Here I am explaining the process as I followed, I have seen e-mail of savethedeals.in . It has been displayed 6 movie ticket only 50rs. I clicked on link, then I entered the CREDIT card details only, I haven't enter any OTP as didnot get the OTP or any 3d secure pin but my amount deducted Rs1730(50+1680) from my account. I didn't got any details of transacting amount Rs1730 or completion of transaction, I tried to contact sbi credit card and they ask for 5-6 working days. so i want immediate action. for SBI CREDIT CARD and SAVETHEDEALS.IN site too.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am the Managing Director of Milan Infracon Private Limited and i am having the my Company Current Account in State Bank of india at Parsipur branch (Sant Ravidas Nagar) My account No is [protected]. Today i went to meet Mr. Vivek Shing ( Branch Manager) with my Praposel of Dairy farm i showed him my approval which i am got from the UP State Government the Branch Manager Directly Given the Bad reply that it is not in credit Criteria with out seen my Documents. Some days Back I was Submitted the file for Car loan file with my all 3 years ITR and my last on year Bank Statement the Branch Manager not logged my case and he has given me the reply that i am not understanding the source of income in your file as it is clearly showing in my Bank Statement that 95000 Rs. Salary Crediting in my Account on top off that his giving me reply that i don't understand the your source of income when i asked him what kind of source income that you are not understanding can you please give me the proper reason that why you are not doing the case is his telling that i can do your work but you have to pay the extra percentage in directly his asking the Bribe. I told him that i will not pay you the extra percentage and if you are not doing the case then i will close my current Account from the Bank. Mr Vivek Shing (Branch Manager) Directly told me that you can cancelled your account. That means his not bother about the Customer his just want Bribe.       Dear sir, Respectfully, I beg to state that I have sanctioned Car Loan on dated 20.10.2014. My Car Loan Account no. [protected]. At the time of car loan sanctioned I request to Branch Manager, SBI, Budharaja Branch for standard instruction (S.I.) that my monthly EMI deduction should be made Rs. 10000/- on every month 10th and repeatedly I request him to several times but he was not set S.I. till date. Kindly arrange to do the same immediately. Secondly, The processing fee Rs. 1964/- will deducted from my account on dated 20.10.2014, After my repeated request that also not adjusted till 7.11.2014. The interest also charged (Loan Amount Rs.385000/- + Interest Amount Rs. 1964/-) on 31.10.2014. So kindly arrange to refund the interest of processing fee from 20.10.2014 to 07.11.2014.         I have a credit card from SBI. I was residing in Mumbai when I had got the card. I have now moved to Bangalore. I had sent a scanned copy of my registered rental agreement, letter from HR of my company to kyc.[protected]@sbicard.com along with the completed form with a copy of my PAN card for them to update my address on file. They have refused to update my address and have also blocked my email address. As a result, I am not able to correspond with them. Telephonic customer service is pathetic as they just place calls on hold for long durations and do not provide any kind of resolutions. I have given the same set of documents to other banks (IDBI Bank) and loan companies (Bajaj Finance) and they have readily accepted and updated my address. It is only SBI Credit Cards who are acting stupid in this regard. All I want is my address to be updated. For such a simple query, I should not have to go through so much hassle and harrassment... I have not yet received any kind of communication from SBI Customer Service till date and I am still waiting. On one hand, these bank people talk about beware of spam and phishing in an attempt to prevent fraud... on the other hand, they refuse to update records when customers inform them about change of addresses so that my credit card related information can fall into the wrong hands - thus encouraging fraud... who can be trusted??? Is there going to be any kind of resolution to this??? Somebody better provide a sensible solution to this problem... To top it all, their web portal (under Contact Us) section says, to contact them, simply send an sms "Problem" to [protected] and they will call back within 24-48 hours... I have till date sent this sms thrice to them: first on 05.11, second on 13.11 and the third today... I have yet to receive any kind of response from SBI... on their web portal, they have mentioned four email addresses: however, all emails sent to these are bounced back by the administrator... on their portal they have mentioned contact numbers... none of them work... they do not have physical offices... only a mailing address... this is very suspicious... are these truly a credit card company or just another scam??? considering that they are not contactable nor are they contacting their customers...

