I had done a payment to Tata sky using mvisa on 21st Nov 2016. The money has been deducted from my account but the merchant has not received it yet. Transaction ID 632608A00016.
When I called the customer service Dept they told me to go the home which is not possible because now I live in a different state than by home branch.

      Hi,

      I am sanjiv kumar and in the queue for long hours and the cdm machine is full of cash but noone is responding to remove the cash so that we can further deposit the cash.
      kindly do take care of such a problem faced by many people.
      When I visited your machavaram branch today, your employees are behaving in an unethical / unprofessional way. As the token was given to the customer by 11:00 am but his token number was came by 1:30pm not only that no one responds in a good way and they are behaving very rudely on customers .

        I booked ticket on IRCTC but when I entered card details and clicked make payment it displayed error in network but I got message about deduction of rs6122/= from my account under POS SBIRCTC at IRCTC txn# [protected] but ticket was not confirmed.so I again booked the same ticket and got confirmation again deduction of of same amount.so, now I request you to kindly look into the matter and reimburse my one ticket's amount(6122) back in my account.

              Most humbly i want to inform you that i am a account holder of sbi, bia branch, bokaro steel city, but i am doing my govt. job in allahabad. Today i went to sbi, mumfordganj branch, allahabad for submitting my high demonetized notes in my s/b account with valid id proof. But the branch manager of that branch had refused to accept it and directed me to submit it in yoir home branch.
              Now i want to know that is it any order issued by rbi for submitting the high demonetized notes in home branch of account holder. Also if yes, i request you to please mail the order to my email.

                Dear sir, i have sbi credit card, i received a call on 04.11.16.
                He (executive) told me that we are calling from mastercard/vissa card verification department and he told all my details including my card number, full name and mailing address linked with that card and he said he said he will convert my reward points to money and asked me to enter otp which has sent to my mobile number for verification, since he mentioned all my details i trusted he is from sbi only but finally its a fraud call, he used an amount of rs 7840 from my card. so please solve my problem and save me from this fraud.

                  I'm Rupa.my new credit card pin was activated on 21st Nov 2016.immediately when my pain got activated a person from SBI master card called up and said they will.be issuing a discount card on verification. that they need otp.they spoke so professionally stating about card points.but didn't ask card no.today when I checked my bill statement it says I have done transaction of 7815 in epay kerala.I want this bank higher official to take this complaint and reverse my money.                       With reference to our above-mentioned subject, i have received my sbi credit card with add-on card before 4 to 5 days back through “blue dart courier”.

                      In this connection, i have received the sbi credit add-on card wrong name it means my wife name is enter wrong spelling swaji dave instead of right name is swati dave.

                      So, please correct the name swaji dave to swati dave & send the same by postal address as mention on this letter.

                      This credit card not use in right now time.

                        I have a saving ban account in sbi kum branch nimbahera since 15 years or more. My account no. Is [protected]. Last year my pass book was full and there was no space of new entry hence i applied for a new pass book. On 28 december 2015 bank demanded me photograph of account holder and i provide him yhe same which they demand and from branch new pass book issued to me and on same day old enteries was also made by concerning person. I kept the pass book as bank issued me and after that i usually operate my account and through cheques bank debit my account. Sir, but unfortunately to say that today i went to the branh to deposit 30, 000/ cash in my account at 1 pm approximately. There was que when my number come and i gave money and my original voter id along with passbook. Cashier lady checked the cash and she raised a question that your passbook is not signed by menager and photo is not attested. Just go to next counter. When i went to there he said me in harsh voice kya hua bad me aana i just request him that after a long time my turn come and what formalities you need please do so i can deposit cash. He take my id card and match withaccount holder name and told me you are a fake person.in your account, holder name is matlub shekh while in your id it is matlub ahmed. I request him it is the same document which i submitt at the time of opening account. He told me go to mamager, when i reached there mamager mr. Dashora told me just bring your another id which bear your name as matlub shekh. I told him that shekh is my sirname and ahmed is middle name kindly check in your record and sign the passbook. He told me mai kya tere baap ka nokar hu jo tera hukum manuga. I told him its your mistake that at the time of issuing new passbook, it is ur duty to fulfil requirement and sign and verification. Its not our fault. It is your authority negligence and why should i suffer. He threat me get out here otherwise i will call guard, who will throw outside. I feel humiliation. Isuffer from bank negligency and after complaint i got threat. Please see the matter and take action against dashora and others. We have faith in banking but today i was so much disaapointed

                          On 28/10/2016 in my sbi credit card statement rs.590.89 has been deducted from ebscharge.com. But that transaction was not done by me. And i have raised a complain to sbi customer care but they are not responding well and also asked me to pay the money.

