      i m sanjay kumar singh from delhi.i m using state bank signature credit card for last six months.it was term to avail card with five thousand rupees gift voucher.i m pais five thousand rupees per year for using this card which is already paid.but till today i have not received my gift voucher in this regards first i started asking to help agent who help me to get card. mr.chandan[protected].but he did not helped me.every time he made new excuse.finally after three months over he given me one cell no. of agm sbi card.mr.sani narang.[protected].i spoke to him and asked for help.he said send me ur email id.the i sms him my ad and adress.almost two months over.i did not get any answer.bcz he did not answer my on fone neither he replied my sms..i think it is just a cheating with customer.any help possible from ur organisation?pls help. my fone no.[protected] sanjay kumar singh invoice no.JSPL/14-15/02149 issued date12may2014

        Sir I m ubi account holder. I have made a withdrawal from ATM (no.S10G[protected] of state bank of india adb branch thakurdwara moradabad uttar pradesh on 23/08/14.But i could not get money.I have obtained complaintn no. 8119120 from customer care o[censored]bi but i received a mail sent by union bank of india amroha, notifying me that my claim is rejected by state bank of india. I request you to ressolve my problem.

            I received my online sbi banking kit on Saturday 13/12/2014. They told that open after 6 pm on the day itself but I forgot to open on the day . So I opened today(15/12/2014). It showing invalid user name/ invalid password. What shall I do. WE HAVE DEPOSITED A CHEQUE OF RS 22725/- OF ALLAHBAD BANK RECD FROM OUR BUYER M/S SBBS MKTG - ON 04.12.2013. THE SAME CHQ WAS CREDITED BY BANK OFN 07.01.2014 & THE SAME WAS RETURNED ON 08.01.2014. BANK HAD RE-PRESENT THE CHEQUE ON 09.01.2014, BUT TO OUR ATMOST SURPRISE AMOUNT OF RS 22725/- IS STILL NIOT CREDITED TO OUR ACCOUNT WHERAS THIS AMOUNT HAD BEEN DEBITED FROM OUR BUYER'S ACCOUNT (ALLAHBAD BANK) ON 09.12.2013. IF THE SAME HAD BEEN DEBITED FROM OUR BUYER'S ACCOUNT, THAN WHERE THE AMOUNT HAS GONE? BECAUSE WE HAVE STILL NOT RECD THE CREDIT OF THE SAME AFTER A LONG PERIOD OF ATLEAST ONE YEAR.                               SBI Fixed officer not aware about the TDS policies resulting TDS deduction for 14 Lakh FD, not ready to cooperate I am customer of SBI from last decade. I have been with satisfied with service provided by SBI from where i got My first home loan i.e. Maxgain, my salary account is with SBI, savings account with SBI. Feeling very proud to be part of SBI family, this feeling got cracked by below incident. I have choosen SBI for making Fixed deposit (FD) of Rs. 14, 40, 000/- that's right, more than fourteen lakh, so i contacted branch on 30th august, asked respective FD officer that want to make FD for 1 month in 1 lakh slab. I specifically told her that please do let me know the how much interest is applicable for such huge amount (yes, 14.4 lakh is huge amount for serviceman like me).Notification board over the FD counter, mentioning if customer don't want to get TDS deducted on FD, then they have fill the 15-G form.So i asked lady SBI FD officer that i do not want TDS should be cut after maturity of FD after 1 month, please do check the overall interest . She calculated and told me that total overall interest on Rs 14, 40, 000/- will be Rs. 7500 /- which is way below than 10, 000/- so TDS will not be applicable. I insisted her i want to fill the 15-G form, because i don't want TDS should be deducted, i want to be at safer side. Again she rejected my request saying she is pretty confident as she making FD from quite long time, these procedure is part of her daily job. After one month, i have submitted the mature FD to Bank, after 2 or 4 days, i received SMS from Bank mentioning that more than Rs.700/- has been deducted for the FD amount. After contacting the bank in next weekend.Lady FD officer told me that that she is not aware about the that how it has been become calculated, After lot of follow-up, she cleared thing that it was calculated on overall annual basis.This answer shocked me, i made written complaint to her immediate boss, as bank manager was not available. So far neither action has been taken nor any answer is given to my written complaint. Bank is saying that please collect the tax certificate in month of April. My question is impression of SBi like government office even we are in year 2014? Are you banking professional going to change or you will remain same with such kind of pathetic attitude? I want Bank should take appropriate strong disciplinary action on lady Fixed Deposit officer for not knowing the TDS policies. I want Bank should take appropriate strong disciplinary action on lady Fixed Deposit officer for not listening to customer who is more knowledgeable than her with respect to TDS policies. I want Bank should take appropriate strong disciplinary action on lady Fixed Deposit officer who is responsible for my TDS deduction. I want Bank should take appropriate strong disciplinary action on immediate boss of lady Fixed Deposit officer who has neither taken any action against my written complaint nor given any written answer is given to my written complaint.                                 Hello Sir/Madam, I am here lodging a complaint against the fraudulent that I encountered. My name is Jitendra And My SBI Account no is – [protected]. On the date of I made 5000 withdrawal transaction from SBI ATM but it showed cash cannot be dispensed (txn number -1156). However, my bank account got debited 5000 INR from my account. Thereafter, I made another transaction and this time I got my 5000 INR this time (txn no-1157). I lodged two complaints one after another 1st complaint no - AT[protected] and 2nd complaint no- AT[protected] but got the response that “THIS TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL. RELEVANT DOCUMENTS SENT TO YOUR BRANCH”. I visited to my branch they showed me documents that your both transactions were successful. But this is not true because I did not get cash in my first transaction. I am totally puzzled and depressed because I am not the millionaire hence 5000 INR matters a lot for me. I am going through much agony and depression. I would like you to make a detailed inquiry about this matter and check the CCTV and other details of the ATM Branch .SBI SIHI GATE BALLABGARH Pin Code - 121004, Faridabad I hope you will respond and look into this matter with great concern.                                     I have received following SMS on my mobile +[protected]xxx from BX-CBSSBI or BX-ATMSBI. Following is full text of SMS: "Your SBI Debit Cared 622XX0529 was used at ICI ATM SACWD751 txn #1154 to draw Rs 500'. I don't have any account in SBI at any branch than also I am receiving this type of SMS. The frequency is also too high for this alert. Kindly look into it and send me the resolution. Regards, Tom.
