Today on 02.12.2016 I alongwith my wife went at SBI Pernem branch in order to submit the sanction order of Laadli Laxmi Scheme. while submitting letter staff who was on second counter told me to tell Bank account number for which we told him that we did not remember the bank account number for which he started to behave rudely and refused to tell the Bank account. he also told that they will not sanction the same.

    I hold a nre and a nro account with sbi, metropolics, bank, my nro cheque book has not come since the last one year, even internet banking does not work as, the profile password which i created is not accepted,.. So i cant add a beneficiary,...

    I am unable to do any transaction,

    Please send my nro cheque book urgently.. Kunal karkera.

    Even when i go to the bank, my problem is not sorted out.

      Sir,
      I along with my wife went to SBI Vishal Enclave New Delhi on 1st December 2016 and requested branch manager Mr Mitlesh Kumar for opening Pension account of my wife Mrs Promila Mauji. He flatly refused to open the account we asked reason, he said I have no staff, my 4 clerks are on leave. We told him that my wife took VRS from Central Government and for getting terminal dues and pension they require account number and cheque details. He rudely behaved with us and called the guard ask him how you allow us inside the bank. I tried to call my sister working in SBI Chandigarh he again instructed the guards and shouted at us you can not stand in the branch and we were forced to leave the branch with the warning I will not open your account you do whatever you want to do. It is public place and he is not supposed to behave like this with a senior citizen who have come to open the Pension account

      Further I may submit that am retired as Sr. Manager from PNB. I served PNB for 38 years and having my all accounts there. I want to open her account in SBI because she has her salary account in your Nirman Bhawan New Delhi branch. We preferred this branch as it is near to my residence and keep all terminal dues in you bank in FD shape.

      We felt very insulted by visiting your said branch and had very bad experience I have never expected such behavior from such a big bank like SBI and this is the worst experience of my life. By doing this act your bank has lost good customer as well as amount of Terminal dues in Fixed deposit.
      Action taken may be advised on my mail.

      I requested to provide net banking form to assistant manager, SBI, Korlagunta branch Tirupati. she (Ms.Hema) simply replaied that come after two days. I shocked for simple for they take two days!! are they centuary back? for online bank i should wait for two days. how they encourGE CASH LESS tranctions like this attuide of employees in bank.
      I had changed my mobile number for sms alert. Sms alert was coming to my changing number.Unfortunately sms alert stop now.         Today evening I recived a call from mobile number - [protected] asking SBI ATM Card details. He commented that my ATM card got locked due to non submission of KYC and need these details to open same. It is obivious that this is a fraudulent call. Hence kindly trace all Outgoing & Incoming he has done from this mobile number and cross check his conversation and today only catch him else he may switch off his mobile

          Dear sir, i have sbi credit card, i received a call from this mob no. ([protected]) on 1-nov-2016. He (Executive) told me that we are calling from mastercard/vissa card verification department and he told all my details including my card number, full name and mailing address linked with that card and asked me to enter otp which has sent to my mobile number for verification, since he mentioned all my details i trusted he is from sbi only but finally its a fraud call, he used an amount of rs 7840 from my card. So please solve my problem and save me from this fraud.

            I have gone to sbi, khadra branch, branch no15115, lucknow, uttar pradesh to withdraw money from my father's account no.[protected].. I had to go second time because earlier also cashier sita ram yadav had refused to give me money citing technical reasons...
            But the manager as well as cashier again refused to give me money and misbehaved with me using foul language... They told me "do whatever you can do".. I need this money as there is a wedding in my family but the bank refuses to address my problems and give me my money... So i ask you to look into this matter and take required action against the culprit...

