        I had bought dell Laptop worth Rs.66000 on 3rd OCT, It had an offer of 5% cash back, ie Rs.3300(Paid by 2 SBI cards). The cash was suppossed to be deposited within 48 days from the date of purchase. It has been more than 54 days, i havent got it!! Please do the needfull!
        I have bought the dell laptop in 15th of oct 2014. Still I did not get the cash back. Please let us know any body got the cash back or not.I mailed so many times but not get it yet. These people is cheater.

I received call time afternoon to 3:11pm from Mobile No. [protected] & And He talks with me my SBI Bank Card No. & My Card having Reward Points that you redeem urgently you will get benefit this much amount. When I confident that guy told my card No. & My reward point on them and I also receives SMS on my mobile no. I will give him one by one detail for my card & OPT password No. 714014 also. When I got SMS from SBI Bank Card on my mobile that you have done Transaction Rs.4940/- to Airtel Payment . I surprise & I call immediately to his Mobile No.[protected]. So he told me that It reflect on monthly statement bil. And this happen, I visit on dated:[protected] to My SBI Branch. And SBI officer told me about last Transaction, he told that Yes you spent Rs.4940/- to Airtel Payment And I stop immediately my credit card & give him detail above & complaint & also told me that I use SBI Credit Card last five years, In past I not payment to any Aritel Payment, And my Mobile No. is also Tata. So, Please chack detail & Stop payment for this Transaction Rs. 4940/- to Airtel Payment. When I asked to SBI Credit card department to send me the statement for last four month.(August, September, October, November). And every time SBI office to force me to pay amount. The person always send me SMS only. No any written statement given. And now they charge me interest also. Any they are doing mentally harassment. And SBI officer told me that the branch will reverse the Transaction. And I also all explain that this type of fraud done with me. And I also told me that My Credit card Information was not secure with your SBI Bank. And all this information are spread to other unknown organization. And, this type of fraud with My brother son Mr.Bharat Y. Mewada also. So, Please take necessary action. So, other people safe from this type of fraud . Your truly, Kantilal K. Mewada

              Dear Concerned, I am Richa Sharma, i have taken education loan from SBI BANK ETMADPUR AGRA UP in[protected] from last 2 yrs they have fixed the interest rate at 15.50% which is completely wrong as per the education loan rate on SBI site..i am paying a very having interest rate because of there lack of knowledge about the system.I am really suffered alot because of them..i also so many time called them and also complaint on there customer care but they people are not resolving the issue.SBI BANK HAS MENTALLY HARRASED ME I WANT TO GET THE COMPLETE EXTRA AMOUNT WHICH I HAVE PAID WHICH IS ANY WHICH WAY WRONG..PLEASE HELP ME SET the correct rate of interest and reverse the extra amount i paid and i also claim bank to pay the cost of my mental harassment..kindly help...

                        An account payee cheque of Bank of India Rajendra Nagar Indore for Rs1000/- was issued bearing no.4691 dated 30.07.2014 in my favour. The same was deposited in State bank of India Rajendra Nagar Branch Indore. The said cheque was twice cleared and got deposited/credited at my account and was immediately debited, Thus end result was zero. I approached the Branch and contacted all responsible officers of Branch. I got assurance that they have taken up the matter and shown me the letters, but no favourable outcome came. I therefore made online complaint on SBI complaint forum from where I have complaint no, CN[protected]. I have received a SMS stating your complaint has been attended to and closed after resolution as: Cheque/instrument not received at branch for collection.Through this forum I once again like that my amount of Rs1000/- which was twice credited and debited on 30.07.2014. may please be properly investigated and the amount may be deposited in my account.The photo of pass book showing twice entries are attached herewith.

                          respected sir/madam, i am sanjay kumar i deposits the rs. 4900 at 28 october by sbi tinney and they says amount will deposited after 3 o"clock .i say ok and i deposite. after that at the date 30 october evening i checked my balance from atm from arthala, mohan nagr in ghaziabad i checked my bal is 4900 in my A/C . and again i deposite rs.5000 in nov then i again check my bal. he show rs. 5919.64 and show the deduction at rs. 4000 as on 30 oct when i checked bal. same things happens with me at this A/C in 7 may 2014 deducted bal rs.1600 when i go to withdraw the amount. i am telling to the customer care center by[protected] they file my complaint at that time but after the resoling the problem they says amt. has been deducted to your ac same branch manager also says.they also don"t do anything when this case is again happening with me i call the branch and told them he says that verify your tansaction with that atm online toll free no. online customer says that we nothing do anything go to your branch and i am in outside to branch i am in ghaziabad right now. my A/C no. is [protected] cif no is .                             Respected Sir, I am Manoj Kumar resident of murlipura, Jaipur Rajasthan (INDIA).I had open new saving account on the date of 11th dec 2013 in SBI branch near to my resident, I also filled the ATM form, but still I have not received my ATM card. I contacted for the same for the bank staff they told me that it is delivered shortly, but still not received it.After that many times i applied for atm card but no any responce . It was debited byby Rs 299.00 but the payment was not made, to Airtel company.Though I received a sms from SBI that ** Thank you for using State Bank Internet banking. Your Transaction Ref No IH06262750 for Rs.299 on 29-NOV-14 20:37**.I am waiting for returning of this amount, but A/C still not credited with Rs.299.00 against this incomplete Transaction.KINDLY REFUND my amount immediately.                               I was purchasing some products from Elcab Engineers online throgh SBI Debit card but Rs. 185 has been deducted twice when I was trying to book it. There was incomplete transactions but there were deduction of Rs. 185 every time. I was waiting for automatic refund but even after 13-14 days the amount was not refunded. Do check it.

