I like to inform you that my mother Late Kanika Das had her pension account in SBI, Kalindi Housing Estate, Kolkata ( A/C No. [protected]). After the death of my mother on 26.03.2013, I informed the bank regarding her death and intended to make the deceased claim on 14.05.2013 but the bank rejected the claim narrating verbally that the total formalities were not fulfilled. After verbal advices in many time at different dates from the bank officials regarding the formalities to be followed for deceased claim, finally it was received on 22.03.2014. But till date, I have not received any response from the bank. I afraid that probably my application was misplaced by the concerned bank.       नमस्ते श्रीमान ! यह फोटो भारतीय स्टेट बैंक कानपूर की बर्रा ब्रांच के मेनेजर श्री त्रिपाठी जी के ऑफिस का है .दीवार पर लगी घडी के मुताबिक अभी सिर्फ साढ़े तीन बजे है और ये साहब हाथ में एक थैला लेकर बाहर निकल गए हैं .एक परेशान ग्राहक ने जब इनसे अपनी समस्या बताई तो इन्होने कहा की हमारे पास फालतू टाइम नहीं है .उससे यह कहकर की तुम जानो तुम्हारा काम जाने इसके बाद ये श्रीमान अपनी गाड़ी में बैठकर कहीं चले गए हैं .जब ऑफिस में रूककर काम करने में इनका मन नहीं लगता है, अगर ये सिर्फ इतना कहना जानते हैं की तुम जानो तुम्हारा काम जाने तो .ऐसे लोगो को जबरदस्ती सरकारी नौकरी आखिर क्यों दी जाती है, अगर ग्राहक सेवा के लिए शुल्क देता है तो ये ग्राहक को बेवक़ूफ़ क्यों समझते है ? अगर आप इस पोस्ट को पढ़ रहे है तो कृपया ऐसे भ्रष्ट कर्मचारी के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही में मेरा सहयोग कीजिये.आपकी अति कृपा होगी .

        When I am trying to book a bus ticket via online, money is debited wrongly from my account even the ticket is not booked. This is repeated twice. And refunding is also over delaying. When I call customer care, they said that to resolve and refund take 45 days long. But I am middle class family, if they take more time to refund money means we suffer a lot.

          Dear sir I have submitted a cheque on 13.12.2014 at sbi salakati branch. But till now The amount is not credited to my accouni.whenever i approach to branch they use to tell that cheque submitted was a post office matured cheque so it takes time to clear.               My ATM is blocked on 02.01.2015 due to mismatch of password. But the same ATM no was working on previous transaction. My last transaction is 19.12.2014 the same password. Why the card is blocked. I also contact the customer care, they said that you are contact your area Manager. I go to the Manager regularly. But he is not attend or co-operate with me. He ignore me.                       To general manager State Bank of India Sub - Humiliation - Dharitri Rath, Dishonour of cheque by CCPC BBSR A/C No- [protected] Respected sir, The cheque No-296261 for Rs 20, 000 Dt. 20/11/2014 issued to Idol Educational Services BBSR was returned due to " funds insufficient" on 24.11.2014 by CCPC although my balance as on date was Rs. 68.921.92 ( Xerox Copy of passbook Transactions enclosed. You have also deducted a charge of Rs. 253/- for dishonor of cheque. I have also paid Rs. 250/- to idol as his charges for dishonor of cheque charged by his banker. As dishonor of cheque has tarnished my image and i was humiliated a lot I request you (a) To advise idol educational services plot no. SB-16 Sree Residency, Bomikhal, BBSR as well as to me expressing regret for the same. (b) To reverse the charge of R's. 253/- by crediting the same in my account. But unfortunately till date no FDs has been created with my SBI bank (Branch code05333).Now as confirmed by bank agent it should be automatically created by your end and to be linked with the bank.                           Sir/Madam, I tried to pay Electricity bill of Rs.305 to TNEB through online banking on 17/12/2014, during the transaction bill amount was debited from my account and it was not credited to TNEB account. Then next day I paid my Electricity bill. But the amount Rs.305 which was debited is not credited to my account even after 20 days. So please do the needfull and credit the amount to my SBI account as early as possible.

                              To whomsoever it may concern, This is a general complaint. On a very fine day I had gone to deposit some money to my friend's account at SBI Bank, Hanumanthanagar Branch, Bangalore. As usual I took the token, I filled up the challan, waited for my turn to come and went to the cashier. By seeing my challan, the lady cashier said " Sir you have to apply for a green card to deposit the money now" . I said " Madam I know about the green card, since I am not going to deposit any further to this account, I don't need the green card ". She was very reluctant and she told me to ask the branch manager about this. Then I met with the manager, the lady manager said " This is a Green branch, so we don't accept challan. We only use challan for cheque transactions ". For that, I replied " If you people are so keen on reducing the use of paper, why don't you replace the paper token machine with the reusable tokens". For that she had no answer. So my question, is really challans banned in some of the SBI branches?. If not then I have to give complaint against the branch manager.

                                    sir i had taken housing loan of Rs. 500000/- on june 2010. interest rate for 1st year fixed to 8%, 2nd & 3rd year was fixed to 9%. after 3rd year the interest rate will be linked to SBAR. we r paying 2-3 % more than existing floating rates that are linked to base rate. now the base rate is lower than SBAR. sir we are asking the SBI officer to change our interest rate. We are ready to pay 1% of outstanding as conversion fees. the officer is not responding us. we have approach & applied for change in june 2014 but till date no one is considering our request. It will be banks responsibility by which we r paying extra interest & bank has to reimburse that interest. please do the needful sir. regards my A/c. No is - [protected] Name - Alok Gandhi Pashine.
