Hello, i placed an online order of rs 530/- on 29th dec around 6pm, the order was not completed but the money got deducted from my account. it was throwing an error that the order was not send to the shahjahanpur kitchen and the money will be refunded within 7 working days, it is more than it and i have not received my money yet.

      To general manager State Bank of India Sub - Humiliation - Dharitri Rath, Dishonour of cheque by CCPC BBSR A/C No- [protected] Respected sir, The cheque No-296261 for Rs 20, 000 Dt. 20/11/2014 issued to Idol Educational Services BBSR was returned due to " funds insufficient" on 24.11.2014 by CCPC although my balance as on date was Rs. 68.921.92 ( Xerox Copy of passbook Transactions enclosed. You have also deducted a charge of Rs. 253/- for dishonor of cheque. I have also paid Rs. 250/- to idol as his charges for dishonor of cheque charged by his banker. As dishonor of cheque has tarnished my image and i was humiliated a lot I request you (a) To advise idol educational services plot no. SB-16 Sree Residency, Bomikhal, BBSR as well as to me expressing regret for the same. (b) To reverse the charge of R's. 253/- by crediting the same in my account. (c) To reimburse a some of R's. 250/- which I spent to pacify the presenter to avoid legal action against me. The above request are prejudice to my further rights to move further in any forum.         Dear sir, This to inform you that i have a credit with you namely SBI Advantage Plus Gold & More card (Card no- [protected]) Since Aug2014 till date and paid all outstanding including EMIs related with opening of Fixed deposits. But unfortunately till date no FDs has been created with my SBI bank (Branch code05333).Now as confirmed by bank agent it should be automatically created by your end and to be linked with the bank. Now as i have already paid my 5 nos installments to my outstanding but till no Fds have been generated to my bank as i can see through my net banking option.Hence i request you to kindly do the needful from your end to help me out and open up an FD to carry on Emis with the card.           Sir/Madam, I tried to pay Electricity bill of Rs.305 to TNEB through online banking on 17/12/2014, during the transaction bill amount was debited from my account and it was not credited to TNEB account. Then next day I paid my Electricity bill. But the amount Rs.305 which was debited is not credited to my account even after 20 days. So please do the needfull and credit the amount to my SBI account as early as possible.

              To whomsoever it may concern, This is a general complaint. On a very fine day I had gone to deposit some money to my friend's account at SBI Bank, Hanumanthanagar Branch, Bangalore. As usual I took the token, I filled up the challan, waited for my turn to come and went to the cashier. By seeing my challan, the lady cashier said " Sir you have to apply for a green card to deposit the money now" . I said " Madam I know about the green card, since I am not going to deposit any further to this account, I don't need the green card ". She was very reluctant and she told me to ask the branch manager about this. Then I met with the manager, the lady manager said " This is a Green branch, so we don't accept challan. We only use challan for cheque transactions ". For that, I replied " If you people are so keen on reducing the use of paper, why don't you replace the paper token machine with the reusable tokens". For that she had no answer. So my question, is really challans banned in some of the SBI branches?. If not then I have to give complaint against the branch manager.

                    sir i had taken housing loan of Rs. 500000/- on june 2010. interest rate for 1st year fixed to 8%, 2nd & 3rd year was fixed to 9%. after 3rd year the interest rate will be linked to SBAR. we r paying 2-3 % more than existing floating rates that are linked to base rate. now the base rate is lower than SBAR. sir we are asking the SBI officer to change our interest rate. We are ready to pay 1% of outstanding as conversion fees. the officer is not responding us. we have approach & applied for change in june 2014 but till date no one is considering our request. It will be banks responsibility by which we r paying extra interest & bank has to reimburse that interest. please do the needful sir. regards my A/c. No is - [protected] Name - Alok Gandhi Pashine.

                      Sir I have applied for new ATM in the month of November 2014 by paying 200 Rs. on 18.11.2014. but till today I have not received ATM PIN. While I am receiving messages that your ATM card has sent by Speed Post on 22.11.2014. I have received ATM on 25.11.2014. I have contacted several times in SBI. DRM Office Branch GUNTAKAL. They are advising that you apply for Re PIN for that it cost 50 Rs. Why should I pay. While I have not got the Original PIN till today. A/C.No.[protected]. Branch Code.10387.

                        i have take a loan from S B I, and instead of monthly deductions, the officer in charge pradeep joshi, is deducting the said monthly deduction, in what ever way he likes, sometimes once in 2 months or 3 months, of the accumulated 3 E M I at one time which, is a heavier amount. my request is can anyone instruct him, for not doing like this. regards murthy

                              This Is Ms, Bindu Devi Mahato I have one SB Ac in State bank of MANITALA CIVIC CENTRE Branch dated 22/09/2014
                              what is problem is there i have ATM Card And Related Papers But i cant get ATM Pin no i ask to Bank people they not responding properly when i went to bank that time asking to bank people they told you give us a written application only nothing will do you want to pin no wait that like. i get for bank people.
                              I have no time to run here & there this is not my fault I did not get PIN no at the time of account activation several time I visit to my Bank but they give me same response .

                              I had opened an account in SBI, Nishatganj, Lucknow branch in Dec 2014, under the Prime Minsiter’s Jan Dhan Yojana, the details of which are as follows:

                              Branch Address: Nishatganj, Lucknow

                              While I received the ATM Card approx. 3 months back, I haven’t yet received the PIN no., failing which I am unable to use the card and the account. I have visited the branch a number of times but they fail to provide a satisfactory answer.
                              It's been more than a month I have opened a sb account with SBI but haven't received the ATM pin yet. Have also visited home branch 4 times

                                That I DUKHABANDHU BEHERA having a/c no-[protected] an exiting customer of SBI since 2008. The IFS CODE is SBIN0001363 which is situated at BHEL Campus TRICHY.I used the deposit the money over counter since then . But after the new Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) is installed here, the Bank officials are preventing us to deposit the money over the counter and forcing us to deposit it through CDM if the amount is below Rs 50000.Because there is only one CDM and the customer volume is big it takes more time to finish our job. In addition to the woes the customers are not accustomed enough to operate the CDM.some times the CDM is full in cash and it does not carry any more cash that time the CDM automaticallystops.most of the time the CDM aslo remains out of service due to technical glitch. if the CDM is actually installed for the better service of the customers it can be used when the banking hours is over and the customers should be allowed to deposit over the counter in the bank which adopts the single window operation system and green channel. It should not be mandatory to use the CDM to deposit the money for all the time.

                                  i saili gaude had issued for an ATM card 4 months back which atlast came last month, but with a wrong pin . now i issued for a new pin on 23rd december 2014 and havent received it yet. kindly do the needful cause its frustrating to go to the crowded bank again and again. the ticket no. for the repin request is[protected]. thank you in anticipation your sincerely saili gaude

                                    I have been trying to book tickets on IRCTC using my debit card of SBI by selecting option "debit card"--State bank on India-- make payment and after entering all the details get error -- Transaction denied due to invalid payment instrument for brand data. Transaction is successful with others debit card of SBI, only my card is showing this problem.

                                      Hi I have my sbi account in which my salary comes Today I checked details of available balance randomly. It showed that rs 19477 had been deducted and credited to [protected] I never credited this amount. It showed date 31 dec 2014 I asked customer care, they seem like dumb as they we cant tell how this all happened

                                        when a loan is being taken, he feels free when the EMI are regularly deducted, but here the case is even after being reminded, the officer in charge, does the deductions as he wants, his name is pradeep joshi..i want to tell you, why cannot a action be taken against him.
