Respected sir,

I am resident of mangalpur gudaria and i am unhappy to convey that there is consumer service point of state bank of india, (Nearest branch: nautan dubey 12565) at mangalpur gudaria, ps. Nautan, po - mangalpur gudaria, west champaran, bihar - 845459 run by mr. Rajendra singh, s/o alakhdeo singh and mr. Amit kumar s/o - nandkishor prasad. The both person are runing a csp and taking benefit of illiterate villagers for facility of banking services like opening of account, issuing of atm, debit and credit of amount and loan facility etc. Both are taking bribe for every service of bank provided to consumer. Illiterate villagers are misguided by both of corrupt person.

Both are making huge black money and in the mean time of demonetization both are also taking commission for credit of black money to account to make it white to them. Both are misusing the facility of consumer service point of state bank of india.

You are requested to make confidential inquiry to trap them red hand.

    Here in South Sikkim branch code not availing much cash without Cheque book and further I have required for other official use.

        Sir, myself sahil rathee sub inspector in paramilitary force now posted in kolkata. My home town is in village sankhol, tehsil: bahadurgarh, distt: jhajjar, state : haryana, pin code:124507. I have an account in sbi, opposite sec 6, bahadurgarh, nh-10. Last month i came on leave and signed a cheque so that when my salary would come my mother would withdraw it as the government has set limit of 24, 000 in a week. My salary came on 30 nov.. My mother visiting continuously to bank but they said no cash available however those who are closer to bank manager they are withdrawing as well as exchanging their money. I really feel very bad when i talk to my parents about this condition. We are serving for our motherland and our own mother is not getting respected. For his personal benefits bank manager giving money to known and taking commission in return. This is going on from the day our pm shri narendra modi started the step against corruption from 8 nov onwards. Branch code:18618. I am waiting for your early and strict action against these corrupted manager.

          Whenever I visit the SBI bank branch at Vishalnagar Pune, they first ask if my account is there in that particular branch or not. If not they ask you to go to the home branch for any kind of transaction.

          The branch manager says if you have opened account in other branch than that must be the convenient branch, so go there and have your work done.

          you can't deposite or withdraw from our branch without having account here.
          She suggested to transfer the account and than they are happy to do the work.

          The guard himself inquires when you enter the branch, for what you have come to bank and whether you have account in this or the other branch. If not either go back or meet the branch manager.

          One of my friend also told me that other banks in same area are also doing same stuff. He has salary account in the other bank. I have not verified myself for other banks but yes SBI Vishalnagar Pune branch is doing this.

            Dear sir, i have sbi credit card, i received a call from this mob no. ([protected]) on 23-nov-2016. He (Executive) told me that we are calling from mastercard/vissa card verification department and he told all my details including my card number, full name and mailing address linked with that card and asked me to enter otp which has sent to my mobile number for verification, since he mentioned all my details i trusted he is from sbi only but finally its a fraud call, he used an amount of rs 7840 from my card. So please solve my problem and save me from this fraud. Looks like this happening with many people. Pleas block any transactions to trenton epay kerala and save people like me.

              Im regular customer of SBI from 2000.
              I regularly do transactions through online
              Last month 30.5.2016 while trasacting Rs 5034 to TANGEDCO it failed
              So I did it second time which was success,
              But from my account rs 5034 + rs 5034 was debited.
              I enquired the EB but amount was credited only once
              So the amount lies with the bank.I approached the branch office with a letter. But till now my amount is not returned back
              I need to release the locked amount to my account

                I am haji mohd omer, customer of state bank of india (Hyderabad shamsher guang branch).
                My atm cum debit card pin is locked and so that unable to operate my sbi debit card from any atm machine.

                I have already contacted to branch for the same but there response is not good.

                  NEFT of Rs 599 was done in my SBI account on 9 th October from YES BANK account . But till now(3 rd December ) the money is not credited to my account . when I contacted the SBI customer executives and told the UTR No provided by the YES BANK they told it is invalid and to contact YES BANK and when I contacted YES BANK regarding this and raised a complaint then they are telling that the NEFT has been successfully completed and the amount has not been reversed and told you need to contact your bank regarding this. Not getting any solution from any where. What to do now?

                        I would like to submit that our whole family is a valued customer of
                        your esteemed bank. My father, mother, wife & myself bank accounts in
                        your different branches.

                        But, I regret to submit that I am very sad & harrasad by your
                        Badarpur-Delhi branch manager & staff at the time of submission of
                        life certificate of my father.

                        Till date I have submitted my father's life certificate. your badarpur
                        branch manajer push out my father from bank with the help of police,
                        which is a X-service man & senior citizen.

                                I have lost my initial phone number linked to my SBI account. Please update it with the new one that I am providing.
                                For your information, I am unable to visit my home branch as I am staying very far from there and I don't have net banking activated for the account.I tried to change it using ATMs but it never succeded.                                   In an attempt to book a Rail ticket through IRCTC on 1st December 2016 at 22:00 hours ...i used my SBI debit card but as i clicked on the pay option i suddenly got an error message, due to which i got the amount of the flite deducted, but failed to book the ticket...so please refund me the desired amount...i checked my transactions and found this very transaction in the name "POS PRCH
                                  POS[protected] irctc_PayTM SBIPG" with the amount INR 2, 837.76/- deducted from my SBI account...([protected])
                                  so kindly look into my problem and refund me the desired amount

                                    Respected Madam,

                                    I, the undersigned, am a dental surgeon practicing at Thane Maharashtra and also engaged in social work like free Dental health checkup camp and free medical facility to poor and needy.

