Dear sir My self shankar parihar ([protected])from jodhpur(Raj). Today I went open my saving a/c in SBI branch (12846) chopasni housing board jodhpur (Raj). But branch manager told me first off you open a insurance policy amt 7500/- then after we will open your new saving a/c. Insurance policy would not cause us if you do not open your new saving a/c. So please help me.

    i withdrew rs5000 from the atm id CFBA[protected] on 11/27/14 at 15.56, there was a torn note of 1000denomination which i displayed at the camara after withdrawal. when i asked the brach manager to exchange, i was simply told to deposit it in my husbands malad sbi acount. but i shall be charged Rs, 50 for the same. i tried to register an online complaint but many attempts to do that failed. i have an option of depositing the sama note at malad branch without charges but for which i will have to spenf rs. 100 for travel to and fro,

      Fake SMS from BX-CBSSBI/BX-ATMSBI

      I have received following SMS on my mobile +[protected]xxx from BX-CBSSBI or BX-ATMSBI. Following is full text of SMS: Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XXX6751 for withdrawing Rs4800 from ATM IFBN[protected] at DAG NO 8541560, NR MASAD, MAHISHADAL with txn#9759. I don't have any account in SBI at any branch than also I am receiving this type of SMS. The frequency is also too high for this alert. Kindly look into it...

Later on I transferred for ac transfer to sbi, paradeep branch, odisha on 06/06/2012. But still my account has not been transfered there.           Dear Sir, My account number is [protected], Nirol branch IFSC code no 0006584, i fixed deposit amount Rs 2.8 lakes time 8.6 years dated 03.12.2014 . Already i applied but yet amount not to credit our SBI account, yet not receive certificate .SBI clerks Mr Sandip is not responding properly, Branch Manager says, i am helpless, at this stage what do i do ? This type of employ is engaged SBI, i request to SBI, kindly through out this type of employ, actually total enviorment is disturbed this branch . Always they are not properly doing this work .             IPO option was not active in my account I compliant to them regarding this. They have not solved the issue for three months and stop responding to my mail. After three months when I again called the call center they accepted that this option was not available with them earlier. This communication needs three month by them to tell. I submitted my request for updating my Bank account. This nonsense people linked my other new account in lean/unlean option but not changed in the proffile. Now at the time of lean account reflecting on the site is old one and link is going to new account. If you call there call center they will not have any information. The worst part is I got acknowledgement of my request in my mail but call center people is telling they have not received any request.
            State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                Dear All, Greetings for the day, I am Vimala M have an SB account in SBI Hesaraghatta Road, Bangalore Branch 1. Its 2 weeks over from the day I had requested for the new debit card, as my old debit card was theft in the bus I requested for the new debit card through an written application given Till now the request is not considered and proceeded, The staff over this bank is not cooperative. They have not provided an single acknowledgement for the application that I have given. 2. I had requested for change of my mobile number for all further communication, they have not updated the my mobile number inspite of giving the application thrice.                     Dear Sir, My 1 st account is at SBI, ADB, Branch akola 06996 from last 10 yrs. And is still working with routine transactions.I am posted at Nashik, so for local address, I have opened second account at Jail road branch, Nashik 012210. Now I got ATM card ([protected]) at my new address 25 days back but still I haven't got PIN no. I have continuously visited all two branches still there is no evidence of PIN yet. I have got SMS from SBI that PIN sent to 06996, but how can it is possible that account in 1 brach & pin in second branch. After enquiring at both the branches, no PIN received yet.                           On 04.12.2014 at 06.02 PM (Evening), I was given three messages containing withdrawal of Rs. 4000/-, Rs. 10000/- and Rs.31481/- respectively. I was astonished seeing these messages because I didn't know about it at all or I didn't withdraw any money myself or I didn't send anybody to withdraw money with my ATM. Then the question appeared in my mind how did it happen? Therefore I am really anxious how the sum of Rs. 45481/- has been withdrawn from my account without help of ATM CARD.                                 Dear Sir My father is having an account in SBI Commercial Branch Noida Phase II, 9837 The Problem is that my father has given the request letter for new cheque Book, and the new cheque book was sent by speed post, and we have not receipt the cheque book from PO, as the speed post no was EQ[protected]N, dt-29/9/14, and we have contact the PO of ghaziabad, Indrapurem 203014, the answer was that PB has send back to sector 62 branch and will return back to NEPZ Commercial Branch, and i have contact to NEPZ branch the answer was that the Pass Book has been received at Address ALOK Rastogi ASH-2/18, ashoka Road (Which is our permanent Address), Indirapuram GHAZIABAD but we have not received the cheque book, as also we are not getting any support from SBI employees The A/c of my Father is [protected], and my a/c number in same branch is [protected]. As my father is senior citizen, His age is 78 Years and he cannot run for New Pass Book.                                   Name - Akshay S Telange Ac No.[protected] Branch Code 1850 SMS Alert charges for the year Rs60/- per month Rs.5/- but not any single altert to my mobile for any truncations not the branch manager said this service is compulsory although the customer wish or not What to do if the service is not withdrawn by bank then i want to close my account - i have passbook, cheque book, and ATM card provided by bank

                                      Why SBI is so worst on collecting the intercity charges from the customer without their knowledge ? . Recently i have done cash transfer at non home branch within the city only, later i realised Rs 50 was deducted from my account as intercity charges. It's a offiicially cheating process. SBI must provide the fund transferring process with free of cost as other multinational banks are following.
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
