SIR, MY NAME IS PRACHI DIXIT.I AM A STUDENT.I NEEDED TO BE A ACCOUNT IN SBI BRANCH BEWAR CBRANCH COE 2524.I WENT THERE WITH RATION CARD AND COLLEGE IDENTITY CARD.BUT THEY REFUSED THAT WE WILL NOT ACCEPT, BRING A WRITTEN LETTER FROM YOUR COLLEGE.VERY HARDLY I GOT IT, BUT AGAIN THEY REFUSED.THEY AGAIN SAID THAT WE WOULD NOT ACCEPT WRITTEN IDENTITY PROOF, BRING OUT A TYPED LETTER.TODAY I WENT AGAIN WITH TYPED LETTER SIGNED BY PRINIPAL OF MY COLLEGE.BUT AGAIN THEY WERE REFUSING.I ALSO WENT TO THE MANAGER BUT HE ALSO DID NOT LISTEN TO ME.HE SAID IT IS NOT MY MATTER.

    I am Sayali Deshmukh, a resident of Vadgaonsheri, Pune. Recently I dropped into my nearest SBI branch, which is newly opened at Vadgaonsheri. I went there to fetch account opening forms under the Jan Dhan Yojana but the attendant just denied and said that they do not open accounts under that scheme. How on earth is this possible that I am denied to open account under the scheme in India's biggest publich sector bank??!! I dont understand what might be the probable reason for the person to deny it?! I would like to be communicated on this matter soon! Contact no.         I had filed PIL in Ahmedabad for this case. The case is simple. Per Indian Contact act when an application for ATM card was issued to customers It was Free of cost. Upon this signed contract, where there is a change in terms of contract there has to be a fresh Contract signed. Bank and all associate bank did, they together gave simple Advertisement intimating to all customers of SBI and their Associate Banks by such public News Paper Advertisement that they will levy charges Rs 50/- . In a s9ingle day at least Rs 400 crores collected charges from customers . Poor Customers can not do any thing.under such dictatorship of the Bank.' No fresh agreement was signed by Customers.!!! Bank if not giving any response to this. What happened to my PIL, is that Advocate on Record claimed that the Notices were not issued and or reached, served them the copy of notices !!! Due time was allowed to me to file. On the date of next date of hearing I said to Hon. Court that the addresses are full and correct as given on web. But earlier order was made by Hon. The Then Chief Justice of High Court of Gujarat that if fresh addresses are not filed by me the Petition would be dismissed. Though on the record other Respondent had been delivered the Notices??? The Advocate did such mischief in the process and adjusted with JJJJJ!!! When Reserve Bank of India and other Banks like state bank of saurashtra had been served with the notices at least cause to this must be taken by Hon. Chief Justice should not have done such Mischief in this case. This is crystal clear on paper.!!! Reserve Bank of India is silent observer till this date . No action is taken by Reserve Bank of India on SBI and their associates. This all Customers are suffering from bad practices from all angles!!! This copy has been sent to R B I, President of India and all Government offices.

            I have an account(Account number: [protected]) in SBI-Komarapalayam (IFSC Code-SBIN0007041) since Dec-2012 without any black-logs. I gave a cheque to a person (Cheque number: 407455) on oct-30 and told him to produce the cheque in bank on Oct 31. As i said he produced the cheque on oct 31 but cheque was bounced saying 'Insufficient Balance'. But Oct 31 morning 8.17AM my salary of 25k got credit to my account and even got a confirmation message from SBI saying amount of Rs.25, 149 credited to SBI Account but the same day around 11.50AM cheque was bounced. I logged a complaint through Online SBI to know the reason how the cheque was bounced though i maintained sufficient balance but without any resolution complaint was closed by branch office(Complaint number: CB[protected]. Also i didnt get proper response from my branch office.It is giving me a huge mental torture, since i am a girl i cant handle this. Please i kindly request you to provide me a solution for this.

                  Respected sir, having a defence salary acct, i have not availed the sweep throw to mod balance facility in my sbi acct. I checked it keeping above 40, 000 rupees also.Req to activate this after 10000.00 rupees and date after 29th of every month. I complained before also but not been acted till. Pls action as earliest so that instead of my icici bank acct i will keep my salary amount in sbi only.

Employee since 2006, recently i want to buy a house in my native place ( dubrajpur, birbhum, west bengal) in this regards i visit your branch name- dubraj pur, birbhum( west bengla) / suri, birbhum(West bengal) . Now my question is though i am a govt. Employee why your branch ignor me to give me the loan. And why your office denime me to give the loan hence i am a customer of your brance since 2007. If i not get the loan from your branch then i must transfer my account from your branch to other branch in urgent basis, because i need the money within 02 months from 01.11.2014.                             I have a credit card from SBI. I was residing in Mumbai when I had got the card. I have now moved to Bangalore. I had sent a scanned copy of my registered rental agreement, letter from HR of my company to kyc.[protected]@sbicard.com along with the completed form with a copy of my PAN card for them to update my address on file. They have refused to update my address and have also blocked my email address. As a result, I am not able to correspond with them. Telephonic customer service is pathetic as they just place calls on hold for long durations and do not provide any kind of resolutions. I have given the same set of documents to other banks (IDBI Bank) and loan companies (Bajaj Finance) and they have readily accepted and updated my address. It is only SBI Credit Cards who are acting stupid in this regard. All I want is my address to be updated. For such a simple query, I should not have to go through so much hassle and harrassment.

                            I have not yet received any kind of communication from SBI Customer Service till date and I am still waiting. On one hand, these bank people talk about beware of spam and phishing in an attempt to prevent fraud... on the other hand, they refuse to update records when customers inform them about change of addresses so that my credit card related information can fall into the wrong hands - thus encouraging fraud... who can be trusted??? Is there going to be any kind of resolution to this??? Somebody better provide a sensible solution to this problem...
                            To top it all, their web portal (under Contact Us) section says, to contact them, simply send an sms "Problem" to [protected] and they will call back within 24-48 hours... I have till date sent this sms thrice to them: first on 05.11, second on 13.11 and the third today... I have yet to receive any kind of response from SBI... on their web portal, they have mentioned four email addresses: however, all emails sent to these are bounced back by the administrator... on their portal they have mentioned contact numbers... none of them work... they do not have physical offices... only a mailing address... this is very suspicious... are these truly a credit card company or just another scam??? considering that they are not contactable nor are they contacting their customers...

                              Today I visited SBI, borivali (West) branch to open a PPF account. I already have a saving bank account on the same branch that is in SBI, chandawarkar road, borivali (west).(Open a saving account with pancard and addhar card as a document with new address) Recently I lived in BSNL QTRS so I have only pancard and aadhar card as my own address and telephone bill but it has on father name. (Ration card and electricity bill also available but it has my older address) But SBI refuse to accept aadhar card as my address proof. Hence I am not able to open my PPF account. I am not aware about RBI rules. Is aadhar card is really not accept as address proof then what is the use of aadhar card?????

                                    I am suman kumar and submitted the required document to open new SBI saving bank account in Laxmi nagar, Delhi but SBI staff are so careless, they do not want to open account. They told to come again and again. According to rule they have to open account and provide all things instantly but why they are taking so long time. Response time is very slow thats why people do not go to GOVT bank. GOVT should take action against this and GOVT bank needs to improve more and more. SBI believes in totally waste the time of people. so we should not go to SBI.

                                    Better to go private bank.
