Dear SBI, I am a senior citizen a pension account holder in SBI Amtali Branch Tripura. amount of 10 thousand /- has been deducted from pension account for tax. It is because of my pan card details are not updated with my account as per information provided by Bank. So next day requested the branch manager to update the details as required. But unfortunately, it was not done & i have been asked to approach main branch regarding this.So i visited to the Agartala main branch regarding this & again i was informed that it should be updated by my local home branch. Then next again i approached local branch (Amtali branch) regarding this & spend whole day waiting for the pan card details to be updated .At end of the day it was informed to me that it can nnot be done on that day as all are busy with the work. The kind of service & assistance (harassment) received just to update my pan card detail. It is very very unfortunate . I would request the respective authority to look into this matter, help me on this matter. Thanks, Bhabendra Singh

    One outstation cheque was tried to deposit in your branch at Vashi but it was not accepted by your employee in Sector 14 branch. While similar cheques were reimbursed in other banks other than SBI. What is the logic? I had specially opened account for faster clearance of this cheque. Your person is asking to go to Alibag which is 60 kms away... Can you answer otherwise I want to close this account...

    Even you branch people are not lifting phone when I tried to contact for such information for

    Vashi Sectoor 19 branch
    Koperkhairne branch

    It is very awful experience and I had opened account just 2 days ago, in your bank supposed to be largest bank in the country.
    Banks like Shyamrao Vitthal or Abhyudaya Coop Banks which are relatively very small ones, offer much better customer friendly service...
    After my wife stood in the queue for more than half an hour and when her turn came, she was told that the cheques needed to be deposited in Alibag branch (Dist Raigad). When I called her she narrated the story. Then I filed complaint online.

    Later on I again asked her to go there (as other banks-not SBI, had accepted& cleared as well, the similar cheques in Mumbai branches which were deposited by my relatives) and complaint to manager who directed her to go to the counter, where the employee had gone for lunch and again she had to wait for half an hour!!!. She was informed that it would take 15 days to clear the cheques while other banks from Mumbai same cheque were cleared in 12-13 days!!!

    Such is state of affairs at SBI branch...and I am only 2 days old account holder in the bank and getting such response and level of customer service..

    As per new PM, Mr Modi, govt servants will be more accountable hence after in his tenure which needs to be highlighted to the media...

      the staff of SBI LUKERGANJ ALLAHABAD is not doing their work properly Unfortunately when i lost my ATM CARD and i went for a new one they treated me like a servant i just had to submit my form and the clerk over there was missing i waited approximately 25 minutes then i went to another clerk he said "get out from the chamber" and wait for the clerk angrily i threw my form into trash and i came out from the bank

