sir i am trying to withdraw the money from the buldana ATM but there is problem in system (as reported by security guard) This problem is still continue since last three days (ie 5, 6, 7 Nov2014) so request you to please reply and inform us when will be the system working???? and when can we withdraw the cash. thankyou waiting for reply girish saraf AC no [protected] mobile no [protected]

    I am a Govt. pensioner and taking my pension from SBI, Anand branch my A/c No[protected]. My life certificate due date was Nov. 1, 2014. I went to the branch and I was told that forms have not been received, come after few days without telling the date. I was telephoning to the branch, no body is lifting. I am afraid, if I go again, I may be advised, come again. I consider it an inconvenience to the old people. My mobile no is with the bank. Why can't inform when it is a miss management in their part. I may please be informed when shall I go the the bank for life certificate?

        I filled a bank account opening form on date 4 september 2014 and the bank said that u will recieve a letter with a ATM card at your address within 15 days. But it almost 2 months are gone but i still not recived any letter. I also visit bank branch thrice between these days but the manager does not respond any satisfactory ans about this. He always used to said that i dont know anything about this. They dispatched my item on 9 september 2014 but i still not recieved that. Please look after this.

            hello, My Account is in State Bank of India, Burhanpur(Mandi Branch), Madhya Pradesh. I have withdrawn 1000.00/- Rs on 17-Aug-2014 from my account. I recieved cash and amount has been debited. But suddenly the amount got credited back to my account. And next day i.e on 18-Aug-2014 Bank has debited 1000.00Rs back from my account and my account was blocked. And total amount in my account is showing Rs 0.00/- though their is some amount in my account. I requested with home branch and other branches to release my account, also I have submitted an application to release my account to manager of home branch but 3 month passed and manager is not resolving my issue for which i am suffering many difficulties. I have to resolve this issue suggest me what should i do.

                Sir Respectfully I beg to say that my S/B Acct.[protected] running at SBI city Branch(11218) Raebareli.I have been given an application for transfer the above account at SGPGI(7789) Luck now on dated[protected].The branch send my application to transferee branch on same day wide speed post no.EU[protected]IN.I contact SGPGI Branch on dated[protected] about my account transfer status he check the sbi system and found no response from the SBI city Branch(11218) Raebareli.I checked the India post tracking speed post status on dated[protected] at 15.00.speed post no.EU[protected]IN had been received the Branch Manager SBI city Branch(11218) Raebareli on dated[protected] at 15.53.He told that you send a copy of application which is submitted at sbi SGPGI by mail. A letter received by the SBI city Branch(11218) Raebareli on dated[protected] he not taken any action up to date.I am suffering a lot of problem.                           SBI bank is a very highly reputed bank organization and also one of the busiest banks in Mumbai. In my Kalyan area (Thane District, Mumbai, Maharashtra) earlier there was only one branch in Kalyan West and it was like hell to go there and complete some transactions because of the huge rush. But then the bank opened a new branch in Kalyan East area and it was quite a good decision because of the trouble which we had to face when the bank was located in Kalyan west. But the biggest mistake which SBI have made is the selection of employees. The bank has a large number o[censored]sers because of which its always congested and busy in the bank. But the employees who all are stationed here are not at all bothered about the customers. They have the worst respect for the customers and our time. There is no time for Lunch break or Tea breaks assigned but they take their own breaks according to their wish. And also the employees instead of taking turns in refreshing and completing the job, they all take their breaks together at a specified time irrespective of the large groups of people waiting for their urgent transactions to be completed. And also most of the time, the network of the bank is either down or slow (Or the employees are slow). But the employees never do anything from their part to increase the efficiency. Its a very bad experience to bank with you personally. And i use your online banking system, which i feel is the best. Thank you for that good/best experience Online and hope that this issue may at least be checked upon.

                              I have taken Home Loan from SBI, Allahabad wherein I already had Savings Account. During Loan Disbursement, I was told that my Home Loan Account will be automatically linked to my Existing Savings Account and I can transfer / view Home Loan Details via Internet Banking. However, till date SBI has not linked both these Account and when I tried reaching to Home Branch, they asked me to write an Application requesting Viewing / Transaction Rights for Home Loan. Even after that, both the accounts are not being mapped. I have also raised a Complaint in Customer Care for which they have given resolution as "Accounts could not be mapped for Unavoidable Reasons ". I have been noticing some irregularities in EMI also and don't know what to do ! Please suggest.

                                Having a doubt in the balance on my atm, sbi slip, I called SBI customer care 5 times in aweek, but even after following the process correctly & talking to customer care representative 1]each time I called they asked me to call after 48 hrs, due to technical snag.1] even after following & confirming, my inputs were invalidated. 2] they would make me wait & repeat the whole process each time. Some Junk voice comes each time while entering TPIN and doesn't work, the executive ask us to visit Branch to report this issue

First on1/10/2014 Rs.30000/= and on same date Rs.14305.88in second (Total amount Rs.44305.88).
