I, the undersigned is a account holder jointly with my mother at the SBI/Halderdighi Br( RTGS-SBIN0009136) .Recently due to very urgent need of money, a cheque bearing no.117607 dt.21/05/2016 was issued by my mother Smt Shanti Karak( who is 76 yrs old, residing at Jhakra, Midnapur west) in f/o my wife Smt Tapati Karak amounting to Rs 1, 90, 000/- at my consent which was placed by me at the Axis Bank, Benachity Bazar Br for credit of the amount in my A/C no. [protected] jointly with my wife. But same was returned by the SBI/Durgapur Br (RTGS-SBIN0014877) repeatedly in a fake reason that “confirmation is awaited, present again” and finally it has been rejected to be en-cashed. As such I have been suffered not only a Personal loss of 10, 000/- but also a great mental agony, de-famatory feeling and harassment as well. Sir, security of the customer is always appreciable but here, it is intended to harass a customer in the name of security. Who will compensate my such personnel loss. You are, therefore, requested to take necessary action against it, so that no customer can be deprived o[censored]tilizing his money in time in future. I am also bound to submit my complain at other channels/ Forums also.

    I am customer of SBI with more than 20 years. Today at 10.10 A.M I went to SBI branch Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur to deposit money. In the Branch both the Swap Machine was not working. I was told to go to ATM and deposit the money which was adjacent to the Branch . Ther I was in standing in Que after two persons. When I started deposit money two staff came from that Branch and told me to go out because they have to do some work in machine.
    I told them that I have some urgent work and please allow me to deposit money. But they told me to get out of ATM.
    This behavior by staff is not acceptable because I was waiting for 15 minutes . I went to Branch Manager but he also not cooperated with me and I returned without depositing money.You can see your video recording of Branch and ATM.

      Sir,
      I had to take VRS following harassment meted out to me by three branch managers on the pretext of keys. I worked as a Joint custodian at sbi Bodeli and Pavi jetpur branch of Baroda Region VI, I was also a sportsman but whenever I had applied for leave and proceeded on leave I was issued memos and threatened to dismiss my services. I was not approved my car loan by AGM Gupta RBO III (previous) and Nitin Shah HR Manager without any reasons and my request to borrow it from other FI was neither approved nor rejected and I had to borrow loan from ICICI Bank Ltd in the name of my wife, depriving me of Petrol allowance for almost12 months and concessional staff rate.

      I have worked with all devotion and integrity and thereby I was awarded an appreciation letter at Pavi Jetpur branch. Under the circumstances I was working was not comfortable and always worked under tension since my promotion. The circumstances compelled me to opt for VRS, following harassment by three BMs viz., Bhailal Vanani, Rajeev Ranjan, & Maheshbhai Bhavsar, which resulted in forcing me to take VRS, even though I could not complete 30 years of confirm job in the bank.

      After VRS the harassment continuous to follow me. The BM neither reimburse by transportation bill dated 7/2/2016, till writing this, nor he released my STDRs of Rs.14, 00, 000/- on the pretext of HTL to be recovered from my retired benefits. The process of converting HTL from staff to commercial loan has been applied for and under process and expected to be approved soon after 4 months from the date of my VRS i.e. 31/01/2016. This has resulted me in loss as I could not invest the said amount in a proper manner. My thousand request to release the fund has felt on deaf ears of the BM. The BM Mr Mahashbhai N Bhavsar seems to have prejudice with me and non-cooperating me. He has not spared a single employee of Pavi branch, and harassing each and every employee of the branch. He is working like damaging the prestige of branch and the institute. He has never co-operated any of the staff and always delayed all the possible benefit to staff.

      Please arrange to get my STDR of Rs.14, 00, 000/- released soon and transfer to my account. Please treat the matter as MOST URGENT and if not please ask the BM to resign from the post soon.

          I have deposits a cheque of canara bank in my SBI(Barhaj Deoria) account on 5th May 2016. And my cheque not cleared until 2nd June.There is no positive response provided by branch manager of Sbi barhaj. He throw my application & receipt on body and told to me i am not responsible for your cheque.This shows total misbehaving. This is not good attitude for any customer. I hope you are understand my problem. Please under stand my problem sir and take strict decesion.

            Very Bad service. Officers are like owners of the Branch, after asking for information they will react like you are no-one also they will treat you like uneducated. After 30 minutes of asking they gave me very little information regarding reissue of a new ATM PIN. Already I have submitted 3 times for PIN still didn't get the PIN from the branch. Very horrible service, never expected from SBI.

