State Bank of India=> Sikandara branch (Jamui (Bihar) (PIN (811315) and respective mangers are , irresponsible, stupid and highly nonprofessional )) Hello India, Please take action against them if we want to see India as a developed country in future. Actually I have taken an educational loan from this bank. Now my employer is asking a document from sbi which proves that I have taken this much amount and some xyz amount should be getting paid by me per month as an EMI. So I have dropped a mail to SBI Sikandara Branch (SBI.[protected]@sbi.co.in, ashok.[protected]@sbi.co.in ) for requesting this small document. I have dropped them multiple reminder even still have been dropping them reminder mail but no response at all. My Employer has given fixed date, I need to submit on or before otherwise I will be considered wrong. Multiple times I have called them but I think Phone[protected] itself is dead. Is SBI does not have phone facilities as well. Do they know English? It’s a really a matter of shame for Indian government that they are keeping illiterate and such an irresponsible employee. How will our country will grow? How can we even expect that I our country will be a developed country in future? Please remove these all staffs from service as earliest as possible. All the customer of SBI is treated as an animal at this branch. Staff behaves like dictator to all villagers in that area. We are their customer. We are their client directly or indirectly they are getting paid because o[censored]s. But they don’t know how to provide service to customer at all. Leave about service and good behavior they don’t know how to respond even single mail at all. Who has given Job to these stupid fellow in SBI Bank I don’t understand.

All the culprits from Arts college are working there. Why are they not keeping any interview to test the eligibility of the person in people service.!

      This same issue has been generated with me. I have also SBI Credit Card, I received a call from this Mob. No. [protected] (Neha Sharma) on 19-Jan-2015, after getting all my information she had changed my password on sbicard.com web site. She was trying to deduct amount Rs. 8299/- but i was not shared opt. she was calling me so many times for opt. i m stuck. what to do? i have blocked my credit card but how to prevent this type of fraud. Should i do police report ? Proof has been attached. i have recorded call.

        I want to withdraw Rs.5000/- from ATM, VIth PAC Roorkee Road, Meerut on 31.12.2014, I have completed all the activity with ATM but no amount has been dispensed by ATM and money has been debited to my account No, [protected] . I have make a complaint on toll free No.[protected] and submitted a complaint to this effect the Branch Manager, SBI Meerut Cantt(Through Branch Manager SBI, Palhera) on 10.01.2015 and 13.1.2015 but I was informed that the transaction has been sucessfully. After it, I have contact to Mr.Manoj Singh at CMS agency bachcha park Meerut and he has informed that complained for rupees 5.22 lakhs has been received for not dispencing the amount by Said ATM machine. and it is a totally fault of ATM machine. Today on[protected] I have make a tell phone call to Mr. Vidyarthi (SBI meerut, Cant) who is dealing with ATM complaints Cases and he replied that no excess amount has been found in the machine.           respected sir, I had deposited a cheque in lajpath nagar central market branch ch no-977976 dated 03/01/2015 hdfc bank k g marg in my saving account no-[protected].but even after passing more than two weeks the amount of cheque has not been credited to my account till date. the said cheque has been debited from my employer account gogia capital ser ltd on 9/01/2015.Hence you are requested to look into the mattar and arrange to get the amount of cheque credited to my saving account immediately. thanks prabhu nath mobile-[protected]

                my account no. is [protected] i have done transaction in the atms (DELBN269 & DELBN968) of kotak mahindra bank on 04/01/2015 from my sbi debit card [protected] my all transactions were declined, three transactions of 10000 each but i didn't get any cash but my account is debited when i registered the complaints with ticket no. AT[protected], AT[protected] and AT[protected] they sent me a log of atm machine which shows that my transactions were successful but actually i dint get any money all the times my transactions was declined so i left the room if the money comes out after i left the room then its fault of atm machine totally not mine please look at the CCTV footage also i am sure i didn't get any money.

