Dear team, I did a transaction of rs 300 at 10:14 pm at freecharge site for a dth recharge but not received any recharge and the money is also debited There was problem in transaction since tommorow more of my money was debited but it was refunded back to the freecharge credits but this didn't came back Below is the txt message which i received from the bank " Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XXX3922 for a purchase worth RS300 on POS 70003359 at FREECHARGE PU GURGAON IN txn#[protected] " please refund back the amount as soon as possible Thanking you in advance Ayush goyal

    SB Account No.[protected] My gold loan AGL/9/418 on SBI NH-Branch due on 6.11.2014. Bank not intimated me in time. But in the mean time bank intimated me on 7.11.2014 that the interest rate has increased to 12% w.e f 6.11.2014. This message itself gives a clear picture abuot lack of service to customers I had approached to the bank on 20.11.2014 for releasing the gold, the staff Mrs. Syamala K B, Accountant told me that the staff concerned Smt. Theressiamma P Joseph Spl.Assistent is on leave so come tomorrow. This cause unnecessary delay for release of gold. who is responsible for the extra expense incurred as interest. Customers, we people need good service from your bank and good response from your staff also. If some of your staff has not accrued that, please give me how to contact with people and good communication also. Expecting reply in this matter.           An amount of ₹7, 712/- was recovered from my bank account while crediting interest on deposit to my ab account during the year 2012-13, as TDS. The amount was credited to ITDeptt. The required information is yet to be uploaded to ITDepartment. As a result of this, the ITDepartment while assessing my account declared the said amount of ₹7712/- was not matched with their information. Resulted short refund. The branch manager was approached with a written complaint on 21-10-14 n also to sbi on line complaint. This resulted updation of nearly ₹3, 650/-. The grievance cell of sbi closed my complaints without resolution.

              Dear Sir, My son Arjun Chaudhuri studying at IIT Kharagpur (having s/b account at SBI, Kalindi Branch) has not received the Internet Banking password through courier even after nearly 2 weeks. He received user-id via SMS on 8th November 2014. Hence, he had logged the issue under "Transaction Rights..." with ticket no. IB[protected] as there was no other reason close to the issue he is facing in the List of Values (LoV). The issue was closed because it did not fall under "Transaction Rights..." .                     i have order for a washing machine through flipkart on[protected] with an exchange of old washing machine and 10% of cash back offer from sbi card. The order was placed through online and was informed bu the representative that the 10% cash back offer will be credited to my sbi credit card within the next billing cycle but till date the amount is not credited nor i have recieved any response from the concern authority. it is the online portal needs to be blamed or the credit card department for propoganti such false and baseless commerical of giving 10% cash back offer and simultanouesly there was also an offer of reward points attached to the shopping done on[protected]. i want an justify answer whether the issue will be resolved by the flipkart or by sbi credit card it needs to be sought out and i want my cash back credited back on priority without any further delay. order id: od[protected] tracking id:wsrr[protected] Regards, Anil Anthony

                      Hello Team, I have Home loan with SBI since 2009 and for 5 years loan Interest rate was supposed to be 9.25% and after that it would be calculated based on market rate and I have confirmed with SBI customer care that current ROI is 10% but for some reason it is reflecting and getting charged me with 12.5% Account Number [protected] Description MAXGAIN SPL HAPPY MAY HL< 20 L Name Mr. HARISH NARENDRANATH PANDEY Rate of Interest (% p.a.) 12.5% I have contacted SBI for same issue but they are not taking any actions or neither replying to my query.                                   I am a senior citizen and an old customer of SBI at Pune, PAUD ROAD. Kothrud Area- BRANCH CODE -9061 Since the CTS system of cheque clearing has come in to existence the local cheques take almost a week to get cleared .Also Cheques above the value of two lacs are treated as out station cheques and sent to MUMBAI CLEARING HOUSE even for a next door branch of any other bank and are charged exorbitantly .They too take one full week for getting cleared and the charges are UNDER the head of "SPEED CLEARING CHARGES " Every time this happens .The customer has to go to branch and give a written application for the unfair charges and their reversal. This is too cumbersome for the customer especially senior citizens like me is there any solution to this? Sunanda Bal

                                      Its been about 2 months I have applied for transfer of my sbi account ([protected]) from Odisha to maharashtra. Details of Odisha branch: Branch : konisi IFSC : 12108 Details Of Maharashtra branch Branch: Aundh IFSC : 8784 I have applied for the same on 18th of september 2014.I been regularly visiting these banks for the purpose of account transfer but they haven't done in completely and still something is left. Kindly help me in this regard.

                                        I had purchased the property from SBI Karur under (Public Auction under SARFACI ACT2002) 11.12.2013. The Sales Certificate and other documents mentioned the above property was a land is 3761.75 sq.ft. But the entire Building is now 3254St. ft. Regarding this matter I conducted the Branch Manager. Branch Manager was told after sales I cannot give any service from SBI.and I also conducted the municipal Surveyor as on 25.07.2014. But he was told me me the property was purchased from SBI, karur. So you conduct the bank about this priblem So Please me regarding this problem.. - R.SUBASH Ph :[protected] Cell: [protected] Note: After Auction I had not received the Plan approval copy and Survey Plan from SBI. I had reported to SBI (complain no: [protected] dated 11.11.2013) and I had not received the any from response your end. So I reported to Banking OmBudsman. and lawyer notice to your bank Authourised Offier. After I had approached the Karur Municipality (with ex-owner letter) then I had received the the Plan approval copy from Karur Municipality and then attested by the your Authorised Officer