I DEPOSITED RS 800(100+100+100+500) IN SBI CDM AT ANNA NAGAR WEST E- CORNER. AFTER THE MACHINE DRAW MY CASH INSIDE IT DISPLAYED "HARDWARE ERROR ENCOUNTERED". I DIDNT GET ANY SLIP AND THE AMOUNT WAS NOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I CONTACTED THE RESPECTIVE BRANCH MANAGER HE TOLD THAT THEY WILL COUNT THE AMOUNT IN THE CDM WITHIN TWO DAYS AND THEY WILL REFUND IF THEY FIND THE AMOUNT I CLAIM IS IN EXCESS IN THAT MACHINE. HOW CAN I TRUST THE ONE THAT IS COUNTING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS REPLY BY SUCH A BANK. IS IT A COIN TELEPHONE OR WHAT. WHAT CAN I DO IF THAT MANAGER SAYS THAT THERE WAS NO SUCH AMOUNT IN EXCESS. THEY SHOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY CALLED A HARDWARE PERSON AND SORTED OUT THE PROBLEM.IS THIS THE QUALITY OF CONSUMER CARE. IS THAT A TOY OR SOMETHING. I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE MY BANKING WITH SBI BUT SUCH ACTIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE BY THEM. I COULD NOT QUARREL WITH THOSE GUYS. I DONT HAVE ANY EVIDENCE ALSO. IT JUST STOPPED AS IT IS.                 This is bring to the SBI card officials notice that cash back for the transaction done on Snapdeal on 24th May has not been credited to my account. The customer service of SBI card is pathetic, you get resolution for long time. If you email the customer service department you will only get an Auto Reply saying it has been registered and you'll be contacted in 5 working days. But believe me they don't contact even after 5 moths. I've the worst experience of dealing with them. Talking about my complaint about cash back I've contacted at least 5 times by call and 3 times by email. However it has not yet resolved. This is very disappointing for people when a financial body owned by government do this. No doubt why customers loose faith and opt for private sectors banking. Below are some ref nos.                   Sir, 1. I had applied a new ATM cum debit card on 13 Sep 14 at SBI Naraina Branch, New Delhi-110028 (Branch Code- 1703 against my SB A/C [protected] due to old ATM card scratched and not working. After lapse of 15 days I call to SBI Customer Card for present status of ATM. Customer care informed your ATM Card is despatched on my address on 18 Sep 14 vide speed post no EK[protected]IN, I visited to near Naraina Industrial estate Head post office on 25 Sep 14 for status of speed post No. mentioned above. Post office informed to me that speed post No EK[protected]IN received at this Branch on 22 Sep 14 and dispatched to sender on same day due to address written on envelop is not correct/traceable. On tracking of SP NO EK[protected]IN that Speed post No delivered to SBI MANIPAL on 25 sep 14 at 15:00 hrs. Further details not found. 2. After that I am visited to my SBI Branch on 27 Sep 14, 11 Oct, 18 Oct 14, 25 Oct 14 and 28 Oct 14 and asking in dealing staff of my ATM card status, but there is no specific info is being given to us why there is delay or no satisfactory response from Postal service/SBI. 3. In view of the above fact that I would like to higher authority intervention in this matter to sought out the said info at the earliest so that debit card can issued to me on priority .                       Dear Sir, Ref: SB A/c.No.[protected] - Name : N.Thilagavathi. I have deposited two cheques at SBI, Mookandapalli branch, Hosur. 1. Ch.NO.500158/01.10.14 for Rs.10000/- -bank - ING Vysya bank ltd, Hosur - deposited at SBI on 10.10.14 2. Ch.No.500197/10.10.10 for Rs.4000/- bank ING Vysya bank, Hosur deposted at SBI on 14.10.14. But till date, both the cheques have not been credited and not at all sent to ING for clearing also. Why???? no prompt response at SBI and lot of complaints. Many peoples are suffering. Veryyyyyyyyyyyy bad service.

                          I, Sandeep Kaushik, retired From Indian Navy on 31 July 14 and awarded pension vide PPO 09/097/B/S/00873/2014 dated 03 July 14. I should get my pension benefits and pension as well through my SBI pension a/c [protected] (IFSC - SBIN0014963) at khekra branch. Even after several visits to my branch, they are still waiting to receive pension papers from CPPC and I am still in wait to draw my first pension due to which I had faced many financial deficiency. Diwali is said to be the great festival of my region but its light and sweetness seemed extremely low for me as all the efforts made by me to get my pension is in vain. The service provided by the bank is very pathetic and needs a lots of improvement as my other batch mate who are having their account in other banks are drawing their pension even from the month of August itself. Now I am feeling ashamed of my decision of choosing SBI for my pension account. Request and hope for early solution. (Sandeep Kaushik)

                            A cheque 223093 for Rs. 4, 565 debited on 31st May 2014 in my saving account [protected]. This seems to be an unidentified cheque and I have enquired at the branch to check who is the payee/beneficiary of this cheque, but they could not retrieve the information from their system.                                 I'm an SBI debit card holder. Today, when I tried to sign up in sbicard.com, they told me that my card no. is invalid. I used the card a week ago and also they are saying that my card is not registered with mobile no. which on contrary it is. I'm confused with this. It will be my pleasure if anyone helps me as it's very urgent as well as important :( Thank you..!!

