After providing so many complaints and reminders to all people in sbi, they are good for nothing. Till the date my problem is not resolved and every time i file a complaint, i get the same resolution that my request cannot be processed.
I do not get any call from them and all their mails contain the same tag line that we had trying to contacted you but cant be reached.

I had already mailed them all the documents which they require. I want to change my date of birth so that i can do my banking easily with convenience.

    I am amit, customer of state bank of india (Subhash colony branch chawla colony ballabgarh, hry.).
    My atm cum debit card pin is lost somewhere and so that unable to operate my sbi debit card from any atm machine.

    I have already contacted to branch for the same but there response is not good.

    I request you to send me the pin for my sbi debit card on my email id [protected]@gmail.com

        I prof. C. Devidadan pillai taken a car loan from ur branch at vanchiyoor. Trivandrum. On10/04/2015. Loan no. [protected]. I repayed fully and got the certificate of closure on03/10/2016. Unfortunately you are deducting rs.9300 as emi from my account no. [protected]of vijayabank. As an old man i cannot hung behind legal authoties for this. Pls do the necessary things. Donot desturb the custumers like this. Expect no more harraassment from your part. Prof. Cd das.

          I am the holder of central pension vide ppo no.[protected], from the state bank of india, lodhi road, new delhi-110003. My pay has been revised subsequent to grant of acp_ii and iii, based on 6th pay commission, recently and the papers has been sent by my department (Itb police-mha) through pao itbp to the cpao, rk puram.

          Cpao, rk puram, in turn, sent the authority to the sbi chandni chowk, vide their authority no.[protected]/2004217/a3/diary no. Pr[protected] dated[protected].

          While my department took more than a year to settle the matter and to send the papers through pao itbp to cpao and then to sbi, i was at the suffering end. Since i am ailing and under treatment and heavily depending on my pension, i would request you to kindly instruct the concerned department to process my case and advise the sbi branch, lodhi rod to release the revised pension and arrears to that effect, at the earliest.

            I did a transaction through paytm...i wanted to add money in my paytm wallet the transaction failed in paytm but the amount of Rs.6000...the paytm customer care officer says that your payment showing the FAILED status means our paytm hadn't recieve the amount...its your bank problem and i want money urgent than what should i do it has been 3days or more

              On 10th December I purchased some commodities in a store and tried paying through my debit card, the person at the counter dipped the card and it asked for the PIN number, I entered my ATM PIN number correctly but the transaction was declined. He tried once more and the same thing happened and nowhere the transaction got processed and the slip did not get generated. The transaction amount was of 1313.50 which I later chose to pay by another bank's card and was successful. The shocking part is that the transaction amount was wrongly debited from A/C balance. To report this anomaly and get my money credited I tried reaching customer care several times on all the customer support numbers provided in the website.
              Moreover I tried submitting the complaint online in their Complaint Portal called CMS, where after entering all the details about my complaint I try entering the debit card number and click submit to register the complaint but the site prevents me and says the debit card number is invalid.

              This is driving me crazy, I want my money being credited to my account immediately and and end to this harassment.

              This is the worst form customer support ever by any bank ever.

                Sir/madam
                I was refused by the bank to pin after getting the debit card from my home branch (Sbi amtali-sbin0009130) on 07/12/16 as i have not carried my passbook along with me. Though i had my photo icard (Adhar card, pan card and d. Licence) with me. As i did not take with me my passbook with me. I am using net banking regularly and ready to show to them also. But i am i told to check my photo and signature before giving the pin of my card. But i was told it will be issued only by producing the bank passbook. So i want to know why this passbook is required and please justify it and is there any link between debit card pin and passbook that the other bank is not following the security youare mantaining. As i went to my home branch by travelling 60km and taking one day leave in my job.

                  when i tried to POS machine to transfer rs 30000/- and also rs 1000/- from my a/c to another a/c on 9.11.2016 around 05.20 to 5.40 pm
                  My sbi card shows transaction declined everytime. at the time i could not recieved any reciept from the POS machine .
                  but when i checked the balance from the internate banking after that balance was deducted from my a/c.

                  sir i have already given the complain to the sbi constumber care but till now no any reply come not the money .

                  very worst service now a days sbi very worst my salary is 10000 i shopping 8000 rs using my sbi debit card but card declined but balance deducted from my account, also 23 rs charages for declined. its very funny your network is poor so u only pay for customers.why customer paying to u for card declined also my deducted money was not revised to my account i call so many times to customer care but no response. just learn with private banks are how good with customer satisfaction. other wise just close the bank and go home.

                      Its been last six month i have not yet used my card but it seems that they are doing fraud with me they dint givan any alert to me that i will be charged like 500 hundred rupies on per charges that was something very disipointed.                         Current account [protected] has been opened on 29 Nov 2016 and application ID 498909 dtd 30 Nov 2016 was forwarded for installation of swipe machine but till date i.e. 12 Dec 2016 has not been installed yet in spite of the repeated reminders, several efforts, requests, meeting with branch manager, calling people whomsoever is responsible.
                        Also till date neither internet banking activated nor any documents received by bank.

                        Dear Respected sir, , I am Khoda Dalwadi SBI customer, I have been using my SBI account for the past 3 years without cheque book facility. I am using internet banking.Now, I would like to apply for the cheque book online internet banking.It give message for me CHEQUE BOOK NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS ACCOUNT.

                          On 08 th DEC 2016 I tried to withdrew 2000 rs from three different ATM's, but cash didn't dispensed by none of the 3 ATM's but a total sum of 6000 deducted from my account... I contacted sbi toll free number on 09 th DEC 2016 and the executive told that there is some problem in raising a complaint.Further I tried on 10 th and 11 th DEC ...but customer care were not available...and this is the 3 rd day, my issue doesn't get addressed by sbi authorities... By these kind of apathy how could we become digital...

                                  As I have used secure otp app before in other device, so I am not receiving any otp on message. Now I am not able to do any transaction without the app.

                                    I was trying to add Rs 3000 from my SBI savings account to Paytm wallet online through my debit card on[protected] at 5.30 PM. However, the amount got deducted my account but did not credited in my Paytm account.
                                    The transaction message i got was: Thank you for using your SBI debit card 459XX6205 for a purchase worth Rs3000 on POS [protected] at ONE97 COMMUNICATION LT txn#[protected].
                                    Please expedite crediting the amount back to my SBI account.

                                        Sir/madam 2days ago I tired to withdraw money from atm(hdfc) but I got message as transaction denied.I tired it twice but both tome I got same message. But when I checked I my account details then it showing as my 3000/- money has been deducted. I didn't get any message and money also. Even I tired many times to call customer care service but didn't get any good response.
