Whenever i check my balance through ATM card or cash machine, its going decrease everytime. I want to know that why they deduct my money. And its not little bit money.       My offline demat account was converted to online with out any information to me .i was contacted the customer care regarding the subject they are not able to clarify the reason why my trading account was converted from offline services to online trading services there is no proper feed back from them.i was facing problem with your services .my holdings are blocked by them in my demat account.i was not submitted any application to conversation .my demat no.[protected]

        Dear Sir, Good Afternoon. On 14.03.15, sayurday, I went to SBI bank at Kovilpatti about 1.30PM to make an entry in my wife's pass book. Where there is no timing display in the counter.But the employee in the pass book entry counter told me not to enter into the Bank and scolded for entering in to the bank at 1.30 PM and he refused to serve me.I asked for display of timing of working hours.He asked security to make me go out with low level of treatment.The incident in which my mind was highly disturbed.I request you to take necessary action for not treated the customer properly and necessary timing information was not given to me.

          Respected sir, with best wishes (jai hind) today on the date : 11/03/15 I went to your bank SBI Godhra Home branch for collect my payment and i was fall in line on the s/d no. 3 and my cheque was taken lately. after taking cheque from me the payment in the cheque was 50000/- so my cheque was gone for the pass of payment by the higher post employee and that employee was busy with the other employee and they are gossiping for 15 min and when was shouted he come on their table after 5 min of my shouting and i am in a hurry to go baroda for the important meeting of my business. So, like thin in your bank i have getting lots of difficulty and mental harassment by the employee of your bank. that is why my request you to take the appropriate action on this.             My sbi atm debit card was dispatched with indian speed post no EK[protected]IN on 10th march 2015. but still its not delivered on my home adresss.               [protected] Prefix STD code of your city while calling from mobile ) This is the contact information provided in website but on dialling this number with my city prefix, the number does not exist. On dialling[protected] automated reply "please stay on line" and then the call ends immediately. [protected]/[protected] These numbers don't ring sometimes, sometimes they do but always i get an automated reply "Your call cannot be processed". I have mailed to [protected]@sbicard.com but no response till now. I have also tried SMS PROBLEM to [protected], but this also turned out to be a worthless effort .

                Dear Sir, I have SBI Credit Card Holder, Everyday call came form SBI Customer care for verification or new product launch.Every time verification department verify. Dt. 25.02.2015 one call came form SBI Verification department and for verification purpose many question ask including Credit card No. CVV No. I had provide above detail.Unfortunately one massage came my mobile OTP & due busy in serious work i forget and gave them otp. After 10Minutes 1 massage came in my massage regarding transaction . We are very surprise because we are not believe in online purchase. Who is Monarch Epay Kerela really i don't know. Immediate i am trying to contact customer care SBI for the fraud transaction & lodged complaint. Still matter are pending . Serious enquiry should be raised against Monarch for further fraud retain.

                  Hi, My name is yesudas meesala from Hyderabad, My card no. 3723 As checked my mobile today(13th Mar'15) I have received 4 messages from Sbicard which of the 3 messages were of validating my card by APL*APPLE ONLINE STORE, AT& T QD GLF, AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR and said my card was successfully validated. The fourth message was of Transaction o[censored]SD108.90 made on my SBI card by AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR. When I went and checked in my Sbi card online account, there was a transaction made on 14/03/2015 by AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR BETHLEHEM US and Rs 6897.21 Dr. Were debited from my SBI credit card account. Please let me know how can Sbi validate my Sbi credit card without my permission and allow to make transaction online without any OTP. Kindly do the need full.                   Today morning I got a call from [protected], by some individual giving his name as Mr Anuj Garg, Sbi manager of Delhi branch. On being asked as to how I should ascertain his identity, he was not very forthcoming and asked me to contact the sbi customer care and then abruptly dropped the call. I wanted the SBI to professionally handle my complaint. Not in the manner it was done, wherein I was unable to ascertain the individual's identity. Something drastic needs to be done by the SBI.
                  The card details have never been divulged on my mobile by me or my family. I am a defence officer and these fraud cases won't go down well with the SBI as a company linked as salary accounts with the forces. SBI, please take appropriate action..

                  Hi, I am K Seetharam from Mysore, Karnataka. My card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 4159. I received 4 mails from SBI Card of which the first 3 stated that "an enquiry was made by APL*APPLE ONLINE STORE to check the validity of your SBI Card XX4159. We wish to inform you that the same has been successfully validated" and the 4th one stated that "Transaction o[censored]SD153.67 made on SBI Credit Card XX4159 at AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR on 17 Mar 15". Suddenly today I discovered that some Rs. 10, 000+ are debited to my Credit Card account on 17.03.2015. Please let me know how could SBI validate my Card account without my permission and allow the transaction without any OTP. I am shocked. I wish SBI Card takes corrective step and arrange to credit the money back into my account.

                  I also faced same issue. The SBI card customer care rep told me to send the dispute form. I did send them in email. I did not receive any reply yet. Has some one got any response from SBI reg the money? Still the money is showing up in my transaction history. Any other steps we need to follow.
                  Today I received another message by AT&T trying to validate my card again... SBI needs to do something quickly or we need to take this to the police and court as a case of internet fraud and SBI not being able to stop it.

