I am holding account no. [protected] at SBI Tifra for last 11 years. I am sorry to report that the consumer services here have become very very poor. Most of the time the branch manager is not present, all counters are not working, it takes many hours for simple work like making DD, money transfer through RTGS, getting information about your home loan deposits/instalments paid, interest on loan paid etc. Many times I had to wait for more...

My father wanted to deposit a cheque issued by my husband, after standing in queue for about 1 hour the staff lady asked him.to put it in dropbox.it is ok but she should have atleast signed it n sbi roundstamp was also not put.Very rudely the lady Slammed the cheque n asked to put it in dropbox.we didnt have a signed And stamped counterfoil which proved that we have deposited the cheqUe.I want to ask the state bank authority why is that so...

on 8 nov Rs 44 were debited from my account ([protected]) i.e two transactions of rs. 22 was done. i called customer care to know the details of debited amount but did not get the answer. i just wanted to know the reason of debit but i was being asked to go through a long process.