            Please Investigate on this. Hope other peoples are also facing same problems everyday in that particular Branch. Solution/Action expected as soon as possible.

              Dear sir,

              Drawing your poignant attention i would like to bring your notice to the fact that i, doel mitra, a government of west bengal enterprise employee, had applied for a loan in the year 2015 to the bikash bhawan goc branch, salt lake kolkata.
              The total cost of my property (Which is situated at vivekanandapally, south dumdum, kolkata-65) is rs. 13, 20, 000/-. When i applied for house building loan i submitted all the necessary documents to the aforementioned bank branch. My net salary was then rs. 21212/-. The chief manager, sri dheeraj jha assured me i will get approx rs. 10, 00, 000/- as hbl amount. But, after documentation was done and we came to know that the loan amount sanctioned was rs. 738000/- and sbi life insurance amounting to rs. 24000/- and my hbl account was also created bearing no. [protected].

              The documentation, in the racpc, bidhannagar, salt lake, was done by sri goutam roy on 29.03.2016. I submitted all the money receipts, necessary cheques and other documents they wanted from me on the same date i. E. On 29.03.2016. But surprisingly, after 3 months have elapsed, now on 31.05.2016 i visited the racpc, bidhannagar and he (Goutam roy) is saying that he is not handling the case now. The case is now handled by smt. Shubhra dey.

              Now, she is saying she has to go through the file from beginning as she was not handling the case and she was not aware of the case too. Then who, in original, is handling my case??? And to whom i would discuss the do's and don'ts. My hbl has already been sanctioned but she did not know anything about that, how it can be possible??? Does it mean that they are not at all interested to provide me my hbl which is already sanctioned???

              In this context, i would also like to apprise you that sir, she is now saying about interim security for part payment, which was not previously informed by sri goutam roy on 29.03.2016 (The date of documentation).

              Now, sir they apprised me that i have to deposit 30% of the loan amount (Approx. Rs. 2, 21, 400/-) as interim security, which is not possible for me at this stage because i have to pay the margin money amount of rs. 5, 82, 000/- and the cost of registration also because bank is not providing the entire loan amount.

              Sir, they are saying that if part payment is done amounting to rs. 4, 00, 000/- they will deduct the full emi from my salary from the next month. Then sir why do i take loan from your bank? I am aggrieved of the harassment they are doing on me and also they are not responding me as well. I am just fade up of doing all these.

              So, therefore, i request to kindly take into consideration of the above said matter or i will be compelled to cancel my h. B loan.

              Sir, i am a simple salaried woman, and my father is a pension holder, my mother is a housewife and i am the only offspring of my parents then how could i take the responsibility of paying such a huge amount of (Rs. 582000/- and rs. 2, 21400/-) also my emi will be deducted (Rs. 6408/- per month) as well. If i knew these kind of harassment i have to face in every step, i did never take a chance to take house building loan from state bank of india. Because i also did not get my desired loan amount which was rs. 900000/- approx. But when the loan sanctioned amounting to rs. 7, 38, 000/-, i prepared myself that i have to pay the rest amount (In which i have already paid rs. 364000/-). Now, if the extra rs. 221400/- will be added to this i could not manage to do that.

              So, sir you are requested either to look into the matter or cancel my hb loan amount as sanctioned as this will be of no use, because if i can pay (Rs. 582000/- and rs. 2, 21400/-) =rs. 803400/- then i could manage myself to pay rest rs. 738000/- too. But i would like to apprise you that i did not think that a brand name like state bank of india can do this type of harassment to its clients. I will take loan from other bank like united bank of india which is also tied up bank with our office but also it is a fact that, i never suggest any of my people in my circle to take a chance to get their h b loan from a bank like state bank of india.

              Sir, we take home loan to build our small dreams but now i can see to fulfill my dream i have harassed so much like never before. Therefore, you are requested to kindly take necessary action in this regard and oblige.

                To Whomsoever it concerns,

                I have spoken to your agents Rajesh and Subjit with regards to my SBI credit card that was given to me under false commitments. Your agents were at Amanora Mall where I was asked to fill out the form for a credit card. I have an existing HDFC credit card with a limit of Rs.65, 000. The agents Rajesh/Subjit promised me a limit between 1 lac - 4 lac on basis of my existing HDFC credit card. Agents cannot promise a limit which is why I asked them twice and they were sure of it as I already had a card with a limit of Rs.65, 000.