                    My name is Inderjeet s/o Prem chand. I am having account in sbi in samrala road Ludhiana branch. My account no. is[protected]. I tried to transfer fund through ATM of Gulzarbagh on 28/9/2014. But it was fail transaction. Even I did not press the button of debit option on ATM machine. Amount of 5000 rs was debited from my account when I checked my account summary on internet banking. I lodge a complaint at the same day. The complaint number is AT[protected] given by the customer care. They closed that complaint by saying that you have debited 5000 rupees from the ATM. But I did not get any money on that day. After that they gave me email id of their seniors. I also registered a complaint on that email id and waiting till now but there is no response from the seniors. I went my home branch and they said to go Bihar and talk to that branch. When i went there they told me to contact home branch. Now i am feeling helpless. Please help.

                      I have my Savings account (A/C No: [protected]) in your branch since 2005. When I went through my A/C statement of Feb 2015, I found that an amount of Rs.112.36 has been debited from my account twice on 19.02.2015. When I tried to clarify with the Branch, after number of calls, I was informed that I am using two ATM cards and that the amounts deducted were towards the annual maintenance charges for the two cards. But When I clearly stated that I have been issued only one card in 2007 (After blocking of a card which was missed in 2007), they could not provide a suitable answer to sort out this issue and asked me to contact the Toll free number [protected] for blocking the second card. When I contacted the Toll free number, I was informed that I have been issued two cards and the deduction of money was towards the annual maintenance charges for the two cards. But when I asked for the details of the second card number, the customer care person could not give me the details and informed me that he is blocking that card with immediate effect and asked me to contact the branch for further clarifications. This is to inform you that I was issued an ATM Card bearing number[protected] in 2007 (After blocking of the previous card). I am operating only this card since 2007. I have not applied nor have been issued a second card as mentioned by the Bank. I am unable to understand when the second card said to be operated by me was issued. I am annoyed to know that Annual maintenance fee for the two cards are debited from my account for the past eight years. This is highly unethical and unfair for a largest Bank like State Bank of India to act on wrong assumptions and cause me mental tension and loss. It is sad to note that the branch or the call centre could not give me a convincing answer with a clear proof that I operate two ATM Cards. I also wonder how could the Bank issue two ATM Cards for a Single account holder?. I request you to help me to get the refund the annual maintenance fee debited from my account for the last 8 years along with interest. I am sure that with the existing facilities available with SBI it is not impossible to find out my banking operations and ATM transactions and identify where the problem occurred.                         Now SBI is offering Home Loan of any amount without any valid documents like Sale Deed, etc., While approaching kindly refer Housing Loan A/c No:[protected] of M S Sathish. The applicant had been sanctioned an amount of Rs. 13, 13, 000. Now that more than one year passed SBI is still yet to get the sale deed from the applicant. What is the action to be taken against the bank official who had processed and sanctioned the amount without any valid documents.

                          Sir, This is Shabbir Ali. I have applied for SBI ATM around 15th of Feb 2015. With in a week i got the New ATM. But, later i waited for PIN number ...I didn't got. Finally, i called many times to SBI Help line number, and confirmed that it would get delivered to the respective SBI Branch - Georgepet (Satya sai branch), Anantapur. the next day after the ATM is delivered. So, finally i went to branch on 11th March 2015 to get the PIN number. ...But, there response is Negative...Saying, that It would get long long ...may be around 3 or 4 months after you will get that. ...till then wait and watch ...This, is the stupid response i got from the Acting Manager of SBI. I requested them for informing me. ...once you get my PIN number. ...which they just made fun of me and denied ...Which hurts me... Now, when i warned to complain about it ...they started Complaining on the POST OFFICE Dept.

But According to NCPI (Aaadhaar Linking Status in Bank (as per NPCI : Not Submitted)) Not Submitted I Have Asked So Many Times In my Bank and they said they had done from his side and updated My Aadhaar with my bank account, and Its not updated from NPCI .                               I deals in finance of commercial vehicles trucks and buses, i have made a new firm on the name of S.S.Enterprises, rattan nagar patiala 70-71, block-c, I approached your tripuri town branch for opening of current a/c on the name of firm.when your officer intorduce with bm, she start talking non sensely, we cannot open the account of finance firms, which involve in financial frauds, I sat there for 3-4 minutes, i was totally surprised to know the level of her knowlege, i have spoken that i am in finance from last 19+yrs, i am already running a firm with a/c in PNB, Ur branch is near to my residence, i having full knowledge of kyc needed to open a current a/c, which i have shown her, but she refused to open an account.pl guide at least Ur bm how to behave with public.i[censored]r officer having no knowlege of opening current a/c that is ok but should behave properly, very shamful act on her part, i having personal a/c in that branch which i am going to close same a/c is opened by PNB DLF Colony patiala People within 10 min deepak sharma[protected] dt 12/3/2015

                                    On 26/02/2015, a sum of Rs 112.36 has been debited twice from my SB a/c no [protected] in the name of Banumathi M towards atm card annual fee, card no[protected] and[protected], Out of which the card no[protected] was already surrendered to SBI, Palayamkottai branch and they destroyed the card and the same is not on active. But the SBI debited Rs 112.36 for the inactive atm card also. Hence kindly reconcile your record and refund the extra amount debited by you to my SB a/c. My email - [protected]@gmail.com

                                        dear sbi team, i want to inform you that your sbi office in kanpur (rooma branch) had not allowing me to transfer money by atm card by saying it is not permitted by rbi new guidelines to use your relatives atm due to security reasons. but earlier i did the same .