                                Here I am explaining the process as I followed, I have seen e-mail of savethedeals.in . It has been displayed 6 movie ticket only 50rs. I clicked on link, then I entered the CREDIT card details only, I haven't enter any OTP as didnot get the OTP or any 3d secure pin but my amount deducted Rs1730(50+1680) from my account. I didn't got any details of transacting amount Rs1730 or completion of transaction, I tried to contact sbi credit card and they ask for 5-6 working days. so i want immediate action. for SBI CREDIT CARD and SAVETHEDEALS.IN site too.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I am the Managing Director of Milan Infracon Private Limited and i am having the my Company Current Account in State Bank of india at Parsipur branch (Sant Ravidas Nagar) My account No is [protected]. Today i went to meet Mr. Vivek Shing ( Branch Manager) with my Praposel of Dairy farm i showed him my approval which i am got from the UP State Government the Branch Manager Directly Given the Bad reply that it is not in credit Criteria with out seen my Documents. Some days Back I was Submitted the file for Car loan file with my all 3 years ITR and my last on year Bank Statement the Branch Manager not logged my case and he has given me the reply that i am not understanding the source of income in your file as it is clearly showing in my Bank Statement that 95000 Rs. Salary Crediting in my Account on top off that his giving me reply that i don't understand the your source of income when i asked him what kind of source income that you are not understanding can you please give me the proper reason that why you are not doing the case is his telling that i can do your work but you have to pay the extra percentage in directly his asking the Bribe. I told him that i will not pay you the extra percentage and if you are not doing the case then i will close my current Account from the Bank. Mr Vivek Shing (Branch Manager) Directly told me that you can cancelled your account. That means his not bother about the Customer his just want Bribe. At the time of car loan sanctioned I request to Branch Manager, SBI, Budharaja Branch for standard instruction (S.I.) that my monthly EMI deduction should be made Rs. 10000/- on every month 10th and repeatedly I request him to several times but he was not set S.I. till date. Kindly arrange to do the same immediately. Secondly, The processing fee Rs. 1964/- will deducted from my account on dated 20.10.2014, After my repeated request that also not adjusted till 7.11.2014. The interest also charged (Loan Amount Rs.385000/- + Interest Amount Rs. 1964/-) on 31.10.2014. So kindly arrange to refund the interest of processing fee from 20.10.2014 to 07.11.2014.                                       I have a credit card from SBI. I was residing in Mumbai when I had got the card. I have now moved to Bangalore. I had sent a scanned copy of my registered rental agreement, letter from HR of my company to kyc.[protected]@sbicard.com along with the completed form with a copy of my PAN card for them to update my address on file. They have refused to update my address and have also blocked my email address. As a result, I am not able to correspond with them. Telephonic customer service is pathetic as they just place calls on hold for long durations and do not provide any kind of resolutions. I have given the same set of documents to other banks (IDBI Bank) and loan companies (Bajaj Finance) and they have readily accepted and updated my address. It is only SBI Credit Cards who are acting stupid in this regard. All I want is my address to be updated. For such a simple query, I should not have to go through so much hassle and harrassment... I have not yet received any kind of communication from SBI Customer Service till date and I am still waiting. On one hand, these bank people talk about beware of spam and phishing in an attempt to prevent fraud... on the other hand, they refuse to update records when customers inform them about change of addresses so that my credit card related information can fall into the wrong hands - thus encouraging fraud... who can be trusted??? Is there going to be any kind of resolution to this??? Somebody better provide a sensible solution to this problem... To top it all, their web portal (under Contact Us) section says, to contact them, simply send an sms "Problem" to [protected] and they will call back within 24-48 hours... I have till date sent this sms thrice to them: first on 05.11, second on 13.11 and the third today... I have yet to receive any kind of response from SBI... on their web portal, they have mentioned four email addresses: however, all emails sent to these are bounced back by the administrator... on their portal they have mentioned contact numbers... none of them work... they do not have physical offices... only a mailing address... this is very suspicious... are these truly a credit card company or just another scam??? considering that they are not contactable nor are they contacting their customers...
