2016 from last three days but site is lagging too much that i even able to open tha page . sir sbi po is my dream job, such incidents never occurred before.please kindly do something on this issue or extend SBI P.O 2016 date, so that student can move their 1st step towards their destiny.

                  I am unable to make payment for the sbi po examination.
                  After i click on the "check your previous transaction" button the page freezes
                  Please help and guide... How should i go about completing the registration as today is the last day for paying the required amount for the registration.

                    I am a salary accont holder of the SBI Rajnagar branch, SBIN0003080, I had previously a Gold Card, against my account which was also an international atm cum debit card but after losing, blocking and applying for a new atm card I got a Classic atm card with less facilities that were provided earlier. Can I not get my GOLD Card facility as before as I am having some trouble with it.

                        I went to a sbi branch in muzaffarnagar, uttarpradesh for getting education loan and the sbi manager was very disinterested regarding that. He didn't even pay attention moreover when i tried to enquire regarding the loan, he asketo contact the branch of sbi in which my father's monthly salary is received, i didn't understand why that happened but then i went to the respective branch, they too had the same behaviour and they asked us to contact our nearest sbi branch, due to the position i was in, i went to my nearest branch where the loan officer was on leave... This mail is jst to know what do u people believe should students like me do? Should we give up on studies or should we keep on going to all the branches of sbi in our towns? I request u to look into the matter n make sure that either some action is taken against those managers or my loan should b sanctioned...

                          Hi, my complain is this i made a demand draft (711873) on 21 feb. 2016 in favour of director of iittm gwalior but they returned my draft with a letter and ask for re-valid it from branch but when i went to bank re-valid it they were saying they need approval from the bank of the institute and than tried to talk mr. Balram mehra manager of the branch when i asked permission to come in the office his behavior was very rude and he was shouting on me, i am the loyal customer of the bank and i am not happy with customer service of bank staff also manager.

                          Tundla (Branch code - 007279) sbi bank manager behavior is very rudely towards customer. He dnt know how to talk with everyone. He is using very bad language and threatening me. This is not at all fair to deal with customers with such a worst behavior and careless word. Please its a request take strict action towards him. Many people are closed account in state bank of india barotha. Please do need full.

                            I have deposited a cheque (Cheque number - [protected]) of amount inr 55, 00, 000 (Fifty five lakhs) issued by icici bank, mumbai, favoring me, (Account number -[protected]) on 19th may 2016 at sbi greenfields colony, faridabad branch.
                            But, i have received a message – ‘chq no – [protected] for inr 55, 000 (Fifty five thousand) issued from account xxxxx817253 dishonored. Chrg inr 171.75 deducted.’ it is a completely mindless accusation that i give a cheque to myself, with to and from accounts same, that gets dishonored and sbi charges a fine on that.

                            This error cancels the registry of property deal resulting in serious mental harassment to the parties involved. A mistake at your end has maligned my image. Furthermore, icici bank and myself would claim compensation for vindictive damage and mental harassment caused by this blunder.

                            When requested to the bank officials that please let me know how you are going to compensate for the grievous damage caused to my honor at the earliest. I have been told rs.172 will be refunded to you which we had deducted from your account and that too without saying sorry and also they have not mentioned anything on crediting 3 days interest that i would have got if the amount was credited to my account on 21st. Hence, request you to kindly take necessary action so that i will receive the 3 days interest along with the penalty charges that got debited from my account.

                              On 21st may 3.41pm i went to sbi palakol branch (Sbin0000892)
                              For depositing money (7500/-) seven thousand five hundred rupees through cash deposit machine, when i put the cash in deposit machine after counting money the machine struced. I met branch manager immediately and explain the situation of deposit machine failure. They were not responding very irresponsible

                                Status of sbi po form still shows unpaid

                                I have applied for sbi po and my payment amount of rs 613.74 has been deducted from my account on 20/05/16 but did not get any mail regarding fees received. Whenever i do login into my account payment page opens again n again. What to do. Nothing like this happened before but this time ur service is raly bad.
                                Plz sir reply m asap!!!

                                I have done one transaction of atm but after that there was another transaction done on my atm card of rs10022.90 but no message received for this transaction even when i tried to logged complaint at branch then they said that we can't help even when i tried to contact customer care department then they said we have shared relevant document but they haven't shared any info.

                                I feel personally nobody is ready to share atm video of this transaction.

                                  I have been using SBI credit card for more than 4 years now. They have mentioned that on every renewal they would provide me a gift voucher worth Rs.3000 from their partners. I had requested a voucher for Rs.3000 from Jabong.com. I first requested this in January after my renewal but I have not received my voucher yet. In the meantime after multiple follow ups with them over the internet/phone and social media, they sent me a voucher from lifestyle stores for Rs.3000 on March 17th 2016. When tried using the voucher in lifestyle stores on 15 may 2016, they informed me that the voucher is invalid. I would like to get appropriate compensation for all the issues they caused and the physical and mental torture I have gone through because of this.

                                    I am trying to download my admit card and exam is tomorrow but site(www.sbi.co.in) is down, i am fed up with this, what the hell is happening, i seriously don't understand.there are many like me who are also suffering for this irresponsibility of sbi. I don't know what will happen to sbi if the site will be down till tomorrow, u will ruin the career of thousands.I want a clear info regarding.

                                      I have dropped an account payee Govt. cheque of Rs. 22729/- on 16.02.2016 but yet it has not been cashed from the Basirhat SBI Branch North 24 pargans.

                                      Now what to do? How can I collect the amount in my Account immediately. SBI Baguati Branch taking no positive initiative in this case.