                          Even though many of the customers complained the same issue they are not taking this as serious issue.

                          Kindly take the serious action against this kind of fraud websites.

                          And friends please don't buy the sbi credit card. Their customer services is very bad.

                              I have applied & provided all the documents such as photocopy of PAN card, PNB Credit card statement for the month of september'16 & photocopy of Voter ID to Mr. Rajendra (Mob No: [protected]) of SBI credit card at Big Bazar, Bhubaneshwar on 4th Oct'2016. But its already more than 30 days post the verification as committed by them, they are not providing me the card or the reference no. so that i can check the status with SBI. They are not receiving my calls as well. Even after repeated follow ups they are not returning back my documents. I have also tried their kolkata no:[protected] but all in vain. Nobody giving any proper answer and only one answer they are giving that is to wait. Please help in this regard.

                                It is to state that I am the account holder in SBI MAYUR VIHAR PHASE-III, DELHI BRANCH. I visited to the branch for depositing cash in my savings account many times but your security guard standing on the bank gate told me to stand in the queue with people waiting for using the ATM Machine installed outside the bank and he also allowed other people without queue who were in civil dress to enter in the bank by saying that they were all from staff and I asked him why he is allowing the other persons without queue to enter into the bank he told me if you also want to go without queue you should have to pay bribe as others for the same and I don’t want to pay then I have to wait for my turn in ATM Machine line.

                                I asked him to meet with the branch manager for discussing the same then he told me that I am not eligible to meet the branch manager as he is a government representative and don’t have time to meet with me.

                                I want to know when I am the account holder and give business to your branch then who should be attended first between me and the normal customer standing outside only for exchange their money from the branch

                                  I went with my 80 yrs old grand mother for to open her new account in SBI - Pariwar Char Rasta, Vadodara. They told me to take the necessary doccuments. I reached there and then No any employee was ready to open the New Account and forwarding me to one by one all table. Finally last table person was telling me that due to lack of Staff, we can not open your new account. I checked all the table are completed with one officer and asked him that to give me the form so i can submit it, you open it when you are getting the time because to avoid grand mother to reach again. He refused and told me to get the account in Baroda Bank or other bank they will proceed. I told him why you are suggesting me wrong information rather to work on it. My place is near to this branch. And finally he told me, come after 10 days.
                                  Is this the Indian bank to do not support or assist properly and misguiding?

                                  The accountant did not take the application for atm card
                                  I have an SBI account in SBI Palacode branch - 636808. I am holding this account for more than 7 years. As my old card has been damaged, i applied for a new card. Its been more than a month that i have applied for a debit card in my home branch. I did not get any response till yet. Kindly let me know the status of my application.
                                  My father who is 86 year old having an account with SBI 09083 Br.Code is misbehaved first by the Manager on 18.11.2016 then he is pushed on 19.11.16 due to which he fell down and lost his Spects his name is GIRDHARI LAL JAIN account number is [protected]

                                  We are happy about the decision taken by the govt.but we faces problems about the limit but due to nonfunctional ATMs we cant withdraw money for daily expences kindly inform the branches to do so

                                    Bank employee misbehaviour with me at 10.30 am dated 22 November 2016
                                    I ask to bank employee I need account opening form they routly ask me come back after 15 min ( 15 min bad aana ) you can check this conversation in bank cctv footage.

                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    While i am trying for online payment with my State Bank Maestro card, i am not getting the OTP password in my registered mobile.
                                    CTS Cheque no 022472 dt 14.11.16 for RS 32900/-of SBI is deposited on 15.11.16 at SBI HEC Colony sector-2 Ranchi to credit in a/c no [protected]. Today' is 18.11.16 still not cleared.I an facing much problem since l have to pay these amount to other party, and they are pressurising me for payment as well as not getting any interest too.

