I am a customer of SBI and having SB account no. [protected]. On 28.11.2016, I had deposited a Banker's cheque of Rs. 1, 99, 711/- in the cheque deposit machine installed in its Old Rajinder Nagar branch in New Delhi. Despite repeated checking with ATM the value of cheque was not credited in my account.
On taking up the matter with the branch concerned on 02.12.2016 it transpired that the bank had not opened the machine and the Bankers cheque was not sent for clearing.
The Banker cheque had been sent for clearing very late and it had been credited to my account only on 06.12.2016. Due to the lapse of bank, my cheque of Rs. 10, 15, 000/- issued to LIC had been dishnoured by the bank on 05.12.2016. So much so, the bank had imposed charges of Rs. 460/- for cheque dishnour, where as the entire fault was of the bank itself.
I had made a complaint at email to the AGM of Local Head Office of bank on 02.12.2016. It was neither acknowledged nor redressed. Subsequently, I made another complaint on 07.12.2016 which also met the same fate.
It is a serious dereliction of duty on the part of the official(s) concerned as well as deficiency of services on the part of the bank.
I have suffered severe mental agony and torture and also suffered financial and other damage. However there is abject silence on the part of the bank.

Not resolved. I have been levied cheque dishonour charges, though the fault had been entirely on the part of SBI. False assurance of credit of interest was also made but the SBI did not keep its words.
As i got Housing Loan on october 2015 Still i didnt receive signed agreement copies and repayment schedule of MY HOUSING LOAN ACCOUNT NO. [protected]- SBI Urapakkam branch. kindly do the needful immediately

      I have my saving a/c in Sbi Dhing Branch today I got msg that they deduct Rs 69 as excess drs. As I got 2000 only through ATM so how is it possible to get 20000 from ATM in one or to attempts.         SBI is making the MAX gain customers see hell with their Legacy way of doing things. Nothing happens online. For everything user need to Rush to bank to get the things done.
        I was trying to get a Interest Paid certificate using internet Banking. They have the provision, but nothing works. I don't know how many Hurdles do I need to pass to get that during this demonetization period. Please Help me to get it.

          Sir I have DSP Account in SBI Nagrota with A/c No [protected]. I got a personal loan from this bank and my EMI automatically debit every month from my monthly payment.Then the bank automatically lock my account balance due to that on 09 Aug 16 and Nov 16 my cheque bounds and the bank debit Rs 345/- for each chq when I got sufficient Balance on my account. And the bank debit two times EMI for my personal loan after request there is no proper response from the bank staff. You are request to order proper handling for my account and refund my CHQ RET charge and illegal debit for EMI.

                I have visited one of the Branch of SBI to open a new PPF account, but the manager SBI Br has told me that presently they have been instructed not to open any PPF account and advised to to come back after 15 days. Is there any such instruction issued by SBI to its branches not to open any new PPF account of a customer.

                    I received a text message from bank that rs 3000/- has been deducted from my account against POS PRCH, which I have no information of, and it also says credit by transfer and rs 10/- has been deducted for consecutive days. I'm very disappointed in the service of state bank of India, and I'm doubtful of my account security, please do the needful as early as possible so add to avoid further transaction without my knowledge.

                      It is submitted that I have faced too many problems regarding transfer of my DSP account No [protected] which was opened in Paoto Circle main branch . over several request for transfer of my account to State bank of India Airport road branch Gwalior MP but no action has been taken by respective branch further I lodge the complaint in your website then he transfer my account to SBI airport road branch Gwalior . further I approached to my branch SBI Airport road for completion of my KYC. Now Branch manger told me that SBI Main Branch Highcourt Campus Jodhpur had transfer my account but CIS has not been fwd so we unable to complete your KYC. Present situation is very critical that I never be withdrawn cash through cheque with my respective branch nor complete my KYC in account. Now I need a home loan but we unable to process due to non receipt of CIS by respective branch. Kindly process my request and resolve the issue at the earliest as we are facing financial hardship.

I swiped my atm card at two different shops amounting 1615/- and 495/- each. However the transaction could complete and henceforth i had to pay in cash.                                   I am kudipdi durgarao, customer of state bank of india (Kavitam branch west godavari a. P).
                                  My atm cum debit card pin is locked and so that unable to operate my sbi debit card from any atm machine.

                                  I have already contacted to branch for the same but there response is not good.

                                      Umof rs 650000/- sixlacks fifty thousands were deposited with your basant vihar indore 27 a basant vihar a. B. Road branch indore542010 tel no 2554748 on 16.10.12for a period of 60 days. This was maturing on 16.12.2012.
                                      As all papers were misplaced and deposit was not remember we also did not care for years.
                                      Few days back we could trace all our lost papers. On contacting branch they did not provide any satisfactory reply after contacting b. M. No action was taken we are worried about our funds.
                                      Since all original documents are with me. I am worried as to what happens to my deposit.
                                      You being only biggest bank of india kindly look in to the matter.
