Name : Mehul Savla my SBI Saving Account No :[protected] My Account was opened from last 25 days in SBI and I received SBI Classic Debit Card in last week, but I have not received PIN from my Home Branch (Branch Name:JACOB CIRCLE, Branch Code:1835, City:MUMBAI). Even I received cheque book and this debit Card after 2 weeks of my account opened. please give fast service to customer.

    I was attempting to book an air ticket for Kolkata-Agartala route from the Air Inida official site on 12th November by using my debit card (ATM card) No.[protected]. The booking was not successful but an amount of Rs.3305.00 was debited from my account. My S/B account Number is [protected] at Kunjavan Branch, Agartala, Tripura.         Dear sir, Complaint OP[protected] & REGISTERED TICKET NO - OP[protected] . sir, I hvae transfer the money amount 1000, 2000, & 3000 from Indian oversease bank account [protected] but when go to ATM for release the amount then not get any money from SBI ATM. then contact to SBI BAZAR BRANCH MOTIHARI. HE TELL ME KYC FORM NOT COMPLITED, THEN I FILL THE kyc FORM AND SUBMITTED ON[protected] .AFTER THAT again communicate to this no [protected] he tail me you have no balance and you draw 4000 rupees. but i ask how then he give no reply to me .Transfer amount total 5000 and according to bank release amount is 4000/- rupees and balance is insufficient .Dear sir I go to ATM .for Draw ATM show insufficient balance. then I stop the transfer the money . i want solution .due to this caaaaaaaause I stop SBT money transfer.

                  Normally bank dispatch customer's DEBIT CARD within 15 working days but I have waited more than one months and even waiting. My SBI bank branch in Najafgarh, new Delhi-110043, branch code 1419. here is no any help desk to listen customer's complain properly.

                        Hello Sir/Ma'm, I want to know two things showing in my loan account. 1.meanig of write-off with closing balance=0 2. On bank statement, amount has been written by pen at the end of statement and stamped by bank manager., in-spite of showing 0 closing balance. 3.                             Hi Team, Statebank of India, KPHB, Temple bustop. The sate bank of india inside 2 SBI ATMS and Cash deposit machine is not working. The customer is waiting for money withdrawals and cashdeposits .The ATM machines is not working I told to SBI Bank Manger (KPHB) KBK MANOHAR he is behaving rudely and not taking any bank responsibilitys.Today morning onwards the ATM machines is not working and bank manger not taken any action on customer complaints.                               Dear Sir, I am working in Saudi Arabia. I have an existing SBI saving bank a/c in SBI thingal Nagar branch.I wanted to open a NRI account in SBI same Branch, in the application form it is clearly mentioned that if you have an existing account then document verification is not necessary, but when asking they said an introducer's signature is mandatory. I filled the form and got an introducer signature and sent it.But now they are telling that signature from embassy is necessary. If they tell it earlier I could have get it from embassy. The application form should be corrected. In order to get the detail my relative visited SBI branch 5 times. People are getting NRI account in SBI with out visiting foreign in some branches. I followed the procedures and now they are denying that they can't open account for me with out embassy sign.                                 My present ATM card issued by SBI is found damaged very badly, and unable to use the same. Please give me the detailed instructions how to get the ATM number blocked so as to get a fresh card. Unable to use the toll free number since i find it very difficult to get the contact thro' toll free number. Till I get a fresh card, I have to get witrhdrawls thro form only and I am 73 years old railway pensioner and I find it difficult to go to the parent bank everytime to get money. Pls oblige.                                     I am Sayali Deshmukh, a resident of Vadgaonsheri, Pune. Recently I dropped into my nearest SBI branch, which is newly opened at Vadgaonsheri. I went there to fetch account opening forms under the Jan Dhan Yojana but the attendant just denied and said that they do not open accounts under that scheme. How on earth is this possible that I am denied to open account under the scheme in India's biggest publich sector bank??!! I dont understand what might be the probable reason for the person to deny it?! I would like to be communicated on this matter soon! Contact no.                                         I had filed PIL in Ahmedabad for this case. The case is simple. Per Indian Contact act when an application for ATM card was issued to customers It was Free of cost. Upon this signed contract, where there is a change in terms of contract there has to be a fresh Contract signed. Bank and all associate bank did, they together gave simple Advertisement intimating to all customers of SBI and their Associate Banks by such public News Paper Advertisement that they will levy charges Rs 50/- . In a s9ingle day at least Rs 400 crores collected charges from customers . Poor Customers can not do any thing.under such dictatorship of the Bank.' No fresh agreement was signed by Customers.!!! Bank if not giving any response to this. What happened to my PIL, is that Advocate on Record claimed that the Notices were not issued and or reached, served them the copy of notices !!! Due time was allowed to me to file. On the date of next date of hearing I said to Hon. Court that the addresses are full and correct as given on web. But earlier order was made by Hon. The Then Chief Justice of High Court of Gujarat that if fresh addresses are not filed by me the Petition would be dismissed. Though on the record other Respondent had been delivered the Notices??? The Advocate did such mischief in the process and adjusted with JJJJJ!!! When Reserve Bank of India and other Banks like state bank of saurashtra had been served with the notices at least cause to this must be taken by Hon. Chief Justice should not have done such Mischief in this case. This is crystal clear on paper.!!! Reserve Bank of India is silent observer till this date . No action is taken by Reserve Bank of India on SBI and their associates. This all Customers are suffering from bad practices from all angles!!! This copy has been sent to R B I, President of India and all Government offices.
