I had received a call from [protected] (2-3 times). She was asking for SBI CC detail including CCV number. I have not provided the same, but I am quite sure those who are unaware might give them the details. Would request SBI to act on those calls.

    I had been to SBI Yemlur branch to deposit money in my friends account in cash. As I do not have an account in SBI, I am not familiar with things like not accepting deposit in cash, you need a card to deposit cash, non availability of pay in slips at the branch, charges for depositing in ones own account etc. Being one of the biggest banks in the nation it becomes the employees responsibility to guide its customers, but I had one of the most horrible experiences till date at a bank. I was said rudely that i cannot deposit in cash. The employee there was frustrated, tired, arrogant and not at all a friendly feeling. I was also charged 100rs for depositing 6000rs in ones own account. I dont understand the logic behind this. Anyways, here on I have de-listed SBI from my banking list. 'JUST HORRIBLE' experience.

      Hello My name is HEMANG JOSHI from Ankleshwar-Gujarat, My card no.5755 As checked my mobile today(13th Mar'15) I have received 4 messages from Sbicard which of the 3 messages were of validating my card by APL*APPLE ONLINE STORE, AT& T QD GLF, AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR and said my card was successfully validated. The fourth message was of Transaction o[censored]SD153.67 made on my SBI card by AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR. When I went and checked in my Sbi card online account, there was a transaction made on 14/03/2015 by AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR BETHLEHEM US and Rs 10082.72 Dr. Were debited from my SBI credit card account. Please let me know how can Sbi validate my Sbi credit card without my permission and allow to make transaction online without any OTP. Kindly do the need full. I here by declare that the above information is true as per my knowledge and I want my money back into my Credit card immediately. Pl.Kindly co-operate with me, and return my Hard earned money asap. NOTE : For your kind Info.how can SBI allow to diduct money from my A/C, Inspite of no credit in my credit card balance (All ready No cerdit balance in my A/C, How can it possible ?         Hi, My name is Wing Commander Sandeep Brahmawar from Chandigarh, My credit card no. is [protected].         State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Today morning I got a call from [protected], by some individual giving his name as Mr Anuj Garg, Sbi manager of Delhi branch. On being asked as to how I should ascertain his identity, he was not very forthcoming and asked me to contact the sbi customer care and then abruptly dropped the call. I wanted the SBI to professionally handle my complaint. Not in the manner it was done, wherein I was unable to ascertain the individual's identity. Something drastic needs to be done by the SBI.
        The card details have never been divulged on my mobile by me or my family. I am a defence officer and these fraud cases won't go down well with the SBI as a company linked as salary accounts with the forces. SBI, please take appropriate action..
        I have received another message from AT&T trying to validate my card again... Please do something to stop this fraud...

          Sir/Madam, I deposited Rs 128000.00 vide cheque no 746021 on[protected], for advance tax AY 2010-11, from my a/c no [protected] SBI branch Subroto park Delhi Cantt. This amount is not showing on my form 27 AS. I have misplaced the copy of challan /cin no. I have taken up with AGM SBI Subroto park to give duplicate copy of challan or cin no vide email on 11 Feb 2015 & 16 Feb & last on 10 Mar 2015. He has informed me on tel that copy or voucher for transaction are not available &that he has taken up with hq sbi mumbai . my last date to deposit tax was 15 Mar 2015.                     On 13Mar 15 at 23:44 at SBI ATM (HFBC[protected] at shaheen bagh, , Delhi, SBI Debit Card number [protected] used for withdrawing Rs.10000 (txn#8607) and SMS received on phone .Again Transacted for Rs.7000 but process interrupted and no money dispensed.Again transacted for Rs. 7000 and money dispensed by machine. No SMS Received after the transaction of Rs.10000.Also no receipt was produced by the ATM machine. On 14 Mar 15 when withdrew Rs.1000 from the same ATM, I came to know that Rs.7000 was deducted twice (Total Rs, 14000 ) from my account but it should be only once. Request complaint to be initiated/addressed and Rs.7000 should be refunded in my account. SBI A/C No.[protected] S F Ahmed/ [protected]

                        Tele calling fraud DEAR Sir, I received a call on 13th of March 2015 saying that it is from sbi credit card department regarding upgrading my card They asked for my card number and other verification details partly which they gave and partly which I gave They then said i would receive another call from other department for further verification which i should verify They said i was entitled to free gifts worth 50 to 60 thousand for which i was supposed to pay about 8 thousand which also would be deducted from the cash back i would get on the card they then asked for my OTP when i realized that it was a fraud call and did not divulge the details The person on the call said that i would now have to pay 8 thousand as it has already been billed to which i replied that i am making a police complaint and would then sort the payment issue I again received a sms from them saying that I was billed.I got various calls from the following no.[protected],[protected], [protected] & one lady named herself Neha Sharma gave her no as [protected].

                              My offline demat account was converted to online with out any information to me .i was contacted the customer care regarding the subject they are not able to clarify the reason why my trading account was converted from offline services to online trading services there is no proper feed back from them.i was facing problem with your services .my holdings are blocked by them in my demat account.i was not submitted any application to conversation .my demat no.[protected]

                                Dear Sir, Good Afternoon. On 14.03.15, sayurday, I went to SBI bank at Kovilpatti about 1.30PM to make an entry in my wife's pass book. Where there is no timing display in the counter.But the employee in the pass book entry counter told me not to enter into the Bank and scolded for entering in to the bank at 1.30 PM and he refused to serve me.I asked for display of timing of working hours.He asked security to make me go out with low level of treatment.The incident in which my mind was highly disturbed.I request you to take necessary action for not treated the customer properly and necessary timing information was not given to me.

                                  Respected sir, with best wishes (jai hind) today on the date : 11/03/15 I went to your bank SBI Godhra Home branch for collect my payment and i was fall in line on the s/d no. 3 and my cheque was taken lately. after taking cheque from me the payment in the cheque was 50000/- so my cheque was gone for the pass of payment by the higher post employee and that employee was busy with the other employee and they are gossiping for 15 min and when was shouted he come on their table after 5 min of my shouting and i am in a hurry to go baroda for the important meeting of my business. So, like thin in your bank i have getting lots of difficulty and mental harassment by the employee of your bank. that is why my request you to take the appropriate action on this.                                     My sbi atm debit card was dispatched with indian speed post no EK[protected]IN on 10th march 2015. but still its not delivered on my home adresss.                                       [protected] Prefix STD code of your city while calling from mobile ) This is the contact information provided in website but on dialling this number with my city prefix, the number does not exist. On dialling[protected] automated reply "please stay on line" and then the call ends immediately. [protected]/[protected] These numbers don't ring sometimes, sometimes they do but always i get an automated reply "Your call cannot be processed". I have mailed to [protected]@sbicard.com but no response till now. I have also tried SMS PROBLEM to [protected], but this also turned out to be a worthless effort .

                                        Dear Sir, I have SBI Credit Card Holder, Everyday call came form SBI Customer care for verification or new product launch.Every time verification department verify. Dt. 25.02.2015 one call came form SBI Verification department and for verification purpose many question ask including Credit card No. CVV No. I had provide above detail.Unfortunately one massage came my mobile OTP & due busy in serious work i forget and gave them otp. After 10Minutes 1 massage came in my massage regarding transaction . We are very surprise because we are not believe in online purchase. Who is Monarch Epay Kerela really i don't know. Immediate i am trying to contact customer care SBI for the fraud transaction & lodged complaint. Still matter are pending . Serious enquiry should be raised against Monarch for further fraud retain.
