Respected Sir, I am working in Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research at Kalppakkam (Chennai) for the past 3 years. I was applied for the post of Probationary Officer in SBI as Kuttippuram, Malappuram Centre (Registration No.: [protected], Roll No [protected]). Now I want to rejoin my job on 30/11/2014 after maternity leave. And I already booked the train ticket from Palakkad to Chennai on 28/11/2014. So I could not able to attend the exam in Kuttippuram centre. I don't want to miss the exam. So I humbly request you to give permission for changing the exam centre to Chennai. Yours faithfully, T.N.           hello sir i am akhileshwar verma from allahabad, i have filled a form of IBACIO, before10 days but the problem is that it accept only SBI debit card /challan and when i goto the SBI BRANCH LUKERGANJ Allahabad they roughly and scoldly said that your reference no. has not been submitted yet by IBACIO, after that when i asked to IBACIO fee query department they assures me that 'they have already submitted my refrence no. of my registration no.-MHA[protected] and MHA[protected] having screen no. 8888 of both.and you can submit your challan in any branch of SBI ' After that when again visit the SBI branch of Lukerganj Allahabad they again told me the same... Today when i go to other SBI JHALWA Branch Allahabad i saw that there is no coustmer in the branch and all employees are wandring and chatting to each other when i ask for challan then they said that there is no more employee for making challan and They all are free at that time.but said that no one is free and go to another branch... it is heartly to say that sir today i feel very bad for this type of facility which is provided by u and behaviour for SBI branch employees..i m request u that plzzz solve my problem as soon as possible becoz last date of IBACIO is near to end...                   I am having a TDR bearing account no [protected] dt 21.12.2010 for Rs 50, 000.00 and want to terminate the same immediately and got credited in to my saving A/C No [protected]. In spite of repeated visit to SBI branch at Singarsi (7076) (Jharkhand) on the above said matter nothing has materialised till date. The branch is stating some technical reason and saying that your account is not showing in the bank system. This type of reply is creating financial problem for me. The matter may please be shorted out at your end and the amount may be got credited in to my above account at the earliest.

                    sir, my name is Rohit Upadhaya, I made a demand draft of rs 180 from SBI tollygunge branch for my exam fee.. however the manager signature was missing on the draft and in that case the payment was not clear and the draft was resent to me. now i have to pay late fee which include rs 500+180 just because of the irresponsibility of the bank staff. when i ask him to make me a new draft from his side he refused and and behave me rudely and he was very very casual that he told me to complaint against him cause he dont care at all. now till 31st of October i have to pay 680 rs and from 1st - 10th november i have to pay 1180 which include 1000 as a late fee and 180 as an exam fee.now please i request you to take a legal step against cause it is a matter of my career and i dont like to spoil my career just because of irresponsibility of the third person.the person detailsBireshwar Chakraborty.State Bank Of IndiaTollygunge Kolkatamy details.Rohit Upadhayaregent colony52, kolkata[protected]

                          Dear SBI, I am a senior citizen a pension account holder in SBI Amtali Branch Tripura. amount of 10 thousand /- has been deducted from pension account for tax. It is because of my pan card details are not updated with my account as per information provided by Bank. So next day requested the branch manager to update the details as required. But unfortunately, it was not done & i have been asked to approach main branch regarding this.So i visited to the Agartala main branch regarding this & again i was informed that it should be updated by my local home branch. Then next again i approached local branch (Amtali branch) regarding this & spend whole day waiting for the pan card details to be updated .At end of the day it was informed to me that it can nnot be done on that day as all are busy with the work. The kind of service & assistance (harassment) received just to update my pan card detail. It is very very unfortunate . I would request the respective authority to look into this matter, help me on this matter. Thanks, Bhabendra Singh

                            One outstation cheque was tried to deposit in your branch at Vashi but it was not accepted by your employee in Sector 14 branch. While similar cheques were reimbursed in other banks other than SBI. What is the logic? I had specially opened account for faster clearance of this cheque. Your person is asking to go to Alibag which is 60 kms away... Can you answer otherwise I want to close this account...

                            Even you branch people are not lifting phone when I tried to contact for such information for

                            Vashi Sectoor 19 branch
                            Koperkhairne branch

                            It is very awful experience and I had opened account just 2 days ago, in your bank supposed to be largest bank in the country.
                            Banks like Shyamrao Vitthal or Abhyudaya Coop Banks which are relatively very small ones, offer much better customer friendly service...
                            After my wife stood in the queue for more than half an hour and when her turn came, she was told that the cheques needed to be deposited in Alibag branch (Dist Raigad). When I called her she narrated the story. Then I filed complaint online.

                            Later on I again asked her to go there (as other banks-not SBI, had accepted& cleared as well, the similar cheques in Mumbai branches which were deposited by my relatives) and complaint to manager who directed her to go to the counter, where the employee had gone for lunch and again she had to wait for half an hour!!!. She was informed that it would take 15 days to clear the cheques while other banks from Mumbai same cheque were cleared in 12-13 days!!!

                            Such is state of affairs at SBI branch...and I am only 2 days old account holder in the bank and getting such response and level of customer service..

                            As per new PM, Mr Modi, govt servants will be more accountable hence after in his tenure which needs to be highlighted to the media...

                              the staff of SBI LUKERGANJ ALLAHABAD is not doing their work properly Unfortunately when i lost my ATM CARD and i went for a new one they treated me like a servant i just had to submit my form and the clerk over there was missing i waited approximately 25 minutes then i went to another clerk he said "get out from the chamber" and wait for the clerk angrily i threw my form into trash and i came out from the bank

I DEPOSITED RS 800(100+100+100+500) IN SBI CDM AT ANNA NAGAR WEST E- CORNER. AFTER THE MACHINE DRAW MY CASH INSIDE IT DISPLAYED "HARDWARE ERROR ENCOUNTERED". I DIDNT GET ANY SLIP AND THE AMOUNT WAS NOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I CONTACTED THE RESPECTIVE BRANCH MANAGER HE TOLD THAT THEY WILL COUNT THE AMOUNT IN THE CDM WITHIN TWO DAYS AND THEY WILL REFUND IF THEY FIND THE AMOUNT I CLAIM IS IN EXCESS IN THAT MACHINE. HOW CAN I TRUST THE ONE THAT IS COUNTING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS REPLY BY SUCH A BANK. IS IT A COIN TELEPHONE OR WHAT. WHAT CAN I DO IF THAT MANAGER SAYS THAT THERE WAS NO SUCH AMOUNT IN EXCESS. THEY SHOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY CALLED A HARDWARE PERSON AND SORTED OUT THE PROBLEM.IS THIS THE QUALITY OF CONSUMER CARE. IS THAT A TOY OR SOMETHING. I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE MY BANKING WITH SBI BUT SUCH ACTIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE BY THEM. I COULD NOT QUARREL WITH THOSE GUYS. I DONT HAVE ANY EVIDENCE ALSO. IT JUST STOPPED AS IT IS.                                         This is bring to the SBI card officials notice that cash back for the transaction done on Snapdeal on 24th May has not been credited to my account. The customer service of SBI card is pathetic, you get resolution for long time. If you email the customer service department you will only get an Auto Reply saying it has been registered and you'll be contacted in 5 working days. But believe me they don't contact even after 5 moths. I've the worst experience of dealing with them. Talking about my complaint about cash back I've contacted at least 5 times by call and 3 times by email. However it has not yet resolved. This is very disappointing for people when a financial body owned by government do this. No doubt why customers loose faith and opt for private sectors banking. Below are some ref nos.
