    I am Saurabh Yadav, a resident of Viks Nagar, Lucknow. Recently I went my nearest SBI branch, which is at Vikas Nagar. I went there to open account under the Jan Dhan Yojana but the attendant just denied and said that they do not open accounts under that scheme. How on earth is this possible that I am denied to open account under the scheme in India's biggest public sector bank??!! I have blocked my AMT card on 26/11/2014. and the same day i Have Applied for New AMT Card, but still today I does not received any document form SBI. I go to Branch they told me " we sent to your details of Head office. We can't do any think for you. Please wait . sir, i want to know how long i am waiting ? I have facing lot of problem I can't withdrawal my money form last 1 month 10 days I have not cheque book for withdrawal my money.             i having sbi account no. [protected] at virar west branch on date 6th january 2015 i deposit 1 cheque no 059264 of rs 40, 000 to transfer in account of my sister in law mrs sanjivani wasnik account no [protected] at nagpur sbi branch . but the money was not transfered in that acc. today dt 08 01 2015 i gone to and asked why money has been not transfered to the said account. they given me cheque back by stating that this is a pension account, but sir this is saving account, and i already transfer rs 20000 by cheque no 59262 on 31st dec 214. then why not this time, sir my sis in law is working in a private firm and she is not a pensioner, her account is not a pension account sir i once again request you, if any pensioners person is need of money urgently at his account on any medical aid. etc. how we can transfer money to his account, as per bank clerk she state that, you cannot transfer any money to the pensioners account. is it true. . Sir, please look into the matter and do needful and necessary action against the staff responsibile.. . t thanking you

Yesterday I got a phone call from SBI, Saraswati puram Branch, Mysore that My EMI are irregular & amount; to be paid Rs.9000+ immediately, due to Rate of interest is more. How can they demand to pay the full amount in one installment without any information. This is the duty of M/s.SBI to inform the customer regarding the change of EMI. Right now am unable to deposit the full amount of Rs 9000+. Kindly deduct the same in installment basis & inform me about the future EMI to be paid.                   I like to inform you that my mother Late Kanika Das had her pension account in SBI, Kalindi Housing Estate, Kolkata ( A/C No. [protected]). After the death of my mother on 26.03.2013, I informed the bank regarding her death and intended to make the deceased claim on 14.05.2013 but the bank rejected the claim narrating verbally that the total formalities were not fulfilled. After verbal advices in many time at different dates from the bank officials regarding the formalities to be followed for deceased claim, finally it was received on 22.03.2014. But till date, I have not received any response from the bank. I afraid that probably my application was misplaced by the concerned bank.                       नमस्ते श्रीमान ! यह फोटो भारतीय स्टेट बैंक कानपूर की बर्रा ब्रांच के मेनेजर श्री त्रिपाठी जी के ऑफिस का है .दीवार पर लगी घडी के मुताबिक अभी सिर्फ साढ़े तीन बजे है और ये साहब हाथ में एक थैला लेकर बाहर निकल गए हैं .एक परेशान ग्राहक ने जब इनसे अपनी समस्या बताई तो इन्होने कहा की हमारे पास फालतू टाइम नहीं है .उससे यह कहकर की तुम जानो तुम्हारा काम जाने इसके बाद ये श्रीमान अपनी गाड़ी में बैठकर कहीं चले गए हैं .जब ऑफिस में रूककर काम करने में इनका मन नहीं लगता है, अगर ये सिर्फ इतना कहना जानते हैं की तुम जानो तुम्हारा काम जाने तो .ऐसे लोगो को जबरदस्ती सरकारी नौकरी आखिर क्यों दी जाती है, अगर ग्राहक सेवा के लिए शुल्क देता है तो ये ग्राहक को बेवक़ूफ़ क्यों समझते है ? अगर आप इस पोस्ट को पढ़ रहे है तो कृपया ऐसे भ्रष्ट कर्मचारी के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही में मेरा सहयोग कीजिये.आपकी अति कृपा होगी .

                        When I am trying to book a bus ticket via online, money is debited wrongly from my account even the ticket is not booked. This is repeated twice. And refunding is also over delaying. When I call customer care, they said that to resolve and refund take 45 days long. But I am middle class family, if they take more time to refund money means we suffer a lot.

But till now The amount is not credited to my accouni.whenever i approach to branch they use to tell that cheque submitted was a post office matured cheque so it takes time to clear.                               My ATM is blocked on 02.01.2015 due to mismatch of password. But the same ATM no was working on previous transaction. My last transaction is 19.12.2014 the same password. Why the card is blocked. I also contact the customer care, they said that you are contact your area Manager. I go to the Manager regularly.                                 We should warn the banks those deducting on deposits by giving complaint through its official websites, if they repeat it again then the whole indian customers will withdraw their money from the banks. we should form a community of consumers so please spreads this message to the whole medias

                                  Hello, i placed an online order of rs 530/- on 29th dec around 6pm, the order was not completed but the money got deducted from my account. it was throwing an error that the order was not send to the shahjahanpur kitchen and the money will be refunded within 7 working days, it is more than it and i have not received my money yet.

                                      To general manager State Bank of India Sub - Humiliation - Dharitri Rath, Dishonour of cheque by CCPC BBSR A/C No- [protected] Respected sir, The cheque No-296261 for Rs 20, 000 Dt. 20/11/2014 issued to Idol Educational Services BBSR was returned due to " funds insufficient" on 24.11.2014 by CCPC although my balance as on date was Rs. 68.921.92 ( Xerox Copy of passbook Transactions enclosed. You have also deducted a charge of Rs. 253/- for dishonor of cheque. I have also paid Rs. 250/- to idol as his charges for dishonor of cheque charged by his banker. As dishonor of cheque has tarnished my image and i was humiliated a lot I request you (a) To advise idol educational services plot no. SB-16 Sree Residency, Bomikhal, BBSR as well as to me expressing regret for the same. (b) To reverse the charge of R's. 253/- by crediting the same in my account. (c) To reimburse a some of R's. 250/- which I spent to pacify the presenter to avoid legal action against me. The above request are prejudice to my further rights to move further in any forum.                                         Dear sir, This to inform you that i have a credit with you namely SBI Advantage Plus Gold & More card (Card no- [protected]) Since Aug2014 till date and paid all outstanding including EMIs related with opening of Fixed deposits. But unfortunately till date no FDs has been created with my SBI bank (Branch code05333).Now as confirmed by bank agent it should be automatically created by your end and to be linked with the bank. Now as i have already paid my 5 nos installments to my outstanding but till no Fds have been generated to my bank as i can see through my net banking option.Hence i request you to kindly do the needful from your end to help me out and open up an FD to carry on Emis with the card.