                                    Accont num: [protected] name : E DIWAKAR holding bank account in SBI PALAM COLONY branch... branch cods: 6563 ... i got transfered to jorhat assam... i applied for transfer of my account in SBI ROWRIAH branch code: 169320 . Repeatedly sent palam branch mails... and called personally from last 2 months... but they not transfering my account...
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Most humbly I "Mr. Keemat Drabla" having account no: [protected] and my wife "Roma Drabla" having account no:[protected], are respective customers of your bank. And we want to transfer our account from "SBI, Palsikar Colony Branch, Indore TO " SBI Khatiwala Tank Branch, Indore " but Sorry to Say that the workers of your own bank are not supporting us. We provided all the necessary documents and application needed on 28/11/14, but still our work is not being done. Our problem is not yet resolved and the staff of the bank ask us to visit bank again and again but in the end situation remains same and no action has been taken yet.
                                    Kindly look forward to our problem.

No : [protected] To CHAIRMAN SBI THE BRANCH MANAGER, STATE BANK OF INDIA, GODHRA PAVAGHATH ROAD, HALOL DIST: PANCHMAHAL – 389350 Subject : Misguided about Installment & wrongly calculate subsidy interest of NEW CSIS 2014 Respected sir Case 1: Misguided about Installment I had taken Education loan Rs.285000 my study of M.Tech during year 2007 to 2009 from SBI HALOL(00378), GUJRAT.After my M.Tech study when I visited bank SBI Halol for Installment, told me installment Rs.4600 and time remaining for repayment .SBI HALOL never gave any loan section latter or any document related loan or installment after complete my study .I started to pay installment Rs.5000 in December 2009 upto February 2011.But when I asked again about why installment Rs 5000 is Low, then he told me your actual installment Rs.7814.During this period I had paid less around Rs 3000 per month and total approx Rs.42890 for 16 Month. I paid approx interest Rs.28690 on Rs 42890 for year 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014.Due to misguided by SBI HALOL I have loss of Rs 28690 interest . they always misguided us by giving rendered answer.I visited many times and ask some question in written .they denied us for that .if they right why they afraid ???they never given any kind of document after loan section.why they didn’t inform me when iregular installment paid by me durinng one and half peroid Nov 2009 to FEB 2011??they have intensly divert about installment for charge mor interest. Case:2 Wrongly calculate subsidy interest of NEW CSIS 2014 As per guidelines of NEW CSIS 2014 “GUIDELINES FOR PROVIDING RELIEF ON INTEREST OUTSTANDING COMPONENT AS ON 31.12.13 FOR ALL EDUCATIONAL LOANS SANCTIONED/AVAILED UP TO 31.03.2009 & OUTSTANDING AS ON 31.12.2013.” I was unable to pay some interest component during my study and missed some EMI during after study. So unpaid interest component during my study Rs.45904.and unpaid interest due to missed EMI Rs.14923. total unpaid interest is Rs. 45904+ Rs.14923=Rs.60827.Total Interest Due on 31.12.2013 was Rs.179561and Paid interest was Rs. 120854. So outstanding interest was Rs.58707 on 31.12.2013 with moratorium interest .But SBI halol Calculate subsidy interest Rs.1120. when I asked for How you calculate subsidy interest ?they unable to explain me about subsidy interest .they gave wrong information about NEW CSIS .I visited SBI halol 7 times but they didn’t give satisfactory answer.when I asked for NEW CSIS, they didn’t knoe about it and told me show NEW CSIS GR.I also talked with Mr.Kedarnath and mr.Vikas about it and asked some question but they rendered me and didn’t give proper answer. why they were initiate after my complaint to sbi for subsidy of NEW CSIS when cicular came very early and I informed many times to them? I have total loss 1. Rs. 28690 interest Due to Misguided about Installment 2. Rs.58707 outstanding Interest due to Wrongly calculate subsidy interest of NEW CSIS 2014 Total Rs.87397 Mentaly herresment and expense = Rs.90000

                                        Hello Sir, I did not apply credit card in SBI bank and I am operating the saving account in one of the chennai branch. I got rejection letter from the bank stating that your credit card application has been rejected and surprised how this was happened without applying credit card received letter of rejection. I had taken this issue with various heads of the SBI bank (nodal office, customer head) but nothing response has been received. The bank allowed the executive to retrieve customer information (stolen) and applied credit card without customers knowledge. Request you all to be alert with your personal information and be proactive on checking the letters if you receive anything from bank. I don't know how can take it forward this type of issues ..The respective Bank did not react / send back response to me. if require, I will be ready to share all the proof on this issue.