                Post verification, I received a call which pitched in for CPP (Card Protection Plan) worth Rs.1, 599.00. I did ask them what my limit is, however they said they did not know and gave me another number to call to check it, but wanted to confirm if I wanted the CPP first, which I agreed to, keeping in mind the promised limit. However, the card that i have received has a limit of Rs.30, 000 which is unacceptable.

                I received a call after 2 days from SBI and I informed them of this and raised a complaint for which I still have not received any complaint number. I have tried calling the customer care several times to check the status, however there seems to be no option to speak to a customer care representative.

                I contacted Subjit on 23/May/2016 and discussed the above and they were shocked on how I got a limit of Rs.30, 000. Subjit said that maybe my cibil was low. (I have closed 1 bike loan, have 1 personal loan and another bike loan plus HDFC credit card payments all without defaults) So I am not sure if he even knows anything. I have now been charged Rs.1, 599.00 for CPP and around Rs.500.00 for my card that apparently was free, totaling to a bill of Rs.2, 100.00 before I could even use my card.

                I then contacted Rajesh on 23/May/2016 and advised him of the above. He told me not to pay the amount and that the amount can be reversed and he will look into it. He also told me that the limit can be increased.

                Again I never received any notification or SMS for my complaint.

                After 7 working days, I tried calling Rajesh again on 01/June/2016, however now he refuses to answer my call.

                This type of service is not expected from such a reputed bank. I now have a bill of Rs.2, 100.00 to pay which I never used and nor was reversed and have a card with a limit of Rs.30, 000.00

                Resolution :- I would like the bank to reverse these charges as I am not going to pay Rs.1, 599.00 for card protection with a limit of Rs.30, 000.00 which is ridiculous nor Rs.500.00 for the card that was supposed to be free.

                  I used my SBI ATM card to withdraw Rs. 25000 /- at SBI ATM (Krushana nagar, Ahmedabad) on 20/05/2016 at 22:01. but only 21500 Rs dispensed from ATM and Rs.25000 was debited from my account even though i did not get the sufficient cash. very worst response from BANK. then after i have further tried to withdraw another transaction but get msg " Unable to dispensed amount" (cash are not available in ATM) als i have booked complaint .. below is my complaint number.

                    I have deposited the 1000rs on 26 May 2016. However I have checked Mini-Statment and it is SHOWING 1000RS CASH DEPOSITED. When I click on withdrawal button so there is a ERROR"Insufficent fund" Because the amount is only showing 40.16 not the whole amount and I am facing this issue last 5-6 days.

                    I really disappointed.

                      Sir, i want to bring it to your kind notice that on 06/01/2016 i received a call from the no :[protected] and his name is sudhesh kumar (He told me his personnal number also [protected]) conforming that i am calling on behalf of sbi credit card division. You are using our credit card and having maintained a good track record of your credit card and having earned reward points in your account, on the basis of which our company has decided to issue one more card absolutely free of cost known as world discount card kindly confirm the particulars printed on your existing credit card because on new card the data must be same as printed on your existing credit card.In this way he obtained all particulars from me on phone. When i tried to refuse him by saying that why i should tell you my confidential details he further stated that for matching your particulars i am sending you a six digit number on your phone. He send this six digit number on my phone and ask me to confirm the same. He further confirmed that no charges will be debited to your credit card account or no rewads points will be redeemed against this transaction. Immediately i got a message on my phone that rs 7839/- was spend on your sbi credit card on 06/05/2016 at shopzapos_epaykerela sbipg in. When i object about this he said it will not possible to revert money to my account.
                      I immediately report this matter to sbi customer center and they said the transaction has been done and they are saying that transaction has been already done and we can not do anything for this.
                      Those people are still receiving calls but no one is ready to take against them.

                      Sir the same thing happened to me, even I was cheated for 7839/- on 25th July 2016. I have raised a complaint with your Customer care team and they told that this case has been given to your investigating team to probe.

                      I got a call on 25th July 2016 by land line no 011_6507088 / 011_[protected] / 011_[protected] and was told that my present card will be stopped, so they are issuing me a new credit card in which they will give medical benefit to my entire family, rest all story as above for which they needed to cross verify my details, I thought that it's an call from respective authority so I shared my details, and got a lesson that I would have been little cautious, as I also work in same syndicate even then I was cheated by them.

