Neglience of bank officers in resloving the activation of transaction rights.

Dearsir, I, G Appala Naidu, having the salaried savings account in Personal Banking Branch, Kakinada, East Godavari, A P (Code No. 04244), bearing account no. [protected] since November 2010. Since then I am operating all my transactions through online only. I have been done online transaction recently on 09 the December 2014 ( latest) Now it is very much surprised to note that all my online transaction rights were stopped...

To, Service Provider/Helpdesk The customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in Sir, I the undersigned Sri. Sanjeev Ghalay Gurung, Resident of Darjeeling (West Bengal) have applied fresh Passport in Passport Portal (passportindia.gov.in) bearing Application Reference Number : 14-[protected] and I have also submitted Challen vide challen no.[protected] to SBI Darjeeling Branch (West Bengal) on 10/01/2015 afternoon. SBI Darjeeling receive my passport fees 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) gave me SBI Journal No: 39680701 and Applicant Copy but in Pssport Portel my Track Payment Status it has written as Payment confirmation not yet received from bank. After deposit the passport fee I came to know that the requisite fee should must deposit nearest SBI branches after at least 3 hours from generating the challen. My challen was generated on 08/01/2015 at 2.26 PM IST and I submited Chellen on 10/01/2015. So, I want to know that when bank proceess my fees to the concerned passport services and when my appointment date displays on Passport Portel. May I sure that appointment date will confirm by this small procedure mistakes. If any problem arises by above mistakes, can Bank Refund my Challen Fees? Therefore, I sincerely request you to inform me about that matter from your kindness and assent. Thanking You.         A withdrawl of Rs 10, 000 was failed from ATM of IDBI ( ID:001516) situated opposite to Jawahar Bhawan at Lucknow dated on 05 .01.2015 vide txn No.[protected] through my SBI Debt card (account No [protected]).The Debt card used for transaction is issued from SBI Pantnagar Baranch.I tried to register the complaints through various toll free number but could not succeeded through connectivity problem.This is requested to SBI India to please refund the amount of Rs 10, 0000 that was not withdrawn from the ATM (ID:001516) of IDBI Bank ATM situated at Lucknow.

          I did not receive my pension for the month of December 2014. My details are as follows :

          2) Bank Address : state Bank Of India .. Bandlaguda Branch ...Branch Code : 17236
          3) Life certificate submitted on[protected] under acknowledgement)
          4) Action initiated : Contacted the Branch Manager, SBI / Bandlaguda on[protected] & submitted appeal with
          the copy of life certificate .
          5) Reason as repeated by the Bank authorities : Due to bulk uploading of the Life Certificates delay occurred..

                I got loan from State bank of India from 2007 for B.tech but after my completion of courses i came to know subsidy is offered by the MoHRD through Canara bank.Due to the unemployment situation i asked to reduce the bank personal about my EMI but not a single word is explained about the subsidy provided by MoHRD but i will get a frequent phone calls every month about EMI dues alone when a question is raised about subsidy provided they will cut the call. i have paid interest from the month i took the education loan whats is the point in being righteous of paying the interest for the past 7 years even that i cant afford to pay EMI fully. What the banking personal or officers doing ? No notice for any change in EMI request/No Explanation when a question is asked about subsidy But only interest rate keep on increasing from the day the borrowed a Loan? Shame on the SBI bank service...realy regreting for taking a loan From SBI.

