As i visited many times in my nearest sbi home branch (Code 07096). The sbi employees who are represent their self as a customer assistance but they were not providing proper service on the other hand they had busy in their personal work (Like calling, gossip, & etc) so its my request to take some required changes and improve services in a quick way. Because i don't think so their personal work is much more important than their consumers...

In quikr website i saw add sbi jobs work form home under jobs section. I applied and they responded asking my address and told i need to pay 2100rs so that i will get working kit/ bsnl sim card/memory. I got vp post saying i need to pay 2100 rs. I paid thinking it is working kit.In that 3 blank papers are there and 1 letter saying to confirm your address we sent this. Now you will get your working kit through courier and call to this number...

I want to inform the senior authorities of state bank of india about the increase in mismanagement in their branches. Today i went to the bank for the opening of my account. I have done online purchase for rs 1378 but money gateway failed due to which money haven't reach to merchant, in such situations money should revert back within 7 days other wise i can log a complaint against bank in consumer forum.

I have logged so many complaints in sbi but nobody is taking it seriously or entertaining my complaints and without any notifications and confirmation they are closing my complaint tickets..!!!...

I got registered with sbi by paying 2500rs. And later mr. Sanjay sent me an email stating to pay more 7200 out of which 7000 would be rufundable in 24hrs.. I asked them what is the reason to pay but they told me that these are company rules. And also told me that the company would be providing me laptop, printer, mobile with 1lakh amount of which i am suppose to buy these objects first. So i'm scared and watched in internet about this company...

The sbi branch at sector 14, gurgaon, lists landline number[protected] as its sole contact number. The bank staff refuse to give any other contact number, mobile or otherwise.

But this number is also used by the bank for fax, and is almost never accessible to the public. So, if a customer wants some simple information, s/he must personally visit the branch in these hot months at risk of suffering a heat stroke.

Mr. Ashoke kr. Sahoo working as a service manager in sbi haridevpur branch he doues not have any idea about customer service where he is allocated for the same. He harassed us for three hours to open an account after that when we replied for the same he said "if you want to open a account you have to open it like this or else do not open, we dont want a customer like you". I received a fake call from this phone number - [protected] on 16.05.15 they had to refund me rs. 5000/-againt my booked item of an air cooler in askme bazaar. So i gave my bank details and instead they have done a fraud transaction on my sbi debit card. They have created a fake state bank buddy account in my name and transferred rs 5000 from my sbi debit card. The amount has then been transferred to another account please help immediately....

On 29th april 2016 i had applied for sbi credit card from tilak nagar branch new delhi through agent bhuender singh. I was promised that i will receive my credit card within a week.

After making inquiry for delays i came to know that the agent bhupender singh was sacked and replaced by agent rajkumar who further asked me to contact his superior mr. Hemant nagar for facts regarding delays.

Sbi's new irctc sbi credit card has been a big pain for the new customers. The third party executives pestered for a very long period to take up the irctc sbi card. After having had the conversation, the very next day one of the executive walked to my office and completed the formality. After a couple of days they started to pester me to send my existing hdfc card details to get approval for my new card.
It was very unprofessional...

I had a tata credit card, which i got registered to in the month of feb 2013.
