i had booked a room on line in china for that i gave my debit card visa by mail to confirm the room, but with out my authorization they have debited my sbi savings ac no [protected] on[protected] by ref no POS[protected] by Rs 30556.97 . more over they collected the money in cny for the stay . They told that the money debited will be credited back in your ac in working days . but till now we have no received my money back to my account...

Normally bank dispatch customer's DEBIT CARD within 15 working days but I have waited more than one months and even waiting. My SBI bank branch in Najafgarh, new Delhi-110043, branch code 1419. here is no any help desk to listen customer's complain properly....
