My name is Shiv Shankar Rai. I had taken home loan in the year Feb 2006 from SBI AMY Pandra branch Ranchi Jharkhand. My Loan accounts no. [protected]. My loan was sanctioned for the amount of Rs 451000/- and I had received the amount 450000 in 2006. During the time of loan sanction I had been informed that my loan will be starting to deduct after six months with the rate of interest of 8.5%, but they had started charging the interest from the Ist month since they had issued me a loan and till now my rate of in interest has been reached 12.75% without even informing me. Till now SBI bank had deducted the total amount from my bank account is Rs 711307/- and still they are saying my balance amount is Rs 250296/- which they are charging accordingly; this means the total amount I am paying for my loan is Rs 961603/- almost double amount which I had taken for a house loan. You can see on my record sometimes they had also charged the loan amount 3/4 times in the same month and this had not happened only once plenty of time. Not only this they had also charged from my account Rs 83746/- for SBI life insurance without my knowledge, They had never informed me about this sbi insurance neither I have any paper document for this SBI life insurance. This is really fraud things happening in your loan department. I am an army retired persons and I know how I am paying for my house loan.     I am an account holder in SBI JP Nagar branch, Bangalore(IFSC Code-SBIN0007117). I hold this account with them since 2007. Today, the 18th March, 2015. I went to the branch to deposit a cheque issued by my builder, who holds a current account at SBI, Tirupati. I was surprised to hear that the cheque cannot be honoured as it is a high value cheque and they cannot take risk. What kind of a bank is this who cannot take risks with a genuine A/c payee cheque and what kind of confidence that they show towards a loyal long term customer. There are obviously financial risks in a financial institution. When, I held my ground, one lady by name Kokila, who calls herself a manager (I say this because of her in-capability to do justice to her position), comes and says that there is a mis-match in the signature, and rudely says that you go to Tirupati and get this realized. Again, what kind of a response to a customer and why should a customer hold an account in this bank when they can't even properly speak to the customer. Upon much insistence, she re-directs me to the so called Assistant General Manager(just for name sake) by name T.M.Sharnabasava (another bull headed ). He does not have 2 minutes to listen to the customer issues and when customer speaks logically this finds the talk rubbish. I said, I have an account here and I am presenting an account payee cheque, when you are unable to honour this cheque-please give me a valid reason for this. He says, we know what we are doing without quoting any reasons and later he says there is a signature mis-match. The previous day I had presented another cheque issued by the same person for the same bank which was rejected stating that there is a mis-match in the hand-writing and ink used(which is a valid reason and can be bought). When I went back to the cheque issuer and said this, he promptly accepted the same and issued me another cheque, with the same signature which all of sudden is not matching and the same signature was matching the previous day but the issue was with the difference in handwriting and ink. Then, I insisted the cheque be sent for collection to Tirupati branch(the issuers home branch), instead of they without much thought, asking me to goto Tirupati (They say, it takes just one day to and fro to Tirupati. For which, I said, then why the hell am I holding an account with your branch). Finally they agreed to send it for collection. I really don't understand why SBI being a premier bank keeps these kind o[censored]n-trained, irresponsible and stupid Koki la's and Sharnbasava's. Is there a dearth in India of knowledgeable people and who are willing to serve the customers with a smile. Its high time that SBI realizes, times are changing in India and customers won't accept bull- for an answer. Take care SBI, don't become a history by keeping such stupid jerks to serve customers

      I am a common person in adra., west bengal, branch of sbi... Here every min there is a person investing or depositing money.. But ut takes too long there are atleast 7 counters but only 3 are opened.. And the others are closed.. . There are too lazy people working and when they get depressed by their work they say network or link failure

        Dear sir I Sri Sapneswar Biswal Sbi account no.[protected] at sbi sarang branch dhenkanal and i am a govt service holder at IGIT Sarang engineering collage and my salary account is in the above branch mentioned.few days before i have applied for a loan amount of 200000 rupees the branch manager is agree to give me the loan so he gave me the loan form and told me to give the necessary doccuments for loan and i will gave the nesessary doccument with the loan form and deposited to the branch manager and at first he told me your loan is sanctioned but next day he intentionally told me to come next day and two days after and so on .there for i will request you kindly take some nesessary action as soon as possible to sanction of my loan.

            I planned to finance the Wagon Car VXI for Rs 3, 00, 000/- (Rs Three Lakhs Only) from One Up Motors- Alambagh, Lucknow and I visited to verify my original documents on[protected], the behavior of both SBI Employees Name- Mr. Srikant Tiwari & Ms Swati Branch- Shahnajaf Road, Hazratganj- Lucknow was very rude and bad. They gave me instruction to arrange the lot of documents which is not related to finance Car Loan. I know what are the Documents really need to finance the Car and tell to both employees not to teach the customers. All Employees of SBI Loan Department are getting their salary from their customers Loan. With this behaviour I am not interested to take the Loan against Car from SBI and suggest to others also not to take Loan from SBI as well.
            I am a salaried person…..and SBI don’t have authority to demand for Personal Papers which is not related for Car Loan.

            I know that what are the Important papers required by any bank, these are as follows:-
            1. Address Proff
            2. 6 Months Bank Statement
            3. 7 Cheques
            4. Pan Card
            5. Form-16
            6. Salary Slip

            Now I also know that SBI is the worst organization in India for consider the complaints lodged by customer and they don’t take any action also. But inspite of that I lodged my complain.

