    Hi We have taken a housing loan (Acct# [protected] ) from SBI @ 8.25 % Intrest rate in 2008 and later on it has increased to 12%, but for the last couple of years we are paying 12 % though they are lending now for less than 10.5 %, when we asked about the intrest rate to the exectutive in Kallai branch Calicut, he told us that this should be updated in head office and soon it will be done, twice we have complained about this and yet to get any positive response, kindly notify this to the relevant personnel.

      Hello Sir, Ma'am, I have requested a request to for new pin number on 23 sep 2014 and my complaint under Ticket No is AT[protected]. After few days I got a new pin no. from bank but when I checked this pin no. Then its saying incorrect pin no. Bank deducted 51rs from my account for this and my problem is not solved yet. When I called to customer care about this issue then they told me that they can't help me out for this issue. You need to contact on branch. And when I contact to branch then they told me that please call on customer care. This is very hectic condition for me. I need it very much. Can you please help me about this.         Hi my account number is [protected]. Branch Gomti Nagar Lucknow. I was trying to pay my Bajaja Finserv EMI of Rs 2225/- on 6th January 2015 but after entering the password a 404 error i.e page not available came on a merchant website. Next day I received a call from Bajaj Finserv asking me to make the payment as no amount has been received from me. So I made the payment and the transaction was successfull. So I opened a ticket on Online Sbi website stating all the details of the failed transactions Ticket Number : CD[protected] Date of Complaint 9 Januray 2015 Then I got a response saying that the ticket is closed but when I checked my account no amount was refunded. So I called the toll free number and the representative asked me to open another ticket. So I raised another ticket Ticket Number PG[protected] Date of complaint 13th January 2015 For this also I got a response that the ticket is closed and resolved but I havent received any amount in my account. I again called the toll free number and he asked me to go to my Home Branch from there only you will be able to get more details about the refund. Let me tell you I stay in Bangalore and my Home Branch is Lucknow Uttar Pradesh so It is not feasible for me to travel 2500km for 2225 Rs.                 My Home Loan (A/c No.[protected]) was sanctioned in Oct '13 at 9.95% p.a on a floating rate scheme. At present I am being charged 10.30% p.a. However, the present rate for floating rate home loans being offered (as gathered from SBI corporate website) is 10.15% p.a, since Aug '14. Accordingly I had approached the local branch for changing the rate charged on my account to 10.15% p.a. However, the branch officials informed that I shall have to pay a charge of Rs. 10, 167.00 in order to make the switch, contrary to the contents of the loan agreement. I was further informed of a recent circular in this regard. Queries asking on what ground the amount is being claimed, and seeking a copy of the circular for further necessary action, and also if a similar charge will be levied on all subsequent downward switches vis-a-vis interest rates, have gone unreplied. Note: I received a communication stating that my complaint no. OP[protected] lodged with customer care, was closed. This is inspite of the fact that my query is yet to be resolved.

I have submitted my paper documents in State Bank Of India at Rash Behari Avenue, Kolkata, West Bengal along with Aadhaar no.[protected] on 12th Dec 2014.still DBTL status showing that my Aadhaar No. is not linked with bank where is it is successfully linked with LPG Gas distributor..I have submitted all the paper docs carefully to my bank and LPG Distributor. Whereas Bank reply me that they have linked with my Aadhaar no to bank. But stil it is showing in DBTL status that my Aadhaar no is not linked with bank. Please do the needful as early as possible. I have seeded Aadhar card with Bank to receive my Subsidy of LPG gas.As per bank, my Aadhar card was correctly seeded, but I am not getting updated in my LPG portal.LPG concerned persons advised to contact bank only as they don't have to do anything from their side.I am not getting proper idea of linking.Customer care of SBI is not able to give me idea of the same. As it is online process, why this is happening? My Aadhar card number is[protected]. So, please help me in this case.

                        Hi, My name is Chandrashekar S. I have SB ac. with SBI, HPS, Begumpet, Hyderabad. On Jan-6-2015 there was a deduction of Rs. 393.26 from my a/c and no proper details are given as to why this amount has been deducted even when I wrote to the Chairman's office. Today Jan-13-2015 there was a email response from AGM, Hyd. stating that this amount has been deducted by SBI, Commercial Bank from ONGOLE and that the amount be refunded with no further reason as to why it was deducted etc.I am denied the right to info. as well as being cheated by SBI by deducting the amount and not giving proper reasons even though I have raised the complaint starting from the Customer Care, GM, AGM, till he Chairman. It really makes me nervous and I feel scared that a nationalized bank like SBI can go to this kind of extent to deny info. as well as deduct amount without my knowledge (by some other branch) and not even responding to my complaint properly.