                                    I have an account with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Naupada branch Thane. Details of which are as under:

                                    i would like to share an unfortunate NEFT transaction carried out by me inadvertently. The transactions were carried through my above account to an account at your SBI Sarai Khawaja Branch in the name of Shiv Shakti Finance Solution with account no. [protected]

                                    The details of transactions which are to be considered are as follows:-

                                    [protected], 500/- KKBKH[protected]
                                    [protected], 000/- KKBKH[protected]
                                    27-05-16. 28, 500/- KKBKH[protected]

                                    The transactions were made by mistake as I did not go through the details properly. I am a dentist and the funds had to be sent to my laboratory named Shiv Shakti Dental Solutions. The Shiv Shakti Finance Solutions bank details were lying in my inbox as they wanted me to deposit an amount of 1500 to be a part of their loan plan. In a bit of hurry I typed shiv shakti in my messaging search box and quickly entered shiv shakti finance solutions details. It was unfortunate that i did not realise it was finance and not dental and that it could be another account and I added them as beneficiary. However after paying the entire amount of 60000/- in three installments as above which i owed to Shiv Shakti Dental Solutions, I called them to confirm the receipt of that amount on which they said they had not received any amount. On realisation of my mistake, I called Shiv Shakti Finance Solutions on Mobile No.[protected] the details of which were available in my inbox. The Finance Company asked me to join their loan plan but since I was not interested, I asked them to revert the inadvertently transfered money to my account. After that I tried contacting them on several occasions but they had stopped responding to my calls and now the number is not reachable at all. Immediately, I personally visited SBI, Vashi branch on[protected] and requested them to hold the entire amount remitted by me as the funds put by me were not withdrawn. I felt that the finance company is fraund and not a genuine company since they did not respond to my calls neither did they approach the bank after their account was put on hold.

                                    I sent e-mails dated 31/05/2016 and[protected] requesting your SARAI KHAWAJA, FARIDABAD BRANCH to reverse the entire amount.
                                    In the process the Branch had asked me to submit an unconditional Indemnity Bond from my Bankers i e Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd in favor of SBI indemnifying unconditionally all the referred amount along with cost and charges which Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd did on 27/07/2016(a copy of the same indemnity letter is enclosed herewith for your ready reference).

                                    Inspite of my bankers sending several mails, reminders, telephonic calls, indemnity letter for recall of the NEFT amount, to my surprise, Mr. Prabudh Kumar, Branch Manager at SARAI KHAWAJA BRANCH sent a one line denail mail to our request. On Phone the Branch Manager said the customer is not available at the address recorded with bank and that i should go legally for getting the reversal done. As such it shows that the Shiv Shakti Finance company is not a genuine account holder andI am afraid the amount may be withdrawn by the fraudulent customer.

                                    In light of the above, since the branch has not considered my request for reversal of my lawful amount, for the reasons best known to him/them, i request you to kindly intervene and instruct the SARAI KHAWAJA branch to remit the entire amount of INR 60, 000/- with interest, from the date of my reporting the matter to them i.e[protected].

                                    I would like to reiterate once again that i am a dental surgeon practicing at Thane Maharashtra and also engaged in social work like free Dental health checkup camp and free medical facility to poor and needy. I am also in process of formation of a trust for stray dogs. As such I need this money to pay for medicines/equipment needed for the noble cause.

                                    I am approaching you as every effort of mine has failed to convince the branch to get my hard-earned money back.

                                        Have SBI Credit Card, I received a call from this Mob no.(+91 [protected]) from KYC Department at SBI on 29-Dec-2016. He (executive) told me that SBI Bank will Issue a new master Credit card. Which has got more security So first Bank Debit the charge of Rs.-7840 (Same is already been debited) but he assured that it will be adjusted through reward points and the same amount will be credited to my account before generating my bill. I was hesitating to provide OTP but somehow i given OTP. immediately my account got debited with Rs.7840.
                                        They told me now the KYC is compulsory even they told last two transaction correctly ..I believed that they are genuine SBI guys .. after I got know the different story when I called the SBI customer care (number mentioned in the covering credit card Pack) then I got to know they are fraud dept..

                                        When I browsed to find out the customer care number of EPayKerala (merchant ) the phone number was not answering .. when I browsed got to kinow it Fraud merchant.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I too received call from this number and when I started asking more questions they cut the call. It is fraud. Do not respond to calls. If they threaten to cancel your credit card, tell them to cancel, don't be afraid, they cannot do it, also now after demonetization lot of banks are issuing free credit cards. So do not worry that your card will be cancelled. Just be calm and don't panic. Report the matter to SBI and police station if still these people are calling and threatening.
