I missed my SBI visa card. I called to the bank. They didn't even listened to what i've said. I tried calling to that SBI office. they said something worse. which I don't want to mention here. Is this the way of treating customers.. kindly consider my complaint against the particular SBI branch...

negligence for updating PAN number in STDR account

In time of opening the account the bank official not updated the PAN number in the account by mistake and due to that in the financial year 12-13 and 13-14 there was extra tax deduction from the account which is not at all acceptable....

Branch lost submitted docs for KYC and SBI online

Mental haressment by SBI staff.
