I lost my ATM Debit card and got it blocked on 27.08.2014 and applied for new card on 18.09.2014, but I have not received card even after 45 days. Again I applied for the same on 10.11.2014 on the advice of concerned bank manager. So far I have not received my card. Pl. look into the matter and do needful.     I have enrolled group health insurance for my family. My policy ID is -1958604 for from 21.7.2014 for 1 year. Within one month I paid hospitalisation expenses and medical expenses for my daughter, within period . After enrolling policy documents not received, card and any documents not received till two months, documents received after enrolling complaint in consumer forum. Now SBI general insurance rejected claim no.2605530 of Rs.8300/- for standing period. This is totaly wrong and its chitting- S.B.Jangavali- Mobile No.[protected]

        Respected sir/madam I chonbenthung humtsoe have withdraw money from SBI ATM, kothrud branch where the bank itself is situated nearby, pune-411038 on date 16/11/2014 where I get a thousand note which is being torn that side part of is gone, and for which I immediately re- transferred it into my account by using the cash transfer machine where i get a cash memo/ status, 1 note retain for verification. But this matter has been already two weeks for which it is not yet credited into my respective account. Therefore, I suggest you to investigate such issue of getting torn notes and also kindly fix my problem and credit it back to my account number given below.           Hello Sir/Madam This mail is regards to my credit card, today received a sms regarding my monthly statement which is showing higher amount then what i spent .I tried the customer care no and the service was pathetic, in that call it was saying the estimated waiting time for 20 minutes. With all my patient i was waiting for my calls answer but the call dropped after a long waiting more shame full is the call charged me 40 rupees. I don't understand what kind of service was that being Asia's largest bank is it customer centric or ? Few days before i received a call from your end stating that my SBI credit card is activated i have been charged with some charges which i don't understand how it can be charged in inactive state.I request you to prompt to solve this problem and revert me in the below mentioned no. I am not disclosing my credit card number for security reason for further you can write to me to my email address [protected]@gmail.com both my mobile number and my email address is registered with you.                   Hello, Please consider this as a suggestion, rather than a complaint. I am Muzeer Vaseem, holding an account [protected], from SBI, Chandanagar, Hyderabad. I have recently applied for upgrading my ATM card, as it has become old (used for almost 5 yrs now). And, I had to do multiple attempts at the bank to get that applied. Now, would like to suggest to improve the quality of the customer service in this regard. - Allow the customers to submit multiple proofs to support valid Identity and valid Residence. Meaning, for example, if the user is holding a Passport (with old residence address), and RC of the bike with valid residence; You can allow him to submit both Passport as ID proof, and the RC with the same name as Address proof, instead of asking him to get the Voter card which has both. - When the new ATM card arrives at home, it comes with a letter, which doesn't talk about bringing the Passbook along to collect the Pin. But, the officials insist on holding a Passbook to collect the ATM Pin. The reason being, he wants to verify the signature. When the person himself is standing before him, why does he want to verify the signature on the Passbook; He can verify any of his Identities (Vote card, Drivers Licence, etc., ) to give him the new Pin. Hope this made sense, and would help to improve the customer experience. Thanks, Vaseem

                    Hi, i changed my mobile number to [protected] in my online sbi detais, and i submit a mobile number approval form with reference number EHS[protected]... to my home branch piduguralla(main)... but they still did not approve that.. i am lossing all my OTP passwords fro all my transactions and i did not able to trasactions through online ...please keep this one as a heigh priority and solve it early.. regards suresh, [protected].

                        SB Account No.[protected] My gold loan AGL/9/418 on SBI NH-Branch due on 6.11.2014. Bank not intimated me in time. But in the mean time bank intimated me on 7.11.2014 that the interest rate has increased to 12% w.e f 6.11.2014. This message itself gives a clear picture abuot lack of service to customers I had approached to the bank on 20.11.2014 for releasing the gold, the staff Mrs. Syamala K B, Accountant told me that the staff concerned Smt. Theressiamma P Joseph Spl.Assistent is on leave so come tomorrow. This cause unnecessary delay for release of gold. who is responsible for the extra expense incurred as interest. Customers, we people need good service from your bank and good response from your staff also. If some of your staff has not accrued that, please give me how to contact with people and good communication also. Expecting reply in this matter.                               An amount of ₹7, 712/- was recovered from my bank account while crediting interest on deposit to my ab account during the year 2012-13, as TDS. The amount was credited to ITDeptt. The required information is yet to be uploaded to ITDepartment. As a result of this, the ITDepartment while assessing my account declared the said amount of ₹7712/- was not matched with their information. Resulted short refund. The branch manager was approached with a written complaint on 21-10-14 n also to sbi on line complaint. This resulted updation of nearly ₹3, 650/-. The grievance cell of sbi closed my complaints without resolution.

                                  Dear Sir, My son Arjun Chaudhuri studying at IIT Kharagpur (having s/b account at SBI, Kalindi Branch) has not received the Internet Banking password through courier even after nearly 2 weeks. He received user-id via SMS on 8th November 2014. Hence, he had logged the issue under "Transaction Rights..." with ticket no. IB[protected] as there was no other reason close to the issue he is facing in the List of Values (LoV). The issue was closed because it did not fall under "Transaction Rights..." .                                         i have order for a washing machine through flipkart on[protected] with an exchange of old washing machine and 10% of cash back offer from sbi card. The order was placed through online and was informed bu the representative that the 10% cash back offer will be credited to my sbi credit card within the next billing cycle but till date the amount is not credited nor i have recieved any response from the concern authority. it is the online portal needs to be blamed or the credit card department for propoganti such false and baseless commerical of giving 10% cash back offer and simultanouesly there was also an offer of reward points attached to the shopping done on[protected]. i want an justify answer whether the issue will be resolved by the flipkart or by sbi credit card it needs to be sought out and i want my cash back credited back on priority without any further delay. order id: od[protected] tracking id:wsrr[protected] Regards, Anil Anthony
