I had taken a educational loan from your SBI, Barpeta main branch, IFSC Code SBIN0000028...during[protected].. My loan recovery is completed in the year of 2013...but the indian govt announced that the interset of educational loan after will be nill..
I have already drop a complaint against my educational loan, but your staff avoid/ignoring me...so i request to you, please solve my problem as soon as possible...

        on 3rd march a fellow named Rahul chauhan phoned up and read my credit card no .said he is converting my reward poits in to cash and asked for OTP. i asked him how to beleive ? he said he is senior manager from sbi main branch in mumbai and he said his mobile no is (from which he rang) [protected].the next day one lady calling herself riya sharma (mob no is [protected])called and said that a letter to this effect ie the reward poits converting in to cash will be despatched to my address and got it noted down from me. same day i saw the sbicard and it was showing debit of 8888.00 and the same day i emailed to feedback @sbi, sms ed them but to no avail.so far no one even responded till now.just now saw the same no quoted here in this website. this means that fellow is a fraud ?? then knowing fully his mobile no why cannot he be caught by the police? anyway i am determined not to pay for this. pl help . s seshan

          sir the people of state bank of india are behaving very worstly towards customers. if we want to open any savings account or any deposit account we need to stand in que line for long time. if we Newly deposit money in newly opened savings or recurring deposit account.after opening of the account. the bank will not provide passbook for that account to customer. they are issuing passbooks without any branch seal.or manager sign. the branch people are unnecessarily arguing with customers about issuing passbooks and taking lumpsum for issuing new passbook for any account. if a customer needs to visit branch manager. he is behaving most irresponsible on customer. he spokes harshly on customers. if we need to complain to call centre of state bank of india. the call centre people are speaking differently. they are saying the gurunanak nagar branch details are unknown. there is no Such branch available with that name. even if we provide ifsc code also the state bank of india will not exists in vijayawada. such a way the people are playing with customers. i suggest you to take serious action on call centre & manager of state of india Gurunanak nagar. for any details pls contact [protected] Mail id : [protected]@gmail.com Name of bank : State Bank of india Name of branch : Gurunanak Nagar IFSC Code : 0007955 Location : Vijayawada

            Sir, I, DHANANJAY KUMAR MISHRA, having a saving bank account [protected] in SBI Uttarlai(04353) since Jan 2009. Now I have transferred my account to Subroto Park Branch(01535). My account has been transferred but CIF has not been transferred due to which I am not able to avail any banking facility. My ATM card is also blocked and no action can be taken unless CIF is transferred at new branch. As suggested by SBI Suborto Park Staff, I contacted Uttarlai branch through Telephone but even after calling 3 to 4 times my problem has not been addressed yet.             This is informed to you that the undersigned has submitted an application, dated[protected], followed by a fax message,[protected] before the Manager, SBI, ONGC, Tel Bhawan Branch, Dehradun (UK) with respect to transfer of my Saving bank account bearing No. [protected] and CIF No. [protected] to SBI, Mamura Branch, Code No. 17081, Sector-66, NOIDA (UP) but during discussions with the Branch Manager on yesterday, it has been informed by him that neither the saving bank account number nor the CIF number has ever been transferred by the SBI, Dehradun for which the undersigned is unable to transact with the bank. In connection with this, the undersigned has again sent a fax message on[protected] to the Branch Manager, Dehradun for doing the needful but no intimation has been received yet now.
            Therefore, it is humbly requested to kindly look into the matter and transfer my SB account number and CIF number as well enabling me to operate my account without any hindrance and kindly intimate about solution of my complaint.

              Respected sir/ madam My name is Himal patel and I have made payment for educational purpose on 8th march 2015 through "state bank collect" website (https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/institutiontypedisplay.htm). I have fill up all details that is required and then I proceed for payment. I made a payment through my Bank of India debit card and amount has been deducted from my account which is Rs 712.36 But after confirmation of transaction webpage should generate payment receipt but instead of that it shows the error. Please see the attachment which contain error page below. Due to this my visa procedure has been stuck so please focus on these problem.