                                      There is two gates in sbi baldeo...there is long line of peoples in front of main gate .we are regulary standing in this line but the guard of sbi opens the back door for selected peoples(with these peoples he has serious bondage...it may case of bribry, , nepotism)..it leads to chaos..and after some time by giving the entry from back door..the bank is full(inside)...after standing in queue we didn't get nothing..what should we do...modi ji wants corruptionless india...but first of all u have to clean your base...u can see the cctv footage...how can we exchange our money if this occured regularly...if tomorrow action is not taken..then it frustrated people can do anything...

                                        श्रीमान जी निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि मैंने समाजवादी स्वरोजगार योजना के तहत लोन के लिए जिला उद्द्योग रामपुर से आवेदन किया था | जिसमे कंप्यूटर शिक्षण संस्थान का रोजगार दिखाया था | जिसमे साक्षात्कार के बाद लोन पास हुआ, इसके बाद मेरी फाइल स्टेट बैंक मिलक को भेज दी गई, बैंक कर्मचारी श्री अरुण कुमार जी (जो लोन अधिकारी है )ने रोजगार स्थान का निरक्षण किया और बोले पहले आप अपना फर्नीचर तैयार कीजिये, इसके बाद बैंक में संपर्क करना, जब मैंने फर्नीचर पूरा तैयार करने के बाद बैंक पहुचकर बोला कि मैंने फर्नीचर लगा लिया हैं, आप मेरी लोन कि कारबाही पूरी करो तब अरुण कुमार जी ने यह कहकर टाल दिया कि आपका गांव हमारे बैंक के एरिया में नहीं आ रहा है हम आपका लोन नहीं कर सकते |

                                        जिसके बाद मैंने जिला उधोग रामपुर में संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने यह कर टाल दिया कि हमने आपकी फाइल स्टेट बैंक मिलक को भेज दी है, अब आप जानो हमें कुछ नहीं पता |
                                        इसके बाद मैंने इसकी शिकायत जनसुनवाई में कि जिसका पंजीकरण संख्या [protected] है, इस शिकायत का निस्तारण हुआ और मुझे जिलाउद्योग रामपुर से फ़ोन के द्वारा बुलाया गया
                                        और मेरी फाइल को ठीक से चेक करने के बाद दोवारा स्टेट बैंक मिलक को भेज दिया गया |
                                        स्टेट बैंक मिलक के द्वारा दिनाकं 19/11/2016 को श्री अरुण कुमार जी दोवारा निरक्षण किया और सबोले बिजली बिल दिखाओ छात्रों कि संख्या बताओ इसका रजिस्टर दिखाओ, कंप्यूटर दिखाओ कहाँ है कंप्यूटर | श्री अरुण कुमार जी ने कहा कि बैंक आना, जब हम बैंक गए तब बो बोले अगर लोन करना तो लोन का 20 प्रतिशत मुझे पहले दे देना, आपका लोन कर दूंगा | आपको तो 35 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी मिलेगी जो 70, 000.00 हजार रूपए में से आपको 30000.00 रूपए बच जायँगे आपके पास से क्या जायेगा | इसके बाद मैंने कहा मैं आपको कोई भी पैसा नही दूंगा आपकी हिम्मत कैसे हुई पैसे मांगने कि, आप जैसो ने ही भ्रस्टाचार को बढ़ाया है | मेरी काफी कहा सुनी ही गई, तो मुझसे अरुण कुमार जी बोले कि मैं आपकी फाइल में यह लिखकर भेजूंगा आपने मुझे जान से मारने कि धमकी दी है और कहा मैं पुलिश में तुम्ही रिपोर्ट कर दूंगा तुम्हे पकड़ बाऊँगा | जबकि यह सत्य है कि हमने ऐसा कुछ नही कहा श्री अरुण कुमार जी से जो मानवता के ठेश पहुचे | हमने एहि कहा कि हम कोई पैसा नही देंगे |

                                        श्रीमान जी मैं यह जानना चाहता लोन से पहले यह सब कैसे करलूंगा, जब तक बैंक मुझे लोन नहीं देगा तब तक मैं प्रकिर्या पूरी कैसे कर सकता हूँ | श्रीमान जी किसी योजना के तहत लोन पास होने पर भी किसी को कमीशन दी जायगी |
                                        श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि मेरे लोन कि उचित कारबाही करे, नहीं तो मैं इस योजना से बंचित रह जाऊंगा |
