Sir i did a recharge for my bsnl prepaid mobile no. [protected] through bsnl portal online for 155 INR on 28 dec 14 using SBI net banking. The same money was deducted from my saving bank account no. [protected] but recharge got failed. I request you to plz refund my money. with regards, Rakesh

        respecter sir, i, Prabhuraj m a having a SB account number in SBI, Srinagar, have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected] pl. thanking you

          i got a call from unknown number saying i am a branch manager for SBI Bank from Mumbai branch. & the person said your A/c no of the same bank & pin no is got matched with another user so please hold your debit card in your hand and share some details to me. when i said i will come to branch and do the needful and its all bank's fault and not mine, he replied i[censored] dn't share details i will block your card as well as your debit card. i could smell that there is some fraud going on & somebody is trying to cheat me. i said i will come to branch and after 2 days i called on the same number to know why the person from other side said i am branch manager from Bombay of SBI bank & i told him i will make police complaint on you immedietly he started saying that my friend was holding my phone & he must have done all this, but if i could have shared details of debit card or lets say anyone who will receive a call from this people definetly they will be doing fraud. that to with SBI bank and how this people got all my information. please take some strict action on these guys. the mobile number they used is [protected] this is the fraud.

            I submitted KYC documents & SBI Online docs.But said that they lost the documents.Again i submitted the documents for the same.But they are not taking this matter seriously and taking too much time.Whenever i say somenthing they said that the link failure or somenting to avoid the same.They do not have the responsibilies to work for the customer.Please treat the same as high priority. Branch: Paychet State bank of India. IFSC:SBIN0009712
            Please complain the matter in writing. Always take acknowledgement after submitting any documents to the bank. If the bank does not take the matter seriously, take up the matter with the nodal officer of the bank and there after to banking ombudsman. Also, as per the legal procedure, the bank should file FIR with the nearest police station if it loses any of the KYC documents kept in its custody.

              Hi On 28.12.2014, I received a call from mobile number [protected] saying that he is from SBI Credit Card and SBI credit card company is offering redemption point scheme and asked information about credit details. After some time a transaction of Rs. 4974 debited to my account instead of crediting it to my account. When I made an inquiry with the SBI Credit Card xxxxxx2131, and blocked the card. When I checked the online it is showing payment to AIRTEL PAYMENT MUMBAI IND. IN SMS it shows AirtelMoney transfer. Please check this details and help me as possible to prevent the fraud.                 DEAR SIR, I GAURAV KUMAR IS A CONSUMER OF YOUR BANK FROM MANY YEARS. SOME DAYS BEFORE I GET PASSWOARD FROM BRANCH FOR ONLINE BANKING FACILITIES. I TRY TO ACTIVATE ONLINE BANKING. BUT AFTER A/C ID AND CHANGING PASSWORD. I AM NOT ABLE TO LOGIN. AFTER THAT I REACH TO BRANCH. THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU NEED FRESH PASSWORD FROM BRANCH AND IF YOU GET HAND-TO HAND PASSWORD YOU HAVE TO PAY RS-204 OF INB KIT REISSUE CHARGE BUT IF YOU GET INB KIT REISSUE & SEND PASSWORD FROM COURIOR THAN I HAVE NO NEED TO PAY ANY AMOUNT. STILL I AM WAITING FOR INB KIT. AND FOR THAT 204 RS. IS ALREADY DEDUCTED.& TILL DATE INB KIT IS NOT RECEIVED FROM COURIEAR. I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT THIS AMOUNT DEDUCTED WORNGLY.                   I wanted to open a bank account for my son in SBI sector 62. The concerned person sitting on grahak mitra counter ( a lady) did not have clue of any thing . When i enquired about the delay ( 2 hours) the reason given was that it was her first day on work. I fail to understand why such incompetent person was made to sit at such counter. Secondly the Manager operations mr. Mahesh was least interested in doing his duty and this led to wastage of my 2 work hour n put my one year old to unnecessary trouble. SHAME ON SBI's way of working.

                    I visited SBI-ADB KOTA JN. 324002 BANK CODE 1838 on 27th Dec 2014 at 12.55 PM, I found the main gate was closed for customer, I requested bank gurd to open the door to enter, I visited the bank to submit my ADHAR Card No but the gurd said that the bank closed you come on Monday, I asked him that the Bank timings are 10 to 1 Pm for cash transaction and upto 2 Pm for any other work on Saturday ( timings was also written near by the main gate also) and now it is only 12.55 but the gurd said if you do not leave from I will call police, I said you may call and than he pushed me hardly and closed the door again and said do as you wish. He also said that you may lodge complain on phone but there was no any phone no in the bank compound this is third time I faced the problem. Kindly do the need full.                         My refund cheque has sent through refund banker SBI CMPC Mumbai on May 11, 2011 videCMPP 7305132 and Speed Post ref no EA[protected]N which has been returned back by Postal Department saying 'no such address' but my address has not changed since[protected]. Kindly look into matter and oblige me by sending my IT refund as soon as possible.Thanking You.

PLEASE HURRY UP AND SEND THE VISA ATM DEBIT CARD.. SO FAR I HAVE APPLIED THREE DEBIT CARDS BUT NOTHING HAS COME TO ME.                             Sir, I am Niraj Thapa Darjeeling used my SBI Debit Card for online payment to TATASKY an amount of Rs.300 on 25.02.15 at 6:07 p.m. A confirmation message was given in my mobile ([protected]) as "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XXX3117 for a purchase worth Rs.300 on POS 00005078 a Billdesk.com _BillpayINtxn#[protected]". The transamtion was not made in my TATASKY:ID number-[protected]. So is my request please refund the same amount of money in the SBI A/C No:[protected], Branch Code:9962 and IFSC Code: 0009962. My SBI Bank Credit card no : XXXX XXXX XXXX 3953 E- mail Id : vijay.[protected]@gmail.com Mobile No : [protected] Payment amount ; Rs 22200.00. Still not recived the amount to in SBI credit card, Thats way I have late fee paid to sbi credit card RS.750. So pleas Return back my paid amount and late fee amount 22200+750=22950.