                  Hi Team, I had withdrawn rupees 10000.00 From Azadpur terminal ATM on 02-Jan-2015 along with that I got a tattered note of 500 rupee, there was a security guard named jitender kumar working in his shift. He was aware about the same. He informed me yes there was 2 tattered notes of 500 rupees in the ATM, when person was putting the money in the machine a day before they put two tattered notes. He signed on the slip as a witness and mentioned ATM ID asked me to visit azadpur karnal by pass branch. I visited there they said that ATM did not under their branch. They did not take note back and sent me to the azadpur mandi branch. I visited there they also denied to change the note I have slip with me signed by the guard.                     Hi, I had submitted the DDA Housing scheme Application through HDFC online Portal. My DDA's application number is 3012155. I had paid 100172.47 rupees through HDFC portal - PayUMoney Partners and my payment number is 8978682. On my application I had filled my bank account details of State Bank of India account . I had paid the complete amount from net banking of SBI. My bank's branch address is Faridabad Mini secretariat, sector -12. I have tried to call my bank branch of SBI, but they are not responding. My Bank account's IFSC -SBIN0004457. Several times I had called to bank they are just saying we have not received money from DDA, call to DDA. They are saying you have paid to DDA so call DDA. Please let me know how can I receive my refund. On DDA helpline number nobody is responding. Its been already 8 days passed away after DDA has given the max day for refund.

                      I have taken the home loan from your upper bazar, doranda branch Ranchi(Jharkhand). I had requested for deduction of EMI electronically as my salary account is also with your Bank through S. I.( Standing Instructions )Even after lapse of two months the deduction has not yet started and I am not getting any satisfactory reply from concerned branch even after several communications over phone.hence I am bound to pay interest despite keeping adequate balance in my salary account.                       Bank manager is denying for home I have gone 2 and 3 times and the of talking was rudely ...i want to take home loan from this bank .

                        Customer services at SBI Vaniyambadi Taluk, Vellore district. TamilNadu was stooping down to the worst condition. I personally, avoid going to the branch most of the time. Sorry to say that the staff were treating the customers disrespectfully.Though occasionally whenever I go the bank I read the sentences of Mahatma Gandhiji in the flash board which I don't feel there. Please review the situation by sending your top officials for inspection. I would be glad if you take steps to overhaul the condition and making me feel what our father of nation said on customers!!                           sir, I am Dr.Aarthy working as a doctor in govt. medical college chennai. Recently i went to your SBI main branch in chengalpet to enquire regarding the procedure to open a new account. but the person on the chair responded me poorly, and his only answer was, we already have so much to process so come after one month. I was asking him to to provide me atleast the form, but he never minded to respond for that.he was promising to open an account immediately to the person standing nearby me, who seems to be his relative. I was really disappointed by the way he replied. If this is the case for a government employee, then how will the uneducated be treated in your bank. I really want this to bring to your notice to take necessary action. Thank you.

                              I am Saurabh Yadav, a resident of Viks Nagar, Lucknow. Recently I went my nearest SBI branch, which is at Vikas Nagar. I went there to open account under the Jan Dhan Yojana but the attendant just denied and said that they do not open accounts under that scheme. How on earth is this possible that I am denied to open account under the scheme in India's biggest public sector bank??!! I have blocked my AMT card on 26/11/2014. and the same day i Have Applied for New AMT Card, but still today I does not received any document form SBI. I go to Branch they told me " we sent to your details of Head office. We can't do any think for you. Please wait . sir, i want to know how long i am waiting ? I have facing lot of problem I can't withdrawal my money form last 1 month 10 days I have not cheque book for withdrawal my money.                                       i having sbi account no. [protected] at virar west branch on date 6th january 2015 i deposit 1 cheque no 059264 of rs 40, 000 to transfer in account of my sister in law mrs sanjivani wasnik account no [protected] at nagpur sbi branch . but the money was not transfered in that acc. today dt 08 01 2015 i gone to and asked why money has been not transfered to the said account. they given me cheque back by stating that this is a pension account, but sir this is saving account, and i already transfer rs 20000 by cheque no 59262 on 31st dec 214. then why not this time, sir my sis in law is working in a private firm and she is not a pensioner, her account is not a pension account sir i once again request you, if any pensioners person is need of money urgently at his account on any medical aid. etc. how we can transfer money to his account, as per bank clerk she state that, you cannot transfer any money to the pensioners account. is it true. . Sir, please look into the matter and do needful and necessary action against the staff responsibile.. . t thanking you