Sub: Request to resolve fraudent withdrawal from my SBI Account. Dear Sir, I am a savings account holder in your esteemed bank in Vijayanagar Branch (SBIN0007985). Name: Kiron Ghorpade V (39, 7th A-Cross, 4th Main, RPC Layout, Vijayanagar 2nd Stage, Bangalore) Father’s Name: R Venkoba Rao (late) SBI Branch: Vijayanagar (7985) Account: Savings -[protected] I would like to bring the following incidents to your notice. 1. Date: 04/02/2015; Time: 7.40pm (approx); Rs1000 ATM withdrawal by Self at State bank ATM in Vijayanagar. 2. Date:04/02/2015; Time: from 11.06pm to 11.09pm; Received 4 SMS that Rs.35, 000/- has been withdrawn from my account at IOB ATM (IOBD6405). 3. Date: 05/02/2015; Time: from 12.10am to 12.11am; Received 2 SMS that Rs.11, 000/- has been withdrawn from my account at CAN ATM[protected]. After the 1st withdrawal by myself, I returned home with my card with me & pin in my memory. I have never given the card or disclosed the pin to anyone including my family members in the past or in the present. Also I am using debit cards from past 18 years without any problem. With the above 2nd & 3rd withdrawals my money of Rs.46, 000/- was fraudently drawn by some unknown in an unknown place without my card & pin. Later I opened my net-banking screen & was shocked to find out that the amount was withdrawn in GOA state. It was really shocking that this has occurred with my card & pin with me & me being in Bangalore at 7.40pm. The money was for treatment of my aged mother. I did not know what to do. On 5/02/2015, I called the online number with my mobile & lodge a complaint formally. I received few ticket numbers like AT[protected], AT[protected], AT[protected] & AT[protected] at 9.55am as SMS on my mobile. Later I went to my SBI branch & submitted a written complaint at 10:43am to the Bank Manager who received it & also suggested to lodge a police complaint. The police complaint was lodged at Vijayanagar Police station. The acknowledgement was issued by the police & copy of same was submitted to the Bank Manager on the same day. Also I blocked my debit card after suggestion from the bank manager. From that day I am following with the bank manager regularly by me or by my wife on an alternate day. Till now the issue has not been resolved & the money has not been credited to my account. Also we have not received any information about the video footage from the ATMs. Copies of all the details are attached herewith for your kind reference.                   The SBI-Mico Layout branch in Bengaluru, KA has deducted Rs.498 on 7th April 2015 as FEE EXCESS DRS (Narration) from my SBI Savings Account # [protected]. This amount has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. This is an unethical banking business which this bank is performing. There was no mention of this information anywhere in the bank brochure. The customer doesn't recognise what this transaction means and for the customer it only means robbing customer's hard earned money or cheating the customer.

                  I request the authority to refund back my hard earned money .

                    Hi, We are planning to book locker facility in sbi bank Hence we went to bank office for enquiry, but bank said to buy locker to should buy SBI life bond of 1 lac per year and 2 lax fixed deposit. I search on web and found bond and fixed deposit is not necessary, hence raised this complaint against sbi bank. Please help us to get locker facility....

                        Hi, I am Sitesh kumar, i have applied form for education loan in SBI Bank(Bingaon SAB), but bank manager behaviour is not good he does not know even how to talk with customer, zone bank demanding for following documents: 1. Family income should be greater than 4.5 LPA 2. fee structure details not verified by branch manager. and more.. But thing is that i belong from farmer family and my family income is around 1LPA and i am a OBC. So i want to ask few questions Q1. can farmer's son go for higher study like engg? If yes then How is it possible? Education loan required because i do not have money for higher education Q2 I born in poor family is not my fault whereas i have rights to study higher BUT How is it possible ? Q3. i never asked to give me all things in free unless i am ready to make agreement of land for education loan. Q4. should i spend my all time to move around the bank boundary for education loan or concentrate on my study? Q5. If you cannot help me on this cost then why not i choice other option? This is the reason where poor people start to move to forest.. All government telling, we will do this/that but nothing is happening in field, we are living on 21th of century, this is the independent India...imazin !!! I am from India's most dangerous area called Khunti(Jharkahnd), If you can to grow society, please put some potential here I cannot give any bribe to pass my education loan Thanks You!!!