              I have a saving account in your Barshitakli Branch (SBIN0004764) with account no [protected], and placed a cheaque of Deutche Bank Bangalore No.0485 on dated 19/09/2014 to my account, but it is more than 60 days the cheque amount not get credit to my account, after communication with your bank staff they are not able to give me satisfactory answer and advice me to put on waiting, the cheque is placed on the month of September and after one month its validity will be expired. So I request to you please do needful.

                      I had got a message from SBI i.e. hold for INR 799.After that I checked my account.I found my account bal to be 0.0 and my lien bal to be 781 for which there was no transaction mentioned.I did a transaction of 799 for which it was debited from my main account balance after that my remaining account bal was made 0.0 and lien amount of 781.00 Please explain the needful...

                      In my SBI A/C balance is 20, 000/-, But 2000/- is showing in Lien Amount.
                      As i didn't given any standing instruction for Holding of amount.
                      Please clear this issue and credit the Lien amount in my account.
                      Long back I bought a mobile worth of Rs.1900 from Nokia outlet showroom in a mall(Mantri Mall, Malleshwaram), to which they have swiped twice my ATM card by saying that their e-Reader is not functioning properly. But afterwards I came to know that twice the amount was debited from my account. Even I have enquired the same to the shop representative, but he insisted me to ask my account holding bank.

                      I went to SBI Madurai branch and enquired about the same, finally they said within 2 months I will get back the amount. Though till today I didn't received any amount, in my account summary am seeing something LIEN Amount (Rs.1900). I don't know about that Lien amount.

                      So Please help me to get back the amount

                        I have opened zero balance account in SBI branch GT road shahdara, delhi-32, but the agent who is authorized by the branch collects 100 rupees from everyone for opening an account. Thrice a time i went to sbi branch for complaint but no one take responsibilty of that, all are just busy in saying go to branch manager who always disappear from his desk kindly look into the matter and resolve it .

He posed me as an employee of SBI and calling from Mumbai. When i inquired in details about branch and codes. he initially tackled then started abusing. Later on when i checked on internet, the no is registered in Bihar or Jharkhand and also there are other complaints for the same no.                             Hi, I received SBI credit card and I was told its free credit card and no administrative fee for 1 year. But I got the message from day1 and asked me to pay the penalty too. But I still have not activated my credit card. I taught of returning my credit card and called customer care, but no one is picking phone. its looks like they are keep dragging the matter and increasing the fee. How should I hand over my credit card? What is the procedure for that? If they asked fee, how should I avoid or file the complaint against to the bank? Please kindly clarify. Regards Logu

                              I lost my ATM Debit card and got it blocked on 27.08.2014 and applied for new card on 18.09.2014, but I have not received card even after 45 days. Again I applied for the same on 10.11.2014 on the advice of concerned bank manager. So far I have not received my card. Pl. look into the matter and do needful.                                 I have enrolled group health insurance for my family. My policy ID is -1958604 for from 21.7.2014 for 1 year. Within one month I paid hospitalisation expenses and medical expenses for my daughter, within period . After enrolling policy documents not received, card and any documents not received till two months, documents received after enrolling complaint in consumer forum. Now SBI general insurance rejected claim no.2605530 of Rs.8300/- for standing period. This is totaly wrong and its chitting- S.B.Jangavali- Mobile No.[protected]

                                    Respected sir/madam I chonbenthung humtsoe have withdraw money from SBI ATM, kothrud branch where the bank itself is situated nearby, pune-411038 on date 16/11/2014 where I get a thousand note which is being torn that side part of is gone, and for which I immediately re- transferred it into my account by using the cash transfer machine where i get a cash memo/ status, 1 note retain for verification. But this matter has been already two weeks for which it is not yet credited into my respective account. Therefore, I suggest you to investigate such issue of getting torn notes and also kindly fix my problem and credit it back to my account number given below.                                       Hello Sir/Madam This mail is regards to my credit card, today received a sms regarding my monthly statement which is showing higher amount then what i spent .I tried the customer care no and the service was pathetic, in that call it was saying the estimated waiting time for 20 minutes. With all my patient i was waiting for my calls answer but the call dropped after a long waiting more shame full is the call charged me 40 rupees. I don't understand what kind of service was that being Asia's largest bank is it customer centric or ? Few days before i received a call from your end stating that my SBI credit card is activated i have been charged with some charges which i don't understand how it can be charged in inactive state.I request you to prompt to solve this problem and revert me in the below mentioned no.