                            Sir, I am having saving bank account no.[protected] in your bank at Kalkaji Branch. I am facing lots of difficulty in opening of my Demat Account due to continuance lying and irresponsible behavior of SBI Demat Account officials of SBI at Nehru Place Branch particularly for the last 45 days. I would like to lodge my complaint in this regard and state that In the month of November 2014 I wanted to open Demat Account in joint name myself and in the name of my spouse. As instructed by SBI official at Kalkaji Branch I got included the name of my spouse in the above mentioned saving bank account. Thereafter i was asked by kalkaji branch to go to Nehru Place Branch for opening up the Demat account. In the first week of December 2014 probably on 2nd December 2014 I reached at Nehru Place branch of SBI. Ms.Nisha the incharge of Demat account at Nehru Place Branch was not available as she left branch at 1.00 p.m. because her mother is not well. I was asked to come next day as she has left the office. When I went again with my wife on 05.12.2014, Ms Nisha was again not available in the branch. On the request of mine another official called Ms Nisha on her mobile No.[protected] and I also spoke to her at 12.43 p.m. Consequently, one lady looking after the SBI credit card in the branch was instructed by Ms. Nisha to get the form filed up and take requisite documents. Reluctantly she gave me the two Demat opening forms and as per her instructions I gave her requisite documents and both (my wife and I) signed on relevant places on two separate forms. Shockingly on 10.12.2014 Ms Nisha called me on my mobile and intimated that the I have to again sign on the form. Next day on 11.12.2014 I again went to Nehru Place branch after repeatedly calling Ms Nisha and confirming that she should be available in the branch so that all the formalities must be done once for all. Surprisingly, Ms. Nisha was again missing from the branch because her husband was not well. However, I signed on the requisite places and left the branch. On 13.12.2014 I told by Ms. Nisha called me on my mobile and intimated that the copy of the PAN Card of my wife is must for opening the joint demat account. I was given number of Mr. Imam Hussain who is team leader of Demat account and sits at Head Office Sansad Marg New Delhi. His mobile number is [protected]. I registered my protest verbally for causing delay hence he promised me to help in the matter and intimated me that the PAN Card of my wife is must. I applied the PAN Card with the income tax authorities and after two week the PAN Card number was issued. On the next day copy of PAN Card of my wife collected by some Mr. Jha from me. Now, three days back I was informed by Ms. Nisha again that due to oversight signature of my wife is still required at some places in the form and she will send Mr. Jha again with the form to get the signatures. Now for the last three days Mr. Jha has not come to get the requisite signature. I am fed up with the lackluster attitude of SBI officials named above hence, lodging my grievances and complaint against them. It is requested to look into the matter and action taken again these irresponsible officials may be communicated to me at the earliest. Otherwise In the above scenario I have left with no option but to close my 30 years old SBI saving account. I enclosed copy my mobile bill wherein I have marked the mobile number of above mentioned officials with arrow in support of my statement. However, copy of the mobile bill will be sent later on as and when received from the Idea company wherein the proof of number of calls made after 22.12.2014 can be ascertained.                               There was a 5% cash back offer on purchase of dell computers using SBI debit or credit card. The offer was from 1st Oct 2014 to 31st Oct 2014. I purchased a laptop on 22nd October 2014 at www.compuindia.com(Dell Express Ship Affiliate Store) of Rs47790. The bank said it will pay by 16th December 2014 but not yet credited.                               Contacting the SBI customer care did not help so they instructed me to raise the complaint from the home branch. After raising complaint from home branch the issue was resolved in about a month.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I used my SBI card for making payment after Purchase at Alice Metal corp, the amount got deducted from my account and I got a message stating that “Thank you for using your SBI Debit card XXXX for a purchase worth Rs829 on POS00858445 at Alice Metal Corporation Tiruvallur in txn#[protected], but the payment was not made to store and the slip was not generated. I had to make a separate payment of Rs829. And the amount has not been refunded to my account please do the needful. Regards Umme Athiya