                          DEAR SIR / Madam, I HANUMANTAPPA.P having Savings Bank Account No.[protected]. in State bank of india, HAL branch, HAL bangalore.560017. TXN No.5076 on 10/01/2015 saturday.i requested Rs.20000/- for with drawing in ATM machine. the machine despatched 14000/- and again after few seconds machine has given 2000/-. after this the machine gets locked and red indication light at left side of the machine is automatically switched on. i have got total amount is Rs.14000+2000=Rs.16000/- only. balance Rs.4000/- i have not received in my account from the bank till date. after this we asked the nearby Bank security and Bank manager. they told that you give complaint letter to us on monday. and you will get your Rs.4000/-back. we given the letter and called to customer care also so many times. they have sent me a letter saying that you have withdrawn Rs.20000/-. if i ask to branch manager he is telling that, there is no any relation between ATM machines and me and you ask customer care only. we requested customer care that to check the amount loaded the left out balance int the machine. i have totally disappointed in this regard. i am working in nightshifts in a company, i had wasted the precious time for calling customer care daily and going to branch and asking to branch manager. please help me and please do the needful to give back my hard earned money of Rs.4000/-please. my suggestion is please check CCTV footage. and the money loaded before in the machine and the balance leftout in the machine.                             I am a 1st Year MBA student of IIM Indore. I have taken educational loan of 14.5 Lacs from IIM Indore SBI Branch. Prior to joining IIM Indore, I was working with Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. I resigned from my Job on 21st June, 2014 and after that my loan was sanctioned. It was mentioned that to avail interest subsidy the overall family income has to be below 4.5 lacs. In my family other than me my father is working. My personal income from my job was above 4.5 lacs but my father's income is only Rs. 72, 000 per annum. For the current financial year that is Jul, 14 to Mar'15 there is only my father in the family who is earning and his earning is Rs.72, 000/year only. Right now I am not employed and in the coming year also I will remain unemployed as I will be studying. When I contacted Mr. Pankaj Goyal, the former Branch Manager of SBI IIM Indore, that whether I was eligible to get Interest Subsidy, he told me that yes I was eligible and I submitted the required income details of my father in the month of June, 14 itself. In the mean time when I contacted him he told that it was under process and as Canara bank was looking after this so it would be declared after Nov, 14. Recently as there was no news from bank, I went to meet the Branch Manager(New) and he told that I am not eligible and also told that as the loan is already sanctioned nothing can be done at this moment. Whereas I submitted all the documents at the beginning itself in Jun, 14 and the documents are also there in the file which is with the Bank. They are not providing me any justification that why my documents were not processed or even if I was not eligible why I was not informed at that moment. I am facing lot of difficulties because of this. I will be highly obliged if you can kindly look into the matter so that it can be resolved.

                              this is not a complaint. this is my experience. my sb account no [protected]/Padmmasini desikan and desikan srinivasan. some ten/tthirteen days back I made mistake on login PW and was blocked. I asked for PW by post as I did not get it I went to the branch and got the PW and tried after a day as suggested. the printing in the PW is not clear. you can view it as P/R/A or anything as a result the login is blocked for the day and I to go in for the same process. I do not mind going but the time is lost unnecessarily. I request you to make sure the printing is clearly visible. futhur you can make the process easier without making us to run to the branch. after all the entire thing is to avoid going to branch and crowding the branch. Futhur the PW can be received only from CM(PBD). he is already busy with the business growth specially in March. You may think of an alternative

                                sbi rathtala branch code 6042 which recently sifted to a new destination has been converted into a nightmare for its customers. Arrogant clerk hardly help you out of any problem. neither they listen nor even behave friendly. long of que add salt with this. in one word it can be said that banking with sbi has become pathetic for me which forced me to close my account and choose a better service provider like axis bank. please do needful to fecilitate customers as you owe to consumers and not consumers to you. thanking you

                                    Dear Sir, Today I went to SBI in Mancherial Mian Branch to Deposit Cheque, I was in Que the teller was watcing me and there about to 20 Min after My turn came i gave the Cheque and he told me go to another counter, I asked him why didn't you Informed me early and all of the Sudden he stated Shouting at me telling do you have a brain or not, his name is Suresh and i also shouted at him, then he told me i will kick on your , is this kind of Customer Service and Treating in SBI and I Really got very much angry and i went back, you can watch in the CC footage how was he shouting at customers, please i beg every one please take an action agnist him, i went to branch manager Cabin also but he was not available there, he went to meeting, being a Reputed bank, i was ashamed my self that why i came to this bank, thanks for giving time to read this Mail. There was no Sticker or sign Boards in the Bank.
