Iam pravash kumar having SBI online internet banking account. I have received net banking user id and password kit from the bank and changed my user id and password. Now i have forgotten the pass word. I have user name and profile password with me. i have given the details in forgotten password and got the reply as i will get the same with in 10 days time. but now it is about 15 days, i have not received the same. when i approched the branch, they are saying you will have to pay Rs.50/- for getting the duplicate password and they says why you want to keep net banking A/c when you are unable to do that. kindly get me the pass word at the earliest. my transaction is held up.

    Hello sir, i recently recieved my SBI global international debit card and i wish to recieve my pin number. I sent a message to 567676 with the last 4 digits of my card and account number. I recieved the otp where it asked me to set up a new pin within 24 hours but i couldn't due to some reasons. Now that i am trying for the second time i am not receiving the OTP again. Instead i get a message
    " Dear Customer, Your credentials could not pass the validation creteria. Please provide valid credentials"
    I am pretty sure the credentials i texted are correct because i had received my OTP using the same text the first time. I went to the nearest atm and tried to set a new pin using "generate pin" option but i am getting an error in reciept although it says it was successful on the ATM screen.

      Dear Sir /Madam
      This is to inform you that, I have done the settlement of my SBI credit card no. [protected] last yr & employee from SBI card dept having the mobile no. [protected] named Mr.Singh has taken Rs. 10000/- as cash apart from the settlement money paid through chq. to SBI card, but still the settlement is not done in CIBIL report.

      Further Mr. Singh is demanding another Cash of Rs. 10000/- to clear in CIBIL

      Kindly save me from corrupted SBI credit card dept.

        Arn no 16-[protected] name dinbandhu singh i applied online for passport in mumbai on 10/12/2016. A payment of rs, 1500 was done online by using hdfc debitcard. status of payment was shown failed. however amount was deducted from my hdfc bank account.. Kindly solve the issue about payment and inform me eariliest.do the payment for passport or return it back in my hdfc account. so i can process for my passport

          i an attemt to book a Train ticket on 10/12/2016 thorugh irctc.i used my SBI debit card(Rupay) but as i clicked on the pay option i suddenly got an error message, due to which i got the amount of train ticket deducted, but failed to book the ticket...so please refund me the desired amount...i checked my transactions and found this very transaction in the name "POS PRCH
          POS[protected] IRCTC NOIDA with the amount INR 710 deducted from my SBI account...([protected])
          so kindly look into my problem and refund me the desired amount

            Sir on 10th dec. 2016 timing 10:39 AM i tried to deposit an amount of RS. 40000/- at the cash deposit machine at Ratlam main Branch (M.P).But due to some technical problem i am unable to deposit my cash, and in return i did not get my cash back, my money is blocked inside the atm machine.
            Now i am helpless because there is saturday and no security guide is there.
            please help me in getting me my rs.40000/- money in my sbi bank a/c no. [protected] as early as possible.

              Hello,

              I am very much dissapointed from SBI Credit Card dept action, They are not properly investigate my issue and illegally collecting money from me. i have send various mail on [protected]@sbicard.com but no any positive response from their side. If i have not withdraw the money from their card, then how i will pay for that amount.

              Please look on issue immediately . Please call me on my number and resolve my problem. It is quite embarrasing behaviour by SBI credit card dept. They are not cooperating me at this issue.

                Hello Everyone,

                This is a complaint follow-up email. Let me explain in this email once again.
                I applied for SBI Gold credit card but I received SBI Platinum credit card. Same was communicated to the SBI’s Nodal desk and it was committed by Premnath N that I will receive the Gold card and won’t be charged for any extra cost. As committed I have received Gold card (thanks for that) but in my monthly statement I have been charged for Platinum card and Late fee.
                Obviously, it was not supposed to be there in my statement. I should have charged only for Gold card which I applied for i.e. 499/-

                I have been following up on customer care to inform that I am receiving message notification saying that to pay due bill for platinum card but they ask me to ignore such messages. As expected they are not at all helpful and now just putting me on hold whenever I tried to call them. Now i am very frustrated while following up with this issue.

                        I made a payment for USA Visa of Rs. 11200. The payment was successful and a receipt number was generated IMPS[protected]. But the process requires IMPS followed by 12 digit number.

                        Amount has been deducted from my account and the receipt number is invalid according tothe beneficiary. Please look int the issue and provide a valid IMPS number. My Visa interview process is at stake.

                          The PPK provided by my branch (SBI -Northern Avenue Branch -CODE 1895) is not working.I was given this a long time ago.I still cannot login.Please help.

                            Sub: I have new ATM pin no.

