    I have sent Rs 10000 on 25th Nov-14 online from my SBI account no.[protected] to my brother's (Sunil Kamboj) ICICI account. I have done one letter mistake in account no. during adding him as an beneficiary. The payment was sent to the ICICI account no.[protected] instead of[protected] and the payment was credited to other person account. How it is possible, when the name of beneficiary is not matched with account no.? Is SBI not matching the Name, Account no of beneficiary? Regards Anil Kamboj [protected]

      Hello, i am richa sharma, i have taken my education loan from sbi bank in year[protected], last 2yrs they have fixed interest rate as 15.50% on my loan, this i came to know when i got my statements i had checked the actual interest rate on sbj site on education loan then ans ther it was 13% something in which.50 % consession for girls, i have so many times visited the branch called to there customer care but these people are responding thatit is the correct rate they are charging one thing i want to say that without my consent thse people fixed the interest rate on my loan, secondly if they would have asked me to do that on fix rate i would have never let them do it. How ever i calles them and ask to change it from fix to float they said it is not posiible. It ia very clear ans sound that i am not able to pay such fake interest wheather i have to make a mail to our prime minister. Pls ask bank to get it corrected and redund the extra amount they have already takwn for the sake of wrong knterest rate. And i claim bank to pay my mental harrasement cost they have to pay the entire principle amount.. I am suffering from mwntal trauma because of there lack of knowledge.. My one question to sbi why do you hire iliterate people in your company who does not know the system if they do not know then why dont you train them actually they are ruining your bank image.. Eventually i have to write at consumer forum cause i am exhausted fully.. Please help me. My email id ria.         Whenever i order anything online from my debit card and when i start the payment process the transaction is being canceled saying "dear customer your txn at atm declined as the requested amount exceeds your daily withdrawal limit" what does it mean and how to solve it ??

          Dear sir, I went today state bank of india, vazirabad branch to open a saving account in my name. I presented before the form checker duly filled Account opening form along with proof of identity and residence. But he denied to open my A/c by saying that i can not open an A/c because we have many forms and cant take your form for 30 days, and directed me apply to the other bank for opening of saving A/c. And i also asked to Chief Manager reason for not opening of account. But he gave the argument behind it they have not the capacity to open further accounts, answer was not satisfactory.               Hi There, SBI CARD No. [protected] My Saving Bank A/c no. is:[protected] From my credit card account & from my savings bank account - same amount deduct twice, hence excess deduction. I am shocked to see, my credit card statement, in which i seen that, when i made payment it is coming in credit side and when bank is deducting amount it is also coming in credit side, however impact is of debit on my account. see 2nd Dec statement of my credit card. It's a matter of more than 13000, so please credit my account either my saving bank account or either my credit card a/c on urgent basis. Also i want sorry mail on that concern from the concerned team.                                   I wrote to SBI Card ([protected]@sbicard.com) on 27/11/14 about an auto-deduction made by them even after I paid the required amount on 24/11/14. Even after 4-5 days, as promised by them in their auto-generated reply, they didn't even try to resolve it. Excuses made by them always include "We are currently undergoing system maintenance due to which you may get a delayed response from us. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please bear with us as we strive to serve you better in the coming days." etc. So I wrote to their nodal officer ([protected]@sbicard.com) who is their go-to man in case things don't work out at the lower level. But even after 2 days of writing to him nothing concrete is happening to my plea:
                                  " My SBI Card ([protected]) needed a payment of Rs. 8, 366.98 on or before 27th Nov. 14. My card has the option of auto debiting. Since I wasn't sure whether I'll have the required amount on the 27th Nov. I made a payment of Rs. 8, 367.00 on 24th Nov. 14. SBI intimated that they had received my payment on 27th Nov. 14. But SBI again deducted Rs. 8, 366.98 on the 27th Nov. In total I made a payment of Rs. 16733.98."

                                  I now implore SBI to refund me at the earliest.