              Dear sir,

              I have a/c in sbi ( branch :_ omerga), i have compain sumbited to custmer care regarding money dudcted at the time i was use atm service, compain no. Is below at[protected] & at[protected]. But compain resolved by other atm bank, also money had credited in home branch but. My branch bank do not return my money after given compaint to them. Please suggest where should i go to resolve my issue?

                I had selected flexipay option# [protected] for the amount 10272 on 3rd January and its been approved which I can see in the system for my card # 52XX XXXX XXXX XX49. Still the statement Has come with the full amount. Raised a services request #[protected] through customer care, even that's been resolved and and issue is not resolved till date.. Not only above mentioned complaint number there are more than 10 such request number raised which were blindly closed without resolving the issue. Called more than 30 times and still the issue is not resolved. Due to their long hold time my telephone bill amount has got doubled. Till now the issue is not resolved, and not a single person from SBI tried contacting me.

                        I am a SBI Saving Account Holder of Bilimora Branch My Account No.-[protected] Name : Siddhram L.Rapeli. Mobile No.-[protected] & [protected] I was Indeed of 10000 Rs hence on 9th January15 at 11:55:57am -I did ATM Transaction for withdrawal of 10000 Rs at Bilimora ST depot -Transaction done ( TXN Slip No.3516) but Money not Received hence 2nd Transaction i did with 10, 000 Rs again money debited (10000 Rs each x 2 = 20, 000 Rs) immediatly i met to SBI Branch where i put up the matter & i have given complaint note. after 2days again i met they informed that they will be checking & than after 3days i had to attend to my Relative's home for Personnel work after 10days again i met SBI Branch than that person has misplaced my complaint note hence again i given complaint note from that day they are searching the Problem hence we asked to see CC TV Video & we saw with SBI General Manager & it is proved that Transaction done but Money not received & that record i have enclosed for your reference . I am Retired Officer of S.T depot Bilimora - & Value of 10, 000 Rs more for me. I humbly request you to Please arrange to Credit my Money 10, 000 Rs.                           Hi, My name is Gopala krishna from Kochi My card no. 6419 As I checked my mobile Yesterday(16th Mar'15) I have received 4 messages from Sbicard which of the 3 messages were of validating my card by APL*APPLE ONLINE STORE, AT& T QD GLF, AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR and said my card was successfully validated. The fourth message was of Transaction o[censored]SD104.94 made on my SBI card by AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR. and another transaction of 120.22 USD was made . After a few minutes i got a call from Customer care that they are blocking my card Please let me know how can Sbi validate my Sbi credit card without my permission and allow to make transaction online without any OTP. Kindly do the need full. I here by declare that the above information is true as per my knowledge and I want my money back into my Credit card immediately.                               मेरा स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया की हांसी शाखा ब्रांच कोड 00647 में बचत खाता है. दिनांक 17.03.2015 को मैंने स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया की हांसी शाखा ब्रांच कोड 11948 में रु.7500.00 जमा करवाए. परन्तु बैंक द्वारा रु. 50.00 इंटरसिटी चार्जेज चार्ज कर लिए गए. सोचने कि बात हैं कि बैंक लाखों रूपये की RTGS के तो केवल 25-00 चार्ज करता है और केवल 7500-00 के पचास रूपये चार्ज कर लिए. फिर हमारे माननीय प्रधानमत्री महोदय कहते है कि सभी काम बैंक के द्वारा कीजिये.क्या मेरी शिकायत पर गौर कीजिएगा.

                                In the month of May 2009 I surrendered debit card[protected] to the home branch. I had been issued with a new debit card[protected]. Since then annual ATM charges deducted for both the debit cards from my savings account no [protected]. Hence kindly reconcile your record and refund the extra amount debited.

                                    I am Dr Anuradha Emani.I had an account in SBI vanasthalipuram Hyderabad since 3 years.
                                    I went to UK for 3 years and came back in November 2014.
                                    I have applied for new debit card.
                                    Since 4 months i have been trying to do online shopping with this debit card but I do not receive one time passwords.
                                    I have complained to local bank but my problem is yet unresolved.
                                    I am really frustrated now that I want to close my account and cancel all my fixed deposits too in this bank as I lost hope.
                                    This form is the last thing I want to do.

                                        i am existing customer of SBI . i obtain loan in the year 2006. since then i am doing business with you. in the year 2012 i got confirm order from APSRTC worth about 2cr.and order has to be executed in 24months according to work supply i was to supply material immediately and bank took 4and half months to sanction limit. and amount was sanctioned as adhoc limit for three months which opposed and bank collected processing fee on total amount. i was forced to accept this amount as i have to execute my order. Due to delay in sanction of loan and release of amount my order was made as stop supply. And due to this i incurred heavy financial loss in my business and it also effected my regular business. Since then with great difficulty i am managing my business and all interest and installments, As you have introduce new scheme of ABL, i approached my Banker to club my all loan account under this scheme and help me out. They agreed for this and obtained valuation of my property, and after 45 days of my proposal i was informed that they cannot sanction 39lacs as my realization value is about 55lacs and the market value is 65lacs but the correct market value is 85lacs they proposed to sanction 33lacs and another one lacs as bank charges, This delayed information has wasted my time second now my account is on edge of NPA on 24th march. mine is SSI unit and run by women i have not asked for waiver of interest or any other help and i am paying interest @15.5% . from last one year. kindly help me out. this is a true submision and on record. This second time delayed information may lead my unit becoming sick, kindly help me out