                            Sir yesterday may new ATM coming but I will not take pin in bank i take pin online and they will say you will change the pin within 24 hours. so I'm getting to nearest ATM and changing the pin so ATM will say incorrect password but I will give correct pin.

                              After opening current account, 28 Nov 2016, I approached the Branch Manager, Panehra GCF estate, Jabalpur for installation of a swipe machine. I was asked to contact the other person (Mr Atul) he advised me that some paper formalities have to be completed and the Application ID 498909 dtd 30 Nov 2016has been forwarded for further process.
                              Inspite of the repeated reminders, several efforts, requests, meeting the branch, calling people whomsoever is the responsible, the machine has not been installed yet.

                                This is with regards to the few challenges which I am facing with SBI bank I have the saving account with SBI bank, I think I should close the account with SBI due to the service and the response aim getting from branch Hiranandani Estate thane west.

                                First thing I don’t if this the email id actually belong to the general manger or not, or this is fake email.

                                 I have applied for the debit in month of oct 2016 via SBI online, The debit card arrived when I was not at home on 5th Nov 2016 when I have checked the nearby post office it was not available, Same day I went to branch that is Hiranandani Estate thane west the service manger is very disgusting and unprofessional she don’t have manner how to talk to the custmer also the lady called Priya, they don’t listen to the query and directly redirt to some one else. Aagin they have called me after one week and there was same issue.
                                 I have called Ravindra Gurav who located in the wagle estate SBI branch but not fruitful service I got. He inform me and also taken my name number and he inform me he will get back to me still no luck, again the fake promise to the customer.
                                 Details is been provided by Priyanka one of customer care office who help me with this request number for my debit card : complain : CP[protected] and the airway bill number AQ[protected]IN, and inform me it will take 10 working days to resolve this issue.
                                 On the internet banking also some time it work some time it don’t work.
                                 I DON’T KNOW HOW MANY DAYS IT WILL TAKE FOR MY DEBIT CARD. AND HOW MANY CHALLENGES I NEED TO FACE TO GET MY DEBIT CARD PIN NUMBER LATER ON.

                                I am really unhappy with the service which I got from Hiranandani Estate thane west this people working here is really very unprofessional, I don’t on this email any action would be taken on those employee or not.

                                I will be waiting for the reply from GM..

                                If there will be no reply I will take this matter to consumer court on high level.

                                  I am a customer of SBI and having SB account no. [protected]. On 28.11.2016, I had deposited a Banker's cheque of Rs. 1, 99, 711/- in the cheque deposit machine installed in its Old Rajinder Nagar branch in New Delhi. Despite repeated checking with ATM the value of cheque was not credited in my account.
                                  On taking up the matter with the branch concerned on 02.12.2016 it transpired that the bank had not opened the machine and the Bankers cheque was not sent for clearing.
                                  The Banker cheque had been sent for clearing very late and it had been credited to my account only on 06.12.2016. Due to the lapse of bank, my cheque of Rs. 10, 15, 000/- issued to LIC had been dishnoured by the bank on 05.12.2016. So much so, the bank had imposed charges of Rs. 460/- for cheque dishnour, where as the entire fault was of the bank itself.
                                  I had made a complaint at email to the AGM of Local Head Office of bank on 02.12.2016. It was neither acknowledged nor redressed. Subsequently, I made another complaint on 07.12.2016 which also met the same fate.
                                  It is a serious dereliction of duty on the part of the official(s) concerned as well as deficiency of services on the part of the bank.
                                  I have suffered severe mental agony and torture and also suffered financial and other damage. However there is abject silence on the part of the bank.

                                  Not resolved. I have been levied cheque dishonour charges, though the fault had been entirely on the part of SBI. False assurance of credit of interest was also made but the SBI did not keep its words.
                                  As i got Housing Loan on october 2015 Still i didnt receive signed agreement copies and repayment schedule of MY HOUSING LOAN ACCOUNT NO. [protected]- SBI Urapakkam branch. kindly do the needful immediately

                                      I have my saving a/c in Sbi Dhing Branch today I got msg that they deduct Rs 69 as excess drs. As I got 2000 only through ATM so how is it possible to get 20000 from ATM in one or to attempts. You r not following the RBI rules and regulations after Notebandi.                                         SBI is making the MAX gain customers see hell with their Legacy way of doing things. Nothing happens online. For everything user need to Rush to bank to get the things done.
                                        I was trying to get a Interest Paid certificate using internet Banking. They have the provision, but nothing works. I don't know how many Hurdles do I need to pass to get that during this demonetization period. Please Help me to get it.