I cannot view my recurring deposit account through the online internet banking. I reside in Qatar and it is very important for me to maintain my accounts online to avoid bank charges and penalties.                     Dear Sir, I had used my SBI ATM for booking a Railway Ticket through IRCTC on 06/01/2015. But the transaction failed during processing of amount. Again I tried for the same and that time also I failed to book the ticket but it is observed that the Bank has debited Rs.538.72 twice although no ticket was issued to me. The particulars of debit as mentioned in the Pass Book on 06.01.15 are POS[protected] IRCTC Rs.538.72 and POS[protected] IRCTC Rs.538.72 respectively. Hence, I request you to kindly rectify the transactions and credit the wrong debit of Rs.538.72 X 2 = Rs.1077.54p at the earliest.                         I am Mr. Praveen Nair an existing customer of SBI since a long time. I have deposited Rs.1600 at GCC of SBI Narendra Nagar [Home Branch] on dt.29/12/14. The total balance was Rs.1905/-after deposition. But still my chq.No.150778 amt.Rs.1500/- in favour of MSEB was dishonored by SBI bank. Due to which MSEB charged me a fine of Rs.400/- for dishonor of chq. And SBI bank also deducted an amt. of Rs.253/- from my account stating reason as dishonor of Cheque. As per my earlier complaint (OP[protected]. SBI (CMS) has attended the complaint and the transaction recorded are correct clarifying that the SBI Head Office working starts at 6AM in the morning and the Branch offices starts at 9.30AM. From the entries it is clearly seen that the cash was deposited first and then the chq. was bounced by the bank. In the overall transaction you can notice from my passbook entry that after the cash deposition my account was having sufficient amt for the chq. to pass but still chq. was dishonored by the banks side. I am really facing mental, physical and financial stress which can be proved by me. I have to pay chq. Dishonor penalty to Bank as well as MSEB (Maharashtra State Electricity Board). Firstly I need my deducted amt. of Rs.253/- back in my SBI A/c No.[protected], secondly a letter in written from SBI mentioning the reason for dishonor of chq.No.150778 even after sufficient amount in my zero balance account and lastly a letter in written from SBI bank stating that the fault was not from my side (Account holder side) the funds were sufficient in my account to pass the above mentioned chq. The fault was from the banks side / transaction. So that the penalty amount of Rs.400/- could be saved which is charged on me by MSEB. I hope very positive towards you.                           I Karan kadam had applied to STATE BANK OF INDIA for an debit card on December 6, i was told told that the card will be delivered to me in 8 days. still i have not received my card, enquired in my respective branch but i was told they the card has been dispatched, , i was to enquired in post office but post office did not respond, i still not got my debit card.I called help line number of sbi.i was told to w8 for four five days.and even if t he card does not gets delivered i have to canvel that card and apply for a new one.to apply a new card i have to pay charges once again... my sbi account no is[protected]

                            I, Mukesh Sharma, had taken Home Loan amounting to Rs. 10, 00, 000.00 from SBI, Kashipur, Uttarakhand branch under the Scheme "BR-EASY HSG LOAN FLT" in the year 2010. My Account No. is [protected]. For the initial two years the rate of interest was fixed and since 2013, I am being charged interest at the rate of 11.75%. Initially since the REPO rate was high and the ROI of all the banks was almost that much, there was not an issue. But, since the past one year the REPO rate has declined considerably and the Home Loan interest of almost all banks has reduced accordingly ranging between 10.2 to 10.5%. It disgusting that since that time the SBI has not reduced its interest rate on our loan. The REPO Rate is again reduced by RBI by 0.25% and presently it is at 7.75%, and even now SBI is not at all interested in reducing the interest rate and is befooling its customers. Now I request SBI to investigate this matter and reduce the ROI on my loan with effect from Jan 2014 and provide me the benefit. regards, Mukesh Sharma [protected]

                              I tried to pay for an appoinment on passport seva kendra through my sbi maestro card. For that it request a OTP. But i didnt receive any messages. So i cancelled my online payment. After that I tried to once again it shows that payment was pending. Please verify it and Cancel that payment. So only I can pay once again. Thank You

                                    My credit card has got declined while paying via card at a POS. I tried calling customer care but already the time was 8.30 in the evening so no executives to respond the call was the reply. Note that I had paid all my car bills well before the due dates. While tried to access online the page is not getting logged in.. This situation brings utmost irritation to people like us without having nowhere to get info.. I want information on why this situation has happened at all.. Without giving any sort of information how could SBI have declined my card. Am really fed up with every single time I have had any single communication with SBI credit card section.. The worst part is I am holding salary account in the same bank for close to 4 years.. I really regret having done the same.. If this issue could not be resolved amicably I am forced to completely close my account and surrender this card and all stuff. Regards, Prem. A

After approaching regularly in thrice, no response have been received from their end. Its being very hard to me to approache regularly at Barpeta Road branch being a force person.
