    SBI Fixed officer not aware about the TDS policies resulting TDS deduction for 14 Lakh FD, not ready to cooperate I am customer of SBI from last decade. I have been with satisfied with service provided by SBI from where i got My first home loan i.e. Maxgain, my salary account is with SBI, savings account with SBI. Feeling very proud to be part of SBI family, this feeling got cracked by below incident. I have choosen SBI for making Fixed deposit (FD) of Rs. 14, 40, 000/- that's right, more than fourteen lakh, so i contacted branch on 30th august, asked respective FD officer that want to make FD for 1 month in 1 lakh slab. I specifically told her that please do let me know the how much interest is applicable for such huge amount (yes, 14.4 lakh is huge amount for serviceman like me).Notification board over the FD counter, mentioning if customer don't want to get TDS deducted on FD, then they have fill the 15-G form.So i asked lady SBI FD officer that i do not want TDS should be cut after maturity of FD after 1 month, please do check the overall interest . She calculated and told me that total overall interest on Rs 14, 40, 000/- will be Rs. 7500 /- which is way below than 10, 000/- so TDS will not be applicable. I insisted her i want to fill the 15-G form, because i don't want TDS should be deducted, i want to be at safer side. Again she rejected my request saying she is pretty confident as she making FD from quite long time, these procedure is part of her daily job. After one month, i have submitted the mature FD to Bank, after 2 or 4 days, i received SMS from Bank mentioning that more than Rs.700/- has been deducted for the FD amount. After contacting the bank in next weekend.Lady FD officer told me that that she is not aware about the that how it has been become calculated, After lot of follow-up, she cleared thing that it was calculated on overall annual basis.This answer shocked me, i made written complaint to her immediate boss, as bank manager was not available. So far neither action has been taken nor any answer is given to my written complaint. Bank is saying that please collect the tax certificate in month of April. My question is impression of SBi like government office even we are in year 2014? Are you banking professional going to change or you will remain same with such kind of pathetic attitude? I want Bank should take appropriate strong disciplinary action on lady Fixed Deposit officer for not knowing the TDS policies. I want Bank should take appropriate strong disciplinary action on lady Fixed Deposit officer for not listening to customer who is more knowledgeable than her with respect to TDS policies. I want Bank should take appropriate strong disciplinary action on lady Fixed Deposit officer who is responsible for my TDS deduction. I want Bank should take appropriate strong disciplinary action on immediate boss of lady Fixed Deposit officer who has neither taken any action against my written complaint nor given any written answer is given to my written complaint.       Hello Sir/Madam, I am here lodging a complaint against the fraudulent that I encountered. My name is Jitendra And My SBI Account no is – [protected]. On the date of I made 5000 withdrawal transaction from SBI ATM but it showed cash cannot be dispensed (txn number -1156). However, my bank account got debited 5000 INR from my account. Thereafter, I made another transaction and this time I got my 5000 INR this time (txn no-1157). I lodged two complaints one after another 1st complaint no - AT[protected] and 2nd complaint no- AT[protected] but got the response that “THIS TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL. RELEVANT DOCUMENTS SENT TO YOUR BRANCH”. I visited to my branch they showed me documents that your both transactions were successful. But this is not true because I did not get cash in my first transaction. I am totally puzzled and depressed because I am not the millionaire hence 5000 INR matters a lot for me. I am going through much agony and depression. I would like you to make a detailed inquiry about this matter and check the CCTV and other details of the ATM Branch .SBI SIHI GATE BALLABGARH Pin Code - 121004, Faridabad I hope you will respond and look into this matter with great concern.         Sir my name R Janarthanan my sbi card no i [protected] validate up to jan 2015 sir last one week i try to speek ur customer care line. call will be reached but operator cannot speek.one time call will be reached operator said to transfer the application department. he is putting holding on 20 min but call was not lift so please i want renewal of my sbi card . my card validate will be finish next month. so pls guide me how i can renewal it

          I have received following SMS on my mobile +[protected]xxx from BX-CBSSBI or BX-ATMSBI. Following is full text of SMS: "Your SBI Debit Cared 622XX0529 was used at ICI ATM SACWD751 txn #1154 to draw Rs 500'. I don't have any account in SBI at any branch than also I am receiving this type of SMS. The frequency is also too high for this alert. Kindly look into it and send me the resolution. Regards, Tom.

            After opening an account. I had my first transaction on[protected] and credited some amount into account after few hours i get credited amount sms and subsequent chareges of 15 rs. deducted from account. How can they start an sms service without informing to account holders

              i Balbeer S. Dhillon my A/c no [protected].Had given an application by approx.02/11/2014 for change of my atm card.I had recived my atm card by 13/11/2014, but till now i havent recived my atm pin. i spoke to the asst.manager regarding my issue he told me wait for more over 1month or 2 month. Then i called on toll free no on [protected] then call executive told me that i had lodged your complaint but you have to pay rs 55.00 for the new pin. why should i pay the money for the new pin this is not my fault that the pin had not reached the branch. sir kindly do the needful BALBEER S. The cash has not come out from the ATM. Today, I have taken out a Mini Statement wherein I surprised note that this amount was debited to my account though I did not receive the amount from the ATM. The problem is that I also recieve notifications from an unknown account which is not mine. I had submitted my complaint to the Bank Branch as well but they failed to find me a solution. Therefore, I urge you to help me get rid of this problem. I shall be very thankful to you.

                        i withdrew rs5000 from the atm id CFBA[protected] on 11/27/14 at 15.56, there was a torn note of 1000denomination which i displayed at the camara after withdrawal. when i asked the brach manager to exchange, i was simply told to deposit it in my husbands malad sbi acount. but i shall be charged Rs, 50 for the same. i tried to register an online complaint but many attempts to do that failed. i have an option of depositing the sama note at malad branch without charges but for which i will have to spenf rs. 100 for travel to and fro,

                              Dear Sir, My account number is [protected], Nirol branch IFSC code no 0006584, i fixed deposit amount Rs 2.8 lakes time 8.6 years dated 03.12.2014 . Already i applied but yet amount not to credit our SBI account, yet not receive certificate .SBI clerks Mr Sandip is not responding properly, Branch Manager says, i am helpless, at this stage what do i do ? This type of employ is engaged SBI, i request to SBI, kindly through out this type of employ, actually total enviorment is disturbed this branch . Always they are not properly doing this work .                                 IPO option was not active in my account I compliant to them regarding this. They have not solved the issue for three months and stop responding to my mail. After three months when I again called the call center they accepted that this option was not available with them earlier. This communication needs three month by them to tell. I submitted my request for updating my Bank account. This nonsense people linked my other new account in lean/unlean option but not changed in the proffile. Now at the time of lean account reflecting on the site is old one and link is going to new account. If you call there call center they will not have any information. The worst part is I got acknowledgement of my request in my mail but call center people is telling they have not received any request.
                                State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Dear All, Greetings for the day, I am Vimala M have an SB account in SBI Hesaraghatta Road, Bangalore Branch 1. Its 2 weeks over from the day I had requested for the new debit card, as my old debit card was theft in the bus I requested for the new debit card through an written application given Till now the request is not considered and proceeded, The staff over this bank is not cooperative. They have not provided an single acknowledgement for the application that I have given. 2. I had requested for change of my mobile number for all further communication, they have not updated the my mobile number inspite of giving the application thrice.