                    I had requested to activate my sbi internet banking to my home sbi branch located at amarwara (chhindwara), but the employee is absent from their desk and when i tried to contact him, he said come tomorrow and my work still pending . I had to submit money to my daughter who is study in another city so i heard about digital payments gateways (INB) facility, i decided to activate my inb facility, and i had also completed my all required form filling details online, only i need activation from branch side but the branch employee are so rude n uninformative about that .Always tiers to ignore my problem and postpone my request to another day which never comes .

                    pls do contact that branch and solve my problem as soon as possible

                      I have an account in SBI Agarpara Texmaco Area branch, my complain no. 1) I have deposited a SBI cheque on 28-11-16 at 10.10 am in drop box, everybody know that same bank cheque clear same day, but it was clear on 30-11-16 after 5.00 pm, it is negligence or not, 2) after 500 or 1000 rupee note bane there is no cash in ATM under this branch for a week which I have seen because before that I do not go that ATM, 3) I have gone to ATM today for passbook update which is link failure. Why I will keep my a/c. in this type of bank, I think I will close my a/c. from this bank & open other private bank such as ICICI, Bandhan etc.

                              I'm asha k nair, w/omr. Biju. G an account holder (Savings) of sbi (10566) kerala police academy branch thrissur, ramavarmapuram, thrissur, kerala-680631. Ifs code:sbin0010566.
                              Today i visited the branch for fund transfer from my husbands account to another... My husband was out of station and as i was unaware of the banking procedure i aproached the branch manager. But sad to say.. To my doubts he responded so rudely... He behaved as i[censored]nder intoxication.. He spoke to me in an insulting manner... I'm not the only victim of his misbehaviour... I saw another lady also being illtreated by this branch manager mr. Santhosh... I told him that i'm unaware about the banking procedure.. But he was very impatient and got angry.. I dont know why he responded angrily to my doubts. Officials like him are really a shame to one of the prestigious banks like sbi
                              Hope this issue will be heard seriously and will take appropriate actions against this branch manager and see that in future none of your customers especially ladies are insulted and illtreated by your officials.

                                An amount of Rs 1772.72/- was debited from my account on 28th November 2016. That transaction was not authorised by me. I talked to the customer care. Even they failed to give any information regarding that.
                                I made a transaction of the same amount of 1772.72/- earlier on 25th November 2016. I doubt the transaction was repeated. But the narration differs.

                                  On 2.11.2016 around 2pm the cashier had cheated Rs 10000
                                  ( i gave 30 notes of Rs 1000 instead 20 notes of Rs 10000 for deposit of RS 20000, The cashier quickly took some more Rs 1000 notes from the cash box
                                  and mixed with notes given by me and put into the cash box.
                                  i had given 2 written complaints, and requested for CCTV footage to show the facts. So far he Is refusing to show CCTV footage .The chief manager seems to protect the cheating cashier.i wants one see CCTV footage.

                                    I sorrow to say that the employee of SBI seelampur branch, provides the wrong information about the cheq detail, It do not withdraw the money in Current A/c even if withdrawee give satisfaction of valid proof(adhar card). There is urgent need of residence expenditure but due to MISBEHAVIOR & WRONG INFORMATION provide by employee customer face lot of problem.

                                    14 nov 2000 rupees oney is deposited through cdm machine . but added to my account.
                                    POS PRCH transaction was done by hacking and making duplicate ATM of my above mentioned sbi a/c. and over rs 22000/ was withdrawn. my email id [protected]@gmail.com

                                      I have submitted a cheque issued in my name by Samsung India Pvt. Ltd. (Branch : Mumbai), payable as par HSBC bank in India. I have put the cheque in the SBI, Porompat Branch (Manipur, IFSC: SBIN0011626)Drop Box on 10th Nov 2016 along with a deposit slip containing my account details. It has been 15days since I have submitted the cheque, but the amount has not been reflected on my local account.
                                      I have also given a written complain to Branch Manageron 21st Nov 2016, response of which is still pending
                                      Please help me out. This delay is making me worried.

                                      State Bank Of India [SBI] — Check not accept

                                      I have SBI check book. I was go SBI ABB branch (non home) to withdraw 2000 rupees then accountant and branch manager says that you goes to home branch to withdrawing amount.

                                      I have account in STATE BANK OF INDIA thiruthangal branch code 12767, in this bank manager not response to the customer. so i want to close my bank account.