                      Please consider this as an complaint and block my card in future also now I don't required it, I know that Credit card is useful but if such thing happens then what is the use of it. Previously as many people have complaint you regarding such type of cases then is it not your responsibility to stop the payment for "Shopzapos_EpayKerela" there are many who have been cheated so it's an humble request please boycott this web-site.

                      As I am using Credit card from last 12 years with other banks but such type of illicit actives have not happened to my other card. I would suggest you that to my other card I have an verbal password, so when ever my banker's want to speak he has to say that password to me only then I respond to them for any transaction. Password for eg "Charley" so that I as an customer, recognize and is confirmed that it's an call from by respective Bankers.

                      Lastly I wanted to say that I have converted 7839/- into EMI and this is the last transaction for your Card as I re-pay I will stop your Card because I thing that your Bank is not suitable for Public Trust.

                      Know my question which you have to answer as under :

                      1) When you'll are knowing that the transaction which was made from my Card on[protected] is illicit then why you'll gave payment to Mercantile Banker, as with above said web-site many have been cheated.

                      2) Before blocking my card was not your responsibility to call me and intimate the things.

                      Hoping that for above said complaint you will be taking action on priority. So that more people will never be cheated. Sir I understand that it is an Cyber crime but even then I have lost faith on you.

                        fas gaya or usme time out likhkar aa gaya. Iske complain mene branch me ki
                        the but bank staff dawara mere samasya ka samadhan nh kiya ja raha hai
                        .bank cashier se sikayat ki to unhone kaha mujhe time nh mila bahut kam hai
                        mere paas jab time melega to dekh luga . Or branch maneger se sikayat ki to
                        unhone koi response nh diya .
                        Sir kirpaya mera pesa mujhe lotane ki kirpa kare or bank staff ko
                        customers behavior ki training dene ki kirpa kare . Jisse wo customers ki
                        problem ko samajh sake aap ki ati kirpa hogi.

                            I am subedar krishan kumar my account no [protected] in hisar cantt branch (Branch my amount through atm (Amount rs. 10000 and the transaction id: 8701) but at that same place for 30 minutes, after few days i have checked my passbook but amount credit in account. So i have raised a complaint again this (Complain no; at[protected] side and also complain is closed. For this i have also visited hisar cantt branch on 30 my deducted amount is credit in my account as soon as possible.

                              I Ashok kumar, have visited the sbi branch at nuh where my current account is running from past more than 10 years on dated[protected] for a simple transfer from one account to another.
                              My account name is - M/s Nanak Chand Ashok Kumar.

                              But the branch officials namely rajesh kumar Chaudhary and ravi kumar sending me here and there for the transaction for more than 60 minutes and wasted my precious time. After asking them, they behaved very rudely with me and snatched my hand and say that go to another bank, we will make your transfer or drop your cheque into the drop box.
                              When I have asked them cheque of other banks are to be dropped in the Dropbox, inter bank transfer cheque are not to be dropped into it, it should be direct transfer. Then these officials very rudely behaved with me and said very bad words to me in front of many public which has hurts me a lot of self respect as I am a regular customer of the bank with over Rs 1.00 crore transaction in my account yearly.

                              After this I have complained about it to the branch manager, then he gives me a reply that anyone cannot bear is that go and complaint to any place, there will be nothing action taken against my officials.

                              After both of the matters I made a complaint about this to sbi complaint online portal, with complaint ticket no .OP[protected].but after 1 day the bank closed my complaint without asking me for the resolution and without my satisfaction.
                              Therefore I am kindly requesting before you to take the necessary and suitable action against all of the officials detailed in this matter.

                                Some unauthorized persons posing as sbi officials belonging to debit & credit cards department of sbi called from mobile nos.. [protected] & [protected] first on 04.05.2016 and again on 19.05.2016 for the purpose of verification of my atm card in connection with issue of fresh atm card.In this process the impostor had access to my atm card number and was able to generate otp for completing his on line transactions.In this manner the above impostor completed online transactions worth of rs. 21, 000.

                                        I m having saving account in sbi ranjhi branch, jabalpur. I want to close it and already applied for closure of an account due to ridiculous and rude behaviour of employees. They not even answer the questions properly, not listen the queries, and make us run here and there.4 days before i applied for closure of my account and transfer the balance money, but yet no action have taken, the work is very irregular. They always excuse, that they don't have resources and have less employee. Not happy with the service of sbi at all.
